Dunkin donuts in merritt island fl has very rude employees. One being named ashley. She is always so rude and I am in there everyday. Maybe store manager should talk to her. I will discontinue to go there if something is not done with that girl!!

Asked for a tuna with bacon; got charged for the bacon, but there was none. Went back another time this week: asked for same thing (silly me) and got tuna with non cooked bacon.....need to get a refund, but threw away receipt as I was going to eat the sandwich in the park. They do not care at all about the food they serve; and uncooked bacon could have ruined my health. I threw it all away.

I worked at a dunkin donuts for about 5 years before they noticed how hard I worked for them, they said that if I did the online training that they would make me a shift leader. I finished the training early that summer and I waited until school started in the fall and still wasn't promoted. I didn't even get paid for the online training! My manager just kept giving me excuses to delay it for more weeks. I don't like how both the manager and other co-workers talk to our customers (guests) I have tried fixing it but I am just fed up with waiting to grow in the company to where my word matters.

Im not rating dunkin donuts in shelton ct 733 bridgeport ave but im rating a co worker! she is terrible, does not treat coworkers right! critizing how people work and make things, i always tend to get an attitude by her and an eye rolling! she once said that one of the coworkers shouldnt be working there because she was deaf, he exact words were, "i dont give a f*** if shes deaf she shouldnt be working here then" she sometimes slams things when customers are inside dunkin and most of the time gives attitudes to customers st the drive thru. She is very rude to everyone except the owner, manager, and assistant manager.

733 Bridgeport Ave in Shelton CT has very nice people and they are fast but a few weeks ago i was in line waiting to order some lunch and i heard a young woman yell at a few customer, "WHO PUT THIS BLUE RAG HERE!?" and nobody responded then she came by the front counter, slammed her headset down and once again yelled, "UGHH IM LEAVING, I QUIT!' i got a quick glimpse of her name tag and her name is ANNA! She is very rude to her co workers! Very poor worker!!!

On August 17th 2011 my husband went to the Pottsville Dunkin Donuts with a completed survey receipt and attempted to use it. The receipt guaranteed a free donut with purchase of a large beverage. He ordered me a large coffee which he was going to bring home and then attempted to choose the free donut; however, was told that the receipt that I gave him did not have the correct validation code. The cashier did not make any attempts to rectify the situation and my husband promptly cancelled the order and left the store without purchasing anything. He then called me to tell me what happened and I called the corporate office. I spoke to someone name Helena and she told me that my code was correct so I called the Pottsville Dunkin Donuts and they told me that they would correct the situation by sending me coupons for free donuts. Today I opened my mail and found a nasty note from the store manager, Jason Bowers, with his business card enclosed and a sarcastic note to call him upon receipt. I promptly called Mr. Bowers who was extremely belligerent and condescending. He told me that I was making an issue out of an eighty nine cent donut and I should not complain because according to his security camera I was not there. Obviously I explained this when I called the first time. Also, we cancelled the order so we did not get anything, as Mr. Bowers tried to accuse me of making a frivolous complaint. I asked him to just send me the coupons that were originally promised, thus correcting the situation. He refused and told me that I was bothering him so I told him that I would contact corporate and make them aware that their franchise owner is not customer friendly and extremely degrading. I am asking that you contact Mr. Bowers and take the appropriate disciplinary action. To me it is not about an eighty nine cent donut. Rather, it is the principal of the matter!

On average I have no problem with a visit to Dunkin but this visit was horrible. We waited in line forever because there were three young, new people that did not know what they were doing. One girl cut her finger and came up front bleeding all over the place. She asked the boy to help her so he disappeared to the back. 5 minutes later that came back up front with my food. My son and I started to pull out of the parking lot when we noticed blood on our bag. I checked inside the bag and noticed it was on my wrappers as well. Further inspection and there was blood on my food. I went back in there and brought my food back and let them know I did not want their food.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if you were to re-introduce your original "dunkin donut" on your anniversary. It was the most delicious donut I ever had because of its crusty" top. If you decide to do this, please let me know...I wouldn't want to miss the re-introduction.

Poor Service and attitude at Dunkin Donuts in Ardsley, New York No customers in store and 4 people (one cleaning up). The male of the store came over to me after I walked out a 2nd time. He was shuffling change and papers in his pockets, looking down and then said "what do you want". Hygienge is IMPORTANT when working with food.... He had just finished using a dirty rag to take dust off the top of the shelving (with the donuts and bagels underneath and not covered) Disgusting. I am calling in a complaint to the health department as this place is dirty.

I recently revisited a Dunkin Doughnut store located at 415 W.ST.CHARLES ROAD IN VILLA PARK,IL.(ATTACHED TO THE LIGHT HOUSE MARATHONE GAS)I SAID REVISITED MEANING I DID NOT GO TO THAT LOCATION FOR MY COFFEE E.T.C. FOR QUIT SOME TIME DUE TO A BAD EXPERIANCE WITH THE EMPLOYEES/OWNERS, I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE & LET ME TELL YOU WHAT A MISTAKE.THEY(EMPLOYEES & OWNERS ?)ARE WITH OUT ANY QUESTION THE MOST RUDE,DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH,i HAVE BEEN WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ALMOST 30 YEARS NOW,THE ONE THING I HAVE LEARNED IN LIFE IS YOU TREAT EVERY ONE THE WAY YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED,YOU HAVE TO SHOW & GIVE RESPECT IN ORDER TO RECIEVE RESPECT.THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE BOYCOTTED BY EVERYONE UNTIL THE COPERATION TAKES BACK THIS FRANCISE.

i dont have time to go into details but i pointed out that i didnt get a reciept for my order and there is a sign that says your order is free if they dont. i didnt get one. my donuts were thrown across the "restaurant" and the manager threatened to kill me on the way out, the whole time i didnt raise my voice. re: RED HOOK NY PARKING LOT DESIGN. LAST WEEK MY DAUGHTER ANDREA PLACED AN ORDER AT THE DRIVE UP THEN USE THE DRIVE THRU TRASH CAN PULLED OUT OF LOT TURNING LEFT. AS SHE TURNED SHE HIT THE NEWLY DESIGNED CURB JUST AFTER THE TRASH CAN AND DID SERIOUS DAMAGE TO HER HONDA CIVIC THAT HER RECENTLY DECEASED FARTHER BOUGHT HER BEFORE GOING OFF TO COLLEGE. ANDREAS FRIEND SAID THAT THEY TOO HAVE HIT THAT CURB MANY TIMES .PERHAPS SOMEONE CAN LOOK INTO THIS.

Dunkin Donut stores they all cheated customers. I went to several stores, Waterbury, Milford, Newtown,and so on.... they charged me more money. When I asked the manager, she could not give an explanation why the prices are hire, then the price on the board. You guys have to do something other then that i will request for an investigation. that not fair for customers. Shame on you, I hope you guys fail.

empolyee have rights also in my store some of manager talk about you which could be slander corporate should be giving lessons on empolyment law to all members of mangerment as well as sexual hassment laws before this gets out of hand

You guys need to create a healthier..non carb..breaded..menu What about making fruit and granola parfaits!? McDonalds has that..and you guys are the "breakfast" place. Step it up! I dont want a bagel or big n toasty or a waffle sandwich...that is loaded with carbs. Just a suggestion! =)

i have worked for dunkin donuts for almost 6 years love the job and im very good at it by far i get way more complements then any of the other employes at my job and way more then complants. any way i gusse each owner or manager get to make there own rules , we have resently had a head manager change hes the big manager for i belive 28 stores ,well let me tell u he did not change things for the better , now there are no rases no matter how long u work there he is form india so all the indana ppl working there get paid more then the rest of us and even some of the newer employees with let experins get more , also i had gotin direct depost befor now this guy is telling me dunkin donuts dose not offer that even tho its the same bank we deposit in .also there is a volintary deduchon comeing out of my check , when i asked what it was they told me they didnt know so i had asked a nother employee and came to find out im haveing to pay for my paper check that i would rather just have depoited in my acount and i had never hered of this befor , what can i do besides find a new job its so unfare . and i have just changed my shift because i was working night shift with the same pay as every one eles and the only one on night shift 12 hours by my self in a 24 hour store . its just not right is there any thing i can do

Drive thru at Jacksonville Florida store located at 741 Cassat avenue is in such poor shape you will cut/blow your tire as happened on 08-05-2011.A pothole at cashier area of drive through was responsible for damaging/cutting tires.At last count 4 cars right front tires were cut down and resulted in immediate flat tires.Being a franchise store the franchise owner was contacted and he said too bad.The city and state have been contacted and litigation is under way.My thoughts are with the 70 year old woman standing by her disabled car as a result of a tire blow-out after driving thru this poorly maintained store.There are a number of automobiles that have damaged right front tires that were cut on the sidewall and are subject to a accident from this irresponsible franchise owner.I had tires on my truck that were 3 weeks old and it cost me 400.00 to replace the tire.The dodge dealer estimates damage at 1000.00 minimum.Anyone with damage from this store contact the Florida Bar association.

Just went to the dunkin donuts in morgantown,pa.Bought a dozen donuts for $7.00.The donuts are small,I ate 1 cream donut and didn't find any filling till the last bite.Selection was limited because out of quite a few varieties.Remember now why I stopped going to dunkin donuts,use to be well worth it.....that seems to be a long time ago.

i live in windham, ct and i go to the dunkin donuts in andover ct every morning on my way to work...i love going here they are all so cheerful and friendly you dont get that at most places now a days...and i love how they leave little messages on my cups everyday its what starts my day off in a good mood and i just want to say thank you
