hello In Globe Villege Southbridge mass on up town main street dunkin donuts is between to CVS DRUG STORE and a church. In your lower half parking lot of dunkins there are teenagers harassing your customers on a afternoon base, every night, stalking, name calling all harsh cussing, up at dunkin donuts the kid with the red flat bed chevy with side to side smoke stacks is the leader of the problem seen,his plate number is -oy 066, dont know the intire plate number,and the other kid has a newer red black dodge shortbed double cab truck. I will not go there to buy no more .the manager holly doesnt do nothing about it. The police department knows whom these teenagers are they have been kicked out many times after closing they hang around your store all night selling drugs and etc blowin off fire works too

From what I have read of these reviews and my own experience just now with the Corporate Office.....I have one thing to say. Someone needs to go to some of these stores as an undercover boss. I know they are franchises but its still under the Dunkin Donut name so would hope that there is some type of pride in the name if nothing else....what on earth has happened to customer service in America??

I was on vacation from the State of Washington and I went to 3 different Dunkin Donuts in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and got awful service from all three. My orders were simple but nothing was right. I ordered caramel iced coffee at all three and got plain iced coffee. The last time was in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire and I got another reg iced coffee and paid for but did not get hash brown potatoes for my son. I got rudeness from all three places and all were teens or young adults who don't seem to care about customer service. I don't have a dunkin donuts where I live so I was looking forward to the coffee but I was very disappointed. The others with me also did not receive the right order either. Dunkin Donuts need to monitor their business or people are going to stop going.

I am very disappointed in poor Management.being very disrespectful, unprofessional, yelling or screaming,at the to of his lungs at customers,very bad anger issues, while an whole dozen of other customer are line waiting to purchase their order. I guess customer are no longer get respect while spending money on order. and I don't really like coming their without being disrepected from a working (Manager named WAHED) while just trying get an cup of Dunkin' Donnuts the I can enjoy my coffee black, 3creams on the side. Is an big problem for him, because makes an scene every time I visited this branch is located right under the building that i reside in 808 Memorial Drive. But this time I recorded him on my Celephone creating a scene. Even the Citizens Bank employer noticed too because both company's are back to back]....

I would give them 5 stars but cannot in good conscience because of the fly problems; you folks need to find a way to close your donuts behind cases; during the summer I REPEATEDLY see flies on your donuts; seen them in both the Dunkin Donuts in Sunbury and the Dunkin Donuts in Selinsgrove. Care FIRST about the public health-- then your profit margin might be earned.

i went to dunkin'donuts in 15609 Harlem in Orland park IL and they didn't give us receipt, we came and ask for it the employees were rude to us plus you have a sign saying if u don't get a receipt you get it for free. when we ask for our money back because they dint give us a receipt, the employee were rude to us saying don't came back here and saying bad words. they suppose to give us our money back it was their mistake. they not suppose to be rude to the customers.......

In the Town of Southbridge mass on upper center town main street next to the church and across the street of 2 churches near Rite Aid i go to your Duncan Donuts to buy ice coffee and then i go and in my truck and mind my own bussiness. there are about 7 kids that i dont know who they are they are always harrassing me, bulling me, and scaring me, one has a 4x4 red 1980s chevy pick up with a wooden flat bed with side to side muffler chrome stacks the other is a new dodge 2500 series plate number mass 5920 ZI ALWAYS PEALING RUBBER IN YOUR PARKING LOT DRINKING BEERS SMOKING POT. they are also harassing mentally disable people to calling them names dum stupid retarts all bad stuff goes on there there is a young girl there too that hangs with those kids. they hang there after hours as well they have been kicked out of there once by the southbridge police department. im old im now scared to go there. ive reported this problem to the police department

The dunkin donnut in 4914 in Kennedy west new York new jersey is the more dirty place u can ever imagine they have people the the bagel felt in the floor they pick up and put back in the bAg and give to customer donnuts are real old all day there they don put glove to do sandwich They treat employee like shit and they don pay on time and much more if u want to get people hands on your sandwich u go there .thank u....

I went to a Dunkin donuts last night... It was in kill devil hills,nc and it was horribly ran. First of all it took them 3 trys to get my order read back to me right, then after paying with my debut card the kid working tells me that they're out of everything I ordered ... Wouldn't you check that before taking the payment. Well then after we get our food the first kid walks away from the drive through and the manager comes up and goes " do you want something?" I said that I hadn't received my coffees and she goes " well he said he gave then to you", pretty much calling me a liar. I then received my coffee and left , then I called the number to cOmplain about how bad the service was and the manager that I was on the phone with told me "tough shit" and then laughed. I have no idea how they manage to be a billion dollar corporation with idiots like that working for them .... It's sad

(PALENCIA, ST.AUGUSTINE, FL) I live in the area and have been to this Dunkin Donuts store many times. Why? I don't know! Every time I go they never have the first thing I order, sometimes not even the second. Either their frozen coffee machine is "down" or they only have 3 different kinds of donuts. The store is run by a bunch of teenagers who don't care. I've heard them fight about who is going to make my food and I've watched them eat right at the drive thru window for all to see. It's disgusting. Today I ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese on everything bagels...there was no cheese , the eggs were just egg whites, the bacon was burnt, and my bagel was literally in pieces. Just like they put it back together like a puzzle. Who does that? And then serves it to someone? Needless to say, I will NEVER go back there!

Just left castleton coners in vermont where i ordered a medium hot coffee. The coffee was fine but the gentlemen working the window was incredibly rude. When he told me the total i began to count my change so it could be exact and i watched as he talked into his headset and called me a "change counter". Excuse me but if im giving you business i do not see any reason why you need to complain about how i do it. It was pointless. Never going back there again because Mike (whose nametag said in-training) seemed like a real jerk. I go for coffee, not to be rudely talked about

Im so disappointed about the service i got last friday after work,it was very hot outside and i ordered a coffee colatta and they gave me some kind of liquid coffee drink,i ask the lady why was my drink like that and she said the machine was broken, so i ask her to change the drink for an ice cooffee and she did but the money the i gave her for the coffee colata was 5dls and a ice coffee is 3dls, she refused to give me my change, IM GOING TO MAKE SURE NONE OF MY FRIENDS BUYS A THAT STORE IN Bridgewater n.j. 475 Union ave

DD Store #338692,I went in shortly after 4pm.Requested a a corn muffin & medium black coffee.I also prepaid for four more corn muffins to take with me after we finished our muffin & donut while being seated in the store.The corn muffin I ate was stale.The muffin completly crumbled while trying to remove the paper.I asked for a refund on the four muffins I did not recieve,because I was to pick them up after we finished in the store.So I did not recieve the merchandise and they would not a give a refund because the manager Andre was not there in the store.I was told to come back tommorrow.As a small stock holder in this company I am very dissapointed with the service,treatment & product.I hope to be able to contact the Owner/Operator of this store and hopefully the owner does not have the same attitude as the manager that he/or she have put in charge of their business.

To whom it may concern: I was wondering if DD would consider doing services very similuar to a canteen truck and go to peoples place of employment and sell hot and cold drinks. If an ioe cream truck can keep items cold during the summer than so can you... Just a suggestion....

I wanted to tell the corperate office that you should really consider having a canteen truck during the summer months and visit the large companies during lunch time. (almost lke an ice cream truck) and only sell hot and iced coffees a teas. (no donuts, muffins or bagels). If an ice cream truck can deliver ice cream why cann't you deliver coffee. It employees would LOVE IT! Just Saying.
