Well it looks like the rest of the Nation feels the same way I do about Dunkin "Don't Dine There Anymore" Doughnuts. I went to purchase 2 dozen doughnuts just this morning-May 10, 2011 for my co-workers and I could not believe how chincey and small the size of the doughnuts were. What once was an enjoyable experience to get a least 5-6 bites out of a fresh doughnut you are lucky to get 3. I doubt this will reach anyone at head quarters and even if it does they will do little to change their policy and try to please their cusomers. In the mean time I will be taking my business to Krispy Kream. DD you can dunk your profits elsewhere but not from my wallet.

I just came back from the Dunkin Donuts on Briley Parkway South in Nashville Tennessee. I visit this location 3-5 times a week and have for the last 3 months. Today was the worst experience I have had there and will never return! I will be sure to tell all of my friends, coworkers and fellow students about my experience. Today, May 10 at approximately 9:00 a.m I asked a couple of my friends if they would like to go to Dunkin Donuts with me, I bought a bagel sandwich, a cup of coffee and an apple juice. The lady on the inside counter that took my order was polite. I was waiting patiently for my order at the counter, Apparently another lady from drive thru was the person who made my order and instead of bringing the order to the counter she was yelling across the room. It was a different person than the one who waited on me, and I was making conversation with my friends while waiting so I did not know she was talking to me. Instead of bringing the order to the counter she continued yelling across the room and auctioning the order off, there were 10 people in the store and I never left the counter so I am certain it would not be difficult to figure out who I was, all she had to do was walk across to the counter where I was at. Whenever noone responded to her yelling she decided it was appropriate to use a degrading tone, she yelled it one word at a time like she was mentally handicapped. That is when I figured out it was me she was talking to. I was VERY VERY unnerved and highly aggitated by this. I like the coffee to start my day or even my afternoon but I do not like to start my day angry, therefore, I will never return. The lady who originally took my order tried to make the situation better because I made it very clear that I was not happy. This is the first time in my life I have ever made a complaint and I hope its the last, I spend my hard earned money in your establishment to be treated like I am being done a favor. I am a frequent customer at the Branford Dunkin Donuts (on Leetes Island Rd). My co-worker and I often get coffee sometimes twice a day. Last week I ordered two coffees. The total came to 4.00. I gave your employee Jessica a ten dollar bill and because I was yakking with my co-worker, I drove off without taking my change. I did not discover this until 3 hours later when I was home. I called the store and no one knew anything about it. I was told to call the manager during the day. I had completely forgotten about it when my co-worker went to get coffee the next week. Jessica had placed my change in a bag and held it aside for me. She recognized my co-worker and gave it to her. I was so surprised and delighted, my husband is out of work (he is recovering from a stroke) so $6.00 is alot for me. You should be so proud to have such an honest employee. She is also always cheerful and smiling when she serves our coffee at the drive thru even though it is a pretty busy store.

my husband and I used visit dunkin donuts on a daily basis, until last week. Kelly (one of the "customer service" agents, was rude to us for the last time. This "person" is the rudest and worst thing to have dealing with customers. After 4 years of daily purchasing, and daily rude comments, and yelling at us like we are 2 year olds, we are done dealing with this person, and since we (as well as all of our co-workers and students..i work at a high school, have all complained on more than several occasions, we will not return, until this person is gone.

i work at dunkin donuts in bainbridge new york on 3rd shift nd since i started its been nothin but problems 2nd shift leaves the place dirty nd unorganized for 3rd shift then i gotta do there work plus all my work nd every1 treats 3rd shift like crap nd says im not doin my job nd they make 3rd shift work even when there sick while makin donuts nd food which there is a sign that says employees must not work if coughing,sneezing,or runny nose nd i have all 3 nd there is only 2 3rd shit workers nd there is suppose to b atleast 4 so if sum1 has to call in then they dnt let me out of work till almost 630 everyday nd the schedule says 5

I have been getting coffee from Dunkin Donuts near Five Mile Road and Telegraph, Redford MI every weekday for the past 3 months. I ALWAYS ask for milk in the coffee instead of cream. To empasize that I want milk, I spell it out: M I L K not cream. It's like talking to a Five year old. Even when I go inside the store, stand in front of the employee, and tell them very clearly that I want M I L K, yep, I get cream. I have been very clear, patient, and nice to the employees, but nothing makes a difference. I therefore found another place to get coffee each day.

SO my husband goes and gets me a coffee from Dunkin Donuts on Weir st Taunton MA 02780. I get my ICed coffe with lots of Caramel Swirl and This old lady Hates it But today, today is different. Today she dicides to tell my husband she is not putting alot of caramel in my coffee and that his wife (ME) need to change her diet!!!! Really? AND YES I WORK IN THE RESTAURANT BUSINESS ALSO AND I DO KNOW WHAT IM ORDERING BUT THESE PEOPLE ARE IGNORANT OH ANS THEIR BAKERY ITEMS ARE HARD AS ROCKS TOO! AND there is no manager at this location EVER! I will sue this location for discrimination if this does not stop!

Just left Dunkin Donut - 2629 AVE I BROOKLYN, NY... and I was completely DISGUSTED!!! I went in to order an ice cream shake, but changed it to an ice coffee when I saw the calorie comparison - and when she gave me a HOT coffee instead of ICE one, thats when she went into her native HINDU/BENGALI dialect as if I would NOT know she was talking about me, and little did SHE know I just came back from teaching from over there from one year. YES! THE WORLD IS GETTING SMALLER! HOW DISGUSTING AND RUDE, TO TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER IN THEIR FACE AND THEN COME AND SMILE AND GIVE ME CHANGE LIKE I WOULD NOT KNOW, I LEFT THE ORDER AND HER FAKE SERVICE RIGHT THERE,BUT I RECORDED HER SPEAKING SLANDER IN HER NATIVE TONGUE - AND I WILL PURSUE IT TO ITS HIGHEST LEVEL!!!!! Hello, I wanted to make the company aware of the Dunkin Donuts on Nantasket Avenue in Hull, Mass. I love your coffee and I buy a lot of it including my entire Family. Every Saturday everyone comes over my house including all my neighbors and we have "Coffee Talk". I will not buy the coffee at Dunkin Donuts in Hull because it is horrible. I drive to Jackson square in Weymouth to get it. The coffee in Hull is bitter, horrible and they never make it the way you want it. All my neighbors hate it also. Every Saturday, my family and neighbors always ask me if I called the headquarters to complain. I figured maybe they had a bad day in Hull and kept giving them more chances. Maybe they don't clean the machine or pots. My mother recently went there and said she will never go back. I told her its always like that so we don't go there.The sad part about this is I could walk there and now I drive out of town to get my coffee for my family and friends. Im at Executive Chef and run a tight ship and something is definitely wrong with the coffee there. Maybe you should make a surprise visit and get a coffee. I guarantee, you will be extremely disappointed as I always am. The coffee at Bridge street in Weymouth is the best. The one by the bridge and they are so fast. I love that one. Please make changes to the Hull Dunkin donuts. Gas is too high to have to drive 7 miles away for coffee. Im Very disgruntled and wish I could give a lower score for the coffee in Hull.MY score for the coffee in Hull is "THE WORST COFFEE (IF THAT IS WHAT YOU WANT TO CALL IT,) AROUND I HAVE EVER TASTED. HI I GO TO THE DUNKIN DONUTS AT 3350 KIRCHOFF RD ROLLING MEADOWS ILL. THE STORE IS ALWAYS KEPT CLEAN. EVERY ONE IS COURTUSY. THE MANAGER CARMAN DOES A GREAT JOB SHE IS A HARD WORKER.

I go to the Dunkin Doughnuts in Bethlehem PA on Schoenersville Road, for the past week my bagel was like a brick and could not eat it. I wrote a complaint about four months ago that when you ordered toasted bagel with butter the bagel was hard and very little butter. It improved for about two weeks and now has gotten worse than before. You need to train the employees that a toasted bagel does not mean a brick!!!! Try to get it right or I will go to WAWA!!!!!!

My wife and i spend about$50.00 a week at your cape coral store on Del Prado.We are very unhappy the new manager Dawn is rude,obnoxious we need a new manager like doreen back. Your best employees to me are Jason.ary,Lindsey i believe. I am going to Mc Donalds from now on until there is new manager. Dissatisfied

My daughter & I stopped by the drive thru last week at your 216 Reynolds Rd. Johnson City, NY 13790 location and found the woman at the window to be extremely rude. We both got a ice coffee and had a coupon for the free apple pie. They had no apple pie and would only substitute a regular donut. The filled donut was very hard and old and was thrown away apon receipt. But the woman was very snippy and said not to expect a substitute again because that franchise does not allow that. She had a very bad attitude. My daughter stopped again yesterday (Wed) between 5-6 PM thru the drive through to get an ice coffee on her way to the mall. She got a small ice coffee, the sign on the drive thru said $1. and change, when she got to the window she was charged $1.00 more than the sign said. She did bring that up to the drive thru clerk, their response was they charge $1.00 extra for ice. This location is horrible and runing the respected Dunkin Donut name, That was a bunch of crap, my daughter and I get ice coffee regularly while out doing errands every week and stop at the other two locations in our area. We always get great service and pay the posted price. They people are friendly. We have stopped at this location twice recently for convenience only. We really felt the need to inform Corporate of the manner this franchise is running their terrible business. Another time I ordered a breakfast sandwich at this same location and it was not eatible. In your places I never see a RECYCLE BIN. We who live in homes do recycle carbage.It says on your bags,RECYCLE ,(WHERE?)A few years I notices ashes on my auto because builders were burning to clear areas .I reported to the Enviorment people and it was stopped burning now I would like to report you folks by not following what you should be doing My name i BERNARD HARRIS @669810 AVE N 412 LAKE WORTH FL 33467 and I would like a response from you. There ain't nothin funnier than DD's employees lighten one up before during and after work and reading this stuff you clowns write. They got you sized up before you even open the door and play ya to their hearts merriment and laugh as yer disgruntled arse goes out the door. They don't get paid enough to make you happy. Why should they? DDs don't care about their piece of mind, why should they care about yours? "Misery loves company", and you're the company.

I shop at a local DD, store #34117. Several complaints as follows: 1. As I entered today,the girl was mopping the area where customers enter, with the mop bucket and wringer, and had the sign "WET FLOOR" - I could not see any spills on the floor, if this was routine, what a terrible time to mop floors, on a busy Saturday morning. 2. The same girl took my order, per directions, from her manager, as this girl is new. I gave her my coupon, and asked for a bagel, untoasted. First of all, she gave me a final price, without the coupon, which was right in front of her. Second of all, the bagel came thru TOASTED. This is not the first time I have had this happen. The crew does not read computer register tapes...why? How is your training? Yes, they are busy, but hopefully trained to READ. By not reading correctly, time is WAISTING? 3. Are there different prices at different DD shops? Thank you.

Dunkin Donuts/Baskin-Robbins Store #342353 1111 Rt 37 West Toms River NJ 4/7/11 Not happy with Drive thru.......never have bagels or donuts....requested (plain bagels or jelly donuts or always oh "we are out" even the Texas Egg Sandwich "oh we don't have the bread...come back later..."hello" I'm late for work...oh another thing whatever you order a bagel or a sandwich thru the drive thru....it's pull to the side and we'll bring it out to you.....(another delay) most of the employees are kids..always talking about "dates" "school" fooling around behind the counter....then you have a very very few that remember you and say hello and what can I get for you........some kids are nice and respectful. otherwise very rude employees.....ask for frence vanilla coffee === get regular plain coffee by the time I get to work......it's too late to go back.... Order something with my grandchildren in the car "We are all out of that or this" I never complain....I know where every dunkin donuts store is that's how I land mark its a "private joke" within my family.......unreal how this store operates... wish you would send spotters on different days at different times you will see I'm right.

I have drank your coffee for many years and have been a loyal customer. Lately I have become dismayed with the quality of your coffee. I shop at two different stores in Ct. The best way to put this is the taste of the coffee is watered down. I don't get that great Dunkin Donuts coffee taste and smell. I understand that stores are owned by franchisees who may be diluting your product in order to earn more profits. This is sad.
