This delivery driver was the nicest and had one of the biggest smiles I have ever seen! What a gorgeous girl too. I felt as if she loved what she was doing and enjoys her job! Way to go the Westland Michigan Store

Horrible service

I had order a cheese and chicken pizza with wings for delivery. When I got it it was pepperoni I called to let them know about it and the lady had a attitude and hung up on me I asked her to replace it and she said ok 2 hours later she didn't even mention it to anyone so I had to call again to fix it. And for them to fix it again they made it again and hung up just horrible. Never again they wonder why people are how they are in life if you don't like your job go to school and do more. Compinaies like this don't care and I know they look at comments like this and laugh at it while cutting checks. But it's ok cause while I can invest more money for them and continue eating there I won't it cost me 20 bucks but less learn

Domino's disappointment

I've ordered from Domino's for years and usually I'm very happy with the quality of the pizzas. Occasionally, they'll get an order wrong (i.e., burn the crust or put garlic on when I asked for NO garlic). I deal with several Domino's stores and none of them have ever refused to re-do the pizza AND deliver it. Usually, they don't even want the original one back. However, this week I had my first bad experience with a Domino's in Gilbert, AZ. They put garlic on the crust of one of the two pizzas I ordered. When I called and told them about it, and said I can't eat garlic and had asked them not to use it, I was told that they "aren't able" to replace a pizza. I asked the man to check with the manager, but he came back on the phone and said the same thing, but that I could come in a buy another pizza. I was furious! In other words, I paid for a product that they screwed up and it was useless to me, and then I was supposed to go in and pay for another one?! Come ON, folks! This is bad public relations! (in addition to that, the employees NEVER use gloves. I see them handle money and operate the cash register, then go directly to the cheese tray and handle cheese and crust dough. I've had to ask them to wash. They've said everything from, "I can't work with gloves on" to "The oven is 400 degrees and it kills everything." Here in Arizona, that's a health code violation).

caldwell idaho location

the managers are seen all sitting in the office. the drivers have to make pizzas answer phones, expedite, and close and are clocked out at say midnight or 2 am when they work over 2 more hours off the clock!!!!! this is #1 dangerous illegal as well. please send someone undercover to this location to be hired and you will see what I say is going on. They pay 6.00 to the drivers to do all the work in the store as well as unloading the commissary, It is not fair that the managers who get over 8.00 an hour just be able to sit and do nothing at all. and the place isn't that clean as it used to be. they go through drivers every week it seems as they are tired of watching the managers do nothing. and the drivers have to do everything in the store. thanks

i hate Dominos

i got a mailer in the mail. tried to order delivery. "said dont deliver to other towns " in a time when 100% of other pizza places deliver to their surrounding towns thats crazy. how ever my autistic son who only eats Dominos n 1 other pizza. saw the mailer and of course now is screaming uncontrollable bc they dont come here. so i called ask to taken off mail list so this dosent happen every month was told they cant do that either. so ask when owner is there to explain my situation. they said he is never there. first it was their food that almost closed the doors for them now its stupidity and horrible customer service

bad dominoes ever

the dominoes in union nj on morris ave is by far the worst I ordered and waited 2 in a half hours for delivery then they say its free which is fine but when I went for pick up I saw they do not use gloves a guy was scratching his nose and tossing pizza this is nasty and not rite at all they should be closed down I have been ordering here for six years never again I will order there

Fair

I ordered dominos pizza, which I have not eaten in years (because my husband his stomach can't tolerate the acidity in the tomato sauce), I figured Ron was gone. 1 medium deep dish with everything on it. It was good. Bread sticks with marinara sauce - it was bad. Didn't like marinara sauce and didn't like breadsticks. BBQ chicken wings - they were mushy. I will not order from Dominos again. I will stick with Bucks pizza and Pizza Hut.

Online ordering Fraud

Why is it that the Italian Sub that is part of your $5.99 deal always charges me an extra dollar for pepperoni on my sub? It is supposed to be included on the Italian sub, but I guess you figure no one will notice and an extra dollar will add up quick! p.s. This is with online ordering. It automatically takes away pepperoni, the when you select it as "normal" you will be charged a dollar! I've mentioned this to my local store, and they gave me an attitude because I asked them to adjust the charge. REALLY wanted a sub today to be delivered but I don't want to have to ask for that dollar off my order! Guess it will be PizzaHut now :(

online ordering & contact location

i place an order today for the first time. I tried calling the location near my job and they would not answer. I then continued online ordering. it stated that my order would arrive 28-38 minutes however when the driver finally arrives it was a few minutest after 8pm. The receipt had a time stamp of 632pm. Almost two hours later. I never got a courtesy phone call advising they where behind or an email. This was unforgiveable as a first time online customer. Additionally, the pepperoni pizza was overcooked.

Terrell Tx Dominos worst in country!

Horrible, corporate needs to do quality control at this location. Everytime I order it is either wrong or under cooked, last time we ordered my three children and myself were ill after eating.. Completely disgusting! Please someone do something about this locations standards.

Disgusting and disappointed

The Dominos pizza store # 6213 is absolutely horrible! The delivery driver that comes to my address looks dirty and unclean and everytime I've ordered from that location I am dissatisfied with the quality. They don't care about the customers and when calling to express my concerns the managers have just said I'll send another pizza and rush me off the phone. Never a apology and they are never empathetic. As of tonight I will NEVER spend another dime with Dominos just based on this on store and my disappointment EVERY TIME I've ordered. It's a shame they've put so much work into rebuilding their image only to employ people who don't really give a damn. I don't care how much you change your pizza the service sucks and caused you to loose a customer...FOR LIFE!

Just to alert all consumers... Employees are not required to wear gloves.

Waiting

I use to be an employee at Domino's, and I quit because f the disrespect and overwork I was put through. Now that I'm trying to call the manager to get my W2s, no one will answer my calls and I get ignored in the store. This is from the Ada, OK Domino's.

Horrible management

When called Dominos in Quartz Hill Ca: I was spoken to rudely by a male and a female named Lizzie who claims to be the mgr. this was at 7:30 pm on Feb 22. She sounded like some punk kid off the street with little to no education. It's sad to know with all the people who are older than high school employees (or individuals with that mentality) Dominos chooses to hire ignorance. That mgr hung up on me 3 times due to my trying to explain what the problem was and laughed when I stated I would contact Corporate. I suggest anyone hired for management should attend a class or at least have 5 yrs experience. I will make sure I and anyone else I know NEVER buy another Dominos pizza. I will also post on YELP, Facebook and anywhere else I can.

Sucks

inconsistant working policies and to be honest their pizza is just going down hill faster and faster. It's so sad to see the complaints generate absolutlly no change in policies. Please allow me to give you some simple business advise, try being consistant, right now I'd give you a high rating for inconsistance. please close your business doors. it's the best thing you can do for the health of the public.

Brunswick Ohio dominos

After waiting 45 minutes for my small pepperoni and cinnestix . My pizza was halfway cooked and my cinnestix had no icing. I called the store and was told that they couldn't just bring out the icing but could give me credit for the next order. I said why can't u bring out another order of cinnestix and ill give the icing less ones back.....its been two hrs and still waiting. Never again

Never ordering dominos pizza again

Regarding Brunswick, Ohio dominos We received a buffalo chicken pizza that was filled with burnt bubbles of dough all over the pizza. One bubble is understandable but to have almost your whole pizza covered in them is a shame. The pizza also has NO sauce, nothing. AND the pizza was no where near a "buffalo" style. Very disappoint with dominos and I struggle to find a positive thing to say about this company. I also have pictures of this pizza because I was floored at the product I paid nearly 20 dollars for. THE COMMERCIALS LIE TO YOU. I'm sticking with Pizza Hut. And dominos please remember. Every person knows roughly 1000 people. Think of all the potential customers you loose when you serve horrible pizza.

Told something different than what was under our phone number

We order all the time frim the Millmont location in Charlottesville Va., but this was the first time to try a pan pizza. It was not done in the middle and way too..... much sauce! I talked w/Allan and he said the pizzas are suppose to have a lot of sauce, so he suggested for us to order light sauce next time, but it still wasn't done in the middle. I just wasn't going to argue but he said he would give us credit for the med. pan but when I calied to place a order again a few days later, found out he only gave us a $3.00 credit. Well ....asked guy was Allan in he said no, and he wouldn't be back until the weekend, Oh..well...I told him that was o.k. and that I will file a complaint and just order chineese. Your Dominos just lost a huge order, because we had friends over and was planning on adding to that credit, we ended up ordering $45.32 in chineese plus tip, and guess what.....will order from another location from now on! I hope a $6.00 pizza is worth loosing hundreds, especially when our child has school pizza parties! Our family alone orders pizza at least 2 -3 times a month, add that up in a year!

horrible service/food

After waiting 1.5 hours dominos pizza was not sent.I call them but manager refused to talk to me twice put me on hold then disconnect the call.2 pies of pizza sent were horrible without tomato sauce and half done.when I called 3rd time and told him not to hang up the phone manager start screaming at me "I said hold on" and hung up the phone.I will report this incident to better be urea and dept of health as I found dirt on the pie.
