Why have a corporate number when no one is there? pointless

Obviously someone monitor your facebook account, this was the only time someone tried to contact me, we played phone tag, now I can't find is number as some time as passed and my situation still isn't resolved AND you I've been BLOCKED from your facebook, wow, my message wasn't that strong, just have some legal background, so was i removed because i had intimidated you? I've sent an e-mail to Corp, I've called 8-9 times, are you waiting for me to give up, it's just making me more frustrated, you can't ignore a prolem or an error and think the if you wait long enough we'll go away!

I have a problem with my Facebook account. I forgot my password and entered it wrong. I then reset it. Now when I try to log in, Facebook is asking me for that mispelled password in order to allow me to log in. What is this? how am I supposed to remember a wrong password? They are asking me for ID, which uploads and they say it did not. There seems to be no customer service available, just prewritten answers to questions but they don't cover all the questions. I urgently need to log in, Anybody there?

have tried everything to get intouch with someone about this lottery email i have been getting. they say there address is 1 hacker way, menlo park. i looked up the address and it gave me direction to get there. is this for real. the person name on email is patrick widen sad he is the prmo coordinator. could you please let me know is this real. please email me.

I dont know how to get ahold of any customer service. I would like to talk to someone about an email i recieved supposedly from facebook saying i won a lottery and ive been in contact with these so called people only through email. Scam or no? B.c. this is not funny to low income families. Any suggestions??

I am a business owner who rellys on social media for much of my marketing. I have a situation which needs attention from Facebook as they are the only one who can fix my page being taken down. It is impossible to get a response from Facebook via email. It is equally as difficult through on the phone. If we, as users and advertisers are unable to get a response via email there should be phone support for business owners to address mistakes that have been made by Facebook which are impossible to correct.

How can I stop facebook from allowing users to post information and pictures about me without my consent? I have been informed that there are pictures including me on this site that I am not a member of. I am not a public figure and pictures of me should not be posted publicly without my consent.

hi, im writing to ask you if facebook draws a lottery threw picking random people with facebook accounts? because I received a email from facebook saying I was picked and I won 750,000$$ is this true or is this a scam?? and if it is a scam you should worn the other facebook users not to give there personal information out to this facebook lottery email..???..

My photos are available to the public no matter what I do to my privacy settings. The online help center has been useless, and this phone number states you can leave a message, but there is never an opportunity to do so in the never ending loop of options. I think I will cancel my page. How else can I protect my photos (that were previously protected and suddenly available to the public).

First of all I would like to thank you. for this great, wonderful, facebook. However can I make a suggestion though It's nothing but however I think it would be a great idea. why not post some new games for facebook and not just that also bring back some I don't know some classic games like the classic Mario kart from snes and have competitions or classic arcade games like 1992 x-men or something along like that. Hello, My program has page Center for Infant & Child Loss, on Facebook. This is a support for families whose children die. Facebook has pop up ads on our page advertising life insurance. One ad reads "Before you die buy life insurance". This is highly insensitive so please do not place these types of ads on our page!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been trying to find an appropriate place to make this request. Hopefully someone will see it here. I would appreciate it if this is taken care of this As Soon As Possible. Thank you.

on 5/14 20/13 I redeemed a 25$ facebook card. it took it but I cant use it! why cant I use it? I have e-mailed everyone!i I am very upset and very disappointed with facebook! if I don't get my money I will have to go higher then. all I want is my money!

My account and the email account affiliated with were hacked and I cannot access them. I have visited the Help Center (and I use that term very loosely) several times and sent numerous emails all to no avail. I can't even access their voice mail when I call the corporate number. It says you can leave a message, but it never gives you an option to record one! I have encountered poor customer service before, but this company is the absolute WORST!

I have recently read where the government is claiming to have the right to read my emails and check my facebook. I laughed at this until this afternoon when I tried to logon. I get a plain white page. I used my husbands computer the same thing. We then logged in under his account and it was open. I found my self under his friends and was able to get to my home page but was unable to get to my page to play games or read others post. I am not a big Obama fan so I am now wondering if they really do have the power to stop someone from posting items that they would prefer others not to see?

Remember your teachers , grandparents saying youll be lucky in this world if you can count your true friends on one hand? this is true with facebook. you can lie to yourself if you want to believe that 300 or more people truley care about you in this dog eat dog world. yes we are suppost to love our neighbors. but truth is this world isnt going in the bible direction incase you havent noticed this yet. so even if your a good person thats not the way to see it these days your suppose to be like a bot, emotions dont matter to facebook,,,, go along with the crowd so you dont get rewarded for our differences . one world order would be what there trying to abide by. i hope they shut this facebook down . its just a horrid thing to do to our country/world/planet. its like stupid!

Today when I signed into facebook I was told I was blocked for 30 days, I have not sent but a few friends req to ppl who have asked me to and you block me. You tell us to make friends on fb how can we when you keep blocking us. These are ppl i play games with. I dont understand. Please clear up this matter for me so I can understand why I am blocked. I have tried repeatedly to reason with a group on Facebook that has repeatedly, willfully and blatantly uses my original photography on his groups page, which now ha over 3,000 members. He has blocked me as a result of my complaints directly to him to cease & desist. I am filing a federal complain against the group, him personally and and also Facebook.

Facebook helped me any my family near and far connect. My children have met family members they have never seen before. It is a life line to who we are, and what we do.
