Dish Network is by far the worst dish service in California, they lie to get your money and never give you the service you pay for. The lies start as soon as you contact a sales rep and it gets worst from that point onward. Anyone getting Dish Network will truly regret they made that decision... How do they stay in business.......

instilation

satellites unlimited in pearl damaged my home. went threw the sheetrock in side the house, all way threw the instlation, and throw the metal of my moble home. did a poor job runninging wires that just layed on side of the house hanging down, then they came back and rerun the wires throw the floor. but put glue on the outside to stop up the hole, and put a wall plate over the hole in sheet rock, did not fix hole just covered it up. and the lady that handels their claims said to get a handman outtheir and fix the hole in sheetrock, and said they would replace the tin where they put the hole, but when i called her she said she was not going to fix it, because it had rust on my house, the pic i took and gave the man that come out, does not have rust on them, my moble home has no rust, they are not truthfull in what they say do not sign and realise form from them untill you have walked around and watch the guy do the job, they said once i signed the relise form . they could not do any thing more, please be aware at all times what the person that puts it in is watched, if you dont want your house messed up. i wished i had found this webb sight first, i would not have dish .please be aware

Worst company in History

Dish net work is a joke! They should hop themselves out of the cable business and sell dishes instead! I will never in my natural life talk or Affiliate myself with anyone who is a customer of this Mickey Mouse cable company! That star is a fake!!

THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR...... Dish is a big rip off. I understand now how they make such a big profit is because they nickel and dime their customer. When ever I get the extra money, I will be buying out of my contract!

terrible ripoff!!

for the past year i have received nothing but terrible customer service from this company.they did used to really care about their customers but now it's all about the all mighty dollar. they used to receive such high praises from customers but now all i hear is negative feedback

Absolutely horrible service!!! We had a faulty equipment, so they sent us a new one. We returned the old one and for some reason they credited out account $200 plus dollars (not sure why and no one can seem to tell us) so my account was in the negative so they didn't take money out of my account (we have auto pay) for my protection. Not sure what this means either. Now we are here in the end of November and we owe $200.85 for non payment. It is supposed to come out every month and it hasn't been. It was dish networks mistake but no one will take responsibility or fix the problem. I can't believe the level of customer service we have received tonight. We have spent over 2 hours on the phone and nothing is accomplished. I just can not believe how horrible these customer service reps are. Even the supervisor was rude and of no help. I refuse to pay the bill and I had them immediately shut off my service. I want this taken care of. I hope that someone from corporate reads this and feels disgusted with the level of service that they allow their employees to have. I am highly disappointed and angry. I believe that the star rating should be a 0!!

To Whom It May Concern...

once again another month calling dish and they still cant get there story straight someone from HQ needs to call the offices we deal with each month. They dont stick the Contract we agree with over the phone. They seem to change everything to suit them. Uh thought we were recorded looks like you want your customers happy. People would get trouble if it was the customer. If the company cared they would be checking into this and fixing the Problem 1 or 2 people going through this is understandable not every single customer Dish Network has...

pole charges

yes my college stdent had anew dish put in his apt. which is wired for direct tv. tech said he was from time-warner? charged him 100.00 which i resent . how do you expect a college kid to have that kind of money on him? he had to go to bank . i guess if he hadn't had money, no service!! i don't think we were treated right. you need to warn customers about a pole? we should have been able to put on our account with you, dish doesn't do this! i would like an explanation please.

Listen to Dish Lie and Trap You

As Far as my experience with Dish, be warned don't believe a word they say. They qoute one thing deliver another after removing your options to go back. They promise speed and quality with both Internet and TV but, after installation they demand you sign a contract on a touch pad, you cannot read. Then you try the product and it is less than 1/2 of what they sold you but, they have a solution, pay twice as much or cancel the contract with cancelation charges! Worse they have already destroyed what you had and won't put it back! This is so far beyond bait and switch this is corporate fraud! Simply put, they: lie, cheat and steal , if you think they won't do it to you then your being a fool or a lawyer with free time to spend.

Additonal Program

I have been a dishnetwork customer for yeeeaaarrrrsss and I inquired about adding the "The Word" channel it is a religious channel. There are a few religious channels, but the "The Word" is not one of them. I am thinking about leaving and getting Dish becausue it is offered there. Really don't want to leave but how hard would it be to add that channel to the lineup. If anyone else out there is interesting in this channel contact dishnetwork

Bad experience

We are extremely unhappy with usability of the dish in general. It is not at all what we were expecting. The company we came from was much more usable in pretty much every way. the costomer service we have received was very poor and we were treated very badly.

network channels

I have been traveling in my motorhome unable to receive these channels. After submitting all requested information to All American Direct and waiting over a week, I contacted them once again. They are unable to assist me as they are a small company with only five staff members. Ty the supervisisor who handles new accounts is absent and no one else can fill in. This company has no competitors and it appears no recourse. How can this be? what would you suggest? Something isnt right here.

I had dish for 2days only about 6 month ago and they are still charging me and they have bad bad customer service and there is no one can help me

I think dish needs to train their customer service and billing departments better. I have made more phone calls to them than you can even imagine. And everytime you call you get a different story. Just when you think you have your problem solved -- BAM they give you another story. Then they expect the customer to pay for their mistake. Looking for another provider to do satellite through. One day Dish will be broke!

There comes a time when these companies need to keep their promises to the clients. Upon entering into an account with this corporation we were informed of a new product which would meet our requirements. Although this product did not become available until 4 months later Dish network decided that the promise of free upgrading would not be kept. I like many of my friends are tired of these companies only being worried about how am I going to line my pocket with more money and that the customer is not right. it is because of these reasons many of our Jobs have been relocated overseas to foreign countries. I will be pasting this to face book and every location I frequent and let’s see how many people can lodge a protest of your product and at least become aware of the unwillingness of this corporation to keep its promise to us the faithful consumer!

I am a dish customer who put in a request to have my service moved three week before my move in date. I rushed the movers to make sure I would be home between the hours of 12 and 5. However after many phone calls that saterday they were a no show. they claimed they would be out the next day between the same hours and no show. Now I am feeling like an unappriciated customer. If you tell someone that you are going to show up be there. Do not tie up two of their das now three day cause i have to wait again.

I have been a faithful subscriber, since 2006, and the only extras, are mfor new customers, like free DVR, and so forth. I think it is very unfair that to those people who have been long time, faithful customers, NOTHING EXTRA, "FREE", which seems just WRONG. Please offer something to people who have been long timers, without having to sign a two(2) year contract. Thank You.

My bill from the first billing cycle jumped from $29.99 to $41.99. I couldn't understand why this was happening so I called. I have called about every month since Jan 2012 when I got my service asking why. They very rudely told me that they couldn't honor the price that they told me when I signed up. I am currently on hold with the Executive Resolution Team to resolve these issues. I want to speak with someone in the Corp. HQ.

Report them to the Attorney General's Office in your state.

We are having the same problem as some of you.. our dish has been out since september and they keep promising that on a certain date someone will be here to fix it, and guess what? they never show, their excuse is always that he was behind.. we get the same, you have been a valued customer for 9 years and that they will credit our account.. well i am sick and tired of their excuses i have never had any other company but i am looking now. there are only a certain amount of movies to watch before it gets old!! I guess being a loyal customer for 9 years means nothing to them, but i bet if i were a new customer they would be at my house the next day.. one word-RIDICULOUS!!!!
