Facebook Corporate Office & Headquarters

There is someone using my picture and my name. How do I stop it. Can you please find out for me.Cause when I catch this person I will file charges against this person and facebook for allowing it to happen. I did put your extra security on my site, but evidently that's not enough or it's no good. I want it taken care of now ASAP that person has already cost me $ 250.00 from my checking account and I live on a fixed income. I am going to get the Media in on this to. And you don't want to take .of this matter the Media and the police will. I'm tired of this.

I would like to know who makes decisions on blocking accounts. Many people have gained this system and falsely accuse people of poor taste posts when they simply don't agree with them. I want my account restored immediately. I am a share holder and this is nonsense. Please do something about this asap.

I need to talk to someone about my deceased son's page and spam. Sure would be nice to get a person in regards to this delicate subject.

It is stupid locking me out of facebook after all these years i have been with them over 10 years i do the password right and my email i still cant get it, the website sucks i have never been intimadated like this before in my whole life if they keep on locking out decent folk the website will shut down and the owners will wonders why they are losing too much money. all my penpals are on there i cant even sendd them messages.

The facebook team has unfairly targeted my account. The facebook computer it self has chosem=n people for me to become friends with I do not search for people. I accepted several people,now you are saying I have befriended to many folks and you have my account on hold. This is unfair. Facebook need to have a button so I can contact you. Contacting Facebook to resolve any issue is like trying to find your shadow 1000 feet underground with no lights. Everything is automated -- especially their responses to any issue. I have been trying for more than 6 months to eliminate an old account -- it is my account, but Facebook has locked it and I cannot access it to delete it. And... it is impossible to get a resolution from a faceless facebook company.

Facebook only appears to have a corporate phone number. I signed up and did not comfirm because I decided not to stick my info out there. Next thing I know, my emails full of "You may know this person" notifications. I can't change that spersonal preference sdtting because I am not a member. you should have foundations and charity organization have the ablitiy to take donations on there page. then reward the donar with a post on there page saying something like proud donar too, or some means of reward for the donar. then there is the possiblitiy of facebook getting somekind of taxcut for your help in the processing and donation process.. just an idea to help these organizations and with possiblity of benifiting you also.. its worth at least looking into..thanks

I have gotten two notices now that I have been bothering folks I do not know to ask for friendships.??? look at my totals for one and I know everyone on there. I do not like to ask people and I am careful not to invite.I have someone out there who is ether angry that I denied access or other emotional problems that I have no control over.False witness or what I call flagging is what this is and is a form of slander.as soon as I am capable to get back on line I am closing my site down forever.

Hello- When I signed up apparently I inputted the wrong birthdate. I am now unable to access my account because the security procedure asks for my birthdate and I do not know what was inputted because it is incorrect. I want my email address for my facebook account because friends identify me from my long time email address. Howver, I can't access my account. Help!! How do I get past the security protocol and get into my account again? Can anyone help me...Please!

I just read Omar's review from April 18th; and I am having the same problem. Not because of travel I just don't get on facebook daily nor do I have it on my phone like of the people I know have it now. I have been trying for two weeks to get on and try your solution with no results So now I may have locked myself out because of retrying passwords and this really sucks. There has to be a better way!

I was just asked to log back in, and then i was told that my I was not able to post anything due to violation of rules, when I did not do such thing. Another admin on the page posted something that we were asked to post (their phone number, verified by me after the fact) somehow, I was blocked for this? The posting even has a signature of the poster (Sussie) but I got blocked, please see this issue, you have no way to appeal such problems. I travel a lot and when I try to access my account in a different country, you keep changing the routine; before I could verify using an email address, now I have to try an identify friends photos who change almost every other day. Sorry I am not a facebook addict and using the website like an addict, but maybe once a week or every two weeks. So I ask the genius facebook how can I access my account when I cannot identify my friends dedication to changing photos every MINUTE?? Regards, Find a Better Solution

My previous account was hacked. I had a lot of information and work in it. I've tried so hard to log in but it's been impossible. I'm really disappointed. It shows the vulnerability facebook has regarding customer protection and service. Sad and disappointed :(

I have been blocked several times by Facebook for reaching out to people that I have known throughout my life. I have lived in 8 different states and lived in Germany for 3 years. When I search for a person that I really know and send a request, I get my hand slapped. Recently I send a message to my best friend's son that I had lost contact with and let his mother know I had been looking for her. After that I got block again. This past week when my blocking time was up I send a friends request to an Author that has their books and personal information on my website! I had been in email contact and they asked me to like their page and send a friends request and wouldn't you know I got blocked again for days. What is up with all this blocking going on? I am trying to run a business and most of the people I connect with are Authors from around the world. The send me their bio and information so that I can post it on my website at www.bzreaders.com. Just because we may be from a certain area doesn't mean that we haven't lived in other places in our life time. Facebook was great for me when I signed on in July of 2009. Up till this past year I never had a problem at all. And if by any chance someone does not want to accept a friends request from me then that is their personal choice, not Facebook! This has truly become anti-social. And from the looks of all the reviews this has been a big problem with many people, not just me! Facebook, clean up this mess that is going on. Please give us back the freedom of choice in accepting or rejecting people for our Facebook page.

Add me to the growing list of people complaining about you defeating the purpose of your very EXISTENCE. We run a SOCIAL NETWORKING company (albeit we specialize in face to face networking). We have been blocked for 30 days at a time SEVERAL times for adding friends who have GIVEN us their emails at the events for the SOLE purpose of being facebook friends. How in the world are you supposed to GROW a network if you keep stymieing us at every turn? This is UNACCEPTABLE and goes against the very nature of your own animal that you created. STOP BLOCKING people. It's different if it's a 59 year old sleeze going after some 18 year old sweet thing, or a company that is constantly selling their wares, or any kind of unsafe, creepy, denizen in between. We are the TOP business of our kind in the city of Houston and this is RIDICULOUS.

Facebook is really an unprofessional entity trying to make itself appear professional. The administration actualy accused me of not using my legal name. So they provided a link to upload a copy of my I.D.--which I did. The message indicated that they would followup shortly. It has been an entire day and Facebook has yet to reactivate my account. Facebook is way out of line, Make sure you remind Facebook that this is a social media--not a nuclear war zone for inspection. Have fun, everyone--despite Facebook!

Why is it that when you post anything, folks can like it even if they aren't your friend. When you look at who liked the thing, you see a button next to the person who isn't your friend and it says 'Add Friend'. Facebook booted me for pushing the 'add friend' button. Facebook endorsed me doing it and used it as reason to suspend rights for 30 days. Facebook, if some stranger likes your stuff it's logical that they wouldn't mind being your friend. In friend acceptance, Facebook admin should get out of the business of asking, "do you know this person". The better question should be, "would you want to know this person". Get this straighten out Facebook you talk out of both sides of your mouth~!
