A Complete check up May 26, 2011 Invoice # C37213 paid total of $1,165.92 When I got my car back, Driving on highway on vacation with my whole family the card was shacking and making extra noise that forced me to stop several times and pull to the side on the highway, trying to figure out the problem. Calling the dealer back, they requested to check the car and we were 100 miles away. Returned the car to your location on May 31, 2011, it turned out that three of the front wheels nuts were loose on the driver side. I was never charged for the$ 8.42 invoice and never credited for the previous job. Your technician and Mechanic lack of inspecting the vehicle prior to give to the customer (which has full confidence that if the Dealer give the key back to the customer to drive his car it should be safe) put my whole family in a great unnecessary easily preventable danger. I am requesting a full refund for the first invoice total $ 1,165.92 I am not planning to fill any complain to any division and I expect an answer from your department at your earliest convinience and here is the answer: Hugo we are sorry that there was a lug nut left loose but fullerton did correct any and all defective parts the work was performed on your car
I took my car into Rivertown Ford in Columbus, GA after it wouldn't start. I was told that my car wouldn't even be LOOKED AT until late Friday or Monday (my car was towed into their lot early Thursday morning). I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called late Friday (after 5:00). No one had even touched my car let alone looked at it. They have Saturday hours but I guess no one works on cars on Saturday. I called Monday afternoon and was told that there were 2 cars ahead of me and I would get a call later that afternoon. It is Tuesday morning and I still have yet to hear about my car. I live in a city that doesn't have mass transit. I have to go to work every day and I have other obligations so a car is a necessity not a luxury. This is the only Ford dealership in Columbus since the other one was closed several years ago. They need to open this dealership back up because when I took my car into their dealership I would get an answer that day or the following morning at the latest. My options are limited as far as finding someone I can trust to work on my car or who has the technology to work on my car. It it very inconvenient to both me and the people that I have to depend on for transportation just so that I don't have to take time off from work. If Ford doesn't value their customers' time more than this and can't provide service in a more timely manner, if by chance I do need to buy a new car, it won't be a Ford! I've talked to friends and co-workers who own other cars who get their cars serviced in a timely manner. That's the way customers are supposed to be treated!
I drive a Ford Explorer 2004 (used). I love my truck,I brought the truck to be able to transport the children at my church in Memphis,TN. I have one son who is currently 19 years old and uses my truck as well. Well, needlessly to say I have had my shares of ups & downs to the core of my family being deceased and my church family making sure I am invited to holidays functions because it is hard. The reason for my letter is please see fit to gift me a new truck, one being I have bad credit history due to some expenses of my family members (8)deceased of which I was care giver and the burial expenses for which I am still paying. I know thisis just a request but please consider the use and the purpose. Thank you

I have a 2002 Ford F150 that has 430,000 miles. Its run great for every mile, but the transmission went out thurs (7/14/2011). I knew this would be a fabulous review for Ford, because the truck has been amazing for me, but the cost of the transmission is expensive. I was wondering if Ford would be willing to help with the cost of this repair, because I buy all the replacement parts from Texas Motor Ford in Fort Worth, TX. I believe in the Ford Tough. On Tuesday of thisv week. A moose charged across three lanes of highway and slamed into my F350. If I had been in a smaller car or truck I would not be alive. Thank You for a great made truck.
my mother got an car from you and you took her trade but after 17 days of having her new car.. they called and said that they wanted car back .. now that the bank said she didn't have the credit to have this car.. now we have bought 5 car from navato ford .. do not buy from them there some strange stuff going on .. not only did i call ahead for an (run my credit) to see if i could get an car they told me to come down it was fine i would be able to get an car but i was down there 5 hrs of bs .. just tell me i could have an car now back to my mom i was not happy with services we started with one salesman then got thrown with an another saleswomen.. iam not happy with there serves and will never return they have lost 3 customers.. i think there business is an big scam.. yes my credit might be bad but there no need to hang and drag someone on iam very very disappointed of treatment and services
i think your new the works rebate is a scam i am retired and am not computer literate i had my oil changed and sent all the invoice or work order info to the web site and not 10 dollars then i called and the guy said send him acopy of the recept and i did 5 months later and still no 10 dollars rebate what a scam just think of how many other had had the same problem and just said oh well thats why little things add up to me looking to buy a foreign brand and i have never had one 21 years i have had fords or mercurys your service sucks
The aluminum hood on my 2006 Mustang is blistering, car has been painted 3 times and spot keeps coming back. Dealer says there is no fix and this problem is also occurring on aluminum tail gates in some SUV's. So far Ford is acting like they have never heard of the problem, but my dealer knows all about it.... makes you wonder how they can be so successful and not have a clue as to what is going on with their product.
I am writing this to see if I can get some help with my 2001 mercury sable 3.1. I have been having issues with the check engine light staying on. I have had a lot of work done on this car. I have had camsensor replaced. the cam syncronizer has been replaced repositioned. None of this has worked. the las resort was the ford company here in my area, the light stayed off just long enough to have the car inspected, then it was back on again. the code reading is P 1309 no one seem to know what that mean. I am appealing to you to see if I can get this problem resolved. this has been going on for about 3 1/2 years now. seems that the manchanics in this area don't know how to deal with this. Me and my father have been Ford drivers most of our lives. I'm on my 5th ford but not for long, if I can't get answers to why our F-150s Fx4s both are 2004s are having transmission problems. My father lives in Nevada I live in Hemet, Ca. I purchased a Ford because Dodge is known for transmission problems, and Chevy is too generic looking. Whats Ironic is the very reason I didn't buy a dodge is the problem I'm having. I talked to the mechanic at Gosch Ford in Hemet, surprise surprise! I received no sympathy. Here is my bribe...I have six children, 4 of which will be driving soon, not to leave out the fact that I will need a new truck in the next year or two. So with this in mind, why would I buy another Ford???

Hi Ford. I am a Ford Fan and hoping to become a designer for the company. I am just giving the company my love I have for Ford. I have read some horrible stories reguarding persons bad experiences with his or her vehicles. I know these issues can be resolved because I have trust that someone will do what it takes to make customers want to purchase another or many Fords and ford products. I am still praying to get the 2013 Ford Taurus. I am excited about the new innovations and technologies that are in the present and in the near future. I live each day with Ford in my heart. Each day I visit many sites such as Ford,Edmunds,Motortrend, Motorweek, and Fordinsidenews, researching on Ford. I wish I could be on the design team right now and even on costomer servies. I feel that this company is where I belong. Hopefully I will come to visit the company when I have time from school. I am 22 and many people find me weird of how much I love the new Taurus but hey, I just love Fords. Ford some advice I want to give the company. The company is doing great and I really appreciate that so much. I highly understand the frustration that individuals have with faulty vehicles. Address the issues and resolve them. Taking care of the customers who are the ones that brings you money and also could be the ones who recommend others to your company is very important. You dont have to lose your customers or let so many bad comments fall from the lips of customers because of new vehicles with issues. I remember my mothers Taurus transmission went out some years ago and it really could have caused us an accident but thanks to God. Ford can youb please not fail your customers. I still love the company the same and hopefully my father or the Good Lord will bless me with the 2013 Ford Taurus or the 2013 Ford Fusion/ next generation Mondeo. APRIL 1ST I BOUGHT A 2010 FOCUS AT GALPIN FORD IN PRESCOTT AZ. MY HUSBAND CHECKED THE OIL WHICH WAS 2 QUARTS LOW, THE SEATS WERE DIRTY SO THEY HAVE CLEANED THEM 3 TIMES NOW AND STILL NOT CLEAN, THE WINDSHIELD HAD A CRACK THAT, IS STILL NOT FIXED, ONE FLOOR MAT IN THE BACK SEAT WAS MISSING AND I STILL DON'T HAVE THAT. THE CAR FAX SAID 8,000 MILES BUT THE CAR HAD ALMOST 17,000. THEY SAID MR. GALPINS WIFE HAD BEEN DRIVING IT. NO I WILL NOT BUY THERE AGAIN, I WILL DRIVE TO VEGAS FIRST.
I have a 2002 Taurus SES, dealer purchased. At 101,000 miles the power steering pump started buzzing and humming. I replaced it, thinking it was a normal wear out. 2nd pump noisy. Took it back and was told "Ford pumps are noisy". 3rd pump is noisy, just like the 2nd. The replacement pumps are all rebuilt and I find no way to buy a new one. Why wasn't the OEM pump noisy and where can I get one that isn't? Bill Senechal
I bought a two year old 2007 Edge in 2009 after listening to all the favorable comments about For Quality. I had been driving Chrysler minivans for at least the last 15 years and was happy with them. This 2007 Edge is not a good car. First it has several engineering design problems that should have never been allowed in the vehicle. 1. It is impossible to read the instrument panel at dawn or dusk - very irritating and not particularly safe. 2. The map pockets orwhatever you want to call them on the back of both front seats are useless and irritating. They are so tight, the only thing that will fit is paper or a map. Then if it slides down, you about rip your hand off trying to get it out. 3. I wear a size 14 shoe, there is an indentation to the right of the gas pedal and my shoe often gets caught on the edge of it so when I am trying to acellerate nothing happens and then it slips off and I lurch forward causing another significant safety issue. Now at 93,000 miles, wheel bearings are going bad in right front wheel (500.00 + dollars)and one of the keys will not start the car. The key can be reprogrammed at the dealer I think, but having keys work like this is absolutely stupid and dumb. The book says if this happens, take car to Ford dealer. Really great if your 100 miles out somewhere fishing or hunting. Yea sure, I'll take it right in. Ford going to pay for towing and lost vacation time, etc. Back to Chrysler!!!

I'm out there everyday telling my story, american cars and trucks are to expensive come on 39000 for a truck? no wonder your going to go out of business, and its only the greedy top executives who are to blame... you know your paid to much, No executive should be paid more then ten times the lowest paid employee... including bonuses.... Do that and you would compete. Keep doing what your doing and ford will not last, do you care? There are over 8000 top executives making more than 150,000 dollars, including real estate managers, accountants, CEO, many of them in the millions is this nessasary? you have people beleving in buy american its good for america, when its also good for you top brass who are overpaid. I bought a scion xd because it was less than 300.00 a month in payments. Great car, You also lye about your millage, no one gets the millage you put on your stickers... My toyota does better than the sticker, I get up to 37 miles to a gallon. you have problems I dont beleve your gonna solve, and america might not be behind you much longer if you keep doing and costing what you cost. Its just my way of looking at it. If you want me to get behind you, do the hard thing do whats right, greedy executives, and cars not worth their cost.
