So many complaints and I too could also add a few to your list. either no one is running the store or we find someone with control issues playing sheriff. Ive seen so many managers be so rude when handing coffees out. Dont even say hi, goodbye anything. How do they ever get the darn job in the first place? Did they act real nice and courteous at the interview and get the job? Does anyone ever show up in cognito to spy on their employees? Maybe DD should?I'd love to see the big lazy bums on the top go spying around their different stores dressed like vagabonds and see how nice they are treated. God would do it for them, for free! This is what we get, people handing us coffee who should be in the employment lines. Nasty people who dont remember its the customer who is responsible or their paycheck. How hard is it to get coffee right? How hard is it to give a friggin napkin to those who bought a coffee, a sandwich, or donut and will need it? They stopped giving napkins, and also you get less coffee. They used to fill your cup up and now they hand you a coffee with room to spare. If you add up all of that coffee they are hopping you dont notice missing, yet you paid for it, at the end of the the day we are talking many pots of coffee that they didn't hand out. Add it up at the end of the year and it's $100's of thousands of dollars worldwide. I will say i like DD tons better than Starbucks burnt tasting tar coffee but i myself am getting pretty ticked off at so many companies because of their greed. I'm going to make spring water my new favorite drink and save a couple hundred bucks a month We live in a very corrupt and greedy country. Make companies accountable, or don't give them your money. Save it fin case this country ever gets another Republican president, and this country imploded, you will need it.

how does the old town maine DD by the YMCA get by with having only one person on at close?? thought it was corporate rules there was always 2 on at all times?? very very unsafe!

Today I saw a young man, Name Adam and his friend yelling at his boss who is a manager in Dunkin Donuts in East Falmouth MA. This scared me, The young men wanted to beat the manager up if he did not hand over adam check right away. I over heard the manager talking to another employee, that Adam Sheik took some money from the register and he is on probation right now. I am very scared to go back to Dunkin Donuts in East Falmouth MA. The Manager looked very scared to call the police, I believe the Manager wanted but I also believe the Manager is an illegal immigrant. That is the reason he would not call the Falmouth police. Dunkin Donuts Headquarter you should call the police on Adam and Fire the Manager from East Falmouth Dunkin Donuts because he made every one uncomfortable and I know he is an illegal immigrant who should not be here in America

my friend just told me that the manager at 1373 lakeview ave in dracut mass is doing things to them that are inappropriate, and unprofessional. she is usually late by an hour or 2. does not listen to employee concerns. raises her voice, swears at them, leaves them nasty notes. there was a list but i don't remember the rest. i thought there was not suppose to be verbal abuse in the workplace? or is this how dunkins runs their stores??

I heard that Dunkin Donuts are forcing American citizens to speak spanish if they want to become a Manger for Dunkins Donuts. American are only English Speaking people. I you are forcing to speak Spanish, Dunking Donuts Managers should also speak French, Chinese all of the other language also. Just went to Dunkin Donuts on my lunch break and ordered a simple cup of coffee which was medium with extra cream. When I returned to work I took a sip and it had sugar in it. I am a diabetic and CAN NOT have sugar. I called the store and I received an attitude from both the associacte that answered the phone then the Manager. What my answer was is we made a mistake what do you want me to do about it. Very nasty. The Store is located on Lakeland Ave in Bohemia N.Y. 11716. I am not sure what I expected but it wasnt that.

Two days ago, I went to the duncan donuts at 407 or 409 main street danbury ct ordered ice tea and coffee the coffee tasted like it was really old and instead of putting the equal in it they put reg sugar told them could not have that i am diabetic it did not faze them at all knowing they made that mistake they got rude and with the ice tea it was coffee with ice when we had told them about that an employee replyed yea we asked for mangement they new nothing tryed going there again today 04/28/12 we ordered got up too the window said some thing the employee just said i dont hear you ... What kind of service is this so disrectful not understanding what happened ,I use to go there 5 times aday now for get it i,ll go to star bucks where they show respect and care about what you want. If there having a bad day stay home but dont treat people the way they have they need to lock the doors of this duncan donuts or get some adults to work there instead of children that act like they are 2 years of age there is no rateing for this one there no good.. will not go back there

Store # 348379 in phoenix AZ. Horrible service. Not only did this kid mess up both of my coffee orders he told me that i told him the wrong order. I've ordered the same thing for three years so Im sure i didn't say the wrong thing. also i told him to pay ten dollars cash and put the rest on my card and so he decided to run my card and tell me well it looks like you had enough on your card. THAT WAS SO RUDE! and then he forgot to give my child his cup to get a drink and tried to tell me i didn't order that either even though the order clearly said i did. I can't believe this store! He should be fired!

I am extremely disappointed in DD at 514 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack, NH. My daughter applied for a baker position and went to her interview. Her interview lasted 2 minutes as she was told by the manager that due to the fact she has gauges in her ears, she could not work there and to have a nice day. Gauges have become a part of society for our young people today and her's are less than 1/2 inch. In addition, she has multiple ear piercings. When I questioned the manager, I was told that this was due to their "standard uniform" policy and was not considered discrimination. How is it not discrimination? She was politely turned away after being visually inspected by a DD Manager due to ear piercings!

My girlfriend starr caught the assistant manager and the manager making out at work. She told some of the other employees about it and didn't know what to do caus shes had problems with chris who is the assistant manager at the plattsburgh new york store, by buger king. This caused problem for chris caus she didn't want her husband to find out. He was in the hospital for a long time and after he got home mike and Chris started this at work. She had no one to talk to about the problems that they were having but when Chris herd about it, she told mike about her talking about them and they fired her for some drummed up reason. I herd she left her sick husband and is living with the manager now...? This isn't fair for her to lose her job caus she needed help dealing with her asst maanager. You should have polcies bout this....

the dunkin donuts on north quincy street in abington mass has not made my cup of coffee the right way in the past 6 tries by several of threr newer younger employees,they have also been quite rood to me i have been going to this particular dunkin donuts for many years.one of the younger employees is an assistant manager and i dont think this is right or that she is capable of the job she is in high school.

It is quite unbelievable that young people today do not take their jobs seriously, nor do they respect their fellow co-workers. I have been going to the Dunkin Donuts in Poughkeepsie on Rt. 9 for years and am amazed at just how rude the employees have become. You can't take a minute to decide what you want because they stare you down and huff, then are rushed off the line as they yell over your head for the next customer! It is not polite to treat customers with an attitude - this is YOUR job, YOU said yes when offered the position, so why make everyone pay for your stupid decision in deciding to work with the public? To top it off, management (and I use the term lightly) shrugs everything off.. REALLY BAD FOR BUSINESS... Management are role models - doesn't say much here.

Today, 8th of April, I ordered 3 dozens of donuts and 2 boxes of box o joe coffee in Dunkin Donuts at 1779 Chapel Street, New Haven, CT using our school's purchase card as it was an official purchase. After the cashier swiped the card, I asked for the receipt. Only then she told me that the register has no paper. So I asked if How I would be able to be a receipt at a later time. She asked for my phone number so the general manager will call me at 12 noon. But there was no call. I went back to the store at 2pm and asked if the general manager is around. The afternoon shift crew told me that the general manager does not come on Sundays. So I asked if he can call the manager just to inform him of a costumer's concerns. He told me that the manager does not answer his phone especially on Sundays. I said really? Even if it's his business calling him? So this crew who is a guy went in a room telling me that he will call the manager. He came back about 3 minutes later telling me "I've told you the manager does not answer his phone." I asked for the manager's number so I can be the one to call him but he said it's private. I then asked for the store number which he willingly gave but continued on saying that my problem is not his problem because it did not happen in his shift. I told him that I am your customer and I needed a solution to a problem that in the very first place was not my fault. He then asked me to leave the store threatening me he will call the police cause I am causing trouble. Since I realized that it's no use dealing with this kind of person whose mindset is so "myopic," I told him I will only leave if he gives me his name. But he does not want to give his name. Then I decided to leave and get back to work cause no way I can stoop way down to his level of thinking and attitude. Therefore, I still need my receipt. Why when you a purhcase a Dunkin Donuts gift card from your local Stop & Shop supermarket and the card doesn't work, the management does not want to return your money or exchange the card for one that works? Stop & Shop said they do not do refunds or exchanges; when you purchase a Dunkin Donuts gift card at Stop & Shop, the money goes directly to Dunkin Donuts and we would lose money if we refunded your money. I asked if they get a cut for every gift card (and they've got a few) sold, and most undoubtedly the answer was yes. How shameful! How greedy! The battle continues.

We have been going to the Newport Dunkin Donuts for years, we have seen some uncomfortable behavior from the manager of this site Di. We ahve observed and listened to her belittle and degrade some of her employees in front of customers and other employees.I has made us uncomfortable to stay and enjoy our coffee.There is one young lady imperticular that she seems to single out often and this young girl takes it and she should not be treated in this mannor ever.We and other regular customers have seen and heard how she treats this young lady and it is not professional at all.This young girl has been nothing but sweet and humble to us and other customers all the time she is professional in her attire very respectful and keeps geeting put down by this manager,"that should not be a manager" of a dunkin donuts.If this young girl was our grandaughter we would pull her out of that enviroment asap.If you want a good team you must provide a happy work enviroment that your employees like to work in.We will no longer be going to this dunkin donuts we are moving our whole group to the WalMart dunkin donuts location for our coffee.This manager is in need of learning how not to be verbally abusive to her employees.You can not keep putting down the people who work for you and have an attiture that if you don't like it leave I am the boss yes thats right the boss of a hell work enviroment.Betty and Don of Newport Maine

I visited your location on West Patrick St in Frederick MD about (taking a guess) 9:30 - 10 pm at which time I ordered a dozen doughnuts. Not only did I not get the ones I ordered, when I reached home, I discovered they were dried out as if day old or exposed for several hours uncovered. After spending money and receiving inferior product, that is infuriating particularly given the state of the economy. Who has money to blow. I don't expect a refund at all but don't you expect me to shop at dunkin doughnuts either. Based on the other complaints above, it is obvious that Dunkin Doughnuts is compromising good service and top quality product for a few dollars more. That is sad ! Do something quickly before you lose your customers!
