I am at a dunkin in sarasota on north tamiami trail. They r very rude and un organized. 10 minutes i stood before they came over and took my order . And i was the only one here. The she went back to doing whatever it was she was doing without making my order for ten more minutes . I finally left and went to einstien bagels . Sorry

I go into this location almost everynight for my coffee on my way into work. And i notice the lady that works at night is by herself. I visit the store, late a little before they close 11:00 or 1130 pm. This is an extremely unsafe situation to have a young female there by herself. Or anyone alone, period. This is a open target for criminals, when an employee is alone at night. And im sure it is a violation of labor laws. The management must not really care about the well being of there associates. Every store is nothing without there loyal employees, so keep them safe and treat them with the respect that they deserve. Im giving 2 stars because the service is good and the coffee is fresh.

I witnessed in my area a manager that works at a dd saw an employee drop a begal on the floor he picked it up and still served it to a customer. I refuse to order anything else from that store. They losr a loyal customer. That is nasty i bet he wouldnt eat off the floor what makes him think anyone else would...

Dunkin Donuts is more than just a coffee shop. I enjoy the array of choices. Also I absolutely enjoy their teas, Their green tea and vanilla chai tea is my favorite "It's like Christmas in a cup" all year round. Service: Is always fast and friendly. Thanks, Dunking

Hi. I've been a dedicated customer for a long time now. Since my family has moved to Duncan Oklahoma I have not had Dunkin Donuts in almost 6 months now. The closest is almost an hour and a half away. Please try and build one closer to me. I run on Dunkin too!

West Allis, WI Terrible food, poor service, false advertising - over and over again. No attempts to improve at all. McDonald's coffee is just as good and has better service and better breakfast sandwiches. Don't try the steak and eggs at DD - it's actually a greasy (dripping greasy) hamburger.

Been going to Dunkin Donuts in Alsip,Illinois on Cicero Ave everyday for years always buying 2 large coffees. Now all of a sudden when scratch offs come out,the manager won't let you redeem 2 scratch offs with 2 coffees only ONE!!! Then he gives you your coffee in cups with NO scratch off tickets. He and his help have been ripping people off for years, with our change and now the game that is going on,you get large cups with NO scratch offs on them.....SO DONE WITH THEM...making my own coffee now!

The Dunkin Donuts in pearl Mississippi needs alot of help. The manger cusses the girls right in front of anyone that walks in. I was in there this morning and heard it myself. I will be telling everyone that I know about this. If I find this happening again I will not be back in there at all. I will also ask everyone I know not to go back in there. No person should have to put up with anything like this in a work place.

Dunkin Donuts in chicago on the westside of town Cicero and Lake is operating without a back door the garbage sits where they prepare the food.They hav`t walk pass the food with the garbage to take it out. That is unsanitary i don`t eat there and i tell everyone in my comunity not eat there it`s city valation and needs to be closed.It`s very nasty around the dunkin donuts.

I stop at DD In down town bethel,ct at a SHELL gas station for many years but not anymore.The person that works the drive thru either is half a sleep or no motovation when i stop at 5 oclock in the morning is the first person i see and that person dosen't even say good morning looks unhappy and not motivated .WHY IS THE PRIZE OF A MEDIUM COFFE IN BETHEL,CT IS $2.01 AND IN NORWALK,CT. IS $2.12 can someone explain. thank you

On Thursday jan 31 a group of my friends were on our way to our annual Womens Weekend trip to NH. We stopped @ your DD in Lowell ma. PC 331828. The young girl. Who answered the drive was delightful. There was a sign up saying to shut of cellphones and we were pretending b e on the phone and were greeted by Becky who never lost her cool , laughed along with us and was just professional and lovely throughout give her a raise she is a true asset to you company. I will never again eat anything from any dunkin donuts anywhere, and i'm spreading the word. In protest to being taken advantage of recently by dunkin donuts my family and i have decided against supporting them in any way. 23 pople and counting. My car was towed from their parking lot when my husband who went there for coffee walked down the block to get his wallet which he dad forgotten, from me . The manager Peter claimed that what we did was ILLEGAL. I EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED, expecting at the least, an apology. after telling him i will never come to his business again he mentioned that he was sorry i felt that way but they had not done anything wrong. I have been buying coffee from here 5 days a week since 2008. my brother, sister in law, sister, brother in law, mother and my grand parents 4 in total buy coffee from here daily on the way to work. I paid $187 dollars to the tow truck to get my car back. Even after i stopped expecting my money back i never got an apology. In the past 10 years while living in SC, Myrtle Beach all the Dunkin Donuts I went into never had an assortment of donuts to chose from, trays are empty, my be 3 or 4 kinds to chose from, you could not even make a good dozen. I moved to Clearwater FL this past year and guess what? It's the same thing hear, I go to the one on E Bay Drive in Largo, nothing on the racks went there today 3/2/13 only 3 trays had a total of 15 donuts to pick from. Asked the manager if any were coming out from the back, he said a few chocolate ones were back there, but he did not even offer to bring them out. When Dunkin Donuts had their larger stores years ago when I lived in Baltimore, you could go into anyone and find trays filled with fresh donuts of all kinds. What happen, you put your self in the small stores with a ice cream store and you forgot what you are selling. Sorry, even though we love you Kcup coffee and hot chocolate, it's time to move on. I know you won't read this or even care about this, so good by.

It is unbelieveable that DunkinDonuts Open up a store, and when customers show up to give bussiness, there are no Donuts, Empty trays, One Person killing himself to give service. I really can not believe how they are still in bussiness. I am talking about the store in Doral, Miami.about 115 ave. and nw 41st street in the shopping center. My solution : start going to Mc Donalds next door and get very good coffeeand great service.

My husband and I frequented the Parkesburg, Pa location and always received great, friendly service. They never messed up our order and everything was always delicious. The manager was a young man who was super friendly and his employees always seemed happy. One day I asked how come I haven't seen him. I was told he was on "permanent vacation". Well, since then every time I've visited this location, they have totally messed up our order and have been rude. My husband and I have never been treated so terrible as our last trip. After being a daily latte customer, I'm sorry to say that we will never go back there again.

Just wanted to say how impressed I am with the VERY QUICK response I received from Cassie, the manager (or general manager?) at the Fort Smith Ar. Location. I wrote a negative review about an employee Sunday evening and early Monday morning I received a call from Cassie. She was very pleasant and offered to make amends in any way possible......which certainly makes for good customer relations!!! Thanks, Jackie Hoerle

This is the WORST company ever. work all kinds of hours with NO BREAKS! Illegal to say the least. My daughter has still not recieved her last pay check after 4 weeks. She was also fired because she became pregnant! And Corporate does not care! BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I visited the drive thru on South Main St. Sherborn,Ma. I ordered a coffee which was dropped on me through the drive thru window. The woman never apologized nor did she ask me if I was ok. She blamed spilling the coffee on me on faulty lids. She didn't even offer me a napkin to clean myself or my soaked car interior. All I can say is Dunkin Donuts is lucky that I didn't have burns...only irritation and that the coffee came out of my tan interior. A week later I found out it was a manager that dropped the coffee on me. Wonderful Manager Skills and total lack of compassion for someone you dropped hot coffee on.
