Dominos Pizza Corporate Office & Headquarters

I ordered a pizza at 12:17 am and it didn't arrive until 1:10am then when I called the place at 12:53am she said she was calling david to see wherfe he was..I was on hold for 10mins then called back and she still said he was on his way the dominos pizza tracker said david left with my order at 12:23am. David complained that he had 4 other orders from another part of town and Nazee complained that because of a sick driver David waz their only option. What does this have to do with my order being over 40mins late?!

I'm from Antioch California and I found a piece of tooth in my pepperoni medium pizza! It is outrageousness! I can't believe I bit into that disgusting thing. My boyfriend and I checked my teeth several times to make sure it wasn't mine, and it not!

My son ordered two this crust speciality pizzas from a Dominoes in Gainesville, Florida and they were amazing, thank you for creating a terrific product.

corporate office does not return calls very quick...... I had a problem with dominos in magnolia texas the manger there cussed me out and flipped me of with his middle finger he told me that corporate office will take his side over mine I dont like the way this handled so I will start using papas john pizza FROM now on

I used to love dominos pizza. I stopped ordering it over a year ago when they stopped making there Parmesan peppercorn sauce. Things just aren't the same without it. Please bring it back so I can come back. Thanks

The relaunch of your campaign worked. Pizza quality and taste was great! It seems that the quality now is almost as bad as before. Time to go back to the drawing board! Pizza is dry and tasteless again.

Ive been a dominoes customer for years, every single time I order wings I NEVER get the right order the first time. NEVER. why dont the drivers double check the orders. For the first time tonight we ordered your Philly cheese steak sandwich, worst sandwich I ever had and a waste of money since it went in the trash. all dough and butter, no meat at all. you just lost a long time customer. Im tired of waiting for the anaheim store to get it right

The Dominos Pizza on Stephanie Street in Henderson, NV has some completely incompetent employees! I order pizza for convenience, not to have such an awful delivery driver that I am more inconvenienced & stressed than before. This particular driver gave me the wrong order & then when I tried to tell him it wasn't mine he wouldn't listen and said it must be an online ordering error. Only after I had already returned home & read the pizza box and then called him on his phone did he realize " oh yeah I must have given you the wrong order yours is here in my car!" Total incompetence. Anyways it's only worsened by the fact that when I called their store to fix the problem they sent me to 2 different people and then said try were closing an hung up the phone!!!

at Domino's Pizza 1534 Bloomingdale Avenue Brandon, Florida are getting back at displeased customers that complain about unsatisfactory pizzas. If the customer request that the pizza be remade. The production line worker will spit in the pizza. There are no cameras, so the staff feel their actions will not be caught. I have had several occasions where my pizza had to be remade. I pray to God there was no spit in it. When I looked into these accusations I learned that several of my neighbors have stoped ordering pizza from this store for that very same accusation. This location needs to be shut down or all the employees fired. Or at least fix the cameras and check for yourself.

I ordered a pizza and wings from the dominos on 5th ave Redwood City ca, on March 1st. Paying over the phone by credit card, I was told 40 minutes delivery . 40 minutes go by no delivery, I call and am told driver on his way, 1hr goes by again called told driver on way when I asked to speak to manager I was told she was out and there was nothing they could do cause the driver already left. At this point I'm pissed, my card's been charged, it's way over an hour now and when I call again I'm told they are short on drivers but my food already left. Which is totally ridiculous because its a 15 minute drive from my house to dominos. At an HOUR and FORTY MINUTES since I placed the order I get a call from the driver who did not speak English for directions to my house......are you serious??!! Ok can it get any worse?.oh it does, the pizza was cold, shriveled up and the chicken was dried out. Now to add insult to injury my husband and I take the pizza and chicken drive to the store and the MANAGER would not even come and talk to us, she was standing behind the counter where they package the pizza and relayed message to the young kid at the counter, instead of voiding my transaction she instructs the kid to give me money out of the register.. To make a long story short my husband had to insist they void the transaction and give us a receipt. Well after being a dominos customer since the 80's I refuse to waste my time or money with this company ever again... ALL OF THIS COULD HAVE BERN AVOIDED IF THE STORE WOULD HAVE ADVISED CUSTOMERS THEY WERE SHORT ON DRIVERS AND WERE ONLY TAKING WALK IN ORDERS.... the company needs to check this store out because they are giving the brand a bad name... P.S. I hope no one got sick that night because over an 1:45 of my order and 15 minute drive to their store, I saw 6 un cooked pizza's sitting on the counter and it was clearly evident they had been sitting for sometime cause the crust was sagging and cheese was half melted from being at room temp... GET IT TOGETHER DOMINOS, you're going to lose a lot of customers... 1star was the least I could give, if I could've chosen a negative I would...

I ordered dominos for my family today at 9 pm and the driver showed up at 1050. I called at 1015 and i was told the driver left already. The dominos is about 7 blocks from my my apt. The food was freezing cold when the driver arrived. My husband had to refuse the food. This store is always unpleasant to work with. New management need to take over.

I ordered two pizzas at your Inverness location a week ago for my husband and I as a treat. He's an over-the-road truck driver and had not been home for 4 weeks. Thought I'd order a couple pizzas on my way home from work. I'm sorry to say they were over-cooked, with a dry burned crust. I felt bad as I really wanted to have a nice meal with my husband. He had made a fresh salad for us to enjoy with our pizza. We were both disappointed, and frankly, we enjoyed a doctored up Tombstone pizza before he left a few days later. We both thought the corporate office should know.

we go to Dominos about once a week, always pick up since we live out in the country. the pizza is awesome& is definitely better than it used to be. my problem is with the service at the Chapel Hill, Tn location. about a month ago we went for our pizza, using the drive-thru as we always do& the workers were just standing around doing nothing! even had one guy look right at us like we were bothering him! tonight we went tegu the drive-thru again, we were behind another car, we both sat in the drive 15minutes without anyone coming to help. my husband got mad&can went in....there was about 5 or 6 guys just standing around doing nothing!! an older man came in from delivering a pizza and finally helped the person in the drive-thru& then we finally got our pizza. ridiculous that so many workers doing nothing but standing around& we had to be waited on by a delivery driver! love the pizza, but something needs to be done about the inconsiderate young kids not doing their job!!

I haven't ordere a dominoes pizza for some time. Watching commercials thought maybe give it another try. Oh my lord, what a mistake, the Monroe, NY Domino has to be the worst run domino ever. After waiting 90 minutes callled and was told our pizza will be delivered shortly.Our neighbo who ordered after us got his pizza. We called back and after hearing the person on the phone threaten to hang up asked to speak with a manager. The manager thought this all was pretty funny. She said our order was place as a pick up order which it was not, but when we questioned her as to why the person before her said our order would be delivered shortly she just laughed. I thought this was so unprofessional and I asked for my order to me cancelled and my credit card to be credited. Instead of her trying to save the sale she just laughed okay. I will never order from Dominos again and will definitely spread the word.

I have seen several of your tv commercials & find them appalling as your employess are NOT wearing gloves when preparing the pizza dough or wearing them to prepare the toppings. Would'nt think of buying your product.

went into this store this past week and was very upset with the people behind the counter. while waiting for my order they got a call . the people on the phone was trying toorder pizza in spanish and they said we do not speak spanish and hung up on them and then they started laughing. so i will not go back in there ever again and they said that they do not make enough money to speak spanish

Dominos has always been our pizza place. With work and family its where we order every time. Has always been great it is why we go back and often. A bad experience is ordering your pizza and the entire household becoming ill, everyone except the 2 people who didn't eat any pizza. Upon calling to let Dominos know your treated like a crazy person and like we must be full of it. I am a loyal Dominos customer i order all the time all i expected was the mistake to have been fixed or atleast an Im sorry. SOMETHING. Never again will i order pizza from Dominos especially my new home hometown one of Hesperia, CA on main street.

called arroyo grande store ordered one topping thin crust pizza to be picked up.told the cost was $10.78.upon arrival at store saw several signs for medium pizza from $5.99 to $7.99.did not receive reasonable answer for the additional charge.felt i was ripped off and will not return to any domino store in future.nothing was added to pizza that would warrant the additional charge.

Yes I got my so called pizza on time. Oh man, horrible, soggy and buried in tomato sauce. It tasted like someone just unscrewed the saltshaker on it. Wow, I guess spending enough money on commercials will get customers at least once... I will never spend one red penny at Domino's ever again. The dominos pizza at 16260 military road Seatac, WA 98188 (206) 242-4444. This location does not provide Parmesan cheese packets and requires that we buy the red pepper flakes. I asked why they do not carry Parmesan cheese and the cashier stated the owner says its too expensive. That is ridiculous, I understand that they might be struggling due to the economy, but us having to go to the grocery store just for cheese that they should be providing is like selling French fries but not carrying ketchup??? The reason we get delivery is so we do not have to drive, we are getting to the point that we will not order from dominos, because it's not the same without Parmesan. So before we decide to give up, and because we love the "new dominos" pizza we decided to notify your office. I'm sure that not carrying Parmesan cheese is not an option for franchise owners, if it is your going to lose customers. Even if they have to charge $.10 at least we have choice. I mean really even McDonald's provides free ketchup for fries and burgers that are a $1.00!!! Please correctea this issue and please make this franchise carry Parmesan!! Then instruct the owner that they must provide a certain amount per size such as 1 packet per 2 slices. Otherwise they will order it but only provide 1 per pizza or something ridiculous like that. I hope u can resolve this issue and to curb abusing the quantity, allow 5 packets then charge .10 for all excess
