I frequent the Dunkin Donuts in Stevensville MD and for the most part all the employees are professional & courteous....execpt for "Olga" the Store Manager. It's unbelievable that this person is representing this store considering her total lack of people skills. She is extrememly curt, never smiles, and overall looks disgusted and unhappy in her work.I would suggest replacing this miserable human being with someone with customer service skills. People like Olga are bad for business and because of "Olga" I will be taking my coffee/donut business elsewhere.

I visited a Dunkin Donuts today in Stoneham (new one in the Fellsway) and witnessed an argument between an employee and customer. Poor guy wanted a cup for his kid's munchkins and was told no!!! He had to pay for it!!! The funny part is I get my iced coffee there every morning and they always put my plastic cup in another styrofoam cup (I don't even ask for it and I never have to pay for it..??). I felt bad for the guy and his kids...I believe they were ganging up on him for no reason (showing off). Poor customer service most of the time and they never have what you want (always out of something - like Munchins, frosted colored donuts, coolata mix). My favorite is when they roll their eyes at me when I ask them to fix my iced coffee.... They are not the nicest there - today proved it yet again. Back to the one on Main Street I go....

I can not find the maple walnut scones....my zip code is Fl. 33436 Where in my area can I find that product?

To whom it may concern, I visited a Dunkin Donuts at Okahumpka rest area (MP 299) on Florida's turnpike March 17th, 2011. I placed my order of a large coffee with syrup and one donut. I had in my hand a Dunkin Donut gift card. I was told by Tianna that she could not accept my gift card and I had to pay with cash or a different card. I always have Dunkin Donut gift cards and I have never had an issue with using them at any other location. It was not a pleasant experience and I will think twice before making a purchase at that location again.

Dunkin Donuts is a good place to buy donuts.

I would like to say that the Dunkin Donuts Franchise is horrible. My husband and I experienced an awful encounter on March 11th in Baltimore off of Howard and North Avenue. The employee/owner screamed insults at the both of us regarding an order that my husband and I ordered which was clearly their mistake. It was so distressing that I had to call the police. When I returned home, I immediately contacted the Corporate Office and indicated to them that the police were called and that I expected a quick response to my claim. Corporate indicated that I should receive a response within two working days. Today is the second day and nothing yet. There should not be a rating for Dunkin Donuts....they don't deserve it. S. Is there a dress code for Dunkin Donuts? I went to a Dunkin Donuts on New Haven Avenue in the Derby, CT area. The cashier had his pants hanging low under his butt and had his hand under his sweat shirt below his crouch just before I receive my purchase. Why should I have to accept any food service from this person. Dunkin Donuts is going from bad to worse. no standards any more

I work in Ronkonkoma, NY for the Federal Government. I take public transportation to work every morning and I arrive at Ronkonkoma Station at 4:30am. The Dunkin Donuts at this location is supposed to open at 4:30am every weekday morning so I depend on this branch of Dunkins for my morning jave before I head to work. For one week straight this location has not been opening at 4:30am although they are there.I have to wait until 4:45am for them to finally open the doors. On Monday, March 14, 2011 they opened the doors as usual at 4:45am. This particular morning I decided to confront the person on duty about her tardiness. She got rude with me and I did not appreciate that especially when it is part of her job to open on time. I love Dunkin Donuts and I normally don't have any complaints but I believe it is very important to make sure the customer is just as satisfied with the level of professional service as well as with the product.

To whom it may concern, I am currently residing in Salem,Ma for college and so does my girlfriend. On two separate occasions I went to Dunkin Dounts at quarter of 7 in the morning a week apart. Both times I went to the same one on Canal St. next to the Salem State gym and both times they said that there was no bacon for a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Now my girlfriend works for another Dunkin Donuts so she knows what they are suppose to have in the morning because of the new sandwich. What you should do is send someone to the drive-thru around 6:45 am and you will see what i am talking about. Go on a Monday morning.

I bought coffee today at Costco as I have done regularly for years. To my surprise, Dunkin Donuts 40 ounce size doubled in price. Guess I will have to go back to MJB.

If America runs on Dunkin then where is mine. I need a Doughnut shop here in Princeton WV. Thank . PS you dont even have to sell doughnuts I just want coffee.

The new breakfast sandwich which is the texas toast is the worstever. All that butter and then with the oily bacon I felt my heart stop on the first bite. Next time i just have the cup of lard. Take it out of the menu now!

to whom this may concern.. I normally go to the store on spruce street in Biddeford, Maine. As of now i will not spend my money on a bunch of arrogant, selfish, lying, and not to mention ignorant and rude, owners of this Dunkin Donuts, Steve who is a little to friendly with underaged female customers. He refuses to give raises no matter how long you have worked there. I have been told by an employee they begged for 6 months, Jo-Ann who also handles food with out gloves, screams at employees and remains talking about them in Greek..Danillo- attempts relations with underaged employees, which i am witness of, schedules people unfairly, literally has favorite which are all mostly underaged. I feel badly for doing this but they are completely disrespectful towards everyone mostly staff. I have seen cheat someone out of 5 dollars. I just feel what he does with his dunkins has gone on far to long so therefore i think he should be made to retire along with his wife. seriously thank goodness i quit sincerly, former employee/ex customer

I moved to New Paltz N.Y. about 6 months ago, I relocated from N.Y.C, the Duncan Donuts in New Paltz has to be the worst in the country, it is not clean in the front of the stores interior, the parking lot is a mess with dirt and broken black top, the bathroom is gross, the staff could care less about you, there uniforms are dirty but most of all there inventory of a quality product that I have loved for years is not there, they run out of donuts, eggs, sausage and ham every day, by 5 they are out of product and if its later and you want a donut forget it, this location is a disgrace to the brand, I now have to travel out of the area to get Duncan Donuts which is a pain in the (a**), corporate should look into this facility and do something about it, it does not reflect the quality of there products. Thank You

Dear Mr. Guiliani, After reading your review about wanting a Dunkin Donuts in your area, I hope you think twice about that. "Be careful what you wish for" should be taken VERY seriously especially whan wanting a Dunkin Donuts. No matter what Dunkin Donuts I EVER went to, the service is horrible. I totally agree with Sarah Alves (see her comment above) when she says the service is horrible and that people come into America and are given jobs while the American CITIZENS have to stuggle every day. Why not ask for a Krispy Kreme shop or something else. Believe me, you WILL regret getting a Dunkin Donuts if they give you one.

My daughter works at a Dunkin Donut where the girl employees are sexual harassed by the manager and owner's father. Employees are made to work over without pay.

I've been working at a Rochester, NY Dunkin' Donuts and have recently experienced discrimination from my boss. He's made several racial comments and I'd like to take this further.

How is it that the evening manager at the store in the Somerset Hills shopping center in Bedminster NJ is allowed to speak with customers? This rude man of Indian (eastern) decent was so short with me and my crew one evening that we chose to leave. Let's all chip in and buy this guy a couple correspondence courses.... One for English as a second language, and one that can help him integrate into the service industry.

Yesterday I was asked to pick-up a dozen donuts from the supermarket for our Friday morning meeting at work. I told my boss I will do one better than that and pick them up from our new Dunkin Donuts outlet in my neighborhood. This morning at 5:15 A.M. I picked-up a dozen stale donuts from the new outlet and displayed them in the middle of our conference table confident everyone would be pleased with the taste of a freshly prepared donut. After one bite we all realized that the donuts were leftovers left out overnight for sale the following business day and we threw the donuts in the trash.

I am the chaplain aboard a United States ship and we were donated a case of coffee from Dunkin Donuts. I see a lot of complaints about locations of stores. Well, it's easy to complain when you're missing out on perspective. Spending a deployment on a ship for 8+ months give you that perspective. Try being 7,000 miles away. It was nice to be given free coffee and I will continue to support Dunkin Donuts by buying their coffee when I return home. I have also encouraged family and friends to buy coffee from the Dunkin Donuts stores, after all it is much better tasting than that other coffee shop from Seattle. To Mrs. A. M. Johnson, try to get over the $.77 and realize that they actually didn't have to serve you at all. Thank yo again.
