(I am an employee at DD in spfld. MA) the store I work at is absolutly disgusting first of all. And second of all the management sucks! I have been there for about 6 months and I have called out sick for a few days. Today when I called to inform my manager that I was sick still, she told me if I didnt come to work today Id be suspended and that I needed to be more responsible because one of the other employees has ammnonia and still has been to work every day this week even with her illness. That is absolutly horrible. Therfore she want her employees to get customers sick! I have a doc. note so therefore I cant get suspended but Id sure rethink buying merchandise there next time

ON MAIN STREET BETWEEN CVS AND THE CHURCH AT DUNCAN DONUTS COFFEE SHOP THOSE KIDS THAT YOU KICK OUT ARE BACK THERE PLATE NUMBER 9YO 990 RED CHEVY STAKE BODY KID WAS HARRASING THAT HARLEY GUY WHOM HAS CANCER, HE SHOWED UP THOSES kids STARTED HARRASING HIM. he didnt even get his harley to buy a cup of coffee he drove off ! Those Kids Are Scaring Your Local Customers away !!!!! we even all left too after those swearing scaring us they dont stop we called the southbridge police and told them the complaint that we are typing right now......and they also were calling the handicap disabled people retarts on your property ! HELP THOSE KIDS ARE SCARING YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMERS AWAY. YOU SHOULD TAKE A NO TRESS PASS ON THOSE KIDS.

to night 9/19/2012 i dont drive but i have a brain injury. That Hate gang bad young kids were up at central globe villege next to cvs harrassing everyone. Im scared to go up there now they called me bad names threaten to harm me. threaten to do distruction to dunkcans? there mass plate numbers are 9yo/990 and 5920/ZI.HELP US HELP WE ARE ALL SCARED OF THOSE KIDS 7;00 PM

My experience in DD in Philadelphia,pa seen a manager dig in the trash and wipe her hands on a napkin, wiped the object they use for cream cheese on a croissant paper from the trash. I find that very nasty and unsanitary. I been working for the company for almost 3 years and never seen stuff like that. Also she treat the employees like trash thinking she can talk to people anyway she wants.

The Bartlett, IL Dunkin Donuts has by far the best service of anywhere else. I am not speaking of just Dunkin Donuts, I am speaking of anywhere. People from around the country should take notes from the Manager Carlos, he should really head a program of what good training is in the fast food in the country.

Dunkin Donuts:330 W. Fletcher ave. Tampa, Fl 33612. I have worked at this location for about eight months, it's by far the most disgusting establishment that I've ever worked at. They make us use the same sanitation rags for as long as possible until the rags are literally falling apart. I've been serve-safe certified through another company but i know the regulations are all the same. The rags are suppose to be thrown away when visibly dirty. I always have to worry about a roach crawling across the front counter or along the walls because we never have pest control come and spray. And the owner of the store does not care if he fires his best employees he just hires indian people cause he trust them more then he trust any other race, when they cant even understand english. I just want my customers to be aware of the things that i feel are a health hazard because my customers are the only reason i can stand my job.

I went to the store in arden nc and they only had 5 different kinds of donuts, i figured it was a "dunkin donuts" where they always had fresh assorted ones all the time.

Dunkin Donuts at 63rd st. and Cass ave., in Westmont Il. There are no words to describe what happened to me at this location. Know that I have never made a complaint like this for any reason in my entire life. I believe the girls name was "Danielle". I was so absolutely disrespected by her, I was in shock. Never has a person said such things to me, or looked at me that way, or spoken to me with such a tone in a "customer/business" type of setting. I will never go back to that location and have not gone to any other D&D since the incident.

I go to Dunkin Donuts every single day. My favorite coffee in the world!! But I must say that every single time when I get my coffee, I see the person preparing it touching the lid, rubbing their bare hands all over the lid. Wait a minute... I drink from that lid... I put my mouth on that very same lid?!! Did anybody think of that?? I have to wash/clean the lid before I drink...every single time... Maybe make the employees use gloves when preparing the coffee, not only when touching food.

i believe dunkin donuts should offer sick time for there employees and stop threating to get fired if you call out of work and give a 12 hour notice that is absurd ct.should offer sick time for all employees and especially if your an assistant manager

pay your employees in ct sick time and stop the threat of telling them you will fire them for calling out enough is enough i am going to the labor board to find out if this is legal cause they just passed a law in ct stating that all employees to receive sick pay

I think management in the northford dunkin donuts treats its employees so poorly that I would never recommend any one I know to work there. I have heard management swear at employees, belittle them, and to leave one person out to handle a line of 5 people while they talk on the phone. The turnover rate is so high that just when we get used to someone and enjoy coming in they are gone. The owners seem not to care.

I go to the same Dunkin Donuts basically every single day. Every workday morning and over the weekend. Whatever Dunkin Donuts my friend picks up for me, he get a senior discount which, I feel, should be offered from all Dunkin Donuts----if not, maybe you could make it happen at the Dunkin Donuts on Middlesex Ave., Malden/Medford line.

The Dunkin Donuts in Palos Park,Il. either needs a new owner or a new manager. They always have a hard time keeping any staff there for one, but the manager has even been rude to me. The nicest and hardest worker I have seen there in the last year is a girl named Jeanie. I was there last Thursday afternoon and two other employees were screaming and yelling at her. I was at the drive thru and the girl must not have realized I was still at the order screen because I heard her calling names and making threats about Jeanie. I felt bad for what was going on and almost called the police, until I saw Jeanie walk out the back door in tears. I didn't even order my food I reversed out of the drive thru and went to see if she was all right. I felt bad for her because she asked them to leave her alone a few times and they just kept going. I don't think anyone should have to work under those conditions. It was ridiculous the way these two girls treated her. She said she spoke with the manager and she was hung up on! Are you serious? Maybe the manager needs to actually check into who these people are before hiring them. She hires anyone that walks in for a job. I have even heard a few of the employees say that.I refuse to go there anymore mostly because of this incident but also due to the fact that they are constantly running out of everything the store is always dirty w flies and bees everywhere. It always seems like there isn't a manager available to speak to when you call to complain. Just sick of the management at this store and wish the owner could see what she is doing to his business by being careless.

Every Saturday a group of us go to the DD at 1126 Capitol Trail, Newark, DE. We have noticed that the soap dispenser in the ladies room has been broke for awhile now, the floor in the restaurant area always needs a good cleaning from sticky spills & crumbs, the trash container is overflowing and the supply area always needs to be refilled and cleaned. We have tolerated this for a few weeks now but today something disgusting happened. The female worker went into the ladies room. I waited for her to come out so that I could go in. I saw that the toilet was flushed but there was no indication that she washed her hands. Please help in "cleaning up" this serious matter. Thank you.

Why can't Dunkin Donuts make decaf coffee coolattas? I don't see the big deal. Only being able to drink decaf coffee and tea I don't think you guys have a big enough selection. Would love to have a decaf coffee coolatta next summer!!!!!!!!

There is a d.d. In albertson long island on Willis avenue. The store no. Is 330148. There are three young boys working in the evening. I just lost my grandfather about three days ago and I went there to buy some foods and shakes. The boy who's name is Mohammed was so smiley and respectful with me and I forgot my sadness feelings only because of mohammed's behaved. He made my shake was delicious. I want to see these 3 young boys always in this dunkin donut. The other two boys name is harshil and sultan. They are so respectful, awesome, fantastic, smiley. I just love these three boys. Thank you Mohammed for made my day with your beautiful smile. May god blass you always.

I am an everyday customer at Dunkin Donuts, 579 Peninsula Boulevard Hempstead Ny, 11550. There has been numerous times where I have ordered through the Drive-thru and as I've pulled up to the window two young ladies approached it. I remember seeing both of these young ladies name tags (Alba/Kathy) because I was so overwhelmed with the smell of alcohol and weed/cigarette smoke that withdrew from their mouth as they spoke to me. The first time I encountered myself with this situation was about a month ago, and I tried to ignore it. Just this week I happen to come across the same two young ladies again with the same situation, this time I was actually able to see a personal size bottle of Hennessy. This has got to be the most disrespectful and unprofessional fast food/restaurant I have ever been to!!!

Love the idea of dunkin donuts as a whole, selling day old donuts, which are hardly fresh unless you get there at 3am when the shipment comes in, i have also noticed lots of favoritism going on at the DD/BR at 8049 S. Harlem ave in Burbank, IL and the utter disregard for managment competence, and NOT ALWAYS HAVING A MANAGER IN CHARGE leaving low-level employees to run the store and deal with irrate customers and then follows up with consequences for the employees due to lack of training in that department, not giving breaks when he should, not letting employees wear proper attire for weather/in store conditions, holding FULL FACULTY MEETINGS and yet still having them even when ALL EMPLOYEES are NOT present, management calls the workers inappropriate terms both while customers are present and not, has allowed sexual harassment and illegal activities occur even though it has been brought to his attention on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, and threatens positions when unavailable to cover shifts. Dunkin' Donuts, GREAT PLACE to get coffee and donuts but REALLY SHITTY company to work for.
