Where is the seasoning on the crust?

I ordered two pizzas today and neither pizza had the Garlic seasoning on the crust. I called the store and they gave me the run around. Then the chick tells me all they can do is give me a couple dollars off my next purchase. I'm so tired of the horrible service from this place. I'm not order anything else until this changes.

This pizza is like eating at a soup kitchin...Harrible

It is so so sad to see that corprate push forth a commercial to promoting a pizza that tastes like garbage... I took pictures of my oizza and is going to mail them im to corporate.. I went into a Columbus, ohio Dominos..Manager acted as if shes doing her job for a pay check and not to serve the customers..Second. The pizza i ordered When just getting off work was horrible. The sauce on the pizza was drizzled in the dough like it was a pastry with slight cheese on it.. i was already home after a long hot day at work i didnt have the strength to go back up there , but i can bet you this I will never return there again.. I wouldn't recommend this for a treat for anyone's pet dog....

HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have never had any complaints with any Domino's pizza but today was horrible. We called to complain about the quality of the food. We ordered two spinach and feta artisan pizzas and stuffed feta and spinach cheesy bread. The pizza was cold and also had no sauce or cheese it was extremly dry! The cheesy bread had absolutely no cheese in or on it. When we called and spoke to the manager he seemed to not care and stated that Corporate told them they were using too much cheese which I find hard to believe. Overall it was a bad experience I will not order from them anymore and I wish he could have done more to accomodate but he had a very bad adittude.

In the great Savannah GA area particularly Garden City GA and Rincon GA, the drivers are not given any cash for change to the customers. This new policy just began with a new regional manager, his view on things in the store are wild just about 20 hours a week given to the CSRs all two of them, the new and just past GMs working 70 to 80 hour work weeks and the lack of training to anyone in this shop. So who pays in the end, the customer late, poor looking and cold pizza? So if this is the change that Dominos wants, I may not be calling on you. I have been a customer for six years now I know the folks that work here and they have become disgruntled

Upset soccer mom

I have order from you guys so many times I can't count. But as of today because of your customer service guy. Whom messed up my families order, tried to double charge me for there mistake, no apology, I waited over an hour for a supposedly 15minute delivery time. And your employee NEVER tried to correct HIS MISTAKE. My family i will no longer order, eat, smell your companies food again.

not happy

I am not very happy with the service today.. I was unable to answer the door when my food arrived so I sent my daughter down and I didn't have the money to tip today but I normally do tip and when the driver saw there was no tip she asked my daughter if she was sure she didn't want to leave a tip with her.. I found it very rude that you would ask I child about tipping.. I know that it's how they make their money but there is also a 2.00 charge for the delivery so I feel that I didn't tip this one time it won't be a problem .. I will not be ordering from dominos for long time. i am very very disappointed after today...

Overpriced

Customer service sucks I was made to feel like I was a bother to the employee takin my order and then was charged 32 dollar wa for two pizzas I told him I was not payin that when just last week I orded 3 pizzas and it only cost 33 dollars I will not go there again and nether will anybody I know I will make sure of that

don't care about employees

I went to pick up my pizza from my local dominos in Chester Illinois, when i arrived i noticed a pregnant employee trying to change her tire. i went in got my pizza & expected to see one of her co workers help her as i left the store.This did not happen. i stopped & asked the young lady why none of the three male coworkers were not helping her, she told me she wasn't sure exactly . i offered to assist her, she advised me she finally got hold of a friend & they would be assisting her. what kind of company lets a pregnant coworker change her own tire in the rain? You weren't even that busy...i will spread the word about you & never order there again.

When we went to pick up our pizza, first of all absolutely no customer service. Very rude employees. After we picked all 3 pizzas and brought them home, we found cockroaches baked into our pizza. NASTY! Armondo the manager was rude, condescending, never apologized and disappeared. When I said I wanted my money back for all 3 he stated "well I need all 3". We went all the way home and brought the other 2 back. When we were leaving he stated very condescending voice "well have a nice day". My husband turned around and looked at him, Armondo the manager then threw his hand up and said "What". Then he proceeded to walk towards my husband in an aggressive manner. This is who you allowed to run and represent your business? This was our first time to Domino's and our last.

I ordered 3 medium pan pizzas from the kappel and w. Florissant store in St. Louis Mo the order was wrong. They refused to fix my purse and told me I have to order 3 more pizzas and pay for them if I want them right. I ordered at 10:45 pm the tracker said it would be here in 19 to 20 minutes it's didn't get here till 11:30 pm I order the same thing from here every time I find it odd they didn't even consider fixing the order..

Undercooked and sloppy

I just picked up the sloppiest pan pizza from the Greenfield, Ma Domino store number #3710. I would never order there again. I placed an order online, carry out. When I arrived home it was a major disappointed. The pizza honestly looked as if it had been dropped by the employees and then placed in the box. It was burnt on the edges and undercooked in the center. Gross never again!!!

you exposed yourself on National TV

My 9 year old saw your commercial and said, "Daddy please don't order from them because the girl on tv is not wearing gloves pushing the dough in the pan. Then she is spreading cheese on it still with no gloves. That's just gross!" Wake up Dominos. Sanitation laws are not being followed and you just advertised it. You might want to look @ your commercials before you air them unless you think sanitation is a non-issue.

on wednesday june 12 I placed an order online to store number 5090 in miami florida at 1245am for pick up I know the store closes at 1 but I ride to pick up my pizza shortly before 1 and the doors were already locked. I knocked on the door and called the phone numbera bunch of times and wait approximately 45 minutes but no one ever came out to the front and no never answered the phone. I could see my pizza waiting on the heating rack! it's unfair that I was still here in time to pick up my pizza

Tried to order dominos advertised unlimeted topping pizza for 12.99 plus tax of course, a ham , pineapple, black olive and onion pizza extra ham and 2 ranch sauce and 2 garlic butter sauce, asked for parmesean and crushed red pepper and the price jumps to 20 bucks you have got to be kidding the rep stated cause I got extra stuff , its an unlimeted topping pizza false advertisment to the max dominos I have to now order from your brand x competitors I boo you --Victoria tx

Drivers

Take away the delivery charge. People don't care if the driver isn't getting it. They're paying for delivery so they don't want to tip. You're screwing your drivers! Way to take care of your loyal employees!

The Domino's here in this little town of Clovis, N.m. is bad. They don't follow orders while your even standing there.. Pizza was soggy and the hot wings were soggy and not the way we asked for them to be. Plus i wanted mango/habinero sauce and we got regular hot sauce, but on the side not on them.. I don't know if there is a manager on duty, but if not there should be.. This store sucks.

Disappointed & Done!

Much like Nancy G's review my order is wrong 50% of the time as well! I am a pizza lover from way back and have moved to an area where I can only get Domino's pizza delivered. For a year now I have continued to order from Domino's and I am astounded that the pizza that I always order is wrong 50% of the time. To add insult to injury when I call to tell them that my order is wrong the staff acts as though I am trying to cheat or lie to them. I have had it! Not only will I never order Domino's again, but I will also tell everyone I know of the horrible quality and service I receive 100% of the time. It'd be nice if I heard back from the Corporate office on this, but I wont hold my breath.

Good Food When order is right

My order is wrong 50% of the time. What is difficult about a steak hogie plain, no sauce, nothing but hogie, cheese and bun or a pepperoni and sausage pizza to be picked up @ 5:30. I don't want to go into detail about what I went through to get this right. I want to say the food is great when I finally get my order the way I want it. Please listen to your customers and try to get the order right. this is the store in park hills in lexington, ky.

Awful!!!

I order a pizza and found hair in it! How disgusting I will never eat dominoes again!!!! This was the one in NOrth MIami Beach, FL.

$5.99 special not honored

Attempted to order 2-topping large pizza for $5.99 for pickup as offered in TV commercial and was told by Newport News store that offer had ended so had to pay $7.99. When I returned home I continued to see commercial repeating that offer was ongoing. In fairness the pizza is good for the money but bait and switch advertising does not help customer or Domino's.
