Every time I buy a donut or a muffin they always taste like garlic. More care should be taken when handling food items. The cooking station where they toast bagels, etc. always have the everything bagels near everything else. I am allergic to garlic and I continue to be disappointed when a blueberry muffin tastes like garlic.

Here in Nashua its impossible to have a coffee made right. Whether they forgot the flavor or its bitter from tons of grinds. I also have heard they tend to quick thaw which is illegal and dangerous for health reasons. I suggest if your visiting the area and want a coffee grab it before arriving in Nashua NH

East Syracuse Dunkin Donuts is contiinually our of whip cream and glazed sour cream donuts. We pay almost $5 for a French Vanilla Coolata ....5 days a week and at least 3 days you are our of whip cream. Tim hortons is close by however.....we are your customers !! See what you can do to have them stock for Gods sake !!!

187 whiting street hingham ma is one of the worst dunkin donuts I have ever come accross. It closes early randomly. The staff is never the same. There is no proper management at any given time. The food is sloppy and I was forcedly told to take a survey. I do not reccomend this store to anyone. Stay clear of it everyone!!!!

Your Brown Ave., Manchester NH location employees have not been trained on the meaning of customer service. They have very poor customer service skills, and NEVER say "Thank You" to the customer...ever! I go through there just about every day, and it's now evident to me that DD's doesn't need nor want my business. I'm going next door to McDonalds for an ORGANIC cup of coffee from now on for only just $1.00!!!! You guys charge 2 1/2 times that for nothing but aggravation. Adiós!!

I currently work for Dunkin donuts and baskin Robbins in Goodlettsville tn for a while now. For some time my manager has shoved me out of her way whenever she needed something. She got mad one day and threw her headset onto the ground, which it then broke. I usually work 7 hours a day in which I have never gotten a break or a meal. But she gets smoke breaks every hour. I love my job, all except for my manager.

your new dunkin donuts that opened here in papillion ne. leaves much to be desired. you can not get in and out of there with any sease. you need to expand the parking lot out a whole lot more. second of all i dont what is worng with your decaft coffee at this store but it tasted bean terrible, the coffee taste burnt, bitter and greasey. i dont now if it is because the pots are not being cleaner enough or what, but it is bad. like i said i will be getting my coffee some place else in the morning

For me as a senior and many other seniors, It really is surprising that you don't have senior pricing or some kind of special for the seniors. Easthampton, Southampton, and I think Chicopee Massachusetts do have senior discounts, or a special for us. Most of the surrounding towns or cities do not regonize seniors at all.. Please, would you consider having senior pricing at all locations

As a long-time D.D. customer (I consumed at the first store in Quincy when I was in my 20s), I am making a request. Having had to move to Charleston, WV area, where there is NO competitive donut shops but a very nice Baskin & Robbins, I beg of you to help we MA "ex-patriots" imbibe in the only decent cup of coffee on this planet. B & R is located in Kanawha City (pronounced Ken-aw) on the east side of Charleston. There is only one Krispy Creme several miles away, on the NW side of the city and a disgusting Donut Connection that is barely worth mentioning. As D.D. bags are now selling in the local grocery stores, locals are aware of your brand. Please give some serious consideration to coming to this part of the country. Thank you.

The store on route 30 in Amsterdam NY. After waiting over 5 minutes with no customers ahead of me I ordered a iced caramel coffee and chicken salad sandwich, not only did the rude and obnoxious woman working the counter not greet me, she didn't even make my sandwich and after almost 7 minutes I asked if anyone was going to make my sandwich considering there were 5 employees working, she rolled her eyes as if I, the paying customer, had a problem, I told her to just refund my money! Dunkin Donuts, your employees have jobs because of customers like me!

i went into a store that just recently opened in the Hamburg area. its inside a quick- fill and was appalled by both times i was in there. First this store just opened and it had a women yelling at all the employees she wasnt helpfull at all . the employees didnt know what they were doing and didnt know how to ring up orders. yes they were friendly but seemed clueless. i thought that paying 1.03 for a doughnut was alittle high on top of it i am charged tax. i know its a fairley new store but cmon. i also was mad because i was never given the aarp discount and they ouldnt even ring in a discount unless a manager does it . come on now whats gonna happen if its busy hold up the customers? people will leave...

I was a former empolyee at two dunkin donuts in the northwest corner. I just quit, but it happened when our company got taken over by this new company...everything changed especially when you have your mangers running your business to each store evening personal business and all the district manger could say is okay have a good one. They i was right because of what i said. And how i got transfered to another store is because a manger calling me the n word thinking it would make me feel conforable..and also made me mad is when they didnt do anything about a crew memeber calling me it on the floor not joking either. Im sorry but i feel like there should be more done about this.

I visited the dunkin donuts in greeneville tn on east andrew hwy they are only had 4to kinds of dontuts to choose from i asked if they could make more of something else to choose from the girl said only certain kinds and then she said but it will be a while cause i have customers well what am I i was willing to pay but cant get what i want poor survice as always at this location

The Dunkin Donuts in Roselle, il is by far the worst one I have ever visited. The employees are rude and sarcastic and there hasn't been one time that they've completed my order correctly. I ordered two bagels with cream cheese. I wasn't asked whether or not I would like them toasted so I assumed they weren't going to do it. When I received my bagels, they were burnt and had barely any cream cheese on them. Since this location doesn't have a direct phone line I wasn't able to express my disappointment. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

At 7:30pm this evening, May 20th, my mother and I visited your 1800 Hyde Park Ave location. We got into the drive thru line which was not long. We got to the speaker and the person was less than helpful. She said, "is that it?" after we ordered an ice coffee and sandwich. My mother said, "I also need..." Where she was rudely interrupted by a "hold on, hold on, hold on" response and about 5 minutes of silence. Very unprofessional. We drove away without completing our order because of the lack of professionalism and rude communications.

I hope someone other then the manger at the lordsvalley rt 739 PA manger sees this so maybe something will be done and I will not get nasty emails back saying that I am wrong ! This dunkin is horrible ! No one gets your order right because they can't understand English , they will give you the wrong change back all the time , it is complete madness and I am totally turned off by dunkin because of this
