Dominos Pizza Corporate Office & Headquarters

I placed my order through the Domino's website and found they delivers my order quickly. Upon receiving my order from Store # (7849) I noticed there was a small problem with a missing topping on my pizza. I called my local store (7849) and told them that rather than receiving my 3 topping pizza, there was only 2 toppings. They were apologetic and very courteous, offering to re-deliver a new pizza right away and threw in a free 2 liter as well. With so many bad experiences with many other pizza company's, Domino's has won my family over because of their wonderful customer service and willingness to go above and beyond what I had expected. Thank you Domino's! Especially everyone at Store # 7849! Excellent Customer Service is hard to find.

Monroe ga dominos pizza has delivered us two wrong orders the last two times we had an ordered delivered and this last time was awful...they sent us a raw pizza with sauce and cheese on it. When I say raw this pan pizza we ordered was sunk down in the middle...the cheese was all sliding to one side and they forgot a topping! Needless to say out days with dominoes are over!

I worked for a Dominos in Paducah Kentucky for 3 months and had to quit being I was being sexually harassed. When I filed a complaint against the manager regarding the issue, he got a slap on the wrist ans I was harassed and picked on by the delivery drivers for filing a complaint. Dominos is the worst job I have ever had. They don't care about their employees, so what makes anybody think they care for their customers? Please do not order from dominos! There's plenty of other pizza places around. I wish I could give this company 0 stars.

My son was offered a job in Charlotte NC - UNCC so he moved from Ohio to North Carolina. First they told him they need to put him in the computer and do a background check. Why this was not done in the month they communicated before he relocated - I do not understand. A week later he was e-mailed a rejection letter. He had moved and found an apartment and signed a lease and now he was job less. I am boycotting them and spreading the word on FB and to all my friends and family. Please do not do business with them

Your delivery guy at 325 Rand rd in Arlington Heights IL would not get out of the handicap parking space in front of your store. The manager was flipent that they could park there. I proceeded to call the non-emergency number of the police so issue a formal complaint with them. Are handicapped persons not important to you! I will never, ever purchase Domino's again and will continue to monitor this location till the respect handicapped person gets the respect that the LAW gives them. What a huge problem for you. It is inconceivable that a delivery drivers being able to walk 5 steps to his car and a handicapped person is made to walk quite far. Plus the handicapped ramp in front of that store is in total disrepair. SHAME, SHAME ON YOU!

I know thay call it thin crust but when their thin crust is half the size of a saltine cracker, and you order extra cheese, and it still being thinner thana saltine cracker... not filling. they had commercials saying they and complains about their food being crackers with ketchup... and i have to say... they still havent changed and i will continue to go to pizza hut and rosatis where thin crust can actual fill u up. im sorry but i will not be going to a dominos again!

I've been ordering from dominos for years and have never had a problem until today. The manager was the one that was rude to me and implies that I wanted something for free , when I simply asked for the location of my pizza when it was a wonderful 20 minutes late. He also explain that he was taking to much time on the phone with my complaints and he's already was overwhelmed. What manager expresses that to their customers ??? I sure don't . I also called back and he put be on hold and didn't come back. I called from my cell phone and he picked up right away an asked for my order.while I was still on hold on my home phone. I hate dominos!! They don't care about customers spending their hard earned money .

The manager canceled my order without my knowledge...and stop the delivery man when he was five minutes away!!

Dominos was claiming they were trying to be better, but you are still dropping the ball. With all your competition, you would think that your promo codes would be up and running on the days you are allowed to use them. Why put them out if they are useless? Sadly it seems like the CEO of the company needs to make a commercial apologizing for still being a bad company. I see all these bad reviews, wake up and fix your problems!!! Then you never get back to the people that call you corporately. Chose PapaJohns!!! Their coupon codes worked.

Last night was the first time I've had dominos in years. I figured that since they had changed everything and went back to the drawing board , that maybe it might be worth trying. Well it wasn't. The top was burnt in places and one of them didn't have any sauce on it. Just goes to show that some things will never change.

Was in the mood for a late night snack for guests. Ordered the Philly Steak & Cheese medium pizza from the Rockaway Ave. in Brooklyn NY. I said twice no mushrooms, I am highly allergic. Of course 45 minutes the delivery driver shows up with mushrooms all over the pizza. I immediately called back & spoke w/ a mgr. I was assured a new order would be sent out w/ in a half an hour, to no avail. I will never order Domino's pizza again, nor will my guests. Will keep frozen pizza on standby for nxt snack attack. Horrible service !!!!

I ordered a pizza from u guys an it got me an my two sisters sick for too days. Well never order again

I HAVE BEEN CALLING MY DOMINOS (Houston,tx the one on lyons st 77020) its stupid i called over 30 times and no answer when i talked to the manager he was just rude, had problems before with undercooked pizza or when i would ask for extra cheese or anything they wouldn't put it and i would get charged for it i wont order from this location or any other and i have told all my friends and family and even made several Facebook post about not going to dominos and more than 80 of those people wont ever go back

I found a hair in my pizza upon biting into it and I immediately called the store back in Smyrna, Delaware. It definitely wasn't mine and I will be filing a formal complaint. Customer service is non-existent and everybody still expects a tip. Unbelievable!

Hastings, MN location; Called to talk to manager an i was surprised by how Very unprofessional he was and he seemed annoyed!! I had a reasonable explanation for calling after three times of our sauces being delivered for a second time because they were forgotten. Can't see why I would order from hastings dominos anymore and will not recommend to friends and family. Very poor experience !

worst customer service ever. i found a stud in my pizza and took it to the manager who did nothing but deny it and yell at me. the next day the owner gave me a new pizza that wasnt the same and told me to never come back. i wrote the review on facebook as well, he said that if i didnt delete it he would call the police and have me arrested

Checked four locations none participating in promo large two topping pizza for 5.99. Your company sucks please take the commercial off.

I called to place an order at the cutler bay, fl location and was put on hold for 10mins. I hung up and called back and no one even answered the second time, i was immediately placed on hold and waited another 5mins. I called back for the third time and was told to hold once again. I just wanted to order a pizza! Smh!

Watched your television ad. Called my local Dominoes. They told that promo is only good on line. Went on line was told that store was not participating in this promo. They could not tell you personally. What rudeness. Very bad public relations. Probably stay for good .

While I waited for my pizza I got to listen to the employees talk about how drunk they get and go to foreclosed homes and trash them. Then I get my pizza home and it has no cheese on it just barely cooked dough and sauce. So then I call and they put me on hold for 17 minutes while they decide what to do. Then tell me I am evil and they are doing mea privledge by making me a free pizza and making me come to get it. When I reminded them that I a merley getting what I paid for they said no you are getting a new free pizza. Thanks dominos for ruining the birthday party...I will never order again and I made sure to take pics of it too
