My loacl dealer lied to me about the rebate and only gave part of the actual rebate. This was a cash deal, so It was not waived in leiu of rebate. He told me they don't have to pass on all of the consumer cash. This is unethical; but is it illegal? sounds like it would be a violation of dealer franchise agreement.

I would like to see Ford make the T-Bird in the body style of 1957 but it would be new off the line now. If they made a new 57 T-Bird I know I would want to buy that car, would anyone else like to see Ford bring back the 57 T-Bird?

I hope someone reads this that can help...I have bought now, 4 Fords. An SUV, a sport, a Focus (2001) and another Focus (2012). Everyone I knew told me that I was an idiot because I am going with Ford. I want to buy American, I want a quality car..and until this year I can say I have not been disappointed. I am SO disappointed in my 2012 Focus I could cry. I am too embarasased to even ask anyone to drive with me. It shifts horribly and jerks as if it is ready to lose power (I am sure that down the road someone will be killed because of this horrible transmission and all 2012s will be recalled)...and that is the best part of this car. OMG it drives worse than my 200s Focus on its last legs. I seriously want to puke by the time I get to work the ride is SOOOOOOO bumpy. What on earth were you people thinking when you came up with this car???? I am 65 and work 2 jobs to make ends meet and was so excited that this car would maybe be my last...take me into retirement...well I'm telling you this, I am going to work my a.....s off and pay off this car as soon as I can and trade it in for a Toyota or Honda. Ford you are a HUGE HUGE SAD disappointmen to the American people. You may think this is bullshit, but all this makes me very, very sad.

HI I"d like to tell about my feeling the dealer in my country is very bad because of very bad service and too expensive parts. This is given very poor seals for ford in my country . i think ford very nice car if service and parts became good.

Dear sirs ; I have a 1988 Ford Festiva. You really should start making them again. They are great little cars and get wonderful gas millage. If you only knew how many times I could have sold this little car and just couldn't bring myself to do it. I get notes on my windshield from people wanting to buy it. Its really funny, that someone else would want something that old. I am the second owner of this car and am proud to be the owner. Thank you..... Mary

hey there again. I just wanted to say that the little Ford Festiva I was just talking about on here has three hundred and thirty two thousand and some odd miles on it and still going strong. Has the original engine in it and still going strong. Not too many people can beat that. Just thought I would share that with you.

What if. being an old trial lawyer with time on my hands, I looked at my tires and wondered, "what if". Why not putairless tires on cars, put a outer tread, put a saction of strong supports between the tread and the rim. No tire to go flat, high miliage,smooth ride, no heat issues, low cost to make, great marketing issue & dog gone it, Ford would be the leader. I am a small stock holder that likes to see Ford lead the way.

Purchased 4 new tires from the Ford dealership, which offered a $60.00 rebate. Sent in the paper work and invoice only to get a huge run a round till the rebate expired. What a joke. My advice is, don't deal with this worthless car company who dosen't make good on their promises. Highly dissatisfied. I wouldn't even give them one star. I should of stayed with Chevy.

AND HAD TO FIX IT FIRST THE DAMB TRANSMITION WENT OUT RIGHT OFTER THE I GOT IT WENT TO GET IT FIXED AND FORD TOLD ME THEY WONT HONOR IT SO I HAD TO PAY 4,000 DOLLARS TO GET IT FIXED THE CAR HAD ONLY 25,000 MILES ON IT NOW IN 2012 THE DAMB FORD COMPANY TELLS ME THE CAMSHAFS AND THE TIMEING BELT ARE SHOT AND THEY WONT MORE MONEY (4,300) I DID NOT WANT TO PAY MORE MONEY SO I TALKED TO A SELLS MAN AND HE OFFERED ME (4,000)FOR MY (2005) AND WANTED ME TO BUY A (2004)I TOLD HIM HELL NO!

I own a 2005 F350 diesel with.a 6.0. What a piece of crap! The truck only has 60,000 miles on it and the oil cooler went to hell and dumped oil into the cooling system. Of course the manufacture warranty is up and the extended warranty will not cover it either. Now I am stuck with a $3000.00 bill to repair it. Ford knew there were issues with these trucks and you would think they would try to make it right. No wonder Ford did not have to take bail out money. They make money by ripping their customers off! Ford is pretty pathetic as far as I'm concerned!

I have a 09 Ford Focus and had to buy a total of 5 tires already at 36,000 miles so many alignments, I have had nothing but problems with this BLANK! BLANK! CAR!! Ford takes no responsibly, keep saying its not there fault. I agreed to buy a car without defects! You even send me a letter saying if I'm not COMPLETELY SATISFIED to let you know! Well, I have and you have done NOTHING!

dear to whom ever it may concern i have a 96 ford taurus and cannot get the fans to cut off the only way i am able to get the fans to cut off is by unplugging the battery cables is there any other way i can get the fans to cut off without having to unplug the battery cables. i would greatly appreciate your help Sincerely, Joshua Hooper

I was a ford guy,I owned a 2008 f450 went through 4 motors and 6 radiators,traded the truck in,it was in show room condition with a rod knocking ,gave me 10.000 for it after I put 5.000 in it to fix it,that truck sat at lafayette ford for two months and two dealers in MD and one dealer in MA and sarasota ford in fl, now my 2011 is sitting in Darian GA at Liliston Ford ,it's been there for a month now ,I own a boat transport co,they don't have all the parts to put the motor back together yet, they could have put a long block in it and it would have been done with a while ago. I almost lost my business with the 08,looks like I might loose it in 2011,ford did not need the bail out because they have been screwing their cust for years, THEY JUST DONT CARE

I have been a die hard Ford man and have no problems with the product or dealer. MY PROBLEM IS WITH FORD SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE. I own a 2008 Ford Focus among others and have purchased 12 Fords in the last 10 years. I have been waiting on a part for my Focus now for Three months. I am told now that it might be available in April 2012. that will be 7 months paying for a car that I can not use. seven months of rental for a total of $6500.00. And guess what Ford customer service said (Quote) it is not there problem and try to have a nice day.

I am having issues with a recall on 2002 f-150 fuel tank straps, the corroded strap that is part of the recall corroded my gas tank that is now leaking because of the corroded fuel tank strap. Nothing is being done to replace my fuel tank, I feel that this is not my problem, but the problem of the ford motor co. They keep telling me it is my issue or should I say my problem!!!!!! They tell me the tank is not part of the recall. But what they are refusing to except is that my leaking fuel tank is due to the corroded straps. They keep telling me that my tank has to fall off my truck before they replace it. What are they going to wait for someone to file A wrongful death suit.I have been driving for 40 years, and never have I had A fuel tank that leaked. They tell me the mileage, which is only 167,000 wear and tear. I have driven cars to over 300,000 miles without fuel tank issues. Bottom line, corroded fuel tank straps,corroded my fuel tank. NOT VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

I have nothing but problems with my ford windstar if ford gave a crap about there customers they would do a buy back on all the windstars its going back to the shop on Friday again yahoo I was a ford man I have owned fords sense high school from a f100 the mercury sable an explorer(the only one I had no issues with) an expedition now the worst of them all the windstar never again will I spend my hard earned money on a ford car truck or suv if they don't do some about the windstar I'm tired of spending money ford do something

Dear sirs, I am a diehard Ford man, but I own this 06 Taurus that is giving me problems with the bearings or something.Sounds like it's gonna fly apart! Have been sitting with no transportation for 3-4 months cause I'm on disability, and I just cant keep up the household bills and save enough money to fix it. This has been stressful, particularly because of this situation. I was hoping and praying for a Christmas miracle, it's gonna cost almost 2000.00 to fix it, and at the rate I am going I;ll be lucky to have it for Christmas NEXT year. I am not trying to send a sob story or beg, I am litterally concerned, I have a wife and 3 boys, 1 car, and it's sitting in the yard not running. I was just wandering if there was ANYTHING you could do to help me, I hate to ask, but I'm stuck in a rut, with no wheels. My wife always talked about a red Mustang GT with white stripes, or a White GT with Blue stripes. Of couse I also am in need of a vehicle. I am a truck man. My favorite is the Harley Davidson edition extended or crew cab, 4x4. I am embarrassed to ask for something like this, but I honestly do not have anywhere to turn. I am not begging but I am asking for maybe a "Christmas Miracle". I have been sick for 10 years, had 3 strokes, stomach and GI problems that dr.'s cant figure out. My oldest son it 20, and my twins 14, and I cant even get out to teach them about cars like my Dad did. I feel less than a man. My oldest likes the Rangers, or something small with good mileage. I worked at LaFayette Ford here in Fayetteville, NC 28306, till I had my 3rd stroke and had to go on disability, also have peripheral neuropathy in all 4 limbs, from Diabetes for 20 plus years. My dad has a 98 f150 that he bought from the dealer in Costa mesa, CA? And he had it lifted by fords service dept and they messed up the suspension. He goes through back tires in about 5 years but front tires are worn in maybe 8 months..
