fake charges for damage
I was charged for a scratch on the car that was on the car when I picked it up. I requested multiple times that the scratch be noted and they refused. I was charged a fee at drop off and then received a letter at home stating that I owed then more for repairs. I did not do any damage to the car at all.
GREAT SEVICE @ Mt. Vernon Enterprise!
A few weeks ago I rented a car from Enterprise in Mt. Vernon, NY - the staff was beyond helpful and polite. They had remarkable customer service! They answered all my questions regarding the car and my payments. In the past I used to rent cars from the airport - I will always rent for now on from Mt. Vernon's Enterprise JUST because of their WONDDERFUL and REMARKABLE service!!!
Worst Service Ever
This company offers the worst customer service imaginable. They call you a promise to call you back on your issue never to heard from again. spoke to 3 different people who promised a call back and none of them deliver. Enterprise hires "Management Trainee's" who could care less about the customer. Stay away from Enterprise

I have been renting cars from Enterprise for at least ten years. I decided that I might like to go into management training for the company but was told I needed more education than I had. Really? My education level is fine to rent a car, but not to work for the company in a management capacity?
Enterprise lets you down
I booked a 4 day rental in Portsmouth NH. I was going to be 2 hours late for pickup so on the same day of rental called and was informed that there would not be a problem. When I arrived to pickup the car I was told that they had been out of cars all day but would call me when they had cars available. I never received a call and went to Hertz to rent a car. They know they didn't have cars but continued to say they would honor reservations. One week later and never a call or apology from Enterprise. This company doesn't pick you up it lets you down! .
Insurance Rental
The staff at the Rental office located in Poughkeepsie, NY were wonderful, polite, responsive, etc. However, due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to keep the rental for a total of 23 days - my repair took place during xmas, new year's, and 2 blizzards - even though I was informed through my insurance company that I would get the best deal from enterprise, I was charged the regular daily rate for the car, of which my insurance only covered $30 a day - I was hit with a very large additional bill for a Kia Optima, which I barely drove because it did not handle well in snowy weather.
Renter
Enterprise rent-a-car customer service representative added some charges for some extra insurance charge that I really didn't need, also I had to go to another storage yard to pick-up the car which was a Chevy Impala which was a gas pig I would say the car got 14-15 MPG I waited about 40 minutes to get the car and when I received it it had white paint writing on the front windsheild and he had a big problem tring to get the writing off. I recomend finding a different rental company to use. Good Luck Jim Benton
Worst customer service
After getting rear ended last week I rented a car from 121 East 5th street in Summerville South Carolina. I called the person working front desk to ask if they would honor the $15 day rate they promise after returning the car they tell me the next day they won't cover it . I will never rent a car from enterprise again and I will street y friends from ever doing Business with them again.

Awful!! How is this company allowed to treat people the way they do?? I rented a car the end of November and kept calling the Bethel CT office (where I rented it from) and the sales people confirmed repeatedly that the rental was covered and there are "no worries".. Every time I spoke with them I told them I don't want to have to pay for the car on my own.. Again, "no worries, its covered". A week and a half later they call and tell me that the car wasn't covered and I need to pay for the last week and a half.. Still fighting with them..
This COMPANY is pitiful!!!
I was told that I would have a specific car waiting for me at a specific time. 45 min late and not a luxury car as promised. Next on to regional managers, no response and disconnected twice. It is painful to listen to ads on phone claiming "how much we value our customers" when all actions point to the contrary. I will repeat this story to others,and never allow myself to be stuck with using enterprise again! While waiting for auto I observed two other people that were having similiar experiences, Enterprise seems to have the ability to alienate customers one at a time.
Customer Service and no access to fax machine to fax DL # to another location
I had rented a rental car from the Gadsden, AL location. The service in Gadsden, AL is always GREAT. My problem was encountered at the Atlanta, GA International Airport location. I wanted to add my daughter to the drivers list on Saturday, December 28, 2013. She is in the U. S. Navy home for the holidays. We arrived at the Atlanta Airport location only to be told that they had no fax service to send her license number to Alabama. I find this hard to believe at an International Airport. This caused an additional four hours of travel time to my husband and I. We had to travel all the way back to Alabama to pick up our personal car for my daughter.
Terrible customer service. Terrible company. You people are a bunch of imposals. I never authorized you to charge my credit card for tolls. This was warranty work that the car company was paying for the car in full. They told me I would owe zero dollars!!!!!
Service stinks
I rented a car at the Lexus dealership in N. Miami. Had the car for 2 days and was charged for a week. In addition the rate was high compared to my Hertz corporate rate.
Gallatin, TN Enterprise: Best Customer Service
My company provides rentals through Enterprise. I have rented cars through Enterprise in Gallatin, TN 12 times in the past few months and have have experienced the BEST customer service. The entire staff is professional, friendly and very efficient. This has been the best customer service I have experienced from any business.
Discrimination
I had a horrible experience dealing with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. My partner and myself attempted to rent a vehicle from the Edwardsville, PA location and were told that since we were not married only I or only my partner could rent and drive the vehilce not both. I was appaled by the out of date policies and the blatant rudeness of the sales associate who refused to refer to us as partners. I would never recommend or use this company.

LaToya Sanders-Gerald, a management trainee at your Whiteville, Nc location. We had a accident and needed a rental car to get home. LaToya did a super job of locating a car for us. She was very professional and kind to us during our time of need.
Enterprise Car Rental
I rented a car for three weeks through Geigco, after my car was T-boned back in July. I kept it an additional three days, and paid out of pocket. It was returned to the Burlington, N.J. office washed and vacuumed. Please tell me why, after reserving a car for the weekend, was I refused the rental? Because I didn't have a major credit card? When I was using the same card I previously rented a car with? It was before closing on Friday, so I was not offered an apology, or help, and when I called to complain to the "customer service" number in Mo., was laughed at by the representative. Never went on my weekend getaway........wow, thanks, Enterprise!!!
Poor Customer Service
I was very insulted by the young lady that waited on me, she embarrassed me, openly asking if the bill I provided for Proof of Residence, had it been paid? There were several customers in the store at the time, while I watched her call my Cable Utiility co.to see if a payment has been made. I will probably have second thoughts about using Enterprise again, especially since I just rented and paid for a month in good standing.This is the Union City Location.
The office in Morrow GA. needs to be shut down. The customer service stinks.
