shame on DD-management in Sutton, MA.! As I put my order in this morning and was served promptly by a friendly young woman while she was screemed at by a ?superviser? , I was embarrassed and at the same time I felt very sorry for this woman behind the dd-counter who handled the situation in a highly professional manner. She kept her focus on me, the CUSTOMER. After my transaction was complete and, again, I was served and treated with respect by this young woman, I asked the ?Superviser? to speak with the manager. The manager made an appearence and told me she wouldn't have time for this kind of nuisance at this time, turned around and disapeared out of my sight. I apologized to this young woman, thanked her for her great customer service and left. SAD, SAD, SAD

i am an 8 month pregnant girl and i was really craving a banana split last night so my husband and I went to Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins in franklin park IL, there are 2 sets of registers. one by where the donuts are and another one by where the ice cream is. we walked straight to the ice cream section and when my husband pulled out the credit card to pay the man said the machines were broken and can only accept cash. then he said to hold on a minute while he grabbed a manager. he took a long time & my ice cream was melting so i grabbed a spoon and started eating it. manager comes & he rudley pointed to the registers where the donuts were at & there was a sign there saying no cards that day. i apologized and told him i didnt see the sign because we came straight to the ice cream section & i told him he should have put a sign on the 2nd register too. he suggested we go to the next intersection to an ATM. we werent willing to do that because it wasnt a Chase Bank ATM so we would get charged another 3 dollars. I felt it wasnt our fault. and before making the ice cream he shoulda made sure we knew about them not accepting cards. it wasnt our fault their machine broke. the guy said we either had to go to an ATM to pay for the ice cream or leave. I couldnt beleive it. They have no heart. They knew it was an innocent mistake. I asked them if they would rather throw out the ice cream than allow a pregnant girl eat it. I told them i was going to conatct corporate and they said go ahead. i left so upset. Please avoid the franklin park dunkin donuts

The complaint is regarding poor customer service at the Hamilton Ave, Brooklyn NY location. AT 9:30 AM, on Sunday, very poor selection. I asked "when will you have additional donuts?" "That's it" was the response. I pressed the question and he stated 11:00 AM. The employee - Abad, who claimed he was the manager got very angry and started yelling and if I don't like it LEAVE." He continued "Go." Unfortunate for the franchise owner,he/she is probably unaware of his/her employees' action. A good indicator of store performance is profit/loss. My guess is troublesome store performance.

I stopped in Thurs Jan 13, 2011 at 6pm. 2 workers were huddled around the register trying to figure something out, taking a long time, but I was next in line, one person behind me. Finally someone who looked like they might have been the manager asked what I wanted, I said a medium Dunkacino. (this is what I always get, and it cost $1.95 whenever I get it) - he said do you want whipped cream, and I said yes. often when they put whipped cream on a medium, they will put it in a large cup to allow room for the whipped cream and be able to place the lid on. I think this is a great idea. it's still a medium dunkaccino. Well, he put it in an Extra Large cup, and then the cashier charged me for an extra large. when I told him it was a medium he called the original fellow over, who appeared to be in charge, and was asking how to do a refund, and no one seemed to be able to figure it out (I used a bank card, which I always do in Dunkin donuts) - then this person in charge tried to tell me it's not really the price of a medium coffee but they charge a little extra because it's a dunkaccino. this is not true, nowhere else does that, and if he wanted to charge me for an extra large, I would have just taken the medium in the medium cup with no cream, which is not right either, but why should I get rippped off because he offered to put it in a larger cup? all the dunkin donuts put it in a larger cup to allow for cream, it is not filled to capacity with dunkaccino, it holds the amount of a medium, plus cream, and there is still alot of space at the top. I think he was dishonest or incompetent or both. I found a place online for reviews but it took me to this site, so they must have pulled the reviews because they were bad? I don't know, but my experience sure was! 310 so main st cheshire ct store 33

I go to DD a few times a day for iced coffee, as I work on the road. Last week as I was finishing my iced coffee from the DD on the corner of McGrath & Broadway in Somerville, MA, there was a huge cockroach left in the cup. I called the location and I reported it to the Board of Health and called corporate DD. The woman from corporate apologized and said thank you, and that was it. They said the Board of Health went in & found nothing, so it was taken care of. Hello? I'm sure they cleaned it up after I called. Now I am sick and I don't know if it was from the cockroach, but that was disgusting!!!!!

I am a sister to a 19 yr Old Marine who is currently serving out country in Afghanistan. Only thing he asked for was Dunkin Donuts Coffee to brew while he is on deployment. I purchased 4 lbs of coffee at 385 Putnam Pike Smithfield, RI. Two of them I mistakenly purchased Whole Bean instead of ground. Realizing my error I returned to the store a couple days later to exchange the product for ground coffee. I explained the situation that it would be shipped to Afghanistan for my brother and his fellow Marines. I explained that I did not want to open the package to grind myself because it would break the seal and it takes about a month to get there. I was afraid it would be stale by then. The person who appeared to be the supervisor basically told me tough luck, she can't exchange it. I left and plan to go up the chain to complain. As far as I am concerned if they cannot support the men and women providing them their freedom I will no longer support Dunkin Donuts. I also will ask all my family and friends to do the same.

During a corporate-wide promotion to sell more coffee + donuts, by attracting more customers via a Dunkin Donuts-logoed coffee cup, combined with the allure of refill price reductions, I purchased one of these cups. After purchasing this promotional cup, refills were to be 1/2 price, a nice gimmicky promotion to attract both newcomers and current customers alike. Well, here it is years later, and most employees and management are unfamiliar with the promotion, so they want FULL price for a refill. Speaking to the young folks at DD Corporate HQ, also too new to remember this promotion, and continuing to hide behind the usual "stores are individually owned and operated," try to dodge any responsibility for this promotion. It worked very well for them, garnering plenty of new customers and hooking existing customers, most of whom have long since lost their cups. I however still have mine, in pristine condition, and they now try to renege on their end of the sale "contract." Anyone have any ideas on which direction to take this: small claims court, local newspaper, local radio station or one of the television stations with a "Help" service for fighting rip-off schemes?

I live in Port Charlotte Florida and I often go to the Dunkin Donuts in Punta Gorda. I was there the other day and noticed the relative of my nail tech. there and said hi to her not knowing she had a job with your company. She did not leave her front register but said hi from there and that was that. Then her manager came over and said she had poor customer service and should not be socializing with friends or family at the window. I completely agree with this, but it took no extra time for her to say hi and I am not family and if she hadn't said hi back when I did that would of been poor customer service in my opinion. I feel as though it was wrong for the manager to come over and yell at her the way she did in front of me and other customers because I chose to say hi to her. When you go somewhere so much you tend to get your favorites and everytime this young lady takes my order she gets it right unlike some of the other exsperiances I have had there.I think that your company would prefer to have GREAT customer service and customer staff relations in order to keep your regular customers coming back. It was a very dissatisfying exsperience and I feel completely horrible for getting her in trouble not to mention the embarassment of being yelled at in front of everyone. I will not be going back to this location untill that manager is gone.

The DD store in Asbury Park, NJ, 20 Main Street, is infested with self-absorbed teenyboppers pretending to be "workers." The main culprit is the manager's daughter (Mgr. Liz) and the owner's niece, Bridget. I have clearly observed this girl butter donuts and prepare egg sandwiches with no gloves on. When mentioning it, she snapped that "it's not YOUR food, so mind your own business." With her finely manicured fingernails, I suppose gloves are beneath her. She has been observed wearing micro-shorts at work, sitting on the stainless steel counter talking on her cell phone while working the drive thru window. Neither she nor her mother wear a hair net or hat. Thus, neither myself, my family, nor our neighbors will frequent this store again. I have called the main office, but nothing has changed. I guess the owner lets his family do as they please. Starbucks is right up the road, it's clean, they are friendly, and they wear gloves and hats. It's a shame, for we were in their at least 3 or 4 times a day, every day. No more!

Corporate needs to seriously think about changing their staff. I live in central illinois and the staff at our Dunkin Donuts is absolutely terrible. I'm not one to comment on race, but its run by a bunch of non english speaking indian theives!! I can order the same thing day after day and get asked a different price every time!! Today I got a large iced coffee (which they can't remember to put skim milk and splenda in it everytime, I've even had to ask 3 times.) and a number #10 with hasbrowns. She charged me seprately for everything and the most she could for everything and told me it was $8.61. I had to ask for my reciept because otherwise they wouldn't give it to me. When I got it after I payed I noticed it was for $7.61 not $8.61. They ripped me off and this isn't the first time. The only reason I still go is I enjoy the food and its convienent. But I HATE the people who work for the company.

I am totally amazed. How many times to I have to ask for a reply from you people. I have written all week asking for feedback on the closure of the Branson, MO. store. I cant believe how irresponsible this "corporate headquarters" is. WE ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! WITHOUT US YOU DONT PAY YOUR BILLS. I would very much like a reply on why that store has closed and how do you expect the people in Arkansas to buy DD coffee (yes, I know we can order it online) but explain to me how you plan on shipping me a vanilla coolatta!!!!!

I went to the Sugarloaf Pkwy location to purchase gingerbread donuts on 12/31/2010 and was told that the gingerbread donuts were "seasonal". Just what exactly is the holiday season. I assumed that it ran at least to New Years. If this is a Dunkin Donut policy and not just a location making a poor decision, I am very disappointed.

You have recently closed down the Dunkin Donuts in Branson,Mo. I have left 3 comments (this being my 4th). I live three hours away from Branson, which is the closest DD to me and it is closed. I was informed that I could shop at the DD in I beleive St. James in Missouri that is 7 1/2 hours away. I dont understand this. I am a faithful DD coffee drinker and I am not happy about the closing of the Branson store.I come up there at least every other month for my coffee supply. and now that it has been taken away from me Im not sure that I trust this industry. I was always raised to believe in customer service, this, however, is not customer service. Please help me to understand why my favorite coffee shop would close down and leave thousands of people, (was satisfied customers), in the dark. I would greatly appreciate your response

I went to 2 different DD's in Boynton Beach Florida within the last week. The 1st one on Federal Hwy. was basically closed at 10:30 PM, even though they are open 24 hours, & you can't get the donuts you want. You can get the donuts they want to give you, the left overs, but at half price. Half price to them is not half price of a dozen, it was $5.31 for what they put in the box. They weren't fresh, but they weren't horrible. The drive through window is the only place to get donuts so you can't see what they have, you have to take their word for it. BTW, they didn't have any of the 4 kinds I asked for before he told me there were only a few kinds available. The 2nd DD I visited is on Boynton Beach Blvd. tonight. They have many available, definitely not all, but more than the other store. They were quite stale. The jelly sticks were very hard. The other thing about them was that there was jelly shot about 40% of the way through one end, & very little at that. The jelly donuts & the apple spice donuts also had a tiny bit of filling shot into them. This was not a normal DD. The vanilla creme & chocolate creme filled donuts, the filling is like frosting, were also under filled. It's like they are trying to put the least amount of filling in the donuts that they can get away with. Anyway, very disappointed & wont be going to DD again. They got me twice this week & it wont happen again. DD quality has gone down hill since the 1980's when donuts were thrown out every 3 hours & replaced with fresh ones. I gave the stores 1 star because zero wasn't available.

I visited the dunkin donuts on 1790 lincoln highway in Edison NJ. My best friend works there so I decided to meet her for break. When I walked in it was freezing. Absolutely freezing. It is about 23 degrees here in nj with 18 inches of snow. I asked my friend why it was so cold and she says they refuse to turn on the heat! I was appalled because not only is it freezing but some employees are getting over being sick. I believe that I will not use dunkin donuts again if they continue to treat their employees this way.

On 12/29/10 My daughter and grandson walk to our neighborhood dunkin donuts on 1926 Columbus Ave,Roxbury,MA 02119. Anyone who lives in boston now that we had a mini snow storm on 12/26/10. The Dunkin Dounuts NEVER!!!! put up a caution sign to for warn customer to be careful due to wet floor. The manager start yelling at my daughter to get after other customers help her and the baby up off the floor. What kind of business, franchise and employee does dunkin donuts have. They have COLD HEARTED PRICKS working/disgracing them. I will NEVER NEVER go into dunkin donuts againg. I will now due business with STARBUCKS OR HONEY DEW for now on!!!!!!!. If I could I would give dunkin donuts a -10 for what happen today I was very disappointment. THEY SUCK

Wow have u every been to dunkin donuts in sudbury, hudson, marlborough solomomn pond mall, or stow... THis is franchised out by the scrivanoes group WOW do they abuse and treat there employees awful. I from personal experience as well as have witnessed very unhappy hostile work enviroments in all of these locations, Chris Gikas should not be in charge of anything.... he is rude, and not at all a professional at his job... I feel sorry for all these people that work under his regime... Good luck to you

I visited your drive thru store # 307630 on dec 24 at 1030 am . I was treated by a compleate ignorant person. I stopped for a med coffee and when i drove up to the drive up window I stepped out of my truck handed the guy my cc card to pay for the coffee, he rang me up gave me my coffee , I then asked him if he can trow away my old cup from earlier in the day. That is when he became a idiot, he told me im not your servent and take a walk across the lot and put in the garbage can and he trew back the cup at me. I then said excuse me and he told me im very busy please leave im holding up the line. Im appauled by this and with a high unemployment rate I belive that Dunkin Donuts can get better help.Im a 53 year old man and you just lost a loyal coffee customer. T Chiodo

We've been going to the Dunkin Donuts at 700 Zaragosa in El Paso, Tx. We are so disappointed with their service and selection of donuts. Every time we go (at least twice a week) there are always 2-3 employees there and 2-3 types of donuts to select from (not much of a selection). If it's open 24 hours a day, you'd think they make donuts around the clock. The employees have poor attitudes, and aren't courteous to their patrons. We are officially changing to Krispy Kremes! Where is Quality Control for this Franchise? Where are the Managers? Do they not want to retain their customers? Disappointed in you Dunkin Donuts! You should value your customers!!
