Dunkin Donuts Corporate Office & Headquarters

Chicago store at Roosevelt and at wabash always always has dirty washrooms. For weeks urinal and toilet overflows. We called health dept.... Chicago store at Washington and Michigan,,,,we have an AARP card where you should get a free donut with the purchase of a large drink,,,one day. Never gave it to me,,,, and. Another time charged for donut......no help. From people who work there.

Sirs, I don't know if its your company wide policy or whether the shop located on Wade Hampton Blvd. in Greer, S.C. is one which enacts its own policy as for offering complimentary coffee refills, but most most restaurants do give coffee refills. When I asked for my cup to be refilled I was told right curtly that they did not offer refills. You have every right to not offer this, but as for me I am one customer that will not ever be back in any of your shops.

Y'all need to put a Dunk'in Donuts in New Braunfels, Texas. It would be very helpful to the people of Canyon Lake, Tx, and Seguin, Texas's area. For most people, they have to drive an hour or so to the closest DD ethier in San Antonio, Texas or Austin, Texas.

i am realistic most of the time service is great so are the products thats why i go back those who complain are a riot because you know they are still going to buy coffee from you thank you for being regular people serving demanding people

Poor management skills, Poor communication skills with managers. Spoke to managers and they say he is not involved with sales and is always dissatisfied with there performance. managers feel he is never happy. he will not authorize raises to employees who have been there for over a year . He is hard to converse with and a threat to the growth of this company. he is not qualified or this position.

This store would run better with a new District manager. he doesn't support the managers in the good job they do, they feel he is dissatisfied with there work and job performance, he never authorizes raises to employees, it is difficult to keep employees when there is no raises and checks are bouncing. I love Freetown Dunkin donuts love all the employees but they recently just got a new asst. manager and I believe he needs to go if they do not get rid of him I believe they will lose a lot of customers.. Excellent friendly crew but last week all the employees have not been the same with him working there please change it back to the normal way 2 weeks ago...

i work dunkin donuts and have had problems for the past 3 years there...no one ever comes in on time on first shift and never get penalized 2nd shift also leaves the store trashed and then 3rd shift has to do all their responsibilities and our duties also...when 1st shift does get there they dont do anything but stand around and i get stuck waiting there at 6:30 when im supposed to be out at 6:00 everythime and no one ever gets written up..i called corporate office today and they pretty much told me to pound salt! real nice way to treat your employees guys

For years, many many, i enjoy my coffee. Lately i am am very concerned about the attitude and professionalism at dunkin donuts on state street in spfld mass. The managers there, we will leave out names, bash other managers and employees infront of patrons and employees!! They have no respect for conworkers or the peolle starting ( or ending) their day! The insults fly with no regard. Last i knew, u give respect and u get respect. Corporate needs to seriously investigate these managers that have no regard or respect for others or themselves. These kids need positive guidence not bitter leaders!!

was so appauled as to what I seen this morning walking in the store, A person with a Dog in his arms! Do people think these days? This occured at Dunkin Donuts in southwick mass near the police department. did not see any notifcations of it being an eye seeing dog. As cute as this dog is it should not make its presence in a food chain store. If their employees have to wear gloves to handle their food it is not any different with a household pet. It is seriously unsanitary.

I have been missing dunkin in las Vegas. I am from Maryland. I had found a dunkin,at fabulous freddies. Store #345952. They sweeten my iced tea with regular grain sugar. I returned it asked for my money back. The next time I got a raspberry flavor, I am allergic to raspberry. Today the cashier in the drive-thru was yelling to me from inside the store asking me a question. I ignored her until she came to the window. She gave my drink and melted donuts, told me to have a good day. I told her I needed to pay. Maybe she had 3 too many piercings in her crack victim face. Not professional at all disgusting.

I absolutely love my DD, but recently encountered a BIG problem.. Where the heck is the yellow egg? Why would you just discontinue it?!?!!!!! BRING THE YELLOW EGG BACK!!

Hey everyone @ DDC! I am a New England native but living in Oklahoma. I've missed my frequent visits to Dunkin Donuts when I lived in NH. Now, I have to wait until Oklahoma City to visit your only store here I've found, some 1hr 20 min away. With the oil industry taking off in our parts, I have had men who work around the clock drilling oil or maintaining existing wells say, "Sure wish we had a canteen truck of some sort here!" Hundreds of oil wells will be drilled over the years to come. Great opportunity for someone to expand a "DD" franchise here with canteen trucks servicing the many hands involved around the clock. Dunkin Donuts would be our first choice. Sure miss the coffee! Thanks, Brian Gifford

Buyer beware! If you go thru the drive thru at the Cedar Point Blvd location in Cedar Point NC you'll want to count your change becauseit's had become common practice for these folks to sorry change their customers on a regular basis! This is mostly due to poor training and management of their younger les intelligent staff (hhigh school girls to be exact). In this area you can't trust the kids to do their jobs correctly because the adults that train them have their heads up the patoots! They are under trained and mismanaged to the point that they ate literally stealing (albeit pennies at a time) but if ads up to down right robbery!

I go to the Dunkin donuts at Huntingdon plaza in Philadelphia and it and I always get ultimate hot chocolate but everytime I get it theres only oreo and not even alot..also my friend order the latte and got half a cup of coffee theres always mistakes and im very unsatisfied

I ordered a dunkin donuts iced coffee mint chocolate chip on 4/13/2013 10:13pm at dunkin donuts 130 dyckman street., new york, ny and instead they gave me iced cream with a whole ton of chocolate syrup. When I told the employee I specifically ordered a chocolate chip ice coffee he refused to give me ice coffee with mint chocolate chip flavor. Instead he gave me a small ice coffee and i told him i just want what I payed for he became belligerent screaming at me to the top of his lungs. Another employee took my iced cream, and chocolate cup, rinsed it out and gave me ice coffee. When i had two sips I immediately became dizzy and had a headache as well as my boyfriend. I threw the cup away, I have no idea what he put in this coffee. If they don't have mint chocolate chip ice coffee, they shouldn't say they do. If they dont want to give the customer their desired order they should return their money back. In my receipt it states that the register number was 2 and that the cashiers name is Mominur, this gentlemen screamed at me and gave me chocolate milk when i clearly stated I wanted iced coffee i think some sort of reprimand should be done, cutomers shouldnt be treated in this way.
