We reside in Lockport but drive all the way to New Lenox to get our Dunkin Donuts. The coffee ALWAYS tastes watered-down or they re-use the coffee grounds. Also, the staff is very very rude. One incident was where they were crowded and the worker said she'd just pick out our donuts for us! FOR US!!! Keep in mind were were NOT in a drive-thru but were inside!!! She said "no, I'm busy, I will pick the donuts out for you!!" 3x we said no...she refused to listen so we just left without donuts. If someone wants to remember what REAL dunkin donuts coffee tastes like... do NOT go to the one in Lockport!! Seriously the coffee is not right!! Someone from the Corporate Office should go there as a Secret Shopper to at least try their coffee to see!
I visited a dunkin donuts store at 2060 western ave guilderland NY. I needed to use the bathroom right after an employee. Let's just say by the evidence left behind this employee needed to wash his hands and undoughtedly did NOT.. when I left the bathroom I witnessed him serving people right away. I was going to order but got sick to my stomach and I will never return to that store!! I truly hope no one got sick from his thoughtlessnes.o
THIS IS ONE FAMILY THAT WILL NEVER VISIT THIS AREA STORE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I can really say that the Dunkin Donuts in Knoxville On Northshore Drive in West Knoxville has to have the pooriest service I have ever seen in the food service industry. The customer service and the attitude of the employees are very very poor. Today my wife and daughter visited the store for morning breakfast and the staff was so poor in manners and service it was very disappointing. They did everthing to not serve my family they way they should have been serviced. Even when the orders were wrong and the issue was pointed out the staff told my daughter it was a waste for them to correct the order and no refund would be given. This was very disappointing to hear and very upsetting to see a place treat the customers so bad. In my day to day job I provide the healthcare and food service industries units to operate their business and I'm sad to say that Dunkin Donuts is one of my customers. In my business we strive to always please the customer and make the wrong thing right. If I was running the Northshore branch for Dunkin Donuts I would dismiss the entire staff working today on 9/28/11. The drive thur employee and kitchen employee would be the first to go very poor attitude. Spoke really bad to a 16 year old young lady that just wanted her order corrected.
Years ago several Dunkin Donuts around Baltimore Maryland would have choclate frosted donuts decorated with fall color decorations: Little orange sprinkles, tiny orange pumpkin sprinkles, multicolored autumn leaves sprinkles, little Halloween ghost sprinkles, skull sprinkles I LOVED THESE! I bought them every fall usually one a week from September through November. Now they never seem to sell them anywhere. Why? . I LOVED THESE! I was going to the DD on West Chestnut St in Brockton, the worst coffee, stale food and rude help. I started to go to Honey Dew. By chance 3 months ago I visited a DD in Michael's Plaza on Belmont St in Brockton, OMG!!! friendly people, always a warm muffin,fabulous coffee and the other food is soooo good! I drive out of my way to work just to go there. If you are ever in that area and you want great coffee and a warm muffin, go there!
We have branch meetings just like any other company, staff meeting and etc, every time I try to call to place an order they never answer the phone, out of the numberous meetings we have we try to place an order because our employees prefer Dunkin Donuts, the address and phone number is:14071 North Cleveland Avenue, Fort Myers, FL 33903 (239) 995-8400 obviously they don't care if they receive large orders depending on the number of employees our orders vary, anywhere from 14- 20 dozens donuts per meeting, sometimes even more, it's a large company, check the phone records I tried calling about 15 times between 4pm and 5pm I'm done! We will just stick with the store thanks for not caring about the customers. ý
On Sept. 14, 2011, at 1:00 P.M.. I visited the Dunkin Donuts site at 13811 Bell Road, Surprise, Arizona. We went there because we love your coffee, and also, because we had a list of establishments, and varied companies, nationwide, we gave discounts to senior citizens, Dunkin Donuts was on that list, theffer was for free coffee top seniors. When we asked the cashier employee, Miguel, about any discount, his response was no, and that his manager never related about any discounts for seniors. To Dunkin Donuts Corporate, you are very racist company, just you employed Indians. We the American people should do the same with Indians immigrants, If any Indian go to any company here in America and apply for a job we should not give them a Job, as they do at any Dunkin Donuts store. i visited a dunkin donuts in gainesville fl ( 13th street and 39th) the ***new*** manager as she told me just came from the newberry location. i was very upset about how she rushed me pratically throwing my food at me thru the drive thru when i placed my order she told me to "pull around" didnt repeat my order say thanku my coffee lid wasnt on my cup and i didnt get a reciept. when i asked her name and to speak to the manager she told me she was the new manager and tried to be nice after knowing i was going to make a complaint. i was soooo disappointed in my visit to this store. never again

I was getting coffee one afternoon at the drive thru on Boston Road and Burke Avenue in the Bronx. The guy who I later found out was named Sammy,stared at me and would not give me my coffee. when I said something to him, he started to flirt w me. Now I get my coffee there every morning between 6 and 6:30, so I spoke to the guy who is usually there in the morning, he recognized who is talking about and got a young lady who i assume was an assistant manager. Who said they would talk to the manager. This morning I go to get my coffee, and the guy Sammy confronts me," what's your problem, what did I say to you, etc. I know that he should not have been allowed to confront me and will never buy coffee from Dunkin Doughnuts again. That guy should be fired, no telling how many women he has approached.
I am writing about your Dunkin Donuts in St. Augustine, FL located in Palencia Shopping Center. The old manager that left a couple of months ago kept the store clean, friendly and stocked with donuts. Now the new manager has the store dirty, music loud, staff unfriendly and the supply of donuts is harly anything. Please do something about this. This is an upscale neighborhood and store has gone down hill in a very short amount of time.
Dunkin Donuts on Cowesett Ave West Warwick RI lacks Customer Service in every way. They never get your order correct and the are extremely RUDE. the manager Alice has a chip on her shoulder is no help and does nothing to fix the situation. Now I know why I met the owner. People like that should not be allowed to represent Dunkin Donuts' name. Please if anyone knows the best way to report them to corporate I'd like to know.
I can't believe that the Dunkin Donuts in Fox River Grove can even have the word Donuts in their name. They NEVER have donuts. THis is the mostly poorly run franchise that I have run into in a long time. The workers always say the same thing," we had donuts earlier". Maybe they should change their name to Dunkin Donuts from 7 to 8am only. This place should shut its doors if it can't run properly. When you pull through the drive through, they even ask, "What are you drinking today" Because they know they can't sell donuts they don't have.
I was at the dunkin donuts at 855 farmington ave.bristol connecticut There is this girl that I cannot stand that works there ( she wasnt waiting on me) but she realized it was me and turned around and spit in my bag..I called the manager and the corprate office and told me that this would be taken care of and somebody would call me..Well here it is a week later and that PIG is still working there and I have not heard from anybody from DD..So I am going to take this to a lawyer and will never go back to a DD as long as I live since they think this behavior is GOOD for DD.Well I passed the word to alot of people who I know stop for coffee and donuts for the office..We now go to whole donuts..I would suggest others to go to whole donut, or anywhere other than DD

Location: Harlem &lake. In Forest park. Employee Name LUCY. Spoke to like I was a bother to her. I walk into the store and nobody was at the counter to greet myself and a one other customer. A least 5minutes had gone by and not a word from the three employees. Ones wad stocking the refrigerator and the other where nowhere to be seen So I said outloud " Is anyone working the counter " when all of the sudden the young lady steps out and says" I'm busy can't. You see". I told she had a bad attitude and she told I did. I told she should work there if that is how she was treatimg the customers. She said " I'm busy" I told you have a fucked up attitude. She said you have a FUCKED UP ATTITUDE. I told I want your nosed number. I was so offended. She also gave me her name and tdold me to call who ever. Then offered me gee help. By then I was very upset.
There is good service busy store crew members with good well come recently crew members are not happy when we ask they said management collecting there tip money and covering cost this is shame customers giving tips for there best service how come no 1 in america Dunking broke and rip off crew members tip.
