I've been to dunkin donuts many many times. I just moved to nc from ct and went to dunkin for my first time here. I went to the one on Strickland rd in Raleigh. The coffee was great however I also ordered a muffin toasted w butter. How would you except me to eat a whole muffin w a slab of butter right on top while I'm driving to work? Everyone runs on dunkin right? Well needless to say it made a mess in my car. If It was cut, toasted, then buttered it would have been more manageable.

we are disable handicap people we are at your down town coffee between CVS & THE CHURCH in southbridge mass 01550, those teenagers are causing us problems again Junky Red Chevy pick up with smoke stacks oak flat bed 4x4 1980 or so,Mass Plate number 9y0 990 calling us disable people hate names and scaring everybody at your Coffee shop known as Dunkin donuts in Southbridge mass. 01550 that teenager called zack is about 17 to 18 years old said screaming ; dunks can kick us out as many times as they want, we dont care, my hate gang will always come back no matter what.Its out of controll out in southbridge mass they all come here after 6;pm and cause serious problems for no reason . Zack is the leader of that hate gangsters. WE NEED YOUR HELP ASAP HELP

We have the most unbelievably worse DD ever! This place is so unsanitary no one washes their hands or uses gloves and when they do they touch your money and then your food right after. Not only that they people that own this DD are slave drivers. I don't work there but I've asked and seen it done. There's no chance of anyone moving up in the company if they wanted to and from what I'm hear they do not give their employees paid vacation, no matter how long they've worked there, raises, or paid training. Someone really needs to call OSHA on this company or somebody. I feel really bad for the people they have working there!

the donuts my husband and i got were very stale and left a bad taste in our mouth we both took only bite and threw them away(choco, custard) GO TO KRISPY KREME

I work at night and every time I come store 633 on 16 teen in Everett they never have French rolls I said something to the manager about this it never changes they run out of a lot of stuff don't come to this dunks if you won't food or drinks but the service is great

As an employee for a dunks in nh behind the sence of a dunkin donuts isn't pritty From the owners,general mangagers,to the managers When you get a call from the owner whom swears to you, the general manager who talks down to you like your a retard...who doesn't know what your doing even after being with the them for 5+ years, to the manager who plays favorites with the employees! Don't get me wrong I love my job but only for the customers we have...we joke have fun and some I know a lot about them due to the fact waiting on the same faithful customers every day for the last 5+ years but I would not sugest any one to work there go apply else where some where you'll be appeshated because no matter how hard you work and bust your ass and all the time you give them it will never make a difference to them they will always find something you can do better to make them more money and that's all they really care about other wise their turn out rate would be lower than it is

Your general manager PJ has a poor attitude towards his employees In plain veiw of the customers was very rude to one of the empoyees He has no tact at all he treats his employees like they are dumb and they are clearly not He needs to learn how to talk to his empoyees like they are humans by not talking down to them The people are there to wait on us and do their jobs witch he clearly does not allow them to do I will not be going toany store managed by him again

Went today to a dunkin donut in pembroke pines, fl. I went to pay for my order with a 100 dollar bill and I was told by the very rude young man that it's corporate policy not to accept 50 or 100 dollar bills. This is absurd that an American restaurant does not accept U.S. Currency. Not only is it wrong but also illegal to deny a customer u.s. Currency. I can tell you now had it not been that my daughter wanted d.d. i wouldn't have stopped....coffee always tastes burnt and donuts are stale.....Last time that i will spend AN AMERICAN DOLLAR IN YOUR UNPATRIOTIC STORE!!!! Mind you I have never ever written anything like this but I am really indignant at the moment.

Great coffee bad customer service .. The DD at 140 East 34th Street NY NY 10016 has the rudest manager. He is at times polite but cannot properly manage his employees, to no fault of their own he micro mangages them and on more than one occasion belittles them in front of customers. However in the past there were a group of twenty something employees I believe 3 but they for reasons unknown no longer work there or have since moved on to another store at this time said manager was no where in sight. They were great fast polite efficient and always repeated the order to insure accuracy. For example today his attitude and lack of training has forced me to choose another coffee shop. Perhaps I'll brew my own at home and save a buck. The line was very long (reaching the ice cream display.) I waited but when I told him he should hire more people for the morning rush he snarled at me I went to pay with debit and was told the machine was broken. Having been on a long line I would have appreciated a heads up he didn't offer me the coffee for free either. But did the person front of me. Upset as I was I asked for the store number. And he claimed he did not know it. Sad. When there's so many competitors.

I have had the worst customer service ever from Dunkin Donuts, 20 Main Street, Winthrop, MA store #337721. Basically, Najat A told me that if I (meaning me!) spoke better English she could understand me!!!! I am borned and raised in country and I do speak English. I can't believe, Najat, told me. NAJAT couldn't even speak the words she was telling me! BUT me believe me!!! I totally understand they she was picking on me because I was AMERICAN and she was NOT!!!! Really!!!!

Daily I purchase Tea and recently there has been a change in staff. due to this change my tea is always cold. I would like to see some improvement in the service at this location. Kingstown Rd, Wyoming, RI.

The Dunkin Donuts at 770 Forest Ave, Staten Island, NY, fails to close the food garbage dumpster and also the dumpster is too small to accommodate the amount of trash it deposits. The dumpster is adjacent to a wooded area. Squirrels and birds forage in the trash for food and as a result drop donuts, bagels etc. in neigboring yards and areas. As a result huge rats have come and infested the properties of the neighboring single family homes. I have complained so many times and have spent a lot of money trying to poison and kill the rats. I have dogs and my neighbors have young children so it is difficult to lay the poison around. The squirrels take it and drop it all over the place. The manager won't give me the owners name/address or the corporate offices address or phone number that takes care of this dunkin donuts so I can either have them correct the problem or take them to small claims court. I am sick of having rats in my yard, finding new holes everyday, they are distructive and have eaten through the my pool.

I work in a Big Lots right across the street from Dunkin Donuts so they get alot of business from us. I have a problem with these two guys that does the night shifts. This summer I have been getting a french vanilla coolatta before every shift and when I'm just in the mood for one. These two guys constantly gives me a regular coffee coolatta which to me tastes very bitter. I take it back to them and tell them it's wrong, and it's the same exact thing; another regular coffee coolatta. One time I had to go back to them two time and was still wrong with my order. If I hadn't had to go back to work I'd stay there until it was what I had ordered. And to top it off they don't even apolygize for the "mix up." I shouldn't have to wait for the right time when they're not there to get what I ordered. I'm a paying customer and they money off of Big Lots when we have events. Maybe we should go elsewheres.

I run a dunkin donuts in one area and my girlfriend runs one in another area the one she runs does not follow alot of what we are trained in videos for. They recycle ice coffee and ice tea by pouring bottom of the batch on top of a new batch. they refuse to follow proper coffee builds properly .They will not time there ice coffee batchs for the required eight hrs .And there response is thats not how corprate wants us to do it here. Last i thought dunkin donuts is universaly supposed to follow the same protocalls and procedures ive been a lead for almost 5 years and am uterly disgusted as is my girlfriend whom i trained before we were a couple she made this transfer to diffrent company and doesnt understand why what we were trained for isnt being done in this store .she has made mental note that alot of customers order there coffee super sweet compared to the one she worked with me which implies bitter tasting coffee in my eyes . alot of the nightmarish unsanitary things she has come across would leave me crucified at my store with an r.o.r .We just dont get it

I can rate this location as a 4 when the RM is there. Sunday a one. Even then the service is slow. At its best I have seen the highest DT% at a 51%. I frequent this location 5 to 6 times a week. Service is kind, with RM on. This past Sunday I went there and was irritated to the point I wanted to take control and send the employees home. One team member Rasheen Crockett was what every RM wants in a team member. He was handling the DT and Counter. Filling all orders on his own. Product, promotional product was not available at 11am. My order, with 3 kids in tow, took 15 minutes to fill. 5 donuts, not offered a half dozen, Lg ice, and med ice latte. One tm seen me through the empty donut/bakery case and said not a word and ignored me. She was doing dishes, no head set on. the other team member did not come out till she heard me say,loud enough, "is there anyone else helping you". When she did come out she looked miserable. Guest service did not get better from the two females till I made a comment, to Rasheen that if you are the type of TM I would want at my Dunkin'. Then they where all over my order. Once I was gone, again, they left him to himself. He kept calm, was polite, considerate. My order is always the same my beverages and snacks for my kids.. 5 to 10 a day, 6 days a week. I can not go to another, due to we all know, there are far and few in between, here in the south. This store is 341499, US HGWY 98. Again the RM is great, but is it just in the North that standards are higher. They are all under corporate.
