I worked for Forever 21 for 5 or 6 weeks at the new store in Lexington, KY. I ended up having to quit and find a new job because I could not get them to issue me a pay check. I have a family to feed and rent to pay. So far I have still not got my check for the first week. They have been putting me off for 11 weeks now and I had to call the labor board to get on to them. I have no doubt that if it was the managers paycheck that was missing it would have been cleared Ula long time ago. I guess they figure my family don't need to eat.
I was on hold for 20 minutes with your customer service line, hung up on by a snippy young lady, back on hold for another 35 minutes, and then unable to be helped -- my gift card number wasn't working on the forever21.com site. Before this, the line was busy from noon until 3 p.m. What's the deal? Maybe you should get some girls over the age of 14 with more than helium in their brains working your customer-service line.
I placed an order on 12/27/11 and didn't get a conformation email. Nor did I get my order number so I can't even send an email to costumer service to ask about it! I probably won't be buying stuff from Forever 21 online again.
I attempted to purchase a $25 e-gift certificate on 12/24/11 for my daughter for Christmas. I received an email confirmation moments later..however, when the e-card did not arrive, I followed up on the purchase via the 888 number provided on the email confirmation only to be told the order was processing....This happened for a full 24 hours and then when I called again, the response I received was the order was cancelled. This happened to me 3 different times from 12/24-12/27. I contacted them again on 1/2/12 and explained the problem, and was told they would DELETE these 3 prior attempts and that I should do it all over again which I did. DUMMY ME!!! The 4th time was a charm and the e-certificate arrived. Low & behold, I go to check on my bank account this morning and find that they put through ALL 4 orders, causing my bank account an overdraft of $215.00! I have been attempting since 9 a.m. EST to get my money back, so I can have the Bank refund the overdraft fees that have been applied to my account. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
I placed an order on 12/26/11 and NEVER received an email confirmation about my order. Called that 1-888-494-3837 number and that was either busy or I sat on hold forever and never spoke to anyone. Then I tried calling a 1-213-741-5100 and sat on hold again forever and never spoken to anyone. I will NEVER be ordering from forever 21 again what a horrible way to run a company and I definitely have prevented many people from shopping here after this and will be reporting this to better buisness bureau
Forever 21 is a scam. They shipped me the wrong order 1.5 months ago and have failed to refund my $. No one answers the customer service line, andvthe idiot who sent me the apology email is not responding to my emails. Will attempt to get hold of corporate once the holidays are over. Will never shop forever 21 and will tell everyone to stay away. This company sucks. I would rate it ZERO stars if I could.
Went to the store to find a bolero or shrug. Found one in the store on a mannequin. Would not sell it to me be cause of store policy. They do not sell clothes that are on the mannequins I have never heard of such a thing. They would take my name and sell it to me when they take the clothes off of the mannequins. I talked to a sales associate who said that they often get clothes in just for the mannequins but not in the store, she said they get stuff similar but not the same. I am in advertising and they call this the bait in switch. Hope forever21 gets forever what they deserve in the business world.
i placed an order on 12/16/11 which included a christmas gift for one of my family memembers. The order came on the 23rd but the jacket I had ordered was not there. I was charged for it and it was never notified to me as out of stock or back order. Ive been trying to get in touch with customer service via phone and email and no one has gotten back to me. Its ridiculous the lack of caring they are providing to all the mentioned problems people are having the past 2 wks. Forever21 is usually my favorite store but I doubt I'll ever do an online order again.
I would also give 0 stars if possible. My friend and I were shopping for cute new years eve dresses when an employee comes and tells me and my friend that another employee had recongized us from a "previous" time we'd come and accused us of shop lifting before so they kicked us out. I was in shock of the accusation being made towards us. I felt so embarassed and confused as the security guard escorted us out of the store.I couldnt believe we were being accused of something we hadn't done. This is unfair and they did not show any no proof even when we asked for it. My friend and I are going to get this straightened out and they are going realize what they have done. Honestly I NEVER want to shop at this store again.
These fools couldn't even email an e-gift card on time. They charged me on 12/23/11 and the e-gift card was never received, and when I call the customer service # obviously noone answers. From what I see I'm not the only one with problems. Sorry sis, I know this is your favorite store, but they suck!
I give it 2 stars because they have jewelry that I like. I bought a couple of pairs of earrings from Forever 21 because they were cheap. I briefly browsed through the clothing and it's easy to see it's a bunch of poor quality junk. I would never buy clothing from them. Even the earrings I purchased, I could have gotten downtown Los Angeles for $2.
HORRIBLE. Ordered on 12/10/11 and it was PROMISED here before Christmas. After calling customer service, they said it would be here before the 25th. 22nd rolls around and still no items. I call again and I talked to a very pleasant girl Ausie and she told me she talked to a supervisor and THAT THAT SUPERVISOR SENT IT NEXT DAY, BUT IT STILL ISN'T HERE. Called this morning and the item STILL ISN'T SHIPPED. Not only am I not getting my item, I'm being LIED TO. This is ridiculous. NEVER ordering from here again. Would give 0 stars if possible.
I hate their store on 34th street in Manhattan, everything is always a mess, it's like stepping in a huge drier machine, everything is tangled and thrown there. I bought 2 dresses not knowing about they no-refund policy in case of return. When I went to return them (because big on me, Forever21 sizes are pretty big, so a XS is usually a small or a medium in regular world) - they had run out of store credit cards so they told me to come back another day (they have guts to d that to a customer!!), too bad my 30 days return period was ending just about that day, so I had to exchanged what I bought for something I didn't want at all (couldn't find ANYTHING in the WHOLE STORE!!!) so I would get a new receipt, they wouldn't extend my old receipt either, they were just causing me trouble. So I ended up exchanging the stuff for other stuff I didn't need nor liked and returned another day to return the stuff and get my store credit. I decided to use the store credit for an on line purchase because I can't stand stepping into their messy store, it makes me dizzy. I ordered a dress- It took them weeks to ship it and weeks for me to receive it - when I got it I found a hole under the sleeve, I called them immediately and they told me to send it back for an exchange or a refund. More weeks later, after many calls to customer support, I finally see a refund on my card - but the refund is much less that what I had paid for the dress - plus, they recharged my store credit but with $20 instead of the original $27!!!!!! Forever 21 are total THIEVES!!! They stole $7 out of my store credit for NO REASON, I called them many times to get an explanation, they keep on telling me a supervisor will call me back, but guess what? I haven't heard from anybody yet, but I am not surprised as I didn't except anything more from Forever21. Forever21 is one of the worst companies I ever dealt with, they are unprofessional, they do not care about their clients, other companies would do anything to keep a customer satisfied, Forever21 policy is: " If you don't like our policy, stinks for you, we don't care you are not happy, we have other clients if you don't want to buy from us ever again, we don't care". If I could, I would give them 00 stars.
I wish I could rate zero stars. This is probably the worst retail establishment I have ever shopped at. Corporate should consider coming up with a training program for employees. The customer is ALWAYS right! I've never had a retail manager treat me so poorly! Get a real job. Extremely disappointed. I will never shop here again!
I placed an order on 12/16/11 with a promise of chistmas deleivery, which it states on your web site.!!!! I have been tracking the order and just found out it will not be here until the 27th. Called customer service, they gave me two opitions. One cancel order and wait untill credit appears in bank account 3 to 5 business days or suck it up. Now lets see oh yea I have $ 360.00 just sitting in my account!!!! so I can go to the store and purchase everything. I am furious!!!!!! You company is a joke. I would call this false advertisment, would you not.
I placed my order online when forever 21 was stating that they will ship express and have here before Christmas. After receiving all of my orders that were placed at other companies after I place my f21 order, I checked the tracking number. Ups could not find tracking number. I place a call to f21 and after holding for 31 mins spoke with a very pleasant Ashley who stated her superviser offered me to place the order again and order expedited shipping and after I received the second order (yes second order) they will refund me. Really f21. Place another order to help you correct my order. Taking my business elsewhere and sending my entire F21 order back. Horrible customer service morons. Are you living during the same economy that we are on. You dont tell a customer to reorder. Oh and we will refund you later.
I am a teenager in Houston, Texas. I love shopping at Forever 21, but as a plus sized girl it is hard to find clothing that I like. When I come into your stores, your plus size section is extremely small and the variety of clothes do not even compare to the varieties of the clothes for the petite section of the store (which is almost the whole store). They don't take care of the plus size section like they do for the rest. There should be the same kind of clothes that the petite section has for the plus size section. My conclusion is that the plus size section of Forever 21 sucks! You should try to show some appreciation for our section and make wonderful clothes that will actually satisfy your costumers.
I was recruited to work for forever 21 in order to help open up the new store in Humble, Texas. I only worked for 1 week (truck week). I worked the week of October 30-November 4. Today is December 19th and i sill haven't gotten my paycheck! I've asked my manager for the forever 21 corporate office & he gave me a wrong number. I've looking up their number online... I can not seem to get in touch with anyone!! NEVER APPLY @ FOREVER 21
Ordered some boots on 12/3/11 and have been calling this corporate number since last week - all day every day its BUSY. WHERE ARE MY BOOTS!!! WTF!!?? I want a refund!
I just want to say that I find it incredibly childish for adults to come here and rant and rave about situations that did not go YOUR way! Like all places of business, Forever21 has policies that WERE NOT put into effect by anyone working in store, so next time you feel that getting an attitude with the associates is okay, check yourself at the front door!! 1. The customer IS NOT always right, so you cann get that out of your head right now,It is 2012!! If customers were always we would be watching merchandise walk out the door at no cost. 2. Getting rude and upset because YOU do not get YOUR way is the quickest way to not get your way. There are certain situations that can be resolved but, due to the associates not being able to change the policy that they have not placed in affect being rude is the fastest way for you to walk out without a solved problem as your rudeness and childishness will likely prompt them to not care about your situation, thus you ARE NOT right!! 3. Everyday more and more people rant and rave about "oh I'm never shopping there again," yet the company is steady growing everyday, moving to every country and major city you can imagine. Your ranting is the companies gain! 4. Forever21 DOES NOT do "refunds/returns" but exchange an item for an item, or store credit is a valid option and this does not go for sale items and accessories. TOO MANY TIMES CUSTOMERS THINK THEY ARE RIGHT, AND TRY TO RETURN WORN ABOUT ITEMS!!! DISGUSTING!! you are not always right! 5. Last and final, if you do not like something, leave it alone. Everyday Forever21 is doing their best to improve business, so love it or leave it alone!
