After purchasing my Lincoln MKX the local dealer went out of business, I was told to take my vehicle for service to any ford dealership to my Surprise the Ford Dealer in Beverly, MA said he would not sevice a Lincoln product. Fortunately for me I went to the Ford dealership in Danvers, MA and there service has been outstanding, Maybe they should have the Lincoln dealership for this area. Now here is my question, I plan on driving cross country and would like to know if the Ford dealerships will service My lincoln if a Lincoln dealership is not near by.

Please forward this to the proper person, persons, departments. I am HIGHLY disappointed in the handling of the FORD Wind star recalls. The dealership (Riverview Owswego FORD) who had my vehicle for 4 months while awaiting for the rear axle said "we started your every week" made me feel as if I was an uneducated adult. I do know for a fact they didn't as told to me by a mechanic on the side. After 4 months of sitting in a lot doing NOTHING, I had to beg FORD to allow a oil change. Then the day we picked it up I had to jump start my van to start it (every time) and the van shook and veered to the right, when I complained we had to drive it back to Riverview Owswego FORD they had to call the FORD company to replace the battery (had to fight for a battery) and look at the rear axle work. Turns out that there is a crack in the rear coil. I can no longer drive this vehicle safely transporting my children since FORD will NOT replace what I consider to be NEGLIGENCE on the part of the dealership and FORD. Why was the rear coil crack NOT addressed by the mechanic servicing my van? Working on the rear axle may have caused the coil to crack, or it could be a pre-existing break regardless did he test drive it? If he did he would have noticed the issue and should have noted this. I will be sending this email on to everyone on my email list, news papers, FORD customers complaints lines and anyone else who can read this and will hear this. FORD is out for bottom dollar and NOT what is safe for it's customers and the children who are riding the vehicles. This has already been emailed and asked to forward to my email list containing 128 addresses, my facebook, BBB, Chicago Tribune and WILL NOT STOP until they fix the issue.

14/05/2011 I am having many issues with Ford India Ltd and its appointed dealers and CHEATED of my rightful claims and since my concerns are not being heard and untrue statements are being issued and considered by FIL which is indeed bad for the customer. Since not being heard please provide me the postal address of the President Asia Pacific and Africa so my grievances may be placed before him for a transparency inquiry and action. I am so glad I ran across this site. I own a 1998 contour. They only made this car limited years. I have had problems since I drove the car off the lot. It has had many recalls. I have had to have major items fixed more than once. The car has now been sitting for the past five years. I am going to junk it. I was thinking of buying a new Ford, but now know I WILL NOT!

Why would you make all those adds for American idol when this show is rigged. There were lines you could not get through at all so we as viewers could not vote. If I wanted to promote my cars it sure. Would not be on rigged show,there rating will go down. Don't waste your money.

I commend Ford Motors for not taking government bail-out money. If I am ever in a position to purchase a new car, it will be a Ford for that reason and one other, that being the apology one of Henry Ford's decendants made to the Jews for helping the Nazi regime in WWII. This shows integrity and deserves honor. In addition, I am driving a 1998 Ford Windstar minivan with 200,000+ miles and it gets me where I need to go. Thank you, Ford Motor Company. You rock.

I have purchased Ford vehichles for my entire adult life and am very fond of the ford truck line. Unfortunately I purchased a Ford freestyle in 2006 and have had nothing but problems with the vehicle. The first issue was that we had to replace all the air censors which cost $900, the second issue was then the mass air flow censor at a cost of $1100 and within a month period the alternator shorted out. The most recent issue was the transmission which is at a cost of $4000 to replace through Ford dealerships. I now have $6000 more into a vehicle that is in the medium mileage range and Ford motor company will not do anything to help with this financial issue. I will never buy a ford product again because of this issue and can no longer back a company that puts out an inferior product and refuses to rectify the financial burden they placed on myself and many other strugling families in this country.

I have a Ford Edge, which I love. About 8 mos. the carpet in the front seat started to pull away from the frame. I called Sayville Ford in New York. They took it in and in 2 or 3 days it was fixed. However a few months later the same thing happened. I now put the car into the same dealer, on April 29, 2011. I was given a loner car and it is now May 9, and I have called them 4 times. I have been told each time that the car would be ready this afternoon or tomorrow. It's been 10 days they could at the least show some consideration and let me know what is going on without my having to call. Wrong parts, etc., etc. At this point they could have put a new engine and transmission in correct?, all it is was to replace the carpet. I feel that because I am not paying for this (it's under warranty), that it's not a priority. This is my 3rd new Ford vehicle since 2000. I am very dissapointed in the lack of service and disregard of mine and my families need in this situation. The Service Mgr. is Chris Ambrico and I have spoken several times with Teddy, who has reassured me of everything and delivered nothing. No wonder people loose their cool over things like this

I think if you were to produce an updated economical version of the FORD POULAR.you would would have a massive hit on your hands.

i have a 09 fx150 i love to b death. but wen at a light to turn with your foot on brake the petal fades to the floor. had it to service an told it is just a thing of that model.it only has 12600 mi.on it its the 5th new truck i own. ford service said there is nothing worng with it.its scary wen you have to pume the pedat an the truck learches forword.i checked thier on line ask a question an they want 18.00 to answer the queastion. whats worng with this picture?

I have a 2006 Ford Freesystle, my car was hit by a car who ran a red light. After repairs, my car began having engine problems. After taking my car back to the repair shop who first repaired my car, I was told there was nothing they could do for me and they told me to take it to the dealership. The dealership response was t I did not take care of my engine and they would not honor my warranty because they believe I did not take care of my engine. I am extremely upset over the fact that Ford is basically telling me they will not honor my warranty because I had a friend change my oil and I have no receipts. My car was running in good condition before my car was hit. They are also telling me the accident could not of caused my engine problems. this is an ongoing fight.

I own a 2004 Escape, the past year all it does is shake and rattle, the steering wheel squeaks like crazy, you drive a rough road and it makes such a rattle noise that you cant stand to be in this vehicle, i take good care of my vehicle, oil change when needed, maintenance when needed, had the coil changed, never abuse my vehicle, i have been a ford lover forever and i feel after all these years, it sounds like i should have to carry duct tape incase it falls apart. I have had it lubricated. I dont want to purchase another car, i am at that age and i wanted to keep this vechile for a long time. I would never purchase another Ford, and i feel that there is a problems with the escapes, I see alot of used ones on used car lots. Every day is new noise, I dont feel safe in this vehicle anymore.

Two years ago my husband and I purchased 2 Ford vehicles. I got a Ford Flex and he got a F-150. At 15,000 miles I had to replace my rotars,brakes and calipers along with tires. It now has 45,000 miles and is once again in the shop for the same repairs. Ironically enough we bought the extended warranty for 6 years or 60,000 miles, but these repairs are not covered! It will be $900 to repair plus the cost of 2 tires (roughly $1000). To top it off, I just feel the car is of poor quality. Cheaply made and retains no trade in value, so we are stuck with it until it's paid off. My husband has had similiar problems with his truck. It is soooo frustrating. I will however never purchase another Ford again. I feel the quality and service provided has been poor. So much for staying with American made! I never had these problems with my Toyotas!

Sirs. I have a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac and I and very pleased with it. I have a problem with the inside overhead light fixture and when I checked on how much it would cost to get it fixed I was told about $500.00 . Don't you think that is a little steep? I also asked the ford dealer in Shelbyville, Indiana when they were going to get the new 2011 model in , and I was told that they no longer maker this model, due to the low market for it Why? It seems that whatever you big companies want to do ,you change things to suit yourselves and never have any concerns what your customers want. Are we supposed to take what you have decided to offer us or go look and buy from another carmaker? I like this size truck because I it can hold 5 people and still be used as a truck for hauling what i need,and I do not need a bigger one nor do I want to get a SUV. But I

I am giving 2 stars, only because the service center does a very good job. I am totally unimpressed with the dealership. My first experience with buying a car through them was being cheated out of $500. I went there to purchase my 2008 Ford Edge. We shook hands on a price, then found out on my purchase receipt that they charged me $500.00 more-because I wasn't financing through Ford. I never agreed to finance through Ford. Didn't even receive any finance information. After I complained, the manager attempted to make up for it by offering me some free oil changes. It didn't seem very reputable to me. But worse than that, they were offering "free tires for life". I saw another post at this web site regarding the free tires. Don't feel bad about not having your "2008 Ford F250 Super Duty Diesel pickup" to get the free tires. They are not honoring the free tires-they have new management-again! That also does not seem very reputable to me.

HI I GUST THROUGH ABOUT A FIX RUN A CHAIN FROM THE AXLE ON BOTH SIDES TO A GENERATOR ON BOTH SIDES THAT WOULD CHARGER A BATTERY. WHILE THE CAR WAS IN MOTION THE SAME AS A 110 VOLT BATTERY CHARGER . THE GENERATORS WOULD SUPPLY POWER TO THE CHARGER THAT WOULD IN TURN KEEP THE BATTERS CHARGED. THE BATTERS WOULD START THE CAR IN MOTION AND THE GENERATOR WOULD KEEP THE CAR BATTERS CHARGES. THE GENERATOR WOULD ONLY SUPPLY POWER WHEN NEEDIT I THINK IT WOULD WORK ,THER MAY BE SOME BUGS TO WORK OUT BUT IT CAN BE DONE .A FRONT WHEEL DRIVE WOULD WORK FINE AND THE BACK AXLE WOULD SUPPLY THE POWER TO THE GENERATOR

Ford mis informed me about my warranty on my ford explorer 2005 and there screw up has ended in costing me over $1000 never again ford they don't care after the car leaves the lot bad customer service BMW from here on in

I bought a 2004 Ford Explorer. I'm having problems with my heating system. The heat won't come on and theirs a clicking sound everytime I try to run the heat.. How many other people are having this problem?
