Clinton CT, location at the Clinton Crossing Outlets Really!!! Wake up and get your coffee in a location that DOES NOT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH (wink, wink, where is your green card) With the music blasting and blaring first thing in the morning while waiting in line??? * STOP the loud music * STOP hiring illegial immigrants * Give the jobs to the people that live in the community * STOP hiring people that cannot speak ENGLISH Perhaps a call is warranted to the OWNER before this rubbish escalates to the INS
I live in Pompano Beach Fl. and recently I had to do a job in Boyton Beach Fl.. I went to a Dunkin Donuts -Store # 0381 and have never encountered such wonderful workers--I have no idea what the owner does to create such cheerful and warm help. Other stores could learn alot from these people...I made sure to go there every morning and the great service never waivered...I do hope some one in the corporate offices acknowledges them and your very fortunate to have people like them selling your product. The store is located at 1317 S Federal Hwy. Boyton Beach, Fl..I will be sure to go there when I am in the area. Thanks to everyone there. Linda
President Nigel TravisĀ”Do not look to ur laurels Mr Travis for u and many of ur counterparts are going to have abig shock if u dont take care of the people that actually make the profit for your company namely the people. You obviously have hab a privielieged upbringing no paper routes or dishwashing for u because if u were a worker u would allow your incredible workers to take the American gift called tipping. That your fat board and bottom liners miss in all this is that like a light switch your storescan be shut down by people not buying ur product because u dont allow the people who make u the real money share in ur wealth or allow them to be tipped smells of communism to me not the American dream! I am thankful to be allowed to live in this incredible country and do all I can to share my wealth with others remember Nigel Travis "giving is living and living is giving" we have two incredible stores in Watertown "maned" with men and women who u should meet if u can ever tear ur self away from ur ivory. IPO tour people who dont complain who have family and diapers to pay for and long car trips to make to come to work. But u and urs in that tower make tax descisions on subjects u know not of.

Store 345277 Located at 10401 Hwy 903 in Halifax, N.c. I was just at this location and the place was full of flies, even on the food. The food they intend to sell to their customers. Flies are disgusting and nasty and carry all kind of germs. I asked to speak with the manager to voice my complaint and he responded "there was nothing he could do about it". I beg to differ with him. The food could be contained securely as not to let any flies in and he can spray. There are also fly catchers that could be hung in discreet locations away from the food area to catch the flies. I think this location should be closed and santized. The manager should be fired as well as his staff. I am an avid Dunkin Donuts customer and I am travelling. To walk in a location such as this it turned my stomach and I left immediately after getting the response I received.
Ive been going to Dunkin Donuts for many years. Specifically the one on old country rd westbury next to the catering hall Verdis . FOr a while its obvios to me that they are watering down the coffee. They are alternating the amounts of coffee and water . I went to other Dunkin Donuts to see if i was wrong and its obvious on many occasions that the coffee is different . Now the ice tea which is a dollar this summer is also not the same as when it was a different price. Shame on dunkin donuts for allowing this to happen and not watching thier product . Last nite I was at the dunkin donuts in Bangor Me, Main st, a concert was going on across the street, I purchases to coffees, and saw a sign blocking the bathrooms, I asked what was wrong, she said the bathrooms were being serviced, I had driven over 1 hr, to get there, I asked when would they be open, she said I don't know, Well my boyfriend has 1 leg, and sked if they would open them up for him, reply "NO".. well I think there is a law against this practice, espec. handicapped people. Never again will I go to a dunkin Donuts, they wanted him to walk 2 parking lots over and use the Shaw's rest room. I.m sure you will here from him, as there def, is a law concerning him with disabilities, My email msvic@yahoo.com, I,m badmouthing this co for sure,
Im just dissapointed every time I've stopped for a jelly donut I get a donut with no jelly. This was the last time. A waste of money. I went to the donut station, what do you know I got a jelly donut with the jelly!
Hello, I went through the drive thru at the Dunkin' Donuts on Main St. next to the post office in Leominster, MA. I order 2 coffees and 2 bagels toasted with light cream cheese on the side, very simple order. I did NOT receive the 2 cream cheese or any napkins but did receive the knifes. This isn't the first time I've this kind of experience with them. Not a happy customer.
To whom it may concern: Growing up in Massachusetts, I loved Dunkin Donuts from the get go..I want to know why "Dunkin Donuts" does not throw out the old donuts after 4 hrs, like they did in the old days? Maybe of the donuts I go buy in the afternoon are rock hard and stale. Also, the Dunkin Donuts stores in the Boca Raton,Florida area are all different, when it comes to pricing of their Bagged Pound Coffee..Some stores charge for three pounds, $24.00, some $20.00. Yesterday I bought 2 pounds for $17.00..The coffee bag prices are NOT listed on the menu board? Does each franchise have the right to sell their coffee at whatever price they like> Also, there is a Dunkin Donuts store on Powerline Road in Boca Raton, between Jog Rd, and Hillsboro Road, that is Indian Owned, and independant franchise. Dunkin Donuts has a promotional policy, where when u purchase anything, they are suppose to give you your reciept, or you get the item for FREE. A few weeks ago, this particular store, did not give me a reciept..The store manager waited on me..When I called to his attention the policy on the front of each register, he got inflammed, and trie to issue me another receipt out of the register. When I asked to have the items for free, he tried to give me 3 additonal Cofee Coolatas..I can;t drink 3 of them as one person. When I was leaving he told all the employess to "watch out" for this man, meaning me. He told them that I am a scam artist, and a crook..How embarassed I was, and humilated..I never will go back to that Dunkin Dounts, even if I live right around the corner..Prefer to drive the extra 4 miles to another store, where the people are friendly, yet charge for Bagged coffee diffent prices? This store is wrong to humiliate me like that. Never in my life has that happend. I just want Corporate to know what happend to me, and to tell me if all the Dunkin donut stores can charge whatever prices they want? Sincerely: Jack Luciano Boca Raton,Florida 33434
Went into the Dunkin Donuts in Catskill New York to get a Coffee for my wife and I asked if they had Lactose free milk to use as I am Lactose Tollerent. The girl said no they didnt.I asked the girl if I brought the milk in could they use it if I wanted a Coolatta drink or something. She said I dont see why not.She than asked another girl who was sitting at the tables flirting with a bunch of guys. She stood up and came over and said no we wont do that for you. With a nasty look on her face because she was disturbed from her attention getting from all the guys at the table. So that will end my going to that Dunkin Donuts
I am writing in reference to store# 340725, at 114 Bruckner Blvd in Bronx, NY. Drive thrus are a rarity here and the only reason I had been going to this store. However, I have been repeatedly charged the wrong price as compared to the prices listed on their menu board. They swear theres an extra charge for iced coffee with my combo, and charge anywhere from 10 cents to $2.00 more than the other Dunkin Donuts drive thru, on East Tremont Ave. When I pointed out that they had wrongly charged me, they wanted to give me back the difference. When I pointed out the sign, "If we don't give you an accurately priced receipt, your order is free," the rude gentleman at the window actually pulled out his wallet!! Not only was this very unprofessional EVEN FOR DUNKIN DONUTS, but a ridiculous attempt to make me feel guilty asking for what I was entitled to as a customer! I plan on reporting them to the better business bureau, yes prices vary by location however are required by law to match thee prices posted. It shouldn't cost me what I would pay at a diner for coffee and a sandwich in the morning, and seriously needs to be investigated.
My husband and I stopped by the Dunkin Donuts at 1 Mohawk Drive in Londonderry, NH near the end of June. I ordered a french vanilla and my husband got a regular. The coffee was absolutely horrible. It tasted burnt and was undrinkable. This was true of both coffees. I called the store when I got home and was told I would be sent a $5 gift card. It never arrived. I called again to let the manager know I never received the card and was again told a card would be sent. That was more than two weeks ago. Very disappointed in the lack of customer care.
In the Town Southbridge main street Duncan Donuts Is Well Known For Double Trouble customers well known as tony batista his his wife jose m. whom love coming in too harassing other handicap or not, Duncan Donut customers 24/7 on a daily base. the manager doesnt give a darn about what ever happens!!!!!The owner whom runs the D&D coffee shop is scared of these 2 criminals whom come in and make serious harassing in counters with all Duncan Donuts Customers.I have to give 5 Stars to Duncan DONUTS Corp. for not looking into this serious problem conditions on a 24/7 daily base.
I been in the dunkin donuts located in the ellsworth walmart and have seen many things happen to employess there, some of the shift leaders are very disrepectful and there are too many favorites there! There is no reason for any employee to have to deal with that I personally believe that if dunkin donuts is going to hire people for management positions wether it be shift leaders or store manager they need to hire someone that will do a excellent job not someone who is going to treat employees poorly or point out a mistake in front of customers wether it be one customer or 2. This is totally unacceptable and not professional like.
Hello, I shop at Wal-Mart in Claremont, N.H. which also has a Dunkin Donuts franchise and stop for a coffee and muffin every time I go there. About 3 months ago when I stopped I paid for my order and was handed the receipt. I thought the cost was more than what I usually pay and sure enough when checking the receipt I found that I was charged for 2 muffins not one. I went back to the person who waited on me and showed her and she said" Oh I always do that" However when I questioned her about the offer that if the receipt was not what you ordered you got your order free, she responded " Oh that is only with the card". I accepted this explanation as I didn't want to hold up the line by reading the sign. I found out later this was not true. This past week when I stopped the same person waited on me and she was quite surly. No smile (which has been the case every time I go in there) and when she got the receipt I went to take it and she crumpled it up and threw it away. Then in a very monotone voice said " Have a good day" This woman is not people oriented and if she is dissatified with her job she should leave as she is not doing her boss any favors by staying. Since that time I will no longer shop in there I will go up to the DD just up the street. At least there people are pleasant and do not act like you are putting them out by placing an order. I am sure others are feeling the same way as I have heard many negative remarks from customers about this same person.
At 2:00 pm on July 6, 2011, I went to buy a donut at the Dunkin Donuts on 79th and Wentworth in Chicago, IL. I ordered a French Cruller. When the cashier handed it to me it had something on it. I told him, he took the donut back and placed it back with the other donuts. When I questioned If he was going to sale that donut to another customer, he said all the donut will not be purchased. Yet he left it with the same batch of donuts on display. I asked him what about public healh safety and he did not answer me. I asked him to give my money back because I was uncomfortable purchasing food from a store that did not seem to care how they were treating customers. The manager told him to give my money back because he did not need a customer like me. I caution people in this area to watch how this Dunkin Donuts handles food and their customers.
Why does Dunkin Donuts corporation and franchises show no concern for the amount of trash they produce? Don't they realize how foolish it is to use styrofoam coffee cups and plastic cups composed of plastics #5 that cannot be recycled? I see people buy the same coffee every day and every day with a new cup that they undoubtedly throw away because they couldn't even recycle it if they wanted to because this company chooses to use unrecyclable products. In general most recycling centers only recycle #1 and #2 plastics so make your cups out of those please! And get rid of this styrofoam crap you use for coffee cups. Wasters of the Earth's resources! Producers of massive amounts of garbage to cover our home planet!! And customers, please kindly bring in your own mug for refills so you can stop contributing to all this waste on our planet. If you can't do it for the environment, then do it because refills are cheaper than buying a coffee in a new cup each time. Save some money and help the planet dunkin customers! And shame on Dunkin Donuts for not caring about this awful neglect of responsibility for the planet that they are so casually continuing with!!! I won't buy a single product from you until you get some Earth friendly packaging for your drinks!
I visited the Dunkin Donuts located on Crossbay Blvd. in Howard Beach, N.Y. and let me express to you that this was a horrible experience. The male employee was so rude and disrespectful that I will never again visit a Dunkin Donuts. I will also let everyone I know, about the horrific experience I had in that store. The employee that took my order was all confused with an order for 5 persons and he started speaking to me in an inadequate tone, so I asked him not to speak to me like that, then he told me to get out of the store and to never come back. Not for a moment did I use any inappropriate language or did I offend this employee. I have never felt so humiliated in my life and in front of my kids! As a matter of fact, I work for a bank and if any of the employees would ever treat any customers as he treated us that day,I know for a fact that this employee would no longer be there. Now, if this is a franchise owner, how sad to think that people like him are managing the stores that we have enjoyed going to in the past. These persons represent the Dunkin Donuts brand: not a good thing for you!
