I go to the same Dunkin Donuts Drive Thru at 3209 S. Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC at about the same time on days I work. The employees' are slow and half the time act like they don't know what is on the menu. If you ask a question, they act like it makes them ill. The help is anything but personable. Also, they have stopped carrying Blueberry Bagels and Cranberry Orange Muffins. It seems like the coffee price goes up every few months. You can't beat Dunkin Donuts coffee but unsure if it is worth the aggravation first thing in the morning. Bojangles and Biscuitville are also convenient so I may take my business elsewhere.
this is about store number 331811 located at 1110 hwy 50 east, clermont fl. this place is dirty all around, the tables are allways filthy so are the floors. there are some arm chairs so disgusting, that it look like they picked them up from the garbage. the people behind the counter not friendly at all. i will also be getting in touch with the health dept. I was there on 05-29-11 at about 8:50 in the evening, and i will never go back.
My 11 year old son went up to the Dunkin Donuts a block from our house to get a hot chocolate. Most of the employees know us there as we are regulars. This particular day there was a male employee there that my son was not familiar with. To make a long story short, my son ordered a drink and when the man rung it up he was 6 cents short. He told the man that he would call his mom to bring the difference or be right back with the 6 cents and he would leave the drink there. The man started screaming at my son at the top of his lungs. He went on and on until my son just walked out of the store and came home. My son was visibly shaken. I immediately went up to Dunkin Donuts with him and went in to see what the problem was. I told the man that I was there to pay the 6 cents for the drink. He began screaming unrelentingly. It was impossible to get a word in. I finally asked or his name. He gladly gave it to me telling me he didn't care if I told the manager or anyone else. He sarcastically asked if I wanted his I.D. It is unbelievable the stink that he made over 6 cents that my son and I were both willing to pay to him prior to getting the drink. In addition, whenever my son has change from his order he always throws it in the tip bucket. He always has change as this is the first time he did not have enough for his order. He had stopped by on a whim and didn't know how much he had in his wallet. Needless to say, I told my son that I did not want him going to that Dunkin Donuts anymore until I speak with the corporate offices and see how they respond. If nothing is done I will not be going to any Dunkin Donuts anymore. I am deeply saddened and angered that a man (approx. 45 yrs. old) would speak in such a way with a child over 6 cents.

Dear Sirs: I am so thrilled with your Duncan Donuts at 4460 Easton Avenue, Bethlehem, PA Store # 340538. Without exception, all the personnel there are so very friendly. They always greet me with a smile and happy comment and always wish me a good day. I am never hurried when making sumptuous selections and most importantly, they always use papers when picking up my selections from the trays. Also, I recently decided to take my 91 year old mother to this store for a treat and a cup of coffee. She has trouble walking. I took her to a table and ordered our treats and coffee. I took the treats over to the table and they very cheerfully brought the coffee over to the table for me. What fabulous service! As the coffee cup was too hot for her to handle, I asked for another empty cup for her to insert the full cup. No problem! The people at this store really serve and please their customers. This is what makes this particular Duncan Donuts stand out. Also, chocolate covered Coffee Roll and Sesame Bagels. I was impressed also when, this morning, I ordered the Coffee Cake first, then the Corn Muffin and then the Glazed Coffee Roll. She put the Glazed Coffee Roll in the bag first and then the Corn Muffin and was careful to place and arrange the Coffee Cake in last (on the top) so as not to knock off the topping on the Coffee Cake. Impressive! Wonderful job. Hope you all get to read this at this store!
I visited the D&D on Newfield st in Middletown CT store #341141. I placed an order at the counter wich was 2 lrg coffee's and two bagels. One lrg being a frnch van light-n-sweet and a lrg hzlent light w/three sugars. Then we have two everything bagels toasted twice with cream cheese. When I recieved the order I got a Lrg frnch van light w/no sug, a hzlnt black, 1 bagel not toasted and no cream cheese 2nd bagel just cream cheese and never seen the toaster. How will these kids survive in this world if they cant even make a cup of coffee or even toast a bagel, and I am just trying to get a coffee how i like it because I run on Dunkin.Im not asking for a new shuttle from nasa or another way to break the sound barrior. Im just trying to get a cup of coffee to start my day.
Dunkin Donuts on Schoenersville Rd bethlehem PA: Coffee tastes thin, bitter and burnt. Glass on front door and windows has been greasy and smudged for over 6 months. I mentioned it to them twice and they don't seem to care. Coffee pots are probably as gross as the windows. I kept going back hoping the coffee would get better. Today it is horrible and bitter and the creme and sugar ratio is way off. No consistency, owners seem rude, dirty. Have some pride and stop taking short cuts, cheapening the product (probably thinning the coffee and going cheap on creme and sugar). I guess I have to go waste my money at Starbucks again.
THIS MORNING (5/20/2011) AROUND 9:00AM, I VISITED THE NEIGHBORHOOD STORE LOCATED AT 3512 E. HILLSBOROUGH AVENUE IN TAMPA, FLORIDA TO BUY BREAKFAST AT THE DRIVE THRU. THERE WAS AN ADVERTISEMENT ON THE ORDER BOARD FOR A BIG AND TOASTY SANDWICH WITH A MEDIUM CUP OF COFFEE FOR $3.99. AFTER I ORDERED, I WAS TOLD THAT THE BREAKFAST WAS $5.34. WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW, I TOLD THE CLERK ABOUT THE ADVERTISED SPECIAL AND SHE DENIED ITS EXISTENCE. SHE HAD TWO OTHER LADIES COME TO THE WINDOW, ONE OF WHICH WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. SHE TOLD ME THERE WAS NO SPECIAL AND IF I DIDN'T PAY THEN I DID NOT WANT THE FOOD. I WAS INSISTENT THAT SOMEONE CHECK THE SIGN BECAUSE AT THAT POINT IT WAS A MATTER OF PRINCIPLE AND I FELT THAT SHE WAS BLATANTLY CALLING ME A LIAR. SHE REFUSED. EVENTUALLY, SHE CAME BACK AND PUSHED THE ORDER OUT THE WINDOW TO ME AND SAID MOVE ON BECAUSE YOU'RE HOLDING UP MY CUSTOMERS. I SHOP AT DUNKIN DONUTS AT LEAST 1-2 TIMES PER WEEK WITH MY FRREQUENT VISITS CARD AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY. I FELT VERY INTIMIDATED AND GANGED UP ON. YOU SHOULD PAY A SURPRISE VIST TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. IT MAKES YOUR "BRAND" LOOK VERY VERY BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL. YOU MAY CONTACT ME @ TONIWATTS@VERIZON.NET OR P.O. BOX 77142, TAMPA, FL 33675. THANK YOU.
I visit the store on St. Joe Ctr Rd in Fort Wayne, IN (store# 347513) at least 7 times a week. I used to go twice on somedays. The store is a mess. After taking the second survey on www.telldunkin.com, I did receive a call from Brad, who stated he was the mgr. He was nice. Since then, I have been to the web site 3 additional times. Nicki is rude. It seems to be an everday occurance to get my order wrong. The last straw was when I went Wednesday, 5/18/11. I was "ganged up on" by the 3 shift leaders: Rachel, Dalia and "Noname" (as I couldnt see her name tag). I had went back because the sign posted states: "your order is free if you do not receive a receipt". Rachel (and her posse?) told me it was an ongoing issue with me, it was MY fault for telling them to keep the change (for the tip jar!!)--I didnt know tipping was a crime?--and when I told her it was their store policy and it was HER responsibility to give me the receipt, she again blamed ME stating, I drove off too fast, thus abandoning the receipt. When I suggested she hold my drinks until she could give me a receipt (Why am I solving their problem???) Noname states they are "timed on everything and cant hold the drinks." It is my responsibility to pay, get my drinks and then wait until the receipt is given, then drive off. (How does this help their "time"?) This way I get my receipt and they do not have to refund my money for not getting a receipt. A "no receipt" has happend 5x. NO lie! 5x's!!! (In fairness, factor in I WAS a customer going to drive thru 7 to 10 times a week.) I have been given a refund 1x....only one single time!!! There has always been an excuse as to why they cannot provide one (2x) and 2x I never bothered to drive back once I realized. I used to purchase drinks there everyday--sometimes twice a day. I am gone forever. They do NOT care. They want to blame ME for not doing their jobs, it takes 3 "shift leaders" to do this? GROW UP, Rachel. (BTW, Rachel is not a young adult, she appeared to be an adult woman in her 30's....why act so immature??) You need "your posse" to help you talk to a customer? I was at drive thru everytime! How intimidating could I have been? What were you so afraid I'd do to you through the drive thru window? I am baffled. Baffled that you cant do your job, get an order correct (repeated wrong drinks given out), act autonimously and BLAME THE CUSTOMER for your own service issues. No way. No more. I am gone forever. Dunkin Donuts needs to be ashamed of store # 347513!
Dunkin Donuts in Ridgefield, CT is the worse !!!! they cant get the damn coffee order right how hard is it? .. 3 sugars little milk ? come on people. Hire someone who understands what your ordering and not pulling sh**t out of there a**.
Have a wonderful idea for a breakfast sandwich that grown ups and children would love using same ingrediants as what is already used. Would like to be paid for idea.Working on patening idea so it can not be stolen.Sales could excpect to increase by 25%or30%. This is a completly new way to serve a sandwich.
I am writing this in hopes of bringing a franchise to my area once again. there used to be a dunkin donuts near me located on the intersection of john scott hwy and sunset blvd. in steubenville ohio, I know of an excisting building that would be a great place to open another..close to other businesses and acess to to the highway. there is plenty of traffic going through this area. and I believe it would be a great place to start another business...If interested, contact me through my email at...garywill1970@yahoo.com...thank you.
I have visited the Dunkin Donut located on West Crossville Road in Roswell, Georgia, three times. All three times there have been problems. The first and third time part of my order was missing once I got home. The second visit I had ordered a dozen of cream filled donuts. I got them all the way home only to find there was NO cream in any of them. I took them back for a dozen replacements. Took them home again only to find that the employees had cut each of the donuts open and filled them. It is despicable that this location is being allowed to operate in this matter. I will not go back not even for the sake of my young daughter.
I am from St.Catharines ON in Canada(20 minutes from Lewiston, NY) Yesterday we were at the Outlet Mall in Lewiston shopping. We stopped for a coffee at Dunkin Donuts. The Canadian $ is worth $1.04 US. The coffee shop charged us 10 cents exchange for each Canadian dollar we used. I explained that the Canadian Dollar was worth more than the US dollar. She said she knew but policy was that they charge the 10 cents exchange. Why is that? This is the end of Dunkin Donut for me!!
I've worked at a dunkin donuts, the manager at this store has a history of stealing over $170,000 from a helpless old man, while i am sure that second chances are in order, i believe something needs to be done about the money that has gone missing from the registers. There is no hard evidence of anyone in particular, but every employee at this store will clearly state their opinion that they believe it was the manager. I put in my two weeks notice, because I can not work in such a negative atmosphere and refuse to be the only employee scolded for stating my opinions. It is ridiculous and the management over there needs to be strongly improve. It is VERY disorganized and there is VERY poor communication between employees. Of course more people at this store are more than happy to work for crunch time and get mad when I do my best to serve the CUSTOMER, not the CLOCK. I get my work done efficently and effectively. I can only say I will be too happy to leave.
To whom this may concern, This morning while on my way to work, I made my normal stop at Dunkin Donuts located 703 Main Street, Walpole, MA, I order the same thing every day for the last 10 years, which is a french vanilla hot coffee cream and sugar, along with a sausage on a plain croissant, because I am allergic to eggs, the funny thing is I am charge a different amount depending on location or if an employee is new, and to prevent holding up the drive thru or causing any aggravation, I moved right along saying to myself they got me today, because sometimes I am charge for just a sausage on a plain croissant, the other times I am charge for a sausage on a croissant with eggs and cheese. Today was different I order my normal order and like alway I ask for 1 strawberry jelly, and i was told I cannot have it, I then ask were they out of them and the lady said no, she then turn around and said it would be an extra 50 cents for 1 strawberry jelly, I then ask for a manager, The manager greeted me with an attitude saying “ WHATS THE PROBLEM” and I told him that I was being charge 50 cents for 1 strawberry jelly. The manager then said all Dunkin Donuts charges 50 cent for 1 strawberry jelly, I told him, I have never been charge for a side of jelly, and he told me, well people around here are not doing their job, and a side of jelly or ketchup is 50 cents, I ask the manager for his name and he said Ozzy then he repeated Ozzy Osbourne and if there was any else he can help me with.
i went to the store on holland rd in virginia beach va on mothers day ad bought 6 jelly donuts they were stale and i had to through out half of them they are to expensive i can get better and fresher donuts at a fraction of the price at walmart i will not spend $5.25 again for 6 donuts
Don't know what rate to give you yet. The situation that occurred to me was that I was robbed by a customer at a Dunkin Donuts in Corona, New York City. Today May 6th, 2011 went to meet with the manager to ask him to make me a copy of the video tape at the time in which the event occurred but the manager was not there. I am not sure what the procedure is regarding obtaining a video of the altercation but I am hoping that if Dunkin Donuts expects frequent paying customer feel safe at their facilities then they must cooperate so that such crimes are prevented from continuing occurring at their facility. I am going to consult with an attorney regarding my options in case they don't cooperate in providing me with a video to give to the police as evidence. Sincerely, Freddy Alvatorre
