i keep calling corporate telling them to bring back white hot chocolate they stick there nosees up at you that was the only thing i get from there what happened to customers first donuts are very very dry starts giving customers what they WANT bring it back made fresh donuts not dry ones oh by the way get rid of coffee its called dunkin donuts not starbuks

Every time I go to a DD, there seems to be a problem with the product. The coffee and other drinks are watered down and most of the doughnuts, muffins are dry and are stale. For the prices that DD charges , they are not worth going to.

Don't ever work for Dunkin Donuts in Bartonsville, PA. They save their old muffins and bagels overnight to serve to the first customers in the morning so don't have the cost of making fresh, and they tell the employees to only put half the syrup required in the lattes or flavored coffees because the syrups are too expensive. The manager, Nida fires most people by the first week, always tells them they are too slow, or they don't seem to want to be there, or she doesn't like the way they syle their hair, etc. She tells training employees not to punch in but then won't pay them for 2-3 weeks because they didn't punch in..then denies every saying they shouldn't. Breaks are not allowed unless approved by Nida, even though the PA Labor Dept requires breaks after a number of hours..she makes up her own rules. This location is a rip off to the public and to the employees.

There is a Dunkin Donnut shop on Rt 611 in Bartonsville, PA that saves their left over muffins and bagels overnight to serve to the first customers in the morning because the manager, Nidia, wants to save money. She also tells employees to use only half the syrup recommended by the company in the flavored coffees and lattes because she says the syrup is too expensive. She has them empty the garbage and use the same garbage bags, again, to keep her costs down. This woman has fired more people in the past year than anyone could believe and paychecks..good luck to a new employee, they have a 2-3 week wait for their first check and even then, its rarely correct. Allocated breaks are given to her family members but for others, she decides when somebody will get a break, not following the Labor Dept. rules that every 4 hours a person should have a 15 minute break. She fires people if she doesn't like their hair one day, or will say they don't look like they want to be there, or if she finds out they know a fellow employee. Nidia will tell a new employee not to punch in, and then not pay them the following week because they didn't punch in...and she will deny ever telling them anything. The customers are being ripped off and so are the employees.

I purchased coffee and donuts at the Dunkin location on the Grand Central Parkway opposite LaGuardia in New York City.. I requested my senior citizen discount and was told that the boss did believe in giving a discount ... all other locations i visit give the discount... Whats up with that ????

I have been purchasing DD k cups since i got my machine in august. at a box a week for 4 months comes out to about 192.00 dollars. This last box i bought must have been defective in some way. I was getting a film and grounds in my coffee, I went to DD to see if i could get a replacement box as it took almost 7 k cups to get one good cup of coffee. i was told the general manager of the 16 ara stores say's there is nothing they can do for me. REALLY!!!!! what happened to customer service. all i know is i will never go to DD again

Again DD fails in community relations, a freifighter died in the line of duty in Peabody, Ma., before Xmas. His funeral is Friday with over 10,000 expected, mostly Firefighters paying reapects to a fallen brother. REHAB 5 has been trying to contact DD corporate for over a week to assist in serving coffee to this brave men and women and has usual they do not respond. Good JOB DD!!

I am constantly being charged sales tax on bags of coffee.In Florida coffee is tax exempt. The manager gives me a pound of coffee when i bring in reciepts showing the sales tax was charged. I have informed her that they are charging tax and keeping it , a crime. I will be contacting the florida dept. of revenue and corporate offices . Store no. 342064

Went to 2 Dunkin Donuts in the orange park florida area today. Im from upstate ny. These are the most pathetic DD ive ever been to. 5 mabye 6 kinds of donuts. Tell your workers that there is suposed to be jelly in the jelly douts...never again.

I bought two $25.00 gift cards and accidentley saved the wrong half of the card . I called the 800 number and explained my problem to the girl and she said too bad I can't do anything for you . I have my receipt the last four numbers of the card and the card with the twenty digit number on it . All I want are two new cards .

I was in the Dunkin Donuts on Washington st in Plainville Ma last Sunday I had horriable customer service thanks to a brat named Britney this was after I spent 180 dollars for gift cards! Have spoken to the Manager Patricia there she obviously condones this behavior as britney is still working there even Patricia told me she had to EXPLAIN to Brtitney what she did wrong Bad lost a first time customer and will make sure anyone I know does not go there

I frequently go to the Tarentum, PA dunkin donuts. The same rude, black haired, idiot. I have never seen such a lack of customer service by anyone. If you hate your job that bad then quit!!

Im upset for my wife she is working at the dunkindonuts in at the Logan air port gas station in Boston, MA. She was shorted in her check 200 dollars for 2 weeks now going on the 3rd and she still hasn recieved her money. I even personally heard her district manager say thats unfair you need to get paid and still she hasnt received anything. I work a full time job so thankfully i can cover most exspencies but it is 2 weeks from xmas, rents/bills do..long story short there not paying her an hes there hardest worker by far. Works 35 hours a week as a part time job at dunkins. I just feel like shes getting the short end of the stick.

I'm sick o f these Indian middle eastern whatever people who have ruined my local dunkin donuts on 35 in woodbridge nj they make sandwiches w no gloves, they all talk their language in front of you,, they get mad if god forbid u order something different for a change, and most of of em refuse to speak good English, they get visibly annoyed if you ask for lets say less ice so your coffee isnt a 3 dollar cup of brown water with no flavor from being diluted by the ice. etc. Ugh the store makes me sick and I will not be returning there. Used to be so good til these foreigners took over and ruined our town and favorite breakfast spot. Woodbridge Deli FTW!

I was at the Dunkin Donuts on Route 3A N. Weymouth, MA. As I was going the drive through the curbing which juts out caught the underside of my car causing a long, deep gash. Why can't Dunkins design curbing in their lots better? The curbs are set much too high. I doubt I am the first customer who's car has body damage from that Dunkin Donuts curb cut. All I wanted was a $2.30 cup of coffee now I have to pay for a car repair. This makes me very angry. Please design you lots better with the driver in mind.

I've been told to keep my mouth Shut while shift leaders get raises for more than 9 dollars and I stay at 8.75 with 5 years experience, Serv safe certification, a 100% surprise safety inspection under my belt. The framchisee doesn't know my name, he calls me a variation of it even after I told him what it was. I've never received a vacation bonus, unlike some of my coworkers, even shift leaders. I can barely afford to stay employed with the company. I have never received a complaint, but the new district manager demoted me down to employee after I resigned from a manager position. I have no voice. There is no one to listen.

I have a complaint about the store at 4233 tamiami trail in Port Charlotte, FL. Everybody there is great except a girl Charlene. On numerous occasions, almost every time I see her working... She preaches to me. Told me once that bad things happen to me because I don't have God in my life. religion is personal and is rude to bring up, especially not to a customer while working. Thank goodness Rina and her crew are so exceptional or I would never visit this location again! Charlene was extremely disrespectful and made me uncomfortable to a large extent.

the store # 337274 in Lincoln should just be closed down for good!!!!!!!!!!!! i dont know what is going on but they switch managers constantly Dereck and Vanessa were awesome and i miss them. This Pam girl has got to goooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I also noticed that many employees that have been there for a while have now all left since she has been hired. SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was wrongfully terminated and refused unemployed for insubordination, with no prior written warning(s) or verbal warning(s). Furthermore, I had just recieved my Positive Annual Review and Raise 3 weeks prior. I was the Assistant Manager of store 337274 trained by Dereck Violante. Pam Dutra was hired to take Derecks position starting August 20, 2011. In addition, since Pam has been hired many long term and dependable employees have QUIT due to the POOR MANAGEMENT of store 337274 as well as store 339162 both run by Coppege Management. In a matter of a year, Ten (10) Managers have been terminated from these three locations, doing business as Coppage Management. When will someone recognize that something just is not right?!?!?!?! Jerry Blau has Two (2) Complaints of SEXUAL HARRASSMENT/ASSAULT. Can anyone tell me why he still has a job when he was touching MY GIRLS!?!?!?!?!? I am absolutley DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!!

i LOVE the dunkin donuts in my area which is allegany, new york! this dunkin donuts has the NICEST manager! her name is STORMY and she runs that place BEAUTIFULLY! she has trained her employees to work productivly and professionally. the shop is always spotless and the donuts fresh! i, being a retired teacher, always give credit where credit is due. STORMY you get an A+ from susan conrad!
