Dunkin Donuts Corporate Office & Headquarters

I purchased munchkins and went to the office and then I noticed that there were only chocolate & glazed munchkins. I tried to call the store at 185 Squirrel Rd., W. Paterson but the number listed was disconnected. WOW! so I drove down to the store and complained and they said that the munchkins are in plain view, when they are not. He could of at least told me what he was giving me. This looks bad on me as I bought these in to the office for an office meeting.

Today i was fired because i was in the hospital overnight until 4 A.M. and the manager let me go because she broke her ankle and is off work for a week, so no one can call off. I have a doctors not and everything, and she still fired me. There are no breaks, or anything, and by law if you work past 6.5 hours you are required two 10 minute breaks, and a lunch break. And on top of it all, i think its because i just became pregnant.

Most unprofessional business I've ever seen. I work at a dunkin donuts located on 269 beach 116st in Rockaway beach queens 11694. This is the 4th day I've been waiting in 30 and below degree weather outside for the managers to come. They have me scheduled for 5am-12 pm and don't show up til 7:30 8:00. And when I said something about it they laughed in my face and said sorry. This is not worth 7.25 I will be taking action

It really sucks to work for you! When i first got hired, i was happy to be part of dunkin donuts....i work my but off for a wage that is inexcusable! It wouldn't kill you to pay your good employees $10.00 an hr, a livable wage would make working there so much better. I resent you for the minimum wage you pay me. Also just where do you get off docking me 30 minutes a day? Just cause you say were supposed to take a break doesn't mean we have time. My break consists of 10 min most of the time, i am usually busy the entire time that i am there. Whatever! Also i work alone a lot and if i take a break, i still have to work with customers. Its just not right what you expect as compared to what you give!

I recently quit a Dunkin donuts located on 5500 s Lagrange road in Illinois. Reason for leaving was because of mis treatment and verbal abuse. I also did not like how unsanitary they were. Some employees when it came time to refill the donuts would not use gloves. And on occasion would refill them on top of the large garbage bin. Some employees would be very disrespectful to customers, and would get complains from the customets about once or twice a week. If not even more.

I currenntly work overnight at dunkin donuts and they asked me to bring my 1 year old in bc I have no baby sitter and the person that was supposed to work tonight is in the hospital I requested off last night and tonight off 4 weeks ago

I worked for a dunkin donuts for 2 days as a manager and was fired for no reason. I kept calling the store trying to talk to a manager about my paycheck and nobody ever answers the phone. Today, I received a W-2 stating that I made $50.75, but I never received a paycheck! I've called Corporate multiple times and I'm told that there is nothing that they can do.

Just wanted to inform you that the Dunkin Dounts on 234 Thompson St, New York, NY 10012 is running a shady operation. They do not give receipts as is indicated in plenty of signs. They charge people without ringing it in the register. They are inconsistent and charge me something different everytime for the same product. This is NOT ok!

So my sister being harassed by her manger! And I have about had it trying to get a number to call is like pulling teeth. She doesn't need this harassment. She is there to work to make money to support her son not to be harassed. Like today there was a snow storm so she called in to call out because she doesn't have a very good car to get through the snow with and you know what her manger said everyone else made it here fine so I can. Then it was followed by if the roads were that bad there would have been a state of emergency. And he said more to my sister just done come in for the rest of the week. I'm sorry I don't think she should have handle that situation that way. I was a manger once before and I was trained never to say something like that! Another thing her fellow employees steal her food she brings and takes her phone and texts rude and inappropriate things to my other sister and I. On top of that she works a 9 hr shift and get only ONE 15 min break that is against the law! Something needs to be done about this situation!!

the commerical is so fake . watching the eastern Ct o6360 with the people went on vacation the planes lost their suit case's. Then there deliver with all this coffee. Really fake !! But yet may it one of your high paid white collar under worked and they need to buy there bratty kids or plastic many wife's . You don't pay your employee not enough to buy a pot to pee inDo you really read these or the underpaid employee's? Get real!!! Hope all of the white collars lose everything and they too go bankrupt and cannot afford a pot to pee in!!!!

Why is the price of iced tea a dollar different the dunkin doughnut on upper front street in binghamton is 2.19 the same iced tea in the Whitney point store is 1.19 and they are only about 7 miles apart. I would be interested in the answer to this.

You guys have free ice coffee Monday's and it's great! However, I personally think you should consider free donut Tuesday's or something. This would make my life more bearable.

The service at the Owings Mill, MD location on Owings Mills Blvd has the worst service....slow and rude. Also, they never have small straws for small drinks so you have to walk around with ridiculously large straws.

I like the winsted dunkin donuts, I head in there once a week, they have my favorite doughnut, the chocolate cream doughnut. The woman who waits on me is very nice, and keep up the good work.

On December 31st at aproximately 7am, I visited the Ebensburg PA franchise, when I first got there, a young man was ranting about how he hated his job, and he was so done with it, well this really showed in his work. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich, which he then made, well not only was it cold, but it had something green on the cheese. When I complained about this, I heard him saying that I was crazy and there was nothing wrong with my sandwich, what ever happened to the customer is always right? I have complained to the manager of this branch before and she does nothing. So I guess all I can do is quite going to this branch, which really is sad since I only have problems with one or two of the employees there.

To whom it may concern, The management at the Dunkin Donuts establishment at 201–299 Federal St Fairfield‎ Connecticut‎ 06825 United States.. Is very upsetting as a usual customer the boss who goes by the name babul repeatedly harasses his employes when they are workn as hard as the can by saying ur slow in the head or you dnt work fast enough. As a customer and i believe i speak for every other customer that comes here we would like our food cooked, coffee made just right they should not be pushed. As well as it seems every morning on my way to work he always has someone working who is sneezing and coughing if I'm correct technically by labor laws if a person is sick the Manager/Boss should not have that set person work for the reason of contamination of food. From what i am told the workers say that he doesn't let them leave even if they are sick.. Their was one incident when an employee was running towards the bathroom crying for the reason the boss yelled at her... Please see to it that something is done this is a wonderful establishment who needs good management not a horrid one Thank you, Anonymous customer

We always hear, "Customer Service" is number one. That is not the case at my Dunkin' Donuts in Tempe, Arizona. Today I wanted to purchase a dozen donuts, substituting two of the donuts with a "fancy" apple fritter. I asked that I be charged the delta of a regular donut and a "fancy" - all of $.80 at full price. I was told that this was not possible. So instead of purchasing all the donuts I wanted (12), I purchased only the donuts I absolutely needed for my office (8). Dunkin' Donuts, it is not hard to charge $8.99 for a dozen plus $.80, it's just math. You can and should do a better job at meeting your customers' wants. Please note, until I am notified that this policy has been changed, I will be making my monthly donut purchases at my local grocer.

i am a very old Customer to this Dunkin Donuts and throughout my many visit to this restaurant i have had no problem with anything. i was always happy with the employees service and the food. Today for the first time i was treated very badly, i visited this Dunkin Donuts at night around 11 p.m. just to sit at the place and study and i did not wish to buy any coffee today. The cops were called for me by the employees. i kindly asked the employee as i entered the Dunkin Donuts if i could use their empty tables to sit and read books and i was given attitude. The employee called the cops for me to kick me out of the store because i was sitting at the Dunkin Donuts without purchasing anything from their restaurant. I was treated very badly and insulted by calling of the Police. Is this a right way to treat a Seven year old Customer?

Dunkin on S. Washington Ave. In Scranton PA is AWESOME. That store is so happy at all times it is like seeing your family every morning. Commend the store manager Tina she runs a smooth ship.

On (Black) Friday, November 23 at approximately 1:00am in the morning I went to the drive thru because my daughter was hungry. She ordered a toasted plain bagel with lite cream cheese. The employer stated they can not toast or spread cream cheese on it until 5am when they should be opened. I stated you are opened now and she said just because we have to be here due to "black" Friday. Anyway my daughter was hungry so we still got the (untoasted) bagel with (unspread) lite cream cheese. It seemed she was mad because she had to be working before her usual time and therefore was not going to prepare our food as requested because she didn't feel like it.
