I go to the Dunkin Donuts drive through store # 348582 everyday. 5 days a week around 3:30 am i get Tracey B. on the head set. Every day I say my order one time and I get it just as i ordered. She is very pleasent, she listens to your order and is not talking to someone else while trying to take your order. She is always smiling and happy when she comes to the window. I believe someone should take a good look at this young lady and considder her for a training position in all your stores. It's not often you get this kind of service at a drive thru

Your 19th ave and deer valley store in Phoenix, as needs a new manager. It shouldn't take 20 mins for a cup of coffee!!!!

If your stores are doing so bad in been; pleasant; kind; helpful; clean; and thoughtful why don't you replace the people; so your customers will keep coming back?

The dunkin donuts on .875 Morrissey Blvd in Dorchester mass, is filled with nasty attitudes! Where is the polite customer service? We are paying for our purchases. a white female name Kristen b, under rings people, and gives people who aren't seniors a discount! Which isn't fair! if dunkin donuts really wants their sales to go up and have others employees not leave bc of her stank attitude, bc their were good ones that were their. then they should get rid of her! I know for a fact I am not a first complaint on her! It's a shame they still have her their! I will find another dunkin donuts with more respect then what that girl Kristen b. gives!

I live in Lindenhurst, NY a town partially devastated by Hurricane Sandy. A local healtclub posted a sign on a local DD ( Montauk Hwy in Lindenhurst, next to McDonald's) offering free showers to those in need. The owner of DD was observed taking the sign down. When he was asked why, his response was that he cannot allow advertising. Being that this DD is located in the area of the devastation, it is disheartening that he cannot support another merchant trying to help. Many of us in Lindenhurst support boycotting this merchant

hello, i would like to make a complaint about the dunkin donuts on country road in Barrington RI. The manager is extremely rude and always makes a rude comment back to the customers. i realized that while i was in line. I go there about 2-3 times a week and i dont think i will go there anymore! she ruins my day the way i see her talk to a customer.

ridgewood ave holly hill florida...this is the worst dirtiest stores to eat at work at or visit. i have witnessed the manager and employees spitting in customers drinks throwing thier food in the trash barrells taking it out and putting it in bags handing the food back to them. they have mold growing in there machines and no repect for the customers who buy the products to keep there store open.

Chicago -- Have been going their for a while never seen this person, but was VERY VERY displeased when I asked for coffee and donuts, and when he went to get my donuts, he turned and his under jockeys where blazing, I canceled my order. That was not the place I want to buy my food or drinks ! Will have to think about it before I return there !

Dunkin donuts harding pl nashville Tn is by far the WORST DD i have EVER been to! Employees never wash hands before grabbing donuts. Managers are rude. Dining room dirty. Always out of everything (pumpkin, crossaints, bacon, etc.) please do better.

Dunkin on 76th street and 13th ave Brooklyn 11228. Been in there 4 times this week and the latte machine is always broken. For a huge company, coffee non the less how can you can have a functional latte machine? I hope they close and open something more useful there.

Belmont, nh location is deplorable. The donuts always stale in the afternoon and poor service. Got a AARP CARD and was refused the free donut with large coffee sent to me by my AARP. Will inform them promptly. No pumpkin coffee today. Last time I got a pumpkin coffee in a med cup half ful because they ran out of small cups. Guess I looked astonished, So the curt server said sorry no small cups. It was laughable. Will not go to this location again. Gave it three chances. Usually give compliments when they are deserving.

yes i use to work at the one in oxford alabama work for a month and i also exsperince bad management if you have a problem with a worker and you try to speak with your manager your manager is suppose to call you up and say im not going to stop my job to help you i felt bad. then shourtens my hours for no reason well when my next work day he tells me im fired i dont understand why he told one of the emplors that i talk to some one higher about the situation well i felt betryed because he told the girl about then instead of fixen the problem and my manger calling me up mad he said he fired me because he cant hindle it i cant figer out why he could not talk to me instead of saying that im not stoping my job for you how said and i feel bad. i loved donkin donuts but now i feel i could not go a foot in .

DD on university st peoria il by mcdonalds and walmart to be clear has bad costumer sirvece my coffe was sour so i drove back told the guy his responce was if i make you another one its gonna taste the same so i said make me something different wich was also nasty wen he went back to make me a new coffe he was slamming doors a costumer sitting there even said omg hes mas i then asked him to please drop the attitude i was only asking for a new coffe no magic tricks i then asked to speak with his manager to my surprice his reply was i am the manager if i manager acts like that what do u expect from employees. I travel atleast once a month between PA. and Boston and always end up stopplng for a break at the Sloatesburg. NY rest ara and always look forward for coffee, sandwich or donuts frm the Dunkin Donuts located in tbat rest area. I just went tbrough again today, 10/03/2012, and it will be the last time I visit a Dunkin Donuts! Starbucks is tbere also and will now get my business. Somebody needs to go in there and take control of his place. I am never able to understa d them, I have not once received the order that I paid have witnessed screaming argumentss amongst the staff, in tbeir own language, and have seen customers totally intimidated and treated rudelyey left. All I know is that the Manager is the least friendly person in the store. No personality. I think when you run a place and train your workers to be polite and personable and then you dont have a clue how to do that yourself, you should get out of this work and work in some factory somewhere where people dont have to put up with your Indian arrogance. I give the place high ratings for the most part,but because she fires everyone once she becomes jealous of them. One guy was so personable he could have had his own sitcom, what personality, and there have been many since then. Dont train people to be polite until you yourself go to Miss Porters school of charm and learn yourself. I have never been employed at a DD nor do I personally know anyone who worked for one, so my complaint is as a customer. DISTRICT MANAGERS, SEND SPIES IN TO CHECK OUT HOW COMFORTABLE MANAGERS ACT AFTER THEY ARE ALL SETTLED IN. This one is not a tenth as friendly and fired up as she was when she first got her store. Its a shame how many wonderful and friendly faces have come and gone from here over the years? They cant all be "ALL THUMBS!" This complaint is not for any of the workers!!!... they are so polite. Maybe just forget an occasional napkin from time to time. I hope shes not a nightmare to work for. Someone check into it and give someone else the store. I dont think she has it in her to **smile, say hello (and mean it) and thank you and wish you a good day (other than under her breath and looking away). Pathetic....

i was real dissatisfied with a girl named courtney who works at this dunking donuts location over at 880 main st. in Woburn, ma today 9-20-2012. i told her that the coffee she made for me was cold and not fresh and she gave me an attitude and told me that i can wait 10 minutes for fresh coffee or she can give me my money back and i can go to another dunkins or another item, i had to wait about 6 minutes for a fresh cup of coffee and she still made it wrong and too sweet. i'am a diabetic when i stated that the coffee that i ordered with 1 splenda was too sweet she sucked her teeth and told someone else to make me a coffee. i will never again step foot in this location while she is on shift. i have never in my life came across someone so obnoxious and rude like that young lady.
