i am a husband of one of the employee with a history of medical problems which makes it hard to do things like work.but my wife is my caretaker,but if she calls out to take care of me,she gots a hole lot of shit from her manger.but she does not call out that often,but this sunday i really needed her to stay home to try to keep me well.but her manger try to make her feel guitly about calling out to help me get to feeling better.kristen is the manger of my wifes store.she is just a lazy person,but has time to play with little girls.my wife is a very hard worker and works when they need her to work.but God forgive if she needs to take care of me.she is really not manger materal,she is a very strange person who chases little girls but is married. this is my veiw of her. thank you james carson

I went to the Dunkin Donuts in Marlborogh on Boston post road its the one in front of home depot (in massachusetts by the way im not sure if this is for mass or u.s. wide) but on to the point I ordered a coffee and one of those new bakery sandwiches I found hair in my food and the coffee was cold when I came back to the drive threw and asked for the food to be remade they told me no and that I would have to repay for it I am infuriated by the treatment I was forced to edure at the inhospitble hands of this location and when I spoke to the manager she told me I would have to bring the food in for proof how am I suposed to do that the next day? I dident think to keep the food I threw it away this is highly unproffesional and I would hope somthing can and will be done about this or I will NEVER go to another dunkin donuts location again and will be sure to let people know of this disgretion

I visit your location on Irving Park Road usually once a week. Our orders rarely vary and there is one outstanding employee at this location who's name is Paul. I do find that when he is not the one taking my order that my order gets messed up and today was the final straw. I placed my order, I even checked back with the person at the counter taking my order, whos response was "I got it". I got to my seat, and the sandwich was in the back but not the browns that I ordered. So I go back to the counter where the guy who took my order waited on the person in front of me then left the register. I am curious if he noticed the recipet in my hand and just ran away or if he went to the other end of the heating station for something else. I did get his attention and wanted HIM to get it right. My orginal order was for the steak sandwich and 2 hashbrowns. Now the hashbrowns were missing and he didnt even put them in the register so it was not the person preparing the food. So I brought the error to his attention, paid for it and get back to my seat and there was only 1 hashbrown in the bag and I was only charged for one hashbrown. I am not certain what is going on with this employee but I was not pleased when I left just for the simple act of listening, entering the order and ensuring that the order is correct. There was no read back, and no thank you. The thing that did catch my attention was that even after he messed up there was no appology or sorry for mess up. I will tell you this. I will not return unless I see some definite improvement or unless Paul is working the counter to take control of what is going on behind the counter. Hello, I have questions concerning social norms. The question is when it became inappropriate to thank a customer for their purchases? I’ve been shopping at many of your store locations in the Boston/Revere MA for a couple of years now. I noticed that very rarely is there a “Thank You” associated with my purchase. There was once a time when employee’s respected the customer, because they realized the customer pay’s their salary. It seems obvious that employee’s no longer value neither their jobs nor my return. I’m at awe as to how often this happens. Additionally, on multiple occasions I’ve been met with an “what do you want”. Apparently the days of service courtesies are gone in your stores. Please let me know if I’m supposed to be thanking the cashier for handing over my hard earned wages? Maybe the economy could improve with a little service, it couldn't hurt. I realize you have no complant department because you franchise this attitude. Sincerely, Michael

In complete agreement with Dereks assistant.. I was a manager at the smithfield store.. also for coppage management.. What a joke! the man who owns these is an attorney. I quit after so many of my own complaints about Jerry Blau touching my female employees. And wow... Jerry the sexual harasser still has a job not only a job, but he is a GM... with recorded documents over and over about touching young girls behind the counter. I lost my assistant due to Jerry's actions and the lack of concern. These poor girls came forward and thought someone was finally listening... NOPE!! It's obvious that after reading your post, it will never end. I really hope the day comes where someone who lives in the century tears down the walls and says "hey, you can't sexually harass people in the work place' not only harass... ASSAULT!! what a sad place.. and nobody cares

The past two times that I have gone into a Dunkin Donuts (Oakland, NJ and Flemington, NJ) I tried using my gift cards. They would swipe the card furiously on the machine about 5 times or more and the card would not register. They claimed that I did not have any money left, which I actually had an entire balance left on the card. Is this some kind of scam they have running at DD? I was very upset that this has been done twice to me because I am beginning to see a pattern.

As with the woman who's husband can die is theres a mixup..... MAKE HIS COFFEE AT HOME! Especially if life depends on it... Come on be real... Do you know that some people order coffee and because the line is so long and they can't be late .. They leave after ordering? I've seen in several times in a month...whether it be DD or McDonalds... People get impatient and leave.. I know because I received someone else's order and because it was snowing and there was a long line inside and at the drove through I ended up having that order. So there are very strong possibilities that you could get the wrong coffee! I think you're a complainer, find fault with everything and really should be the only one who is trusted with your husbands life when it comes to coffee..food, snack.. Anything injected. Get real... I can't believe your story... My husband can die and reject his transplanted organ if handed the wrong coffee! Do you really want him around? If so, don't go to coffee shops which have and always will have times where they hand out the wrong coffee or order!!!!

Don't put your husbands life into danger over a cup of coffee at fast food coffee companies, which can easily hand you the wrong coffee when lots of patrons in line. are you not thinking? Make coffee at home, no issue.

Being that you have the best coffee in the world, and I have been a diabetic for 15 years, I can't beleive you haven't come up with a sugar free donut yet. There are millions of diabetics anxiously waiting the arrival of an equally great sugar free donut to go along with my stupendous coffee. Thank you

I work at Dunking donuts. I started A week ago. My manager told me that on my shift with 2 other employees the draw came up short 100$. Being so,she claims I can't get my tips at the end of the day for a whole week. I didn't steal money and its not my fault the draw is short.100 is a lot of money.the police were not called and no Cameras were checked . Why am I being punished for something I didn't do? Is this normal? N everytime it comes up short do I get my tips taken away? This seems very unfair.

Regarding DD Hazelnut ground coffee: When I used to open a fresh bag, there was a rich and pleasing aroma of FRESH coffee enhanced by the addition of hazelnut and the brewed coffee also smelled and tasted rich and appealing. Now, the aroma has changed to something like cheap perfume and the taste is also unpleasant. I just discarded half a bag of the "fresh" grounds into my kitchen trash can and whenever I flip the trash cover open to throw something else away, I recoil from the nasty smell. What has happened to change the coffee????

I agree with some other customers as they have written above - the Dunky's on Pulaski Blvd. in Bellingham MA is one of the best around!!! The workers are always friendly and the coffee is always, always, always very tasty and very very FRESH!!

THE DUNKINS IN PLYMOUTH MA! 23 COMMERCE WAY HAS THE NICEST EMPLOYEES I HAVE EVER MET, THEYRE ALWAYS SO NICE AND CHEERY HELPING ME START MY MORNING. Dear corporate, I work at dunkin donut PC 342318 Bridgewater NJ It's my franchisee violated franchise agreement For hiring undocumented immigrant . Because my co-worker Told me they don't have legal paper and I know them And still working with them. If the corporate want to do Some action with franchisee contact me Namu Patel 908-725-3033. The thing is I got really Shame on this franchisee for not paying overtime since we open Way back 07 . He's taking advantage about the undocumented. What to know if corporate do something or nothing.

i have worked for dunkin donuts in pine bush ny i have been given the run around about my w2s i want no more excuses im told they were sent with payroll i go there not there then im told by a former co worker that my w2s are there he goes back to get them and now supposedly they got mailed the prior week sorry but from pine bush to pine bush takes 1 day not 2 weeks i will be filing a report to the irs and dept of labor if they are not in my mail today

I am an employer in dunkin donuts now. I just recently got hired. My manager don't want the employees to take half an hr break even if u work your nine hrs because that's what I being working exactly nine hrs I only take ten mins break in the morning and that's the only break I take for the whole day. I would like to know if my manager is doing the correct thing or he is just taking advantahe of the employees. I am gonna wait for my pay to see if they gonna pay me for my nine hrs without taking extra hrs from my paycheck because that's what he exactly told me.

the girl behind the counter was lovely........the cuban flat was horrible.......gray, stringy, very greasy and unrecognizable was the meat.....or was it meat who knows.....the food was nuked till the bread and some other meat was burnt and hard......ugh! yuk! awful.......i asked for the coconut flavor in my coffee .....could not taste asked again still could not taste it.........no stars from me
