I had opportunity to visit the Dunkin Donuts store at 5760 Transit Road, Depew NY on 12/17/2010. When I left,I left my purse on the back of a chair. I received a call from Chelsea, who kept my purse safe until I could return to pick it up. She said a 'regular customer' found it and turned it in. Everything was intact. hello i would like to know who the rep is in northeast pa .....we have store here that a cheating the school kids out of money ......that work for them .. i have a kid who started working for d and d and doent not get paid also there owner are very very nasty it in bartonville pa ...some one please help!!! my email is paloans@aol.com this is just not right

My chuch in South Carolina is open during the winter to house the homeless when temperatures outside are unbearable. Our preacher asked restaurants around the area if they would be able to donate any extra food that they had available, Wendys donated hamburgers...Starbucks donated coffee and hot chocolate and when they asked if Dunkin Donuts could donate any spare food they said "NO WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO". We all know that Dunkin Donuts throws away hundreds of donuts daily but they would not provide any for the homeless in their area. Please keep this in mind when you visit Dunkin Donuts.

You should have stuck to what you did best back in the days when you were in New England only: good coffee and donuts. You make many things now and they are all lousey. I never go to Dunkin' donuts anymore. Customer since the 1960s.

Attention Dunkin Donuts Headquarters: Please address the management problem located at the Exxon Gas Station, Route 129 in Chelmsford Ma. Poor. There is a constant change in employees. Seems like every week. Can't get it right. I love Dunkin Donuts and understand there are many locations to choose from. This one happens to be right down the street from my work. Everytime I order from your menu....it is just poorly prepared. Burnt, overcooked.....you name it. What gives??? Dunkin Donuts should be great and meet all expectations of what the consumer orders. After all, we are the ones who made you GREAT. I recall maybe (1) year ago that location was one OILED MACHINE. You definetly need to take a look. Try ordering your delicious Sausage-Pancake Bites. Guarranteed...overcooked, each and every time. An Employee is only as good as the Manager who manages them.

I can give Dunkin a 5 star, we have been buying coffee by the pound for years, it is the only coffee I serve in my home. BUT today I purchased the 4lbs sale and was charged tax,,,,here in PA there is no tax on food purchases, unless take out or sit down. If I purchase the same coffee in the store {but of course it is not 1 lb packs] there is no tax charged. I feel the store fronts are charging more than they should. Some stors will not charge while others do. Some stores in the Lehigh Valley do not honor the company policy of buying 2 lbs at a lesser price then buying one. NOT A HAPPY DUNKIN CUSTOMER TODAY

Gents, Your franchinse manager in Portland Maine has recently been charged with hiring illegal alliens over a period of years. re" "George Valvanis of Atkinson (NH) pleaded guilty Monday in U.S. District Court in Portland to one count of engaging in a pattern of recruiting or hiring illegal immigrants and one count of lying on an immigration document" The practice of hirining illegals is an insult to all working Americans. Illegal alliens are a drain our our economy and in the age of terrioroism, pose a very real security threat to our nation. Apparently this has been going on for several years in your Portland Maine stores. I would surmise that your corporate structure was either lied to or turned a blind eye to the paracice. Will you be forcing this owner/ manager out of your corporate structure or will you too just continue to allow hiring illegals in your stores. Your lack of any corporate action in this case will speak for itself in either your condemnation or support of this illegal activity. although i love dunkin donut coffee, i can't help but mention that everytime i go into the one on 139 in stoughton, mass that the floor is vigorously being swept into my food and coffee. EVERYTIME! This is so disgusting, especially when the sun shines through the window and you can actually see the crap falling into your cup of coffee and lacing your donut!!!! WTF............ Am I the only one who minds if crap goes into my food???? The sweeping when people are eating is digusting, after throwing my 3/4 full cup into the trash today, I decided that another location would probably be better for me. However, if you like dirty coffee and donuts, do drop by for a cup of crap!

I made a purchase at store # 300933 and I was overcharged for a purchase, brought it to the atttention of the cashier upon seeing receipt and i was told she didnt understand what I was complaining about and she doesnt speak English. Stay far away from this store. They are rude. IF YOU GO THERE, CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS.

No Donuts at Dunkin Donuts?????????? There is nothing worse than thinking about a jelly donut after a hard day and you go to Madison, New Jersey to find the donut racks are all empty. Several occasions I have gone in to this location for coffee and donuts with my co-worker and there have been NO DONUTS on the shelves. Its pretty bad when you go into an establishment like this to get donuts and coffee to find none, and store employees have no answers.......Maybe corporate can send a rep to this location and find the racks empty.

I came to the dd on barton st and dexter st pawtucket ri Boy am I appalled I order on friday the 10 dec 10 at 1445 from Barbara a green tea she said how you do you want it black I said jokingly no I want it green well that's when her rude and disrespectful attitude came out her she says it with an attitude do you want cream and sugar or you want it black I then say again I would like it green and she starts to yell at me and say do you want it black or cream and sugar I then realize she is really givin me an attitude and forgot I am the customer not her and I am paying for the coffee not her so I say wait a minute I am just joking there is no one else in line no reason to cope an attitude she yells really loud and says I asked you if you w*nt your coffee black or with cream and sugar I said you better quit yelling at me I am the customer and it isn't a big deal ok she yell for one of the other 2 employee to come and w*it on me because she wasn't going to wait on me so I told the other employee who's waited on me in the past she apologize and gave me the tea for free I tried to pay but she said no and apologize again knowing I always joke when I come in there but if employees are going to yell at the people p*ying there salary I might at well go to honey dew or somewhere else where they respect you and laugh not get mad and rude and yell at customers totally out of line unbelievable thank you for reading this and hope they school Barbara on how to talk to the customer.

ON 12/8/10 I STOPPED AT THE DUNKIN DONUTS AT 245 CARY HILL,BROCKTON MASS.I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU,TWO EMPLOYEES WERE WORKING AND THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT,EVEN THOUGH THE WINDOW WAS NOT WORKING. I FELT BAD FOR THE TROUBLE THEY HAD GETTING IT TO OPEN AND THEN IT WOULD CLOSE,AND AGAIN IT WAS LIKE THEY HAD TO BATTLE THE WINDOW TO GET IT TO OPEN,I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW SORE THEIR ARMS WERE THE NEXT DAY ! I HOPE IT HAS BEEN FIXED,AND I MYSELF THINK WHOEVER WORKED WITH THAT WINDOW SHOULD GET A BONUS IN THEIR PAYCHECK. I love Dunkin Donuts coffee, but I can't drink regular coffee because the higher level of caffeine makes me ill. Every time I order decaf, I have to watch what they are doing because 8 out of 10 times they automatically start pouring regular coffee. For this reason I don't order coffee where the pots are hidden from view, and I do not place orders at drive-thru windows.

I have photo's of a construction site in Phila.,PA, at Roosevelt Blvd. and Welsh Rd. The truck (van)at the site has a hugh piture on it's side of a Marxist Murderer, and Communist by the name of Che Guevra. I have every intension of sending the photo's, along with my recommendation to boycott this loccation, to all of my friends,and e-mail contacts. Your Logo is right below this creeps picture on this van.

I have tried for four days to buy the original flavor 4 1 lb bags for $19.99. I was told each time they were out of the i lb coffee and would have some the next day. I made three trips but not any more. The people actually acted like they didn't care if you got the coffee or not. The store I'm refering to is located on Whitten Road in Memphis, Tennessee. I'll just take my business somewhere else.

I visited the Dunkin Donut store on Bridge Street in Salem Mass on 12/05/2010 Sunday the service was so poor. My coffee made wrong, my sandwhich took 13 min. The employee's worried about there drive thru before the walk in's. I was very unhappy. I told the girl in charge I no longer wanted my items thar I wanted my money back I was told they can't do that. Very rude employee's and this was my 1st and last visit to that store.

I just watched the Dunkin Donuts "Sports Minute" on t.v. I would like to know what country we are in? The host looks Chinese. What happened to good ol American people working?

I visited the store located at 4700 S. Cicero Avenue, Chicago, IL on 04 Dec 2010. I ordered a flatbtead sandwich with no bacon because I am Muslim so I don't eat pork. The employee made the sandwich with bacon and disregarded my request. I asked for a manager who stated that employees cannot take bacon off of the sandwich. I explained to her that I am a Muslim and I cannot eat pork please make my sandwich as requested. The aforementioned employees refused. I know my rights were violated especially my religious freedom not to mentioned they refused to refund my money. This is unacceptable. Please note that I have gone to other locations in the suburbs of Illinois such as Tinley Park, oak Forest and Country Club Hills and have never been refused. Please address this issue. I frequent the Dunkin Donuts in the Burger King Plaza in Hyannis. The cashier Sandy is always quick, knows peoples coffees, smiles, and very friendly. All though, I can not say the same for the management. On Thanksgiving day I was in and Sandy called out to a customer that was walking away without their donuts. The manager went on about how rude that was. Now the customer seemed to be smiling when he picked up his donuts and relieved that he did not forget something. So how could that be rude. Perhaps her stating that loud enough for the customers to hear was rude. On other days there is much presence of a manager. When she is there she just states "what can I get ya." Now please, I do think that is rude.
