Dominos Pizza Corporate Office & Headquarters

Awful. 1hour ten minutes and my pizza was still sitting at the Toms River location. No one could explain what happened. One employee said someone ate it. Another employee called saying that they couldn't find us on a map. A third employee then said he only was just told to deliver it now. Manager had no explanation as to what happened but offered to still deliver. Really? Pizza from over an hour ago?? No quality or freshness there. Lost a customer. Never will I ever purchase from any locations.

A few months ago I was going to buy a pizza at your Sharpsburg NC store...the girl wiped her nose with her hand and then answered the phone and took an order, then took mine. Then the manager came out of the back and answered the phone and took an order then proceded to make my pizza without washing his hands or putting on gloves. I brought it to his attention and he tossed the pizza and had a young man start another pizza and washed his hands first...but continued to use the toppings that the manager contaminated...I told him and he tossed that pizza and started another..finally got it right...Well this weekend my son ordered a pizza and I went to pick it up and after eating the pizza I got sick and was sick all night and the next day...I don't know if it was the pizza but that was all I ate...no one else got sick....Just saying you should look into the sanitary procedures of the employees....Thank you

I ordered a deep dish pizza And sub... I got it within 15 minutes and I left a good tip. Two days later I ordered the same thing And the dominoes told me they can't deliver to my area... There are 2.5 miles from my house... I found out that they must come within a 5 mile radius..... The next day I called corporate office They said they'd do something about it And never got back with me. One customer is worth 1000 voices.. 1000 customers are worth 100,000 voices... They showed that they did not care because they did not respond. This means customer service is useless... There just in competition with other fast food chains and they could care less

When the customers complaint is gone unheard It's like ignoring the pain of melanoma on the surface of your body... Eventually the cancer will spread.. So the unsatisfied person is actually an indicator To the health of the company!

I always ordered from dominos, they were my favorite until I made my order and track it, said delivery time 20- 30 mn but its takes 1 hr 20 mn I call to the store to see what happen like always they apologize to me and told me that they will give me 10$ off in my order and I told the lady to cancel my order, in other places they give u the order for free!!! Dominos it's the worst so I ordered from Pizza Hut and my surprise was that they came 10 mn early than the delivery time!!!

Called for TV advertised special, when wife oiced it up and brought it home my pizzas were medium, not large as advertised. Called with a complaint and shethen I was told we had made a mistake. I had just viewed te SAME commercial 2 minutes ago.

I have no idea what Dominos tells their employees, but they are so uncooperative and full of hubris.. Going to Dominos and ordering a pizza is a bad experience in itself. Let alone the quality they deliver.. I hate dominos and I speak this for Dominos Korea

Delivery driver hit my car n ran called actual store and spoke to mgr. Denied any wrong doing. Have photos and pizza sign. And location of incident. Filed police report ..no response from anyone to resolve this immediate problem

We ordered a two topping pan pizza and the cheese was totally off the pizza and all the toppings were on one or two pieces I called the store back and the manager said that there was nothing that he could do about it will not go back

Its sad that these commercials are portraying dominoes as a changed company. Its all a big business scamming startegy to get people to buy. I have ordered time after time from them and for some reason it keeps getting worse and worse. Just now I had a thin crust veggie pizza delivered 53 minutes late then on top of that, surprise, the pizza was all bunched up in one corner and completely cold like it has been sitting inside the delivery guys car forever. I called the store and was f iven an attitude like it was my fault. Was told after the attitude that they were sending a sexond one but I had to wait an additional hour, really??? I'm totally done with these people and this company.

While placing an order online I tried to add an online coupon, The delivery charge online at checkout with out the coupon was $2.25 After adding the coupon and returning to check out the delivery charge went up to $7.75 The $5.50 extra charge equaled almost the same amount I would receive for using the coupon

Mario izzo. 123 fairview st. Providence RI. Worst pizza ever purchased. Unbelievable. I guess it's not for Italian/American consumption .

South Battlefield blvd Chesapeake Virginia employees allways smoking pot in parking lot,also while driving in uniform with topers on.. Showing up on deliveries stoned out of there minds .eyes blood shot and low.. This needs to be taken care off ASAP .if they want to do such things it should be in there homes.. not on the roads and at work ........

My rating for the general services is very good, however I do not understand why the stores in Quincy, Massachusetts are unwilling to meet a request for lighter sauce. Sometimes the sauce is too heavy. I have requested lighter sauce several times. I am always told no.

Every single time I walk in to order pizzas, you guys have at 4 employees smoking cigarettes then coming back into the store, stinking up the place. I noticed they didn't wash their hands. This is the nastiest store I've ever been to. If this is the type of ppl working for you ,I'll make sure your store is exposed. And that leaking floor you guys say is the waterheater is gonna have someone Sue u for falling. Disgusting employees and food. I hope you go out of business.....

I am very upset over the gluten free pizza. My son has celiacs disease and cannot have any wheat at all. He ate one of your gluten free pizzas and got very sick. My husband called the store and found out that the gluten free pizza is spread on the same surface as all of the other pizza, then baked on the same pan. I think you should put a disclaimer on your pizza letting people know this. So beware when ordering from them.

My last order was at least an hour late, also didn't get the right order !! Then watched your new commercial, the baker/pizza maker WAS NOT wearing gloves to spread the dough !! How our we to know she didn't just pick her nose/butt or whatever !! Get real people !! You have a good pizza but take some pride and SOON !!

My son worked for Dominos for about 8 months. He totaled his car, so of course that put a stop to delivering pizzas. I have been trying to get a W-2 from these people for months. As we all know tax time has gone and went and I am yet to receive his tax forms. I have made numerous attempts to get it and of course I hear, "we will get right on that". BULL!!!!!!!!!!

No gloves are being worn by anyone preparing pizzas on your commercial and the girl doing the tossed finger mails are dirty killing. It made me not want to ever but a Dominos Pizza.

gluten free is not gluten free its prepared in a gluten environment figure it out from there!
