I have been a loyal customer to Forever21 for the past 5 years and I've had enough of this 'craze'. I placed an order 4 weeks ago, and have yet to receive anything. I called and emailed, Fedex, USPS, and Forever21 numerous times. Finally, I got a hold of customer service that told me some redundant nonsense and that I need to fill out an Affidavit for my lost package. It's been over a month, I am sick of waiting for my clothes, just give me my money back!! But no, that's not the case, I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 2-3 weeks for processing of my affidavit and investigation. This is getting freaking ridiculous.
I would recommend trying other retailers who pride themselves on quality products from smaller or bigger designers at a good price...SEVSHAK.COM is one of them. A relatively new retailer who offers a wide range of quality fashion apparel and accessories. As an End Consumer, You must realize that although something is cheap...in the long run you are paying about the same (if not more) for something that is no good, and you will have to keep buying because the item doesn't lasts long (poor quality). Be empowered and informative consumers...search and support other retailers who have excellent customer service and are real people like you and me...who are trying to grow their retail business amidst cheaper and more competitive giants like Forever21. Although Not comparable in quality, you get the point.
I was going to call the Headquarters, but I am not going to waste my time because I will never shop at Forever 21 again. I went there a week ago, bought two pairs of slippers and a belt I saw around the checkout counter. The cashier never told me that I could get only exchange any item, but not get a refund. So yesterday I went to the store at International mall and asked for the refund. The cashier said their policy was to exchange. I said let me talk to the store manager. the store manager was totally useless. She only knew what she could not do. I told her I would never return to the store, she could not have cared less. She wanted me to go back and exchange the belt. I said I was not going to waste my time. I took another pair of slippers which was approximately $2 less than the belt. She would not return the balance either, so I told her to keep the $2.00, took the slippers and left the store. Awful, uncaring, unprofessional come to mind about this store and about Forever 21. I would not shop there again if they gave me their merchandise free. There are many other better quality stores.
I have been a frequent shopper at Forever 21 in Toronto, Ontario @ the fairview location. Being a person that has 10+ years of retail experience, I believe they need to review the way their employees. I have frequently shopped at this location due to the usual friendly & helpful staff. However, recently over the few weeks, while shopping at this location I repeatedly witness a middle aged, plus sized blonde employee yelling & belittling her employees in front of all customers and staff. It was very appalled to be witnessing such a degrading act in your store. I hope this will be rectified because it makes the experience shopping at Forever 21 very uncomfortable.
I work at a forever 21 and management are rude. On top of that they really don't know what they're doing there. If your working at this "trendy" store, then why is it that you don't dress the part and knock your associates for it. The store manager should be fired because she talks down to her employees and points at them when she talks to them. They need to hire professionals and not someone whose been fired from her previous work. This is why people are never happy working there.
Forever 21 the worst store to shop... there customer service sucks and there store manager are assholes. they really need to work on there skills...
I recently placed a received an order. The package I received did not contain my order but someone elses. The problem that I had is the fact that I spent $140.00 on and order that I will no longer receive at all. I order from the online store because Plus Sizes are sparingly carried in the store. I have spent at least $1000.00 in orders with the company and I am very disappointed in the process for an order mistake that was not my own. Not only do I not have my items but I have to wait 3-5 days for them to pick the incorrect items up, then another 5-7 days for it to get to the warehouse and THEN I would be able to receive my refund. I am very upset because all items I ordered are completely sold out and I that was the reason I purchased them on the first day. I customer service rep did not even apologize for the mistake, but only went on and on about what the company policy was for a mistake as such. I think there should be a better policy when something like this happens. I will not get the items nor any customer courtesy for the companies mistake! I would like to have had the option of having the items sent to me once they were tracked down! It really makes me feel like I should find another company to spend so much money with. Having good products at good prices is one thing, but having the customer service to back up those products makes for a happier customer that would love to continue to shop with them!
Hi my friend ordered something from here using my card but accidently ordered something and including everything on her wish list i was wondering how i could cancel it over the phone since i dont know the tracking number and she doesnt answer right away when i ask her and supposely its shipped right away when the order is placed >_<
My 11 year old daughter and I went in to look at dresses. We took 5 dresses to the dressing room. They would not let me in the dressing room with her! I am her mother and she needed help! I have spent a ton of money in that store! The girl working the dressing room was so rude! I will not buy clothes in there again!
Don't bother to call them because the phone rings and rings or you are on hold until you finally give up. My daughter got stabbed by a sewing needle that was in her dress when it was purchased. She was on a date and got stabbed in the middle of dinner. The dress was made in Vietnam as I found out after finding the needle. It was a very long slender needle. I contacted the district manager who said she was going to mail me a gift card which never materialized. I have kept the needle just in case I decide to pursue further action. I am not an overly angry person but their customer service is non existant and anyone who shops there is just allowing their customer service to act this way.
I ordered a 2 shirts from this store 3 months ago and they never came in and i love this store but im very frustrated with there assistance with helping people i have call everyday and have to be waited on whole for a hour or soo and never get awnserd im wondering if there is even anyone working on the customer service lines?
I cannot even begin to express how upset I am for being excluded from your free shipping promotion. Being from Hawaii, I have been nothing but a loyal customer to Forever 21 since I was 14 years old. Because I love your company SO MUCH, I have been ordering at your online store and having my friends/relatives in the mainland ship items to me in Hawaii since we didn't have a store in Honolulu until after a few years back. And now at 27 years old, after years of continuous love and support towards your company, this is how you repay me, not only me, but "us" in the state of Hawaii? Do you know how it feels to be excluded from the rest? It feels awful!!! And yes, to me it's personal. I felt hurt and betrayed by your company for making us feel IRRELEVANT and UNIMPORTANT... How can a GROWING company like yours, could NOT "afford" to provide free "standard" shipping to Hawaii and Alaska while other companies like "ZARA" could offer free return and free 2day shipping in ALL states of United States? What is your motive? Is it for the convenience of your company? Marketing strategy to generate more revenues? Or purely GREED?................. It's truly something that I could never ever comprehend. One thing's for sure though, NO respectable companies with business ethics would repay their valued and loyal (Hawaii) customers by charging them extra $15 dollars for shipping........
I have been calling customer service for 4 days straight.I have waited on the phone for 30-1:13 mins each day and no one has ever answered. I really need to get in contact with somebody because I don't know where my package is and I have yet to speak to a Human being from Customer service at all. This is definitely my very last time shopping online, although it seems like the best thing to do, considering that most of the stores of always messy anyways.
I was a bit astonished when I began reading the comments posted already on the site for Forever 21 but needless to say not at all surprised. I have been on hold using my home phone and my cell phone for 33 minutes and 56 minutes on the other phone. Unreal and extremely unprofessional!! It is a wonder this company stays in business. I'm sure they do not realize that it is "the costumer" that enables them to keep the doors open. Unreal at best. Horrible customer service in store and above all at the corporate level. I wasted valuable time waiting for someone from the corporate office #213 741-5100. I hung up. This company should just close the doors especially in this fragile economy!!! I warn anyone to even step foot into a store of this condition.
I want to complain about a store. News Year Eve at the store in Fayette mall in Lexington Ky. At 5:45 My daughter got in line to pay for her purchase. At 6 o'clock when they was suppose to close the manager said they would take the next 10 people and sorry about everyone else. My daughter had been in line for 15 minutes they were very busy and only had 2 people working. I am sorry but that is not how you do business. The manager had to call Mall security because people was getting ugly! My daughter said she was SCARED!!!! She said one of the cashiers just walked away. so that left one person trying to do the job, I am very disappointed and would hope that this manager was fired! Will anyone from the company even read this or respond? I DOUBT IT!!!!
I worked for forever 21 for a month. 1. They hired mad employees for a bigger store that they were suppose to open. 2. they trained us for two days and told us they were going to call to give us our schedule. 3. A couple days went by so I called them and they said that they didn't know if they were going to open the store or not...boo 4. After a month I finally got some hrs but the store I as at wasn't making enough money ...so I got no hrs ( oh and a lot ppl hired never got to work at all) 5. They were about to open a new store in a big mall in the same city and I tried to get a transfer there but the district mgr played me and asked me what store I was from and why I wanted a transfer. I told her there were no hrs at the store....( she had an attitude and all management has a funky attitude) she said I am looking for new ppl not ppl inside the company. 6. I never got on schedule or the new store....funny thing is a lot of ppl from old stores were at the new ones .....forever 21 is the worst company to work for. The management are rude not only to customers but to there employees too. They also buy u the least but u do most of the work....so you are over worked and under paid!
Went on hold for 25 minutes yesterday. No answer. Today I am currently on hold at 42 minutes. I ordered something two weeks ago and never got a confirmation email nor a package! Really upset! Anyone know a faster way to get ahold of them?
A Northern California store has the worst management team ever! I rate them a ZERO! If you have no clue what management is all about, then I don't understand how you earned the position. In all my years of management, and let's just say it's been more than 10 years, I can not believe the kind of peopl that are in charge of this store. Unfortunately, the hard working employees are either to afraid of loosing their job to speak up, or better yet, getting treated even worse for pointing it out. It really does come down to corporate to monitor these things and if something isn't done still, then you are the ones to blame. If you want a Great business and a Great reputaion, grab the bull by the horns already and get your butts in gear. Until this change happens I will never shop here again nor will I refer/suggest anyone to either. Hope this reaches out to the right person for once!
I am writing this to help anyone who is trying to decide if they should order from this store. The answer is no without a doubt. I have worked in customer service most of my life and have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. They took money out of my account on the 19th of December for a Christmas gift. I did not receive my order and when I called after Christmas they said the money would be put back in my account. AS of today it has not and even though they gave me a confirmation number it doesn't help as no one answers the phone. I waited for 45 minutes for customer service, then I called accounts payable and spoke with a lady that transferred me to someone else and believe it or not no one answered. I tried calling back and now no one anywhere answers. I also bought some items in the store and the clerk was very nice. This was my first experience buying from them in the store and also online. I told the clerk this was a Christmas gift and asked if it could be brought back for a cash return and he said, 'yes, as long as the tags are on the items and accompanied by a receipt;" I got home and was looking at my receipt and it blew me away that the receipt stated you cannot return for money back. The reason I asked the clerk is because I would not have purchased some of the items but when he said yes then I thought I would give the items a try. I called the local store and the manager would not even talk to me. I was nice and with this company that doesn't get you anywhere. Nothing does! As stated by so many before me this is a poor company that does not care about their customers. I will never be a customer again! Beware for a bad experience if you do choose to purchase from this company.
I was cut off from my last review plain and simple the fact that i had everything i needed to get my cash back and couldn't makes me so angry i work for a doctors office and no matter what the patient is always right apparently that doesn't go for your store and your employees were rude as well something i as an LPN would be fired for, so your store is the only one at the ocean county mall in nj i will not go in. and the skirt will sit in the bag for a little to see if you contact me and care to have my business otherwise it'll go in the trash. oh and in telling a family member about not getting me refund she said thank you i had no idea so if i go there i go there again i guess i should makesure i want it but we both said we'd rather go somewhere that gives use the option to get our money back and your store should tell your customers your refund policy because i would have never got that skirt i hope the 20 bucks was worth my business.,
