the dominos in riverside ca at 19510 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA 92508 are sending delivery guys to stand in front if the petco to sell unsold pizza s asking customer's if they wont to buy it for $5.00 i do think that this is a health code violation

I spoke with two people on the phone. It seems the owners of this dominos (taos, nm) requires that the drivers carry no more than $20. I remember the days when all you had to do is tell the manaager you have a 50 or 100, and they would send the driver straight to your house and they would have enough change to give it back. Instead, i had to deal with little 20-year old smart allecks on the phone...they didn't cus or anything, but rudely hung up the phone without telling me how long it would take for the order to get to my house ,and "thank you for ordering from domino's". The little rude girl said "well, this is the policy, and if you don't like it you can order from Chalups". WHAT? I would have fired her on the spot. I need to contact the owners. P.S. I'm rating the taos, nm office as 1 star.

I was disrespected by a driver he said i called him a curseword and refused to deliver my food the manager told me that she believed her driver bc the general manager told her too...i am very diapointed and i dont understand why i was treated like this by the dominoes in hildebran on hwy 70....im still in shock from this horrific experience....wow....please coperate dont allow us pcoustomers to be treated this way bc without customers you wouldnt have a job and we dont deserve this disrespect!!!

Every budy complan about the bad service in dominos but they dont know how we get less banafit and bad setuation at work delevery driver depan on tips only and use his car and pay for insurance and fix and every thing the car needed and they pay for gas only mins it from his less than the lowest payment that he get whay because they said he make tip and now 90% peuple dont pay tip anymore they hire new employee and few month they quit becouse the bad setuwation pleas pay attention for the employee befor some one complane

Dominos Pizza in Cedartown ga suck bad service an the GM manger is very rude to customers.

Ive ordered dominos pizza for years now. I really liked the last website dominos had. It was quick, easy to use, had pictures for everything on the menu and scheduled delivery times. Who ever did your last website design and app design should be fired. I have to enter all my info just to look at a full menu. I just wanna look at the menu before calling in an order!!! When i do finally get to a menu it is just listed in words, plain and just kills my appetite. My girlfriend swears by Dominos and even last night she made me switch to Toppers pizza. You might wanna look at there online setup and learn how to setup a website before you lose even more customers

A word to the wise...don't bother with the new pan pizza. It is sloppy, gooey and unpleasant to look at. I worked at Dominos for 20 years and I remember when we made pan pizza with REAL pan dough and had to partially bake the crust. How about going retro?????

I ordered a simple cheese pizza, picked it up and drive home. I then realized when I got home that this very simple creation was not just flawed but it reminds me of something the guy in the Texas chainsaw massacre would wear on his face. This pizza has cheese only on 5 of the 8 slices. I probably am one of the main reasons dominos stays in business due to my frequent visits but if this ever happens again then you have completely lost my business. Good day.

I ordered a Pizza, Habanero Chicken Wings and a Oven Roasted Chicken Sandwich from your Domino's on Church Road Location in Southaven, MS The Pizza was COLD and the Hot Wings WAS NOT HOT (SPICY) Chicken sandwich was resonable. Looks like that they need some real Management help at this location.

Does Dominos have a code of ethics for employees? I am aware of a driver at the downtown Kinston, NC site that enters phantom orders with large tips and extracts cash from the till for said total. The phantom order is charged to a valid, out of county card. I will never do business with a company that condones such shady tactics.

Okay I travel for work so this places at a disadvantage for knowing where the best takeout restaurants and shopping are. This last fiasco occurs in Yonkers NY when I order a pizza and according to the website the pizza is completed at 3:04 pm but 27 minutes later the pizza hasn't arrived so I called because who wants cold pizza. The girl says its on the way so I ask has it even left and if not will it be hot? She says yes. Okay it's been 30 minutes since I spoke to her and its still not here so they can keep the crappy pizza and poor service and I'll keep my money.

I ordered a pizzaon july 2 and waited over an hour. When I called to see what was taking so long the guy said he tried calling me but I gave them the wrong number so they didnt deliver but they went ahead and took my money. They told me they would have me a new one in 25 minutes. I went to my email to see what number I put in and it was my number. So the guy flat out lied to me. I order from this dominos very often. The store I am referring to is 7454.

great service @ store #6659 however I called corporate with this same complaint------you need someone else to help the associate is very respectful, and a very hard worker but she`s ALONE, this means taking orders, accepting payment, & preparing orders, This is too much for one person! as a result, there`s a wait. , we are all trying to give Dominos a second chance here in Houston, but there ARE plenty of places if corporate can not rectify this problem, with such a great associate @ this location (#6964) Dominos should do their share also

I order the chicken alfredo pasta in a dish for delivery as well as other items. I am a long time customer. There was hardly any pasta, I could see the bottom of the dish and the top and sides were burnt. I called the store and the manager fought with me when I asked for a replacement. So disappointed. The minimum rating is one star. I would give it a negative star!

My wife and I ordered pizza last night. We usually get a three item pizza. Since there was not a combination on special. we had to spend another $7.00 for a third topping. I am extremely disappointed that there was only a few pieces (6) to be exact for the third item. If this continues, I'll go elsewhere. The pizza cost us over $17.00, minus tip...

me and my wife ordered a pizza from dominoes in northfield MN we only had a 50 dollar bill the guy in the store said ok for this time he will send the driver witht he change , when the driver got here he looked at my wife told her not to do it again and it was up to him if we got the pizza or not , i then called the store at that time i was mad asked who did the driver think he was saying that to my wife the guy on the phone could care less , then about a quarter after MIDNIGHT the driver took our number from the computer called my house told me my wife was a liar and if i didnt shut up they would no longer service us

I just moved to big springs TX and spent 61.00 dollars on ur pizza they were late delivery n said nothing then my pizzas were messed up and I called bk they said they would remake it and give me a salad for the mistake when they came back my second pizza was messed up n they wanted to charge me 5 dollars for the salad....i told him take it bk and please remake it he said he would n what was worst they never brought back my food this was on 6/16/2013 almost two weeks later n no one cared

No one can view your menu, specials, locations or anything else on the website without giving a complete profile. It would seem your Domino's would rather collect customer info than sell their product. So my family just changed the favorite pizza place from Domino's to Hungry Howies. HH does not require your complete info just to view a menu.

im from Panama city fl.. and i went to a dominos yesterday to get my order and i witnessed two employees smoking weed in a vehicle.. and from what i understand thier is drug testing at these places.. because if a driver had a wreck while being high their could be a big lawsuit. So would be concerned with the upper management. .

I don't have a complaint. I love the service the pizza. I would like to see the Online App add a feature. It's all great except it dies not offer the option for a delivery time. As soon as you place the order it's automatically scheduling your delivery. I ordered a pizza at 700pm and needed it delivered to my work at 900pm and it won't key you do this. Can this be changed please? And thanks for the Great Service and #1 Pizza
