I live next to the Dunkin Donuts 1261 sunrise hwy bay shore 11706 and for a few months now they have been throwing there left over donuts and bagels in the parking lot which is right next to my house and today they threw about a dozen or so bagels in front of my house across the street. Also they don`t throw there garbage in the dumpster instead they throw it all around the dumpster. It smells and really is disgusting. i don`t know if the person throwing the left overs in the parking lot/street thinks the birds are going to eat them but after a few days they get nasty and are just plain out not a pleasant sight. We would be much appreciative if something could be done about the situation. Thank you

I stopped at Dunkin Donuts located at 1040 Central Avenue Albany, NY today. Went thru the drive through. After waiting for a number of minutes they told me to drive up to the window to place me order, which I did. The female (I believe her name tag said Mecca) working the window was very nice and friendly. I ordered an ice coffee and a coolatta. The coolatta machine she said broken which she apologized for. She entered my order and then I could not pay for it with my gift card because the register froze up. The other man working at the store at the same time went across the street to talk with two ladies that were sitting on their front porch. Apparently, one of them worked at the store as a supervisor or manager or something. The one lady yelled over to give the register a few minutes and it should un freeze. There was two new people working at this store trying to do the best they could to service the customers coming through, but there was no one there to help them. I commend these two young people for trying to service the customers to the best of their ability and still have a smile on their face. However, I would hope that Dunkin Donuts Corporate would visit this store very soon to see how the owner of this store is representing them. Very poorly I would say, I wont go back to this store.

The retraunt i work at is very clean. On the other hand my manager hired her friend. This means her friend who has only been their for 3 months gets to tell everyone what to do. The manager is always finding something to yell at me about but when i see her friend make the same mistake its "okay". I was never proerly trained on how to count down a droor and was just told today that it has been incorrect and the next time it is wrong i will be written up. I am very confused how i would have known it has been wrong if i have not been informed. Numerous times i would walk back to the office to find her friend and her just sitting in the office. I am not the only person who sees this as unfair. Another lady who was recently hired confronted me about it and agreed that it was not right. IT IS NOT APPROPRAITE TO YELL AT SOMEONE INFRONT OF CUSTOMERS. She always has something to say to other people but the fact she misordered donuts 3 days in a row is okay? I am at the last nerve i have. Bridgeport ny

The manager in Tallahassee, Fl. at the Bannerman store has been and is still showing discrimination and favoritism towards the workers. There should be an investigation with him and a worker there, meaning he's having relations with a female worker. He's also coming on to the younger females just because he believes they owe him for giving him a job. This manager isn't manager material and doesn't show it.

I work at the Dunkin donuts in Styertown Clifton New Jersey and recently I have been getting sexually harassed by most of my male coworkers and managers. I will file a lawsuit if it does not stop. I am a minor and I feel utterly uncomfortable everyday I go to work. If something is not done ASAP, I will be having my lawyer contact you. Thank you.

Would like to know when a Sugar free Donut of low sugar donut will be available, I feel very unhappy just getting a cup of coffee and no donut. What about us diabetics. Dont leave us out. We want to enjoy too. Hurry up and make one. Thank you

I went into a Dunkin Donuts in Philadelphia last Monday and due to it raining outside, slipped and fell pretty hard on my right knee (that was just starting to heal from an injection I had to receive for osteoarthritis about a month ago). There were no mats, towels or anything to soak up the water that was leaking in through the doorway. When i went to tell the middle eastern workers at the counter they first acted like they did not understand what I was saying and then proceeded to laugh at me and say "thats what happens when it rains...NEXT PLEASE!"...mind you i not only was in line to let them know about the dangerous area and to get someone to clean it up before an older person came in and seriously injured themselves but i still was trying to get a coffee from them and they didnt so much as acknowledge me as a customer let alone an injured one. At the end of my day I decided to go back there to see if i could speak to a manager, owner, what have you and was again rudely addressed and told there was no manager on duty in the afternoon that I would have to come back in the morning-yeah cause those managers were really helpful!!!! its a week and a half later and my knee is still killing me:(...I am going to start looking into following this up with a law suite and wonder if anyone on here would have any suggestions on how I can go about it.

I've reported this Dunkins in Westbrook a few times and nothing is getting done. Its dirty.there's drinking going on while working..While on the clock they are all sitting outside smokng and drinking {putting little nippersin dd cup }.They don't listen to what you want and give you whatever they want to give you..There are flies everywhere..all over the food products..In the morning they brush down the sidewalk with water and when the customers come in they slip all over the floor. That's a lawsuit ready to happen..We are her at least 3 times a day the 6 of us so we spend a lot of money here..This place and the employess suck....Terri

hi i always go to the dunkin donuts on laffyette blvd in bridgeport ct.. the morning girls are great. They know my order soon as i walk in the store. Fast and friendly service. My only concern is how the owners treat and talk to there girls. It sad they have such good workers and treat them bad call them females dogs, if you know what i mean. Always yelling at them on the floor instead of private. Just because they own dd does not give them a right to treat people the way they do.. Something has to be done!

all food not covered hundreds flies on food no one does anything where are health inspecters

The manager at the dunkin donuts in rock hill sc is absolutely AWFUL !! he's never there and treats his customers horrible . the store Is nasty and flies are always on the donuts . its soooo nasty . his attitude as a manager is awful as well . he needs to be replaced with somebody different . my son used to work there and he was in high school and worked everyday . sometimes weeks with no day off . and NO breaks !!! unexceptable !!! this definitely needs to be looked into . he needs to care more about his employees ! somebody needs to talk to the employees there. and I can promise they will tell youu . it's crazy . I won't go back until it's fixed .

First let me start this by saying the staff at the Roanoke, Va Franklin RD dunkin donuts is great. The problem is the owner of the franchise refuses to replace or fix the broken expresso machine. I use to visit this store every single day and spend over $300 a month there however, now this store can't make the Vanilla Chi's which I bought 2 of everyday because the milk steamer has been broke for over 4 months. I've filled out the surveys on telldunkin.com and asked for a call back multiple times with no response. This owner Ken Walker does not want to spend the money to buy a new expresso machine. I was under the impression to be a franchise you need to be able to supply the products. This store is losing over $300 a month in business just from me and the owner doesn't care. This is not the way to do business.

The best DD's I have ever been to are all owned and operated by the same company - or man here in my city. I don't know him, but I think his last name is Braga. I live in Gloucester, MA, and I always thought Dunkin's were the same everywhere. But, as I experience other DD's, I have a different opinion! I now think we've been spoiled! :) There is no other Dunkins as good as the one(s) we have here in Gloucester, MA. After reading some of the complaints above, maybe somebody should take lessons from our DD's, as I have no complaints. However, I have always wanted to make a suggestion....can't you take some of your coffee and freeze it for coffee flavored ice cubes? I love Ice Coffee, but I hate the watered down taste as the cubes melt. If you made the coffee with COFFEE CUBES, then when it melted, it'd get stronger instead of weaker. I would have loved to make something ($) off of this idea...but I doubt it'll ever happen in my lifetime! So, I guess it's better to give the idea away and hope you're listening and DO something about it rather than keep all my ideas to myself. Have a great day!
