Dunkin Donuts Corporate Office & Headquarters

Don't people have better things to do than to moan and groan about food. I have people call and complain to me all the time and 90% of the time it is the customers fault. They don't know what they want and when you repeat their order back to them they agree but 5 minutes later they come back saying that isn't what they ordered. All I ask is as a customer don't complain when you order a product a certain way and it is wrong. I throw a lot of poduct away because of customer mistatkes. I have been in the restaurant business for 4 years and have heard it all.

My recent visit to Dunkin Donuts located at 2704 Candler Rd., Decatur, Ga, 30034 was awful. They were not prompt in service, the donuts were dry and tasteless. I ordered 1/2 dozen of creme filled donut; they were nothing but dry bread with a drop of filling. I couldn't believe I paid almost six dollars for dry bread! Money is to hard to come by now, and ripping customers off and deceiving them is not the answer. Your company name is going to the dogs; I can get better donuts and service from my local Walmart and Krogers. I am done with DD period!

I purchased a cup of coffee from the Dunkin Donuts in Jackson NJ before work yesterday. It was HORRIBLE!! It must of had a tablespoon of coffee grinds in the cup. I expect a few but as much as what was in there was gross. When i called the store to complain, because I could not go back, they didnt even appologize. All they said was ok, come back tomorrow.

ORDER THE NEW SANDWICH CALLED BIG AND TOASTY SHOULD BE CALLED BIG AND GREASY IT WAS AWFUL AND COLD THEY WERE BZY I GUESS THEY WAS IN A RUSH ...OTHER WISE DONT ODER IT IF YOU WANT A HEART ATTACK LATER....

i just dont know why people waste their time doing this complaining about employees, if you dont like the service suck it up, but dont cmplain. people dont understand how hard we work for minimum pay and still we do our best and people complain!

To whom this may concern, I live quite nearby your Dunkin Donuts location on N.21st Street Camp Hill, PA I have a number of complaints and concerns regarding the way this establishment is being run. The first of which pertains to the way your staff are hanging around in the early hours of the morning, smoking, and being extremely loud in conversation for all to hear. I once noticed a customer approaching the front of the building, only to see a member of staff duck down behind the counter, thus giving the impression that no one was there to serve. Another instance was whereby another member of staff pulled up in his car in the early morning hours, to start his shift, and then left his music system on full blast for around half an hour before going in to work. I have also seen certain members of staff sleeping in their cars, leaving the side door wide open, when they should be on duty. I suggest that if your company wishes to maintain there reputation that you portray in the media, you should then rethink about some of those that you employ.

The dunkin Donuts in woodbridge va is awful in all of them their not one white, black or indian working their the manager nothing but spanish, my friend said she went and applied for a job this Dunkin Donuts is right across from jo jo icecream on Farley St and if it was white owned or black or any other race did that to them their be the first to scream out racial or prejudice, they should not be allowed to be in this country and they dont want to hire americans, we made this country to what it is for them to come and get a opportunity this is not their country.

245-01 Jericho Turnpike Bellerose,N.Y.11426 A friend and I allowed our 5 kids to get donuts and drinks at this location. We both agreed the kids could go there directly from school and we would pick them up.There were no other customers in the store at this time.My friend ordered a Cappucino and I was about to order a dozen donuts to take home ,with my extra large coffee. The kids were told that there fifteen minutes were up and they had to leave the store. I explained that I was the parent of one of the kids and my friend and I were driving them home.A gentleman said,"these are the rules" as he pointed to the sign.I then explained that I was about to order and requested the manager.He said the manager was not in the store,and that he could also not give me his phone number that I requested.We love Dunkin Donuts ,but this location is rude ,obnoxious and unprofessional ! Please ensure that these derogatory comments do not include your Hillside Ave location in Bellerose.I always get professional and courteous service there !

I visited he dunkin donuts on US-1 right next to palencia and the service was horrible the person who served us was supposedly the manager but he had a terrible attitude he had the attitude that he did not want to serve us . He was very rude and we decided to add something to our order and he acted like it was a problem !!! We will not be visiting the dunkin donuts there again !!

I work in norwood and I go to dunkin donuts on rte 1 on the north bound side. the service between the both of them are poor they do not listen on how you ask them to make the coffe you tell them one way they make it another ask for milk it has cream not a very hard job to do . The coffe the other times is burnt . The service and quality of there products is poor and below quality with the economy today and people out of work a little effort would be great instead the owners just caring about making there pockets bigger..

I have been waiting for my w2 from the store in Dayville, Ct at Bell Park and they keep giving me the around and i am getting tired of it. I need the w2 so I can file my taxes. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!

This is the tenth time i have been at this store on 1540 Garfield Ave Deland fla, they have very very poor service, poor additudes..One time my husband went in there n they tried giving him a Thomas Everything bagel we have THOMAS EVERYTHING bagel's in or fridge.. If he wanted one of those he would of ate one at home.No he wanted an everything bagel like he gets every morning from dunkin donuts..I couldnt believe that!When i go there EVERY time my coffee isnt the way i like it.. When i ask for a large coffee with 8 cream n 8 sugar that is what i should get iam paying for it n seeing iam paying for it that is what i should get but no its never 8/8 n trust me i can taste the difference!! I love dunkin donuts taste n quality in there coffee and food..HIRE PEOPLE WHO GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THERE JOB im seriously contacting the better business beaura seriously i go there for dunkin donut quality and taste but it isnt worth it anymore MCDONALDS will get my money everyday of the week from now on!!!

All these complaints are redicilous. Come to Dunking donuts in tamaqua, there coffee is always fresh as well as their baked goods. I ABSOUTLY LOVE going there. The entire crew is so plesent and the manager is AWESOME!

I forgot to compliment the manager and staff of the Dunkin Donut shop on hwy 153 in Chattanooga TN. They are the most courteous of people that I meet in my daily travels around the Hamilton County area each day. It's a pleasure to stop there morning or evening. I can't mention everybody's name because some are not on the counter when I visit, but Tim and Lisa are excellent employees; always cheerful and courteous no matter how busy it is. The place, inside and out, is spic and span and the restrooms are always immaculate too. I do not know the managers name, but she too is always busy along with her crew. She certainly knows how to do her job in keeping her crew in the right spirit and maintaining the business. I have visited numerous "double D's" in my days, as I grew up in the CT, MA area where they had their beginnings, and there are some that operate with far lesser qualities, but this one on Rt 153 in Chattanooga TN needs to be commended.

I am reading thru all these complaints and God do i feel for our customers i just recently quit my job at Dunkin donuts...( days of our lives) my boss should have been a woman because he gossips more than the staff he plays one employee against another ....he only wants to be called to the window when a pretty girl is there so he can hand out the food to her....:( So i guess everyone else of our customers do not matter.....they NEVER clean the TURBO OVENS WHERE YOUR FOOD IS COOKED YUCK!!!!!! It is a shame that in 2011 they are still able to get away with this behavior..... The latte machine has not been cleaned since the dinosars walked the planet.....I only stayed a month because that wus all i could bare to handle...i have never seen such a horrible place to work the store wus always a mess and always FULL OF DRAMA......TRY TO FIND MANAGERS THAT ARE WORTH THE TIME AND PAY...ITS A SHAME BECAUSE DUNKIN IS A HOUSE HOLD NAME BUT IF THE PUBLIC ONLY REALLY KNEW THE TRUTH.....:( SHAME ON YOU...DUNKIN DONUTS

I read some of these reviews.. it's appalling.. ITS A COFFEE SHOP PEOPLE.. you really think you are going to get quality sandwiches?? lol

The best Dunkin in my opinion is the one in tamaqua pa, there coffee is always fresh and there virities are endless.!!!!

I was at a dunkin donuts in newbeford ma. I went to use a coupon for $.99. You needed to purchase a drink. My son wanted a soda and was told he could not get one, it had to be a dd drink. The coupon said ANY beverage and no where did it say it had to be a dd drink. I was very upset that they would not accomodate me on that. I did end up buying a dd drink because my son really wanted that item. It cost me more money because i had to but the soda anyway. If this is the policy it should be on the coupons. I dont know if i will be going back to a dd again.

I visited a DD near my house this past week and was greeted by very slow service and a rude manager. Customer service is everything and if you are a manager and mistreating customers you are setting a horrible example for your staff. I went to the Dunkin Donuts on RT2A in Ft Oglethorpe GA. They only had one side of their butternut,coconut, and toasted coconut(my favorites)covered. I told them that I travel from New england to here, and have never seen this before. They acted like."so what"? I told them as far as I'm concerned, these are not Dunkin Donuts. I went to the one across the Tennesse River on RT153 and they were done correctly. I commended them for this. They agreed that the other store is misrepresenting the product and the effort to satisfy the customer. It's a shame because they had not had any Dunkin Donuts franchises in this area for a while, and Krispy Creeme, of which there are several here, can't even hold a candle to the product quality that one receives from Dunkin Donuts; coffee or donuts. I am the owner and licensed contractor (commercial and residential) of Pinnacle plumbing, and service many homes and businesses in the area and work jointly on many construction projects with other contractors of various skills. Just about all of us enjoy coffee and donuts. But we want what were paying for!
