This morning at 10:45, I visited the drive thru window of your 942 Hyde Park Ave. location. I asked for a number 8 with a caramel latte light and order of hash browns. The employee repeated the order to me and asked me to go to the next window. When I got there, they told me that the order was $7.56. I thought this was strange because the #8 should only be $2.79 plus an extra dollar for the hash browns. She asked me what kind of coffee I had ordered and I told her that I wanted a caramel latte lite, just as I had told the other employee. When I received my order, I pulled off and went home. When I got home, I opened up the sandwich and it was an egg white flatbread sandwich (a #6 meal). This is not the first time that this has occurred. As a matter of fact, every time I have ordered a #8 (an egg white WRAP) I end up with a flatbread sandwich. Not only have I repeatedly received the same incorrect sandwich, they charge me for it as well!!! Something must be wrong with the number orders because I order a #6 meal, I get a flatbread sandwich. I order a #8 meal, I get a flatbread sandwich. This was not the only problem with my order. When I opened the sandwich, I only had HALF of an egg white omelet. I have taken pictures of it for proof. If you are running out of supplies, just tell the customers. Don't charge me for a full sandwich and give me half of a sandwich! Also, my coffee was clearly NOT caramel, but hazelnut. It was absolutely disgusting. This was the WORST experience I have had at this establishment. Please either have your employees familiarize themselves with the meals or get better people to work for you.

I am a dunkin donuts employee employed in Massachusetts. Our management favors employees over others. I wish they would put cameras in the managers office because the favorites have been known to sit in the office for hours updating their latest facebook page and they even been known to sleep in the office while on the clock. I feel like I really can't say anything to anyone about it because the management crew and a few employees are "family" and they will get you fired or make you quit and I need my job but I have just had about enough of it when I tried to speak to my manager about another employee thats being disrespectful and making work difficult he says if you don't like it the door is right there. I feel like I'm not even a human being to these people instead a peice of shit. What do you do when you can't even turn to your own management for fear that you'll be fired. All I have to say is that I enjoy my customers but you let this particular Dunkins turn into a nightmare to work for.

Bought 120.00 dollars worth of Gift Card at a Dunkin Donuts on 110 Belmont Street in Worcester, MA for Christmas. Come to find out one gift card for $25.00 was not activated. Went to the Dunkin Donuts and asked for the Manger. Told her the problem. She took my card and phone number said she would get back to me. To date 1-1/2 months later unable to reach her. Problem has not been solved. Tried to call the store at number listed - no answer. Will never go to Dunkin Donuts located on Belmont Street in Worcester, MA again. Very unhappy customer. I

I visited one of your stores on 2/11/11 at 13605 South Apopka Vineland Rd in Orlando and ate my sandwich and donut inside. I received 2 bags. I noticed that the brown bag said "please recycle this bag". I was wondering where I would do that since I was done with the bag while in the store. I asked the girl at the register if they had a place to recycle the bag within the store and she kind of laughed and said "no we don't". Maybe there should be a place to recycle the bags within the store since I was not taking the sandwich home with me to put the bag in the recycling stack at home. What a great idea to put this on the bag but there should be a pro-active idea to making that happen easier. Just a thought that something could be in the store. Also I think repeat visitors could also drop their old bags in there as well when they come back.

yesterday, february 9, 2011, i purchased a coffee and a ham and cheese flatbread sandwich from dunkin donuts in rockville ct. i found a pen cap inside the sandwich with melted cheese all over it. i am ripping about this and this is not acceptable! something needs to be done to accommodate me for this disgusting thing that has happened to me. i will not ever return to a dunkin donuts unless this is rectified and i am compensated for this. i want my debit card reimbursed for both the coffee as well as the sandwich. due to the fact that i reported this yesterday and nothing was done about it, i will be calling the north central health district this afternoon about this matter. i suggest that i hear from someone very soon about this matter to confirm to me that you take these things seriously and actually care about your stores because otherwise i will keep contacting people until something is done and a large amount of the public hears about this. i am so sick of being taken advantage of by irresponcible employees at these places. enough is enough. socks45shoes@att.net i also filed a complaint on the dunkin donuts survery

I have visited to dunkin donugts at the location near my house ( sterling heights mi, 17 and van dyke) 3 days in a row now, at different times throughout the day and every time, THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY DOUGHNUTS!!!!! ,what kind of doughnut shop dosent ever have doughnuts? Luckily there are other shops near by, i wont be goin there EVER AGAIN, they are rude to the customers, NEVER have any doughnuts and hardly speak english. obviously by reading the reviews corporate dosent care either, shouldnt be too long before this poor excuse for a buisness goes under, id rather spend more money somewhere else and get what i came for and not have their staff ( managers) be rude.THANKS FOR NOTHING DUNKIN NONUTS

I am very happy to report that whenever I go into the Dunkin Donuts on Pawtucket Avenue in Riverside RI, everyone is well-mannered, fast, accurate and acting in Dunkin Donuts best interests. Bravo !

I went to the Dunks on Cambridge Street next to Bright Horizons and let me tell you the guy treated me BAD! He refused to return my coffee and had an attitude, I haven't gone back since. Dunking Donuts need to re-train their employees for better customer service and keep in mind CUSTOMER'S ARE ALWAYS RIGHT.

I went to this dunkin donut at the address on the bottom, thats what i think of them the worker are rude and nasty first the worker had a mean look on her face no goodmorning nothing i asked for coffee light with sugar she gives me black coffee, she was unprofessional if you dont like your job work some where else no one do not need to see her ugly face, then the bus driver was inside also he is always nice to everyone grandma who was behind the register made a face at him like she was disgusted with him. I used to frequent this DD store located at 731 Smithtown Bypass in Smithtown,NY but now they won't have the pleasure of having me as a customer again. The coupon says "want a (one) free donut when you purchase a(one) medium or larger beverage?" So technically I should get ONE donut PER ONE medium coffee. So I bought three medium coffees so I should get three free donuts then. But when I went back to this store they gave me only one! First the employees were condescendingly RUDE and the manager was also very RUDE about it and said he didn't care if I didn't come back as he didn't think I was a regular customer but the fact was I WAS a REGULAR customer jerk! He wouldn't give me two extra donuts even though I bought THREE MEDIUM COFFEES so I should get three free donuts in return. Even if it was in one visit, the coupon doesn't mention anything about it being per visit so it makes no sense at all, if he was right it would be printed per visit but it doesn't now does it?! Either way, he wasn't even nice about it was just plain rude and disrespectful his whole nasty attitude. I've even received an extra donut or two just for buying one at other DDs but the manager there if he was the manager at all just came across as a totally stingy scrooge.if he knew how to conduct his business better he would have given me those two donuts and kept me as a customer and keep the business going that would have been a much wiser investment. im writing this because i couldn't figure out how to call into the corporate office for my complaint. i work for dunkin donuts in Mass. i used to love my job until i became an assistant manager. ever since i was promoted im now blamed for a lot of things that are out of my hand. ive called out of work now twice in the 8 months ive been working for this company and these times ive been harassed to come in when i couldn't. my cars tires spin in the snow and im sorry but my life is more important than selling coffee. this company doesnt care about their employees and im very upset with the way these situations were handled. i shouldn't have to fear calling in when i already have someone to cover my shift and i shouldn't have to listen to a manager threaten my job if im not going to come in wen i cant. this is outrageous.

I knew when I pulled up to Dunkin D this AM and saw termite trucks in the lot with men taking the spray canisters out it was NOT a good sign!  When I got my coffee it tasted like shit, didn't even smell like coffee!! Freaking nasty man yuck! I took it back and some bimbo said to her boss "it's not my fault"! Then the guy in the window was like what's wrong with it? I said SMELL IT! It doesn't even smell like coffee!! Gross me out totally!

My family and I decided to go to Dunkin Donuts because its a family favorite for years. We had received coupons in the mail. We were all excited to pick out our favorite donuts. Upon arriving my husband and I noticed they had no selection of donuts...even the ones for sale for Valentines Day were not avaiable ...(the coupons mailed advertised this) anyway, we ord4r and give the employee the coupons and she charges us regular prices and then gets mad at us and refuses to give us our change ...are ya kiddin me? What kind of business are you running ? MY HUSBAND NOTICED THE DISCREPANCY...so the employee turns around and gives my husband a free small latte ...however she still owed us $1.79 which she never gave us....sadly we will never return to this location...Berlin NJ on the white horse pike across from McDonalds ...DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! this establishment doesnt even deserve 1 star :( Very unhappy customers ....

I have been a Dunkin Donuts customer for many years. However, today I have had a very bad experience that I would like to share with you. I visited your facility on Del Prado and Palaco Grande in Cape Coral, FL, with my grandchildren. My grandaughter ordered a strawberry colada and we found the cup to be leaking after we pulled away from the drive through window. We went back to be greeted by a very rude young woman who was very put out when I told her the cup had a leak and that the beverage had gotten all over my grandaughter's school uniform, my car seat, etc. I asked for another cup. She was hesitant to give me another cup and after she did, I noticed the condensation on the cup and asked her for some napkins. She said that it was condensation but never offered the napkins -- it seemed as though the dripping cup was o.k. to her. I again asked her for the napkins which she handed to me rudely and slammed the window. She began laughing with the other person in the drive through (not a customer). I think this was extremely rude and very poor customer service. With the job market as it is today, it should be easy to find someone who would want to work and treat the custmomers much better than she did. I was very disappointed and the experience was very poor for me and my grandchildren.
