i worked at dunkin donuts for a little while and i had gotten fired..... i have been awaiting to get my w-2 forms and they had gotten mailed to the wrong address... how would i go about getting a new w-2 form?

two notch rd columbia, sc... i worked there and no one ever washes their hands befor making food or preparing food even after dumping the trash..and the store owner treats employes like crap..they keep old muffins and beagles and serve to morning customers, if there was ever an accident where food was droped on the floor or a roach or fly landed on food the owner always says just keep the food up there if customers didnt see, they also use a toilet scrubber in the sink to clean dishes that have been burnt bad. i dont know if it was ever used in the toilet tho, and the people that come to bake the doughnuts never clean their hands or use gloves. and hot doughnuts are often sat outside to cool off...I WLL NEVER EAT AT A DUNKIN DOUGHNUTS AGAIN!

Dear Corporate, You need to do something about a night manager named Dan who works at the Dunkin Donuts on Bussey St. in Dedham. My daughter and her friends go there in the evenings and have coffee together. Well, my daughter came home very upset the other night and so were the other girls (I talked with their parents). This guy "Dan" apparently made them feel uncomfortable (they are 16 year old girls) and flirted with them, even handed his phone number off to them. I spoke to an employee about him who claimed that the store manager "Maria" knew about him but does nothing about him. He is a problem, a liability, and is going to get that store in hot water with the police. These girls are minors. I offered to drive them to the other Dunkin Donuts a couple blocks away. But this does not change the fact that he is harassing young girls. Can you help here? My concern is for the other young girls who go in there and are going to get the same treatment. And a manager? He is setting the precedent to the other employees that this behavior is ok!! As far as I'm concerned this behavior should be grounds for dismissal! My wife is very irate and so are the other parents.

As the Diabetic- Pre-diabet epidemic grows.. and Dr's Hypocratic oath - "do no wrong to patient" becomes more complex.. as it stems from diet. Why <- are the bathrooms closed. If you feed the people that which makes them need urinate the toxic food... grant yourself some forgiveness and open all public restrooms in all chains. Make it manditory.

Hello I have been a Dunkin Donuts customer for pretty much my whole life and will always be......for about 4 years I've created a certain breakfast meal that sells out every morning at my friends restaurant so i thought maybe it might be a great breakfast meal that could be added to the Dunkin Donuts menu. The better you train your managers and employees and give them an healthy,friendly and safe work environment the better your store is going to run.It all starts with the owner and weather they want to go by the book or just half a** things.I worked at an Dunkin Donuts for a few years. The one that I worked at that guy has no right owning a business at all he give's Dunkin a bad name. And the sad part about it is that no one from the corporate headquarters or higher up will even do any thing about it they just look the other way.As far as I'm concerned they don't care as long as there getting there share of money.So It would really be nice to take a look at some of your owners.There's a reason that some store's have a much higher turn over number of employee's and managers then others. You can't keep employees when you treat them like the scum that there scraping of of your floors.Becouse without your managers and employees you have nothing.

In all the area in Bellingham, the only Dunkin Donuts that has the best looking donuts is the one located at 189 Hartford Ave. Great job to the finisher!

Dear Corporate, I want to share with you what happened to me at the Dunkin Donuts on Church and Appleton st. In Lowell,Ma around 6:30 pm on Monday January 23 2012 Returning from shopping downtown Lowell with my 3 year old in the stroller I stopped in and asked if we could use the restroom. The clerk replied "If you buy something" So I purchased a munchkin for my son since that's all I had in my pocket and waited by the restroom door for her to Buzz me in. She would not. She proceeded to tell me her Manager said one munchkin was not enough of a purchase to use the restroom. I told her I was going to report her and the other clerk threatened to call the police. Because of my physical distress I was in I promptly left and went to the Dunkin Donuts down the street on Central ST, Where I was WARMLY received by the clerk I told him my story and he gave my son a free munchkin and let us use the restroom. Guess where I will be getting all my breakfast wraps and donuts from from now on. Please for the benefit of the neighborhood see that these young women are reprimanded,and better trained to serve the public.

I just want to share some info regards to the Dunkin Donuts on 1918 Wilbraham Rd. Springfield,MA. Manager Shayne unprofessional, unreliable, rude to customers and to his employees, hardly there, and is sleeping with another manager from another branch. His closing assistant Manager Sara is another unprofessional, not at all a good trainer, rude to regular employees, profound language, sexually talks and harasses the male co-workers and some male local regular customers. My coffee has been made a numerous time wrong and my sandwiches. Too much clowning around and no Manager supervision, which he doesn't seem to care when he is given many complaints. You want a show go by at night to this branch. I think corporate needs to send undercover agents/employees to all branches on a weekly basis to see what is really going on...... I feel for the regular employees who have no say...... SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

the dunkin donuts on nantasket in tedeskis has the rudest girls working in it. one at night iz ALWAYZ at tedeskis counter ands reading magazins and not at counter for dunkin and younger girls argude wit customers they never make my cofee right and tell me i saids things i didnt say and i am rong. i go to cumbys for cofee now.

I been going to the dunking donuts in 545 chancellor ave newark, nj since it opened. At first it was great. The restaurant is always clean at all times. But lately its been hell the customer service is awful. Divethru takes forever!!!!¡!!!!!!! My orders are always wrong. There is an employee that works in the front register that is disrespectful. She don't give me a revolt and she takes the tips haven to her and puts them in her pocket. To me that's stealing, the tips are foe everybody. She talks back to the customers.she uses way to much make up!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She uses nasty verbal language. There are only a few girls that been working there a long time who I would only place my order to.

I work in dunkin donuts am an employ on Rt 9 marlboro newjersey.I have been working there since 7 months.My area manager is rude not manager,He blamed me for stealing money for no proof no reason i gave him the amount from my pocket cuz i dont want any one to thing bad about me in my job life thats the first case.Then i call Cop he suggest me to complain about area managet to franchise.I need help.Thanks

I was in Dunkin Donuts St.Georges Ave., Avenel NJ last friday morning Jan 06. I was in the line and all the customer can here that something is going wrong behind the counter. When I reach the counter I saw the manager banging everything she touch, their coffee pots and whatever stainless basket she use to brew the coffee. She take my order and make my coffee she is very RUDE doesn't smile at all. I really don't know what's her problem but she shouldn't show her bad attitude right in front of many people, she is a negative force to the store and a bad example to other employee. They are probably running out of coffee pots because it all crack down, the only thing that makes me smile is when the sandwich maker look back, she smile at me and that makes me order my sandwich, I don't know her name but she is entitle for 5star.

I have been going to Dunkin Donuts in Lauderhill Fl for a long time until this past week. I will never go there again. The rudest server works there. I do not know here name but she is a negative force in that branch...(Commercial Blvd. just east of University). I asked for decaf coffee with 4 sweet & low.....and cream. She already had forgotten in 1 minute my request so she asked me again and I repeated what I wanted. She responds with: I am not photogenic.....then when I finally got my coffee and my order of eggs and bacon on croissant......I proceeded to eat the sandwich (one bite) and looked to see that the bacon was literally burnt. The coffee did not taste very good either.....So I approached the same server and told her and she proceeded to respond in a rude manner..... She got mad and said I was rude when I came in to the place. This type of person should never work in a people oriented place. RUDE RUDE RUDE.....THE MANAGER WAS ALSO VERY RUDE TO ME. I told her I would never come in here again. She responded with "GOOD".... That's customer service for you. There are numerous Dunkin Donuts in and around my area so I really don't need the one on Commercial and University.,.....the nicest one I enjoy is on Ramblewood. That place is always so busy but I always feel very comfortable there. The servers are so pleasant.
