I was at 401 main st in Masphee Cape Cod and this employee the name Kristen first the from door was close at the time the store supost to be open finely I get inside and the uniform was very dore and she was very rude and left on from register after give me dore cup coffee went at different station just to talk and suar bad words submit costumer like me to listen this at store were we are paying costumer.

We left for Labor Day on Friday and when we came home to Fredericksburg VA all three stores here was closed! Will they be opening again soon? The one on Harrison Road really done a good business and also one on Plank Road Rt 3!

while having a pedicure four people were complaing about Dunkin Donuts on Broadway road in Dracut,Ma. they complained about the service and the merchadise, so I made a trip to see for myself the service was fine but the product was defected the plain bagles are the size of a golf ball and was as fat and the sesame seed bagle was as thin as a nickel what is going on with the Dunkin donuts franchises. To be honest I never came across a Dunkin Donuts products that was so bad or that I heard so many complaints from one area.

our coralville iowa dunkin opened about a month ago. i went in to purchase a pkg of coffee and some donuts. when given the total i asked if they accepted aarp member cards to get 20% discount. they server said he would check with manager-manager came to register saying "i found that button earlier" after waiting 10 min for them to find the button i said let me just pay and maybe next time they could find the button for the discount. well i returned 3weeks later and the button STILL has not been found. guess i wont be back since they dont seem interested in honoring aarp discount!

I write this letter because one day I walked in to Dunkin donuts and I saw a fly around the donuts I really had my heart set on some donuts when I told the employee there was a fly around the donuts the expression on her face was an I don't care attitude; but I'm not sure I could ever go back to Dunkin donuts again unless the problem is corrected.

I was very disappointed today to find out NONE of the stores near me have Apple fritters. no matter how you look at the thing what they are substituting for them isn't remotely an apple fritter! its an apple filling doughnut! and its gross. they taste nothing like apple fritters! I was told it was a corporate move, and had to file my complaint with corporate. soooooo disappointed.

my son was an excellent worker who loved his job and your manager in Newport news12753 Jefferson Avenue Jess fired him because he was sick one day after working every weekend for a year without being off. Although he had a doctor note and brought it to work she never looked at it and she took him off schedule for two weeks.Two months later she started nick picking with him about small things and today she FIRED him and ask him for his doctor note after accusing him of not clocking out on break. She also told him don't have your parents calling me. wow after being a loyal worker to Dunkin Donut this is how they treat him. I knew she had it out for him. Someone in higher manage needs to step in. By the way he was one of your employees who received a excellent review by a stranger who visit your store

I asked my daughter to buy me a cup of coffee today at this location 243 washington st,in Hudson Ma and she brought me back a coffee with a disgusting bug in it. I went to the store with the coffee, asked to speak to the manager, I didnt even want anything back, not even another coffee after the gross experience, but now i am pissed because when she asked me if I wanted another coffee i told her no thanks, then she asked me are you sure you bought it here? Duh? Do you want your money back? I said, ok, sure. Then she came back and asked, im gonna need a receipt , i need to make sure you bought it here, i didnt have one because the employers did not hand my daughter one. I have the picture to prove it, brought the coffee in a dunkin donut cup to the manager to bring to her attention and she wanted me to hand her a receipt? I just left the store in disbelief. I calling the store and nobody answer, i am really offended! I was so nice , didnt really wanted anything back. Unbelievable!

I live in Westchester NY. By way of Yonkers. I had a problem with the donuts at the end of the night not being disposed properly. I noticed that the donuts were not being recycled to any near by places. (Shelters, etc..) & the manager told me that he throws them in the trash. When I made my final purchase I was the last person in the store. Not only did the manager close an hour early but I'm baffled that he tossed out almost 60 donuts into the trash. To my understanding, I thought Dunkin Donuts took better incentives on matters like this. & to know that they do not upsets me. I believe initial franchises can do way better!

I live in Clarksville Tn, There is two Dunkin Donuts Stores. One on Ft Campbell Blvd. The other on Tiny Town Rd. They donuts were stale when I bought them. I have tried several time and each time they were dry and stale. Please check into this. Thank you.

I have been a loyal customer of dunkin donuts on Curry Rd.&Altamont Ave. in Schenectady NY.The employees are very loyal and personable.I think they should be recognized for there dedication and hard work.They have been working in hot temps. for over 3 weeks with no airconditioning and have kept this place running. Someone other then customers should show appreciation for their dedication.

Have seen the manager of the store making sandwiches w no gloves on .she has many times cursed at her employees and belittled them.she has no manners at all.ive heard many employees complained about her and have told their big boss duke and nothing has been done.i will complain to better buisiness office if nothing is done soon.

I guess the Dunkin Donuts Headquarters only publishes what they want others to see....

My son was fired because he had a stomach virus and was throwing up....... would U like someone handling your food who was that sick ????????? I called corporate and they wouldn't do a thing about it .........Great company that stands by there product ........

Just had THE BEST sausage egg and cheese croissant in Bedford NH. Super fast service every time. This place kills it!

Dunkin Donuts in Cedar Hill, TX will only extend the AARP free donut offer on large and extra large HOT COFFEE! AARP states the Dunkin Donuts discount is valid with your AARP membership card "when you purchase any Large or Extra Large beverage and get a free donut!" The exclusion is beverages from the cooler, but not at this location. Seniors, find another donut shop!

In Caldwell NJ, on June 7 "National Donut Day" at around 9:45 pm my daughter and 5 of her friends (college kids) went to the local DD and bought eight (8) drinks, one for each of them and one each for me and my wife. They inquired about a free donut and was told NO that the store free donut promotion was over. What is DD thinking as this is exactly the clients they company should be marketing NOT turning them down. Don't know about them but I will never go to that DD again

I went to the Shrewsbury St Worcester, Ma location last week and placed an order for a coffee. My coffee choice is complicated and the Manager Roni, was really rude about it. She told me that I get too many things in my coffee and then she was speaking about me in her Albanian language to her employees. I did not leave a tip that day. I feel this is really unprofessional on her part and its a negative reflection on Dunkin Donuts.

The company does not do what it says it is supposed to do. I hear comments under the employees breaths about their customers. I feel there needs to be more communication amongst the coworkers. I think management needs to get with reality.
