after the gifts have been on face book I have sent many to friends and family and the people do not open the gift and it is not sent, and I never get a refund how can i get the credit

Don't understand you Facebook people blocking us temporarily (your own clients) who want to make contacts (friends) with those who happen to be in the same field of interest (arts & painting) as we are? What good is Facebook really? From the brief experience I have had so far I'm starting to think another social media network might be better than Facebook! I'm starting to understand why your membership is diminishing more and more (CBC news report). If you wish to lose more and more people, you're on the right track!

I have experienced a lot of problems with FB page Hanover Wildcat. Numerous requests to Facebook for assistance have gone unanswered or ignored. As far as I am concerned, the folks at FB are the rudest people on the planet. They could not care less about their customers and exhibit no inclination towards real customer service.

On Friday March 15, 2013 you asked me to identify myself and the telephone number I had was from my old cell phone and u gave me no other options but to upload a drivers license which I did. I still have not had my account released I have given you my other number which is in my account. You have no customer service, which I cant believe in a society as ours business always customer service. Why is this taking so long? You can turn our account right off u should be able to turn right back on. I have been in that Help Center, what a piece useless information!! You need flow chart with variables not everyone issue is the same. Please tell me or send me an email with I am to do next!!

i am so frustrated with facebook right now. my account was hacked i guess and they have locked me out. i have spent days trying to straighten out to no avail. i am at a lost why there is no customer service to deal with like every other business. what is going on. i have lost my friends, photos and everything i enjoyed on facebook.

Horrible cust service - was told I was going to get a call back by someone speaking very broken English and never got call back - try this several times and I either was hang up on or told we will call you back six more times !! All by people speaking broken hard to understand English !!! So so sad for Facebook

Privacy setting should be created so each person can change their own privacy settings and not have to rely on each friend to block certain aspects such as who's friends of friends sees my photos, etc. That should be solely my choice and I should not have to rely on my friends to change this feature and hope that they do.

Called yet another number and the stupid phone prompt said were sorry but we do not offer any personal help go to some other page blah blah blah facebook corporate office and there help line sucks!

My girlfriends account was hacked and she has been in contact with Facebook to say that it was hacked an they disabled her account, she was asked to send over identification to prove who she is via email and still nothing. It is so hard to contact Facebook and she has sent email after email and still nothing. For such a company like this and they don't give their time to help is such a shame, she has photos on there which mean a lot to her and she's afraid she will never see them again

my facebook have been hacked and You guys cancel my account now Im blocked for 7 days then 4 hours later some on epost a photo that I did not put since Im blocked and you guys cancel me for another 29 days this is stupid and Im very angry about this issue since I was not the one posting those photos or comments so I hope this is solved

Had dinner last night in Madera, CA at 6:15 pm bad took for ever to get my order waited a total of 45min. and still didnt get my order tell i left at the register. But it wasent busy there were only 6 other guest averge of 3 per booth . NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I bought a new phone just so that I dont have to log on to a PC to connect to Facebook. My service provider says since I can access other social media websites with the phone except for Facebook then problem is Facebook, please help

Funny how hard it is to contact support for help yet so many people are being blocked for being reported, hmmm wonder how they got through and why facebook doesn´t have to abide by our human rights giving us the chance to defend ourselves when we are falsely accused yet we have to abide by their rules or get banned, what am I saying, even if we do follow their rules we can get banned if someone decides to lie about us.

i have been hacked and i have 8 unautorized pages. i also now have 5 unauthorized acct administrators. i have tried to contact you .this is a security issue and facebook has no support. facebook send to a site for tech help which is a 3rd party support group that wants charge at least 99.00 to fix the problem.this is wrong. i plan on filing a law suit against facebook,this is a police matter and they should have someway of contacting a security office. i will send a regitered letter to them to start the action. some of need to join in and do the same .

Everytime i try to add a family member or friend i am blocked for 14 days from any friend request yet everytime i visit facebook and i have all these friends i dont know that i dont add and it gets tiring to delete 200 something people everyday so i stoped but now i cant add freinds i do know or family why can people i dont know add me but i cant add my family
