WE JUST MOVED UP HERE TO THE PARK RAPIDS MINNESOTA AREA FRON ALBERT LEA MINNESOTA AND I AM NOT SATISIFIED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF PARK RAPIDS FORD. WE WENT IS FOR THE RECALL THAT WE HAD GOTTEN ON OUR 98 FORD F-150 AND OIL CHANGES AT THE SAME TIME AND WE FELT LIKE WE WERE TOTALLY TREATED RUDELY. THEY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE US THE TIME OF DAY. CUZ THEY SAID THEY WERE TO BUSY. THAT WAS A CROCK. MOST OF THEM WERE JUST SITTING AROUND WAITING FOR THERE LUNCH BREAKS SO THEY WOULD NOT EVEN TAKE 2 MINUTES TO CHECK THE ENGINE LIGHT THAT CAME ON IN MY HUSBANDS F-150THEY MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR US AND SENT US ON OUR WAY. THEY WOULD NOT EVEN TALK TO US. OUR APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 1 WEEK LATER AND THEY STILL DID NOT FIX WAYNES ENGINE LIGHT. NOW WE HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK TO GET THAT FIXED. THEY DID REPLACE THE GAS TANK STRAPS BUT THEY WERE NOT TO HAPPY WITH THAT CUZ IT WAS ANOTHER RECALL. I HAVE NEVER RECIEVED SUCH SHOTTY SERVICE BEFORE AND I WILL NOT. WHY CAN'T PARK RAPIDS FORD BE LIKE HOLIDAY FORD IN AUSTIN MINNESOTA. ANYTHING I WANTED THEY MADE SURE I GOT AND IF THEY COULD NOT SEE MY CAR OR TRUCK THEN THEY MADE SURE I LEFT IT AND GAVE ME A LOANER TO USE TIL THEY GOT MY CAR IN. I AM JUST SAYING THAT I WOULD LIKE THE SAME SERVICE AS HOLIDAY FORD.

BEFORE YOU PEOPLE TOOK MY VAN IT WAS IN GREAT SHAPE. NOW ANOTHER CALL BACK THIS WEEK. THE LAST CALL BACK WAS THE FRAME ON THE BACK. I THINK YOU PEOPLE SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAIN COMPUTER. ALL THE LIGHTS ON THE DASH IS ON. NEVER DID THAT BEFORE YOU PEOPLE TOOK IT LAST YEAR. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VECHILE FROM YOU PEOPLE AND I BEEN TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT YOUR CROCKED WORK.

Ibought a 2011 2500 ford in may 2011 from Milton Ruben Ford in Augusta Ga. I order it from the factory because I wanted 20' wheels and the one on the lot all had 18' wheels I ask the saleman to make sure the spare tite was a 20' tire,he said it may not fit under the truck, I said ok just have them put it on the back truck bed of the truck he said they might be able to get it there because you are having the truck made from the factory,when we picked up the truck I was sure the tire under the truck was a 20' tire and never checked. now four months later I check the tire and its a 18' tire. I called the company and was told ther was nothing in the contract about a 20' spare tire. I order the truck from the factory because I wanted to be what I like , now I'm told they want give me a 20' tire and the saleman said he remember talking to me about the spare,now no one will call me and talk about this. HOW CAN YOU SIT THERE ON AMERICAN ROAD SUCH A JOKE. I KNOW YOU SAY THAT TO BE ABLE TO COMPETE YOU HAVE TO DO THIS. THINK OF ALL THE MONEY YOU WOULD SAVE IF YOU JUST KEPT THE WORK HERE AND LET THE AMERICAN WORKERS WHO ACTUALLY ARE SKILLED IN THEIR TRADES MAKE THE PARTS TO BEGIN WITH!!! I owned and drove Ford vehicles for over 40 years. I had an increasing number of problems with the last several vehicles to the point that my wife forbid me to purchase another Ford. On of the last vehicles was a Ford Focus, I saved up the recall notices for this vehicle until the pile of notices was more than 1/4" thick before taking it back to the dealership each time. During the period that we owned the car at random the transmission would disengage and spin. When this happened you had to take your foot off the gas pedal and coast until the transmission reengaged. Needless to say, the dealership "could not duplicate the problem" so they could not fix it and obviously they plain did not care. So no more Fords for us.

My wife and I bought the new F-150 Echoboost, 4x4, crewcab truck. DO NOT BUY ONE! IN FACT DO NOT BUY ANY FORD! They advertise it as getting 18mpg city, and 22 mpg HWY. Not true. We are getting 14.5 mpg city, and 16.5 mpg HWY. And 9.1 mpg towing a 16ft 700lb utility trailer. We bought it from Joe Cooper Ford, in Oklahoma. They are very crooked, and shady business men. They will not help you with your new 40k truck, and they will lie to you constantly. We never received any honest help from Joe Cooper Ford In Oklahoma. Then we called Ford Motor Company, well they are no better. They will blame the dealership for the problems with the crappy new truck, in order not to take responsibility. So people all over OKLAHOMA do not go to Joe Cooper Fords. And people all over the world. DO NOT BUY A FORD PRODUCT!

i have a 2005 ford f250 with the 6.0 diesel engine, I know hate ford, I went as far as selling my mustang because I want nothing to do with ford. the problem I had with my truck was first the turbo went out then, one day was driving and the engine stalled and died on me took it to the dealer said the ficm was out. they replaced it and right before exiting the dealer, the truck stalled again, I never made it passed the driveway when my truck breaks down, at the dealers? that's embarrasing. I had to run and get the technician for help, so what the next problem....sound like I may be joing a class action lawsuit.

I brought in my 2006 ford freestyle to the Russ Milne Ford located at Gratiot and Hall Rd. My vehicle has something wrong with the Transmission. I had already taken it to a shop that specializes in transmissions and as expected they didn't know what they were doing. So I decided to take it to an actual Ford dealership service shop to be worked on by Ford mechanics. I took my vehicle in, they took my transmition out and found that a seal was broken and was causing and inner pressure leak causing the gears not to shift. 2 weeks and 2500 dollars later they said come pick it up its fixed. I picked it up and 20 minutes later my car was back to not shifting out of first gear and the wrench symbol was on again. So I called Ford immediately and brought it in. I left it running so the service tech could see that the symbol was on and that my car wouldn't drive. Within a few hours I received a call to come pick my vehicle up. When I did the service tech said that they simply cleared the codes and it drives fine. After I had picked it up the second time, I had the vehicle for about half a day and not only did the wrench symbol pop up the engine symbol did also and my vehicle still will not shift out of first gear. I have just taken it in for the third time in a one month period, today. I sincerely hope that they actually fix the same problem I originally brought it in for instead of not. I am a single mother. My sons father has been passed away since his first birthday 4 years ago. I'm not on state aid I support us myself. And for me to be out of a car for about a month now is not ideal in my situation. This is the reason I brought my car to a Ford service shop instead of joe schmoes auto shop. Very unhappy customer :(

My audi broke down so i had it towed to Berge Ford in Mesa. Although this was not a ford they assured me they could fix it for 2700. Then called back with an unfixed car a week later. Told me they had some other minor things they had to do and found but would have to raise the price to 3600. Two weeks went by. They then told me i could pick it up friday. Called to pick it up and it wasnt ready. 3 weeks went by. They then said it would be ready a week later. Called on that day it still wasnt ready. Finally a month after they said it would be done they raised the price without authorization and still my car is not fixed and all the sudden the price they want is 5000. This was a nightmare. I was stripped of a car. It was promised to be fixed at 2700.00. I was forced to go car-less for a month and a half and then basically had my car stolen from me. I dont know how these criminals run a business.

what is up with ford not backing up their parts? lemon fuel pump installed in 2002 ranger.....TWICE...now they do not want to replace the second one which went bad 24 hours after i picked it up. making me dance around with all sorts of possible reasons truck is cutting out in traffic and dying...when it is so obvious the second pump is just as compromised as first......service department at dealer is afraid to send parts back to Ford...they kept saying oh it's not the fuel pump...i finally realized they knew it was but wanted me to be mislead.....wow

Bought. 2012 focus and will never buy another ford. The car was in the shop within 3 weeks for a grinding transmission. Was told it was fine got worse went back it was fine. The 3rd time I brought it back they said it needed new software in the transmission was supposebly fine and given back to me. Took it home was even worse and shaking brought back te next morning dealer Was supposed to open a new repair order but when I picked up over a week later it wasn't done. Mailed a final repair attempt to ford. Transmission was leaking into the clutch and given back to me. Broke again on the way home 2 days later starting smelling like something smoking. A day later the transmission overheated. They refuse to fix the vehicle and want me to bring it back to the dealer for a 5 th time and they stand behind there warranty. The dealer scammed me and committed fraud but I'm supposed to bring it back?! Consumer affairs department hung up on me twice. They refuse to replace the vehicle and are making me go through a lawyer to get a new vehicle. Waiting to here from mr. Fords assistant let's hope they have some good news of a new vehicle and to make matters worse I can't get a rental because I'm not old enough they expect me to walk and hour to work or school. Great paying for a vehicle you can't even drive.

I'm a 100% service connected Viet Nam Veteran who bought a pre-owned ford motor vehicle that was still under factory warranty from Pacific Ford in Long Beach California. I needed some repair work after having the car for less than a month. I called their service department and was told to call the person in charge named Toni. I called and left a message and got no call back. Three weeks later I go in and meet her and have work done on my car. I was charged even though my car was under the three year 36000 mile warranty. I got great service from a number of managers however the person in charge never acknowledged this problem. And my car's problem still exists. I seriously question Ford Motor Company's hiring practices and I will share this experience with my friends, fellow Vets and entertainment contacts. I will be going back to Pacific Ford this morning 10-3-11 at 9:30am to have the problem addressed again. I was told by a manager that I'd be given back the money that I paid them last week.

Please I need a Response, I have a Complaint. I recently took my beautiful GT Mustang to the dealer in Walnut Cree, who is an excellent place. I've been going there for the life of my car 7 yrs. I do all maintenances to the car per the book. I did the 65,000 mile checkup last yr. everything in the car was excellent. BUT Recently this yr. I noticed a noise, took the car in to my favorite Serv Rep, they checked the car, and the diagnostic was, that the Plastic Intake- Manifold had a Crack, CONSEQUENTLY,the Coolant-anti Freeze had leaked through the Crack and had severely damage the inside, costing me to repair it, for $2,000; My Serv Rep said that FORD Corp is no longer using this Plastic Manifold in cars due to this problem I experienced, now the Manifold is made of a much stronger material, not plastic any more, because it CRACKS. Consequently, I feel that this was not my fault, I should have not paid $2,000!!!! I keep my car very well maintained. This problem I had happened, because of a DEFECTIVE, BAD QUALITY PLASTIC USED ON THE MANIFOLD. I need to talk to someone in your Corporation regarding this. Ford Motor Company Main Topic: VehicleServiceIssues Your Inquiry: I would like Ford Motor Company to step up to the plate to help me with a serious "safety issue". I am the owner of a 2002 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer Edition 82,000 miles(3000 miles on current motor). I have lovingly taken care of this vehicle and have undergone several serious issues with it in the 7 years that I have owned it. This includes 3 motors, with the last one being installed last August 2010(The factory motor had spun bearings)! I have continued to have hope that I would have this vehicle for at minimum several more years until recently when I was told by my mechanic that he will not grant an inspection renewal due to the fact that the frame, cross members and floor is rotted out to the point that he could put his hand through it. I have two small children in this vehicle and the implication that this vehicle is not safe is an understatement! I contacted Ford and spoke with at least 5 representatives including a Supervisor, was offered an "X plan", which essentially offered me $3,000 off the price of a new vehicle at which time I cannot afford. I have worked hard to pay this vehicle off only to have it be scrap metal. It is clear to me that this is a serious Ford issue with other vehicles as well. Coincidently, my friend has a 2004 version of the Expedition and hers has just been condemned for the same issue. I meanwhile hear Ford commercials, stating "Ford Tough" and I can only think that this is such a misleading advertisement. Quite frankly, I find it insulting that the best Ford can do to stand by it's customers is to offer them a very trivial amount of money towards a new vehicle when it is clearly known that this is a legitimate issue with many of it's vehicles from 2000-2004! I believe that there is a clear lack of concern with regard to this issue! I have muddled through the other issues, including spark plugs blowing through cylinder heads, however the safety of my children and other passengers is where I draw the line. I have gone to the dealership where I purchased this gem and was told that wholesalers looked at it and I would be lucky to get $5-6,000 and likely less where it will likely be parted out due to it's structural issues. I had a Ford Explorer that it took me three years to move through the Lemon Law process after offering them multiple opportunities to find a solution with resolving from fixing the car to trading out with similiar year (at time only 7mths old)and mileage. They fought me at every direction from when first reported to top executive offices who told me in a nice way that they would not do anything. In the end, I won when even my lawyer had doubts and told me it was remote. It left a bad taste for this company for the rest of my life especially after three years, countless mechanics/engineers the big company at the hearing sent 4 lawyers and engineers to make me look bad. Too bad I had a technical bulletin of their cover-up of a potential hidden defect. It cost them more in the end then trading it out in addition to lost sales with me, my family and friends as customers over the next few decades.
