Dominos Pizza Corporate Office & Headquarters

I have asked sevral times for a dairy free pizza. In each case I asked for a hand tossed pizza and was told it could be done. Now I find that all domino's crust except thin crust have whey in them. Whether or not life was at steak, I fealt I was pretty clear on the no dairy aspect.

Wow, there are a lot of bad reviews. Every time we order from Dominos, they get it right & it gets to our door fastv& hot! We love our Dominoes!

Have not tried dominos for 6 years because of there bad service. Recently tried to give them a try and I order a pan pizza and a order of cheese bread. I received a pan pizza and a cheese bread with jalapeños. Well the cheese bread was for my daughter and she was crying it was hot. Called right a way all they said we will give u a credit. Well call back in four day and now there is no credit and no record of me ordering any pizza ever before. Will not recommend dominos pizza

Purchased online using a special promotion for a large pizza for $7.99. Pizza was to be paid for with a $5.00 gift card and remainder in cash. Confirmation shows balance of $3.61 after gift card was applied. When I got to the store they refused to accept the fact that $5.00 was already applied to the order. They want a copy of the confirmation. They wouldn't even check their computer. I finally took the pizza and left $3.61 on the counter. I called back to get them to admit they made an error and a phone number to make a complaint. They finally admitted they made an error and it took forever to drag a phone number out of them.

While I was out my children decided to order a pizza online; they stated that they clicked all appropriate fields to place an order for two med. pizza's half of the pizza's with 2 toppings half chesse and a 2 liter. Dad was sleeping in the basement but gave $26.00 dollars to take care of the order. The pizzas came with no cheese on half the order and no 2 liter. My daughter stated she called and complained and they offered her a free pizza on the next visit. I went to the location the next day (I was told to come in) and explained the situation and the fact that someone took advantage of my kids by taking their money ($27.00) for two pizza's @ 5.99 each the worker explained that she tries to get everyone to confirm on-line orders and that's what should have happened. She took down my info and stated that a manager will be in touch and I have waited now going on two weeks! Not very Happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In every Domino's commercial I see, NOBODY EVER WEARS DISPOSABLE GLOVES! It makes me wonder if the people that actually work in the stores wear gloves or not when making the pizzas??

Last month we had a few issues with an order. We vowed to never try dominos again. This week the manager reached out to us and made it right. Not only did he save a customer, he has shown how customer service is the most important aspect of this company. Bravo Dominos. Bravo Steve!

Order pizza and a sub from the dominos pizza in port Charlotte Florida on tamiami trl. Brought it home on my lunch and ate half of my sub while my bf had his pizza put the other half of my sub in the fridge... I heated the other half of. My sub up for dinner after I take a bite I place e sub upside down on the box and I notice a moldy chunk in the middle of the bread...I am absolutely disgusted and I cannot believe that went unnotice and they're just serving old bread. And on too of it the sub wasn't made right to begin with. It will new while before I order dominoes again!

Danville Illinois dominoes pizza service is horrible whoever the manager is that was working 03/26/2013 at 10:00pm should be terminated.

Took one hour for pizza, never delivered, and they never informed me. The reason, no 16 piece parm. Bread. So they cancelled every order. They claim they called me, no calls. Especially when a pregnant wife is craving for it and waiting for the door to open. Thank you for making me a anti dominos pizza hater. No worries I'm a instructor, I'll relay this experience to every student I encounter . Amen...

Painesville Ohi Location is the worst ever!! Ordered a sandwish with extra meat, Paid extra for it but got no extra meat when i called the store i was told no manager was in, then i was placed on hold, when they answered me again it was the same girl and i was told she made the sandwich and the manager had seen it and they were worried the meat wouldnt fit on the sandwich... I hung up and of course couldnt reach anyone at corp so i took photos and am gonna put them on blast for the rip offs that they are. been ordering dominoes for years, Ill never order from them again after this. I was basically called a liar over the phone and i dont take that lightly!

Hey what's going on with that. It was $7.99 and now the price is $15.97 for a medium. I can go down the street and get a large from Round Table for the same price now. Very disappointed. It is a great pizza.

3/23/13 & 3/24/13 tried to place an 'on-line' order to Aransas Pass, Tx. store and completed all required fields and 'place order' did NOT function! Called the store direct and was told they were experiencing problems with that at Corporate Hdqtrs. Asked if they could take my order by phone as it was their fault and after the clerk asked the 'manager' I was told 'no they are not allowed'! Why do you advertise a 50% off any pizza when your website does not function? What happened to "Truth in advertising"??? I would appreciate and expect a reply from your Headquarters!

Just ordered pizza from Dominoes in Pine Bluff, AR. I live only 2 blocks away but the delivery person called from across town looking for my house. Trying to explain to him I live right down the street, he hung up and wouldn't answer my call. Pizza was warm, and my order wasn't complete. Called the store back and they sent him back out with our Parmesan bites but he forgot the sauce this time. WTH? Maybe he is new maybe not but I pay for quality and service not for training. I'm so not satisfied and its a first so it actually bothers me.

Horrible!!! We order all the time from the gibbstown NJ location, and things are never done right. Want to tell me why it takes a delivery driver 25 min to get to a house 3 min from the place (I can't drive or I would pick it up). Call the store and the manager said it will be there any min. When I tell her it better be hot, and she hung up on me. The food finally came, luke warm, and the driver didn't even have change on him!!! Seriously?? Someone needs to shut the store down or find new managers and drivers!

I ordered online this morning at about 11 AM. I ordered five pizzas for a party to be here at five forty five. I ordered from Dominos because an online order was half price this week. I will never again order from Dominos. They were not on time at all.They were 50 minutes late and they blamed the traffic. The traffic is like this every afternoon at this time. That was no excuse. I will not order from Dominas again.

It has bad service. I saw one of the managers argue with there employees and yelled at them wen i walked in. Thats why i give them a zero and it was at the wedgewood store thats why i gave a zero rating.

We order pizza on mar 21,2013. After the driver had left we opened the box and pizza was just threw in the box. We called to have it replaced and the person that we talked to said they were busy and the oven was moving to slow and threw the pizza in the box. The manager called back and said they they wanted the other pizza back. My wife works for a pizza company and she said that is against policy they are not allowed to take the other one back. I want this matter resolved other wise we will take it to the next level. And never order from the company again, and will tell are friends and family to never buy from dominos again. so when I order a pizza and PAY for EXTRA toppings I expect to get them, but apparently dominos doesn't see it that way. so they get a rating of ZERO!

The pizza and delivery driver was great but what got me was I paid a 2.49 fee for them to make a delivery they include it in the price. The funny thing is the delivery driver doesn't even get it and its not even a tip. I askd the manager and he told me the owner gets the money. Now why should I have to pay corp a fee to deliver that the driver doesn't get and give a tip. That's f*+king stupid.
