I own an f150 fx2 2010 and two 68 mustangs. As you can imagine, a ford fan. A month ago my tail lights go out-fuse is out. It gets replaced and a few days later its out again. A more in-depth inspection is done a fix is made but it wasn't the fix. Back again. Now the smart junction box is replaced. Problem solved? No not yet. Back again, this time for a wiring harness. Surely now its over right? No. Trip number five to the dealership only now there stumped. My truck is there now as i am writing this. I have to say, i am not at all upset with the dealership. They're making every effort, but how does this work? Does Ford get to use me and my time, my truck and therefore my money as a test subject on how to resolve there incompetence. My feeling is, if you want a truck to cut into, drive around as you need ( under my liability of insurance i might add, should something happen ) so that you can determine what is wrong with it, my suggestion is that you,Ford, with your team of engineers should take this truck of my hands and bring it back to your lab because i didn't give you permission to invade my life this way. I have to say my patience are wearing thin. I'm disappointed

FORD DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. If you are in the market for a car go elsewhere....RUN don't walk. If you want a company that cares about your business do not buy a Lincoln. Go to a company that knows how to treat customers. I purchased a Lincoln MKX 2011- Ford treats me like a piece of crap and provides terrible service at the head office/ Customer relationship Center Level. Take my advice for the same price by a another compnaies vehicle.

I own a 2010 ford fusion sport. Bought it new close to home. Recently took it to rock river ford for warranty work on rear brakes. Dealer replaced rotors calipers and pads when my daughter picked it up The brake pedal went to the floor nearly causing an accident. Now it's in for oil leaking from valve covers and transmission overdrive shifting problems. The car was bought with premium extended warranty. Dealer said they don't have time to work on it. What's up with that. I own your stock. But not for long. Your dealer service dept SUCKS

To those who plan on buying a ford escape. i purchased a 2001 ford escape with a 3.0 v6. I purchased it to pull my 14 foot fishing boat. Since i'm a single full time father and my youngest child will be graduating in the spring. Knowing i will have more free time to get back into a hobby that was put aside for the last 10 years. The problem i have since purcahsing this vehicle it can't haul me around without issues let alone a fishing boat and gear.Since i have had it it hasn't run correctly. before i purchase it the dealer i bought it from repalced three coils. Since i have owned it the intake gaskets where replaced alone with the plugs. The remaining coils are on order. I do have another ford and have an understanding how a car operates. I guess i will qoute a phrase from back in the day. FORD = Fix or repair daily

I Canceled mine and payed off my car in OCT and still havent received my Gap ins back yet the dealer ship has cashed the check and they are to send another one in my name and there still holding . If ya call they give the runaround oh your going to get it next week . Well here it is Dec and still havent got it. The car i bought is a lemon . Sure made a mistake of dealing with them.I will never buy a ford again.

Saturday while going to Benna Ford Superior I had the unlikely event of driving into incident with a bad driver. It seems this man who was parking in which I believe is a poor way by not signaling or even acknowledging that i was behind him seemed to be on his cell phone. I decided to quickly move past him and flick him off for being rude. Next he pulls up to where I'm parked and it seems he owns the dealership and threatens to assault me if i don't leave. So he talks on his phone while driving while working then he threatens a customer with bodily harm. I think I'm going to buy from another company from now on and inform everyone I know how this company lets its customers be treated. My email is blue_sky_gate@yahoo.com if anyone has any statements

I have a 2008 F-150 that is still under warranty and has a problem with the stereo going out everyday. The 1st time I took it in the dealer told me there was a TSB about the problem and fixed it. I am having the problem again, took it to the same dealer, and the dealer refuses to fix it even though there is a TSB out about it. I even had to show the service adviser there was a TSB about it and made him look up the vehicle history so he could see exactly what they did last time. They had my truck for 3 day and supposedly they can't verify it. This is hard to believe especially since it happens everyday! My vehicle is still under warranty and this is a known problem with a TSB so shouldn't Ford be responsible to fix it? They even made me pay for the rental car while they had my truck in their shop. Their inability to do their job should not cost me especially when I pay $40K for a vehicle.

I have a 2010 Ford F150 nothing but problems since new, two windshields due to faulty interior trim and the dealer sublet the installs to a company which scratched the truck, new transfer case for the 4x4, rear shocks leaking, steering wheel shroud, replaced tailgate screws twice, faulty A pillar moulding, two rims replaced due to blistering on the chrome finish, rear-view mirror became loose after multiple warranty windshield replacements and they replaced the mirror with a used one, the truck vibrates when stopping which the dealer says is normal, leaked water through passenger side A pillar when new the dealer replaced the satellite antenna seal and now at 50,000km our headliner is all water stained. Called Ford Canada and spoke to customer relations Manager and nothing was resolved.Built Ford Tough is just a catchy slogan the Ford Motor Company treats people poorly.

Just want to say, I see so many complaints on here about the Ford F Series. I own a 95 F-150. Its had its issues and its wayyyy past its day to go back to a dealer for work but so far this has been one of the best trucks I have owned. I think some people have to remember there will be issues with every car and when it comes down to it, well it's not necessarily the dealers fault. Also I think people need to learn again that some work, can be done on their own. I saw some complaints that "something" happened when they took their vehicle in for say an oil change. Do it yourself, save the money and the trouble. Its not that hard and it is valuable knowledge to know how to do it.

Customer care in South Africa is poor. If you have a problem with the dealer just go strait to NCC.

Dear sirs I have driven ford trucks sense as far back as the mid eighties and they wear, and I mean wear good reliable trucks. I Owen a 2008 f 450 and knock on wood nothing has gone wrong yet. I purchased the truck second hand in Texas and I use it to pull my camper and it does a great job. I work construction and there are a lot of pickups as you can emagin. There are guys here that have had fords and now owen chevy or dodge or Toyota and some how still have there ford. The point is that ford is poising ground because of the lack of fath in your product. I have been talking to some of the guys here that have fords or have had a ford and it's not a good conversation. They tell me that they have had lot of problems with there trucks and it's not random things it's the same thing over and over again and the repairs are in the thounsands of $ for the same repair. I really like my ford but I must say I am worried.there are hundreds of trucks in the parking lot and the number of fords are dwindling. I know ford is is very large company and this letter probably won't change a thing but if you care about your customers ford needs to take care of the people who beleave in them and there product. Thanks from a ford owner.

I WOULD RATE A 0 but Icould not. Iam a Air Force Veteran, Senior citizen. I complained about Sunshine ford IN ft. PIerce, Fl. I was ripped off , gouged spent over $1400.00 and the 2001 ford escort xz2 does not run good. This dealer has invited a law suit. This was brought about sine Ford Corporation don't care, and the dealer also does not care who the rob.

2005 Escape. Dear Sirs, Two days ago, I joined the hapless club of those that own this particular model/make car. At 113,000 miles, I have to spend at least $3,500 to replace the spark plugs, coils, computer, and wiring harnesses. Ford engineers knew of the problem with the wrong spark plugs and the tendency of the coils to short out and burn out the computer in 2006 and no recalls were issued. Actually, no notice was sent to vehicle owners at all! The vehicle cost me $26,500 in 2005 and is now worthless. I have just written to Grappone Ford in Concord NH (where I bought the vehicle) to see if anything can be done. Thank You for your time Sincerely Joseph Mazzone

I have owned Ford vehicles in the past but I'm very sad to say that I am discouraged that Ford has not issued a recall for the Smart Junction Box issues on the 2006 Ford Fusions. I am now a victim of the costly repair for a poor design flaw by Ford that has no coverage for expenses. The cost of the repair is going to cost between $500-600 to replace/reprogram the SJB so I can have my front driver side direction working again. A necessity to have my car inspected as well as the safety for me and my family for routine driving. How sad Ford, I'm dissapointed.. I will be paying for this extreme expense that I understand can happen again, no guarantees...really?! Shame on you Ford, you should stand behind your vehicles and face your flaws. I will be trading in my car very soon and will not purchase another Ford again. Just one more unhappy consumer. What happened to values? Try Googling problems with 2006 SJB issues.. maybe you will reconsider.

As a company owner I go thru alot of Ford F150's and never a problem. This new truck in black Gray seats and black mats.this has a large drink tray that pulls out under the center seat that holds 2 drinks.I do alot of night driving and cannot see the holes for the drink because everything is dark.If you had a small dot light centered between the 2 cup holders,it would be very easy to find.hopes this helps.thanks

We have a 1997 Escort w/218,000 miles on it and it is the most dependable vehicle I've ever owned. We call it the Baja Escort. It gets us back and forth to work, hauls wood, brings us to our cabin and other things. The day before yesterday,it rolled down the hill by our house and ended up in the little river. The front half of the car was in the river and only the front half of the engine was under water. It took a little bit but it started and I took it 40 miles to work and back, and has been working ever since. It still gets 33 mpg. Shame on you Ford for discontinuing what I think was the best car in the world.

We have had our Ford F-450 in the shop 5 different times for the exact same problem which started as a recall on the injectors. Now it's in the shop again for an injector sticking open which in turn has damaged the engine and you refuse to fix it under its warranty. We just want you to do what's right. If we cannot get it fixed we will be forced to get an attorney and take you to court. If that happens you will be requested to buy back this piece of junk.

i would really like to know how you can say you have warrantys when your transmissions and alternators and things like that go out before your 100thousand miles my ford focus is a 2007 and with 79 thousand miles on it and now they are telling me that FORDwont stand by it cuz im 3 months past the supposedly warranty date crap i would never buy another ford if you gave me 1 so i hope yall have a nice day and also you need to tell your sales ppl that when they sell a car that is a demo and only has 7000 miles on it that when you do that they go on when the car was delivered to where ever its going and the tires go out every year

To whom it may concern, I have been dealing with this ford dealership for over 30 yrs. the other day i went to order a new car and they told that they would not sell me a car even though i had the money Cash. I thought the dealers were there to make money for the car co. The dealership is Terrebonne Ford in Houma La. So now i am inclined to buy a different product.

I purchased a 2007 used ford escape for my wife at atchinson ford in belleville michigan and after 9000 miles the trans went out. I called up there and talked to the person in charge I gave her the VIN number and she told me it was still under warranty so I got a wrecker and towed it up to the dealership and then they told me it was not under warranty. Not only did I waste money getting it towed up there but they were rude and did not really care about anything I had to say or any attempt to want to help my situation. They seemed more interested in getting me out the door then helping with anything. I WILL NEVER BUY A FORD PRODUCT IN MY LIFE AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT HOW BAD I WAS TREATED AT Atchinson Ford IN BELLEVILLE MICHIGAN TO EVERYONE I KNOW.
