I have loved dunkin donuts for years. It was always such a pleasant experience to go with great friends or family members and enjoy comfort food. However, I am in the brunswick/saint simons island area and you have a store at the torres causway. I stopped there not long after it opened and asked the girl what size milkshakes they had. she proceeded to place her hand INSIDE the cups and show the large and small. Well I ordered the small and threw it away, I was mortified. That was about a year or more ago then I decided to go tonight with my sister to have a donut and an icecream with my sister after she had to go to the hostptal and just enjoy a donut with my sister. we pulled up to the same shop at the torres causeway and as we pulled up we saw a girl with blondish hair, in a dunkin donut apron , standing outside the shop with another worker and the blond girl was cutting the other girls HAIR! YES CUTTING HER HAIR just outside the store. she brushed away some hair on the worker and they went back in to tend to the FOOD. I called the shop to let the manager know of this totally gross act and the blonde girl answered the phone and said she was the manager. her name that she gave was Katrina. I will never go there again and neither will my sister or any of her friends. we want to keep the great dunkin donuts and BR Icecream alive in the golden isles but really. Please check out your shop without them knowing and teach them better food sanitary rules. what a shame they did this. I would want to know if someone was so terribly untrained at my business. best of luck to you and your shop.

While visiting Boston for the first time October 27-30, on the 30th we went into the store at 714 Boylston. It was very busy, as it is in downtown Boston, and my daughter in law bought a doughnut, however I bought a "muchkin" and coffee. I struggled to find a dime in my coin purse, while the polite employees waited. We were staying in Newport, Rhode Island and planned a dinner in our rented condo for Thanksgiving with grandsons, who couldn't come home to Iowa for Thanksgiving. To make a long story short, we stopped to get our food in Newport and when I went to pay for some of it, my credit cards were gone. I got so frightened and tried to remember where I could have left them. I remembered, "Dunkin'Donuts". On arriving at our night's stay I called, not even think someone would find them on the counter where I had left them and not use them. The man on the phone was so helpful. One of the employees helped him and my cards were there. Those wonderful honest clerks held the cards and when my grandson went back to Boston, where he lives, they gave them to him explaining they too had a grandmother. "Dunkin Donuts" in that area will be one stop my grandson goes after he sings in his church which is a block away, on Sundays. I hope someway the owner will honor that group of employees. Sometimes they have to be affirmed as well as criticized and I have noticed there are quite a few of those. Try Boston, maybe the owners train better there--honesty is high in my book.--mw

um do you guys give out donuts for a's on report cards

Does ANYONE on this board really think anyone at Corporate ever reads these? If so, has anyone ever responded to any of you??? I don't think the stores or corporate office really cares what we think? ANYONE?

I have been purchasing bags of coffee at dunkindonuts.com for about 3 or 4 years now (didn't have a store near my home) and have always been happy until recently. The last 2 orders I have received the coffee smells and tastes absolutely awful. At first I thought it was my coffee maker, so I did a thorough cleaning. Then I thought maybe it was my water so I even tried using spring water...NO DIFFERENCE. Still tasted terrible. So recently a Dunkin store was built in our town and as soon as it opened I ran out and purchased a bag of coffee to see if there was a difference, and the difference in the coffee is amazing. It smells, tastes & even looks FABULOUS! The taste is amazing, they way it used to be when just ordering online!!!! So FINALLY I had to accept the fact they were sending me old, nasty, disgusting coffee. I don't know what has changed or what is going on, but it is ridiculous. I have emailed the company 6 times and called them 8 times in the last week with absolutely NO response in any way from them. I love the dunkin (GREAT) coffee, but whatever you do DO NOT order online for home delivery!! They are a scam. The coffee is truly nasty and by the time you pay for shipping, you pay more per lb. than just going to the store and buying it there. So beware!

Every Saturday for the last 2 or more years I go to Dunkin donuts at 3068 E. Henrietta rd in Rochester, ny and spend 60.00 on bagels, muffins and donuts for my men at work. The last two weeks there has been a new young manager, Kelly S. She refuses to sell me 2 dozen bagels unless We call a day in advance. She is rude and unprofessional. If you do not want my business I will go elsewhere each week.

At Burlington ct dunkin donuts there is a woman named Jenn who works there. She is extremely rude and doesn't know how to make correct coffee orders. She should not be working there at all if she can't handle simply being nice to the customers. I will never go there again because of her.

I have been working at the dunkin donuts on route 2 in Pawcatuck, Connecticut, for 2 years. during this time i have had 6 managers, plus no manager for at least a month... the store has only been open for a few years. Most of these managers where pretty good, the problem that i saw was the general manager and the owner getting too involved with it. now i understand protecting investments but isnt that what your supposed to do? however it seems to me that they are turning it into nothing more than a money farm, taking it for all its worth and seeing how long they can make it last before it eventually gets driven into the ground instead of preserving what they have and doing their best to take care of it and the employees. but no sadly the employees are the last thing on thier minds... for example, Hurricane Irene, power was out everywhere except for my dunkin donuts... i came in when no one else would to help after being told i didnt have to because they were going to shut down the store. there were non stop rushes, not a chance to stock or clean or anything. we had to have someone at all stations and we had employees there working 14 hr shifts, people who had already worked there that day and came back because they didnt shut down when they should have. we went through the stock for 3 stores to the best of my knowledge and we were supposed to close at 6pm instead of 12am. the owner decided we would shut down the lobby so he hung a sign that didnt work and ignored the fact that the flow of customers continued in while we were running through the last of our stock for the week the day after we got it, why? because the owner of our store was too blinded by the dollar signs filling his eyes. so we finally got rid of the people and 2 of us had to go home, so then the owner said if i got rid of the rest of the iced coffee i could help close the store. then he made another tower... so 2 of us were working drive thru in a rush that wouldnt end trying to get rid of iced coffee when there was a hurricane going on and all people wanted was hot coffee while the owner left right after making another iced coffee tower... i didnt get off of take and make until 9pm and we didnt finish closing until 10pm.. 4 hrs after we were supposed to close that day.. i personally dont care if someone is greedy, however its not my style. what i care about is the fact that stood there while our store fell to shambles and did nothign about it because of how big his wallet was getting. it just disgusts me, most of us came in that day, not because we needed the money but because we knew someone had to and we were the unfortunate people scheduled to do it. if you care about your franchise i suggest an overhaul of not just the face of the buildings but maybe the inner workings, have owners an general managers back off some and let the managers do thier jobs because they are ruining your investment.

I often wonder why I've given the dunkin donuts store in clarkston Michigan on sashabaw so many chances....the past FOUR times I've been in they've messed up my order and can never do anything to fix it because, I quote, "well we don't have anymore".how in the whole place do you only have 3my bagels left?!?! This is the last time I will be going there and will be sure to pass on my terrible experiences with that store to.the 100's of people I talk to everyday.

My daughter works at Dunkin Donuts in Phoenix, AZ. I'm very upset about the way these managers treat their employees.. Deflamation of character. Calling her into office for manager to reprimand and then announcing things over head sets for other employees to here, and calling her names. Giving other employees leaway to harrass my daughter. Putting their hands on my daughter, then because she (daughter) talks with her hands (manager)says she tried to hit her. When my daughter was hired they were informed about her learning disablity (deslexia). Manager constantly setting her up to fail. Accusing my daughter of stealing. She has worked for this company for 3 years in New York, Vermont, and now Arizona. I have advised my daughter to get ahold of LABOR BOARD and a LABOR LAWYER. The whole time she has been employed in Arizona she has yet to get a raise, and with her experience is still only making minimum wage. I have also told her to write down everything that she has been asked to do and times she was asked to do it, as well as everything management has said in the office as she is reprimanded. Where do you get these verbally, and physically abusive people???? Telling friends and family not to go to dunkin donuts or buy their products.

Hi I work at the Clearfield, Pennsylvania 16830 DD, and I'm upset that I'm the only worker that works the grave yard shifts. How am I to concentrate on my job when I have to quit production of donuts to make coffee? My job title says "Baker Next Step" not "C-1 Cashier". I fail to understand how the upper management in their infinite wisdom feels that serving coffee and food some how supersedes my responsibility to top donuts, bake muffins, bake bagels, cookies, and croissants. Are they that cheap that only a few bucks under 50 dollars is worth more than all of the next days profits which are those that I'm responsible to make? Do you know it was easier for me to be a United States Marine than deal with the way I am treated by customers when they hear I can't meet their demand or when I get treated without respect because I can't get my pull made on time, because my time is taken away from my primary responsibility. Its either this gets fixed ASAP or I find a new job where I will be respected and treated fairly. That is all. This is the worst employment experience. I trained Marines better with my left pinky than all who are on charge of my store. Get the picture? Fix it. Thank you.

i went to dunks and was greeted very kindly by the woman on the intercom .When arriving at the window they gave me my order and didn't notice until arriving at my destination that there was no receipt so i called the dunkin donuts in danvers mass. on 99 high st. and told them that they gave me no receipt and the person told me we don't give out receipts for 3 or more items that its a express window and that i had purchased more than three items and that why you have no receipt all in a high tone of voice.when he was done talking i went to tell him that my employee was returning a hot chocolate that was watered down and he commenced to speak over me about the receipt again and i finally said the words can i talk can i talk now? and he ya sure.i started to explain to him about the hot chocolate and rite when i was given the chance to speak he said i don't understand a word that your saying so i told him i,d would call head Quarters and speak to them instead and i hung up on them.within two minutes i get a phone call from that dunks and was asked are you the gentle man that said your going to call head quarters and i replied yes and he said well where privately owned so you cant call them.so i told him i will still call. what ever happened to the courtesy of the customer with the rite to speak when giving that rite your told they don't understand you .Even though its privately owned they still should be upholding the quality and common courtesy that dun kin donuts has portrayed since i been buying coffee. They bare the name of the most popular franchise in the word than they should follow the example of the most popular franchise in the world as well as there standards .i hope this helps the company focus in on companies(privately owned) not to smear the great name of dunkin donuts thank you .

The Cairo, New York, Dunkin Donuts has recently hired a new manager (her name is Brittany). She just started working there as manager one week ago. She is the worst form of management I have ever seen. She has violated employee rights by "telling" employees that they MUST remove their religious cross necklace while working. Dunkin Donuts Dress code and appearance standards brochure specifically states that "necklaces can be worn inside the shirt but cannot dangle through or over the shirt". Being told to remove a religious cross is a violation of civil rights and I will take further action in this. I wouldn't even give this manager a one star rating!!

I have noticed that when you use the drive up window at the South Main Street Dunkin Donuts in Torrington, CT you don't get your coin change back, the cashier just automatically thinks that it is their tip! I always give the coin change as a tip, BUT I'D LIKE TO BE GIVEN THE CHANCE TO DO SO!!!!! It should not be just assumed that the coin change is to automatically go into the tip jar.... Not very good business practice from the customers side of the counter! I'd like to see that change very soon or I will not be contributing to Dunkin Donuts at all, but going across the street to The Coffee House where they give you your change and let you decide if the service was worth the tip or not. Not very happy with the training program you have with your employees.....

I work in DMV in Trenton NJ. At 225 East State Street there is a Dunkin Donut connected to our building. There is a woman named Rita that works there. As soon as she sees you coming with your coupon she totally turns rude. Today was the last straw she actually threw the straw across the counter at me. A co-worker was with me and she saw the woman do that to me. I am really getting tired of her being upset about my use of a coupon that I have every right to use. I have talked to other co-workers in our building about the treatment that you get when using one and everyone feels the same way.

I have been a long time customer of Dunkin Donuts, but lately they seem to going down hill!! On numerous occasions I have visited a Dunkin Donuts on the southside of Chicago, and in Oak Lawn. Each time I have gone in for donuts, or munchkins they tell me they are out....sorry! I asked them why this is so, they said, "Sorry Ma'am, if you want donuts you need to get here at 6am...we get busy and run out fast." I have walked in the stores as early as 9:00am thru 5:00pm and still have the same problem. This is ridiculous! Perhaps you should change the name to DRINKIN with NO DONUTS!! Check out how Krispy Kremes runs thier business, they never turn customers away!!

I visited the dunkin donuts on rt 16 in Ossipee, NH this morning. This location is always busy and most of the time I spend over 10 minutes waiting at the drivethru. This morning it was the worst. I sat in line for 17 minutes before even reaching the speaker to place my order. When I eventually did get up to the speaker the womans voice came over the intercom "hi can I help you?" I started to rattle off my order then the woman interupts me and says "my headset isn't working so I can't hear you, can you hear me? Please pull up" well, I couldn't pull up. There was 4 cars in front of me. So this meant the 4 cars in front of me hadn't even ordered yet either. I was beyond frustrated but I had already told my children who were patiently waiting for their donuts that they could have a donut. I waited. I waited another 12 minutes. When I got up there the attitude from the staff members, the way they were talking about the customers frustration level. It was incredibly disgusting. I sat there for 7 minutes waiting for my donut, bagel with cream cheese and coffee. At this point I had already invested 36 minutes. While sitting at the window the female employee who's name tag read Jen came to the window to apologize for the extended wait and she explained "Betty is going to be so mad at us and she'll blame the whole thing on me. I only have 3 days a week as it is. Its not my fault" then walked away. I never even responded. Just watched her explain herself then sat there in disbelief that someone really just went into that much of a story. Anyhow, worst experience EVER. Sad part is, next time I leave my camp I'll drive the extra 10 minutes in the opposit direction to the Tamworth dunkin donuts rather than going there. Never again.

I contacted the Corporate Office to ask why this notice is posted on their website............Important Notice: We are temporarily suspending the shipment of orders to California while we work to comply with Proposition 65 with the State of California. We apologize for any inconvenience. The stupid wench hung up on me! I guess they don't want my business. Eat a dunkin. I'm switching to StarBux
