Incredibly bad sales rep

I called to get information about Dish product and install and had the misfortune of speaking with Jeff, who would not answer the questions I asked. I've signed with another service and am glad not to have to talk with Dish again.

Terrible company! Do not get Dish!!

This company has horrible customer services!! They came to my house to install their system and in turn messed up the electrical system in my house causing the air condtioner to quit working and alarm system to go haywire. I spoke with 7 different people and the corporate office, it has been three days now and my problem is still not resolved!

this is the most jacked up company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If you arent calling to blow sunshine they just hang up on you. their sales reps cant read, or just dont care. THANK THE LORD FOR DIRECT TV!!!!! if i could make my rating a negative i would. it would be negative 5

Customer Service

I just had a 2 hour experience with account specialist, account specialist supervisors, a total of 6 different people. I was ready to switch to Cox because of the lack of responses that I was getting from all the so called specialists, I wrote a long feedback message. In the hope that someone from corporate offices would read it and then I landed here. I called the corporate number and got the BEST resolution specialist named Mary, was able to resolve what the other could not. Now I need to cancel the Cox installation. If you have a problem or want to say how good or bad a service you got then call corporate. They cannot fix what they don't know about. If you call maybe it can be fixed.

Deceptive Business Practices

I am letting ALL Dish Network Customers know that DISH LIES, I have called them several times and everytime I called I talked to 3 or 4 customer service reps and the last one I finally talked to told the truth and caught the rest of them in lies. They refuse to turn off our service until a conflict resoulation rep calls us back but won't give us our money back until then but by then the money will have run out. DISH IS GOING TO GET SUED!!!!

I called dish at there request and they told me I could only have one receiver in my house, meaning you only get one TV because I had taken one receiver to Mexico, so they were going to punish me. They cut my programs back to 3 channels and hammered my credit card for $85.00 of which they stoled $6.00 This corporation is out of control and has one of the worst attitudes towards seniors.

Dish Network worst customer service

Dish Network has the worst customer service of any company that I have ever dealt with.They do not honor loyalty at all. There supervisors and managers have no empowerment. I am disgusted and looking for new service

rate increase

Been with them over 4 years and now a 24.00 a month increase. I called them to see if i can get a reduction due to loyalty, ya wright will not budge one person said you have had your time maybee you need to move on. good for the first 2 yrs then bammm your done. terrible customer relations and yolalty never late with one pymt

Dish Network

Dish Network penalizes people who move due to their job. Don't use Dish if you don't want it to cost you.

spent hours upon hours on phone with agents and supervisors. suppose to put dish in today between 8 and 12. get a call at 11;00 that they need copy of pge bill. No dish until faxed. Well guess what after taking the day off and waiting. You can take a flying leep off the nearest bridge. Am writing bad reviews on every site i can.

Run from this company. Extremely poor customer serivce, theyhide behind their scripts for dispute, refuse to provide phone numbers to corporate office. We have a dispute and they claim they have no access to pulling phone calls to validate our claim. Some call center. They refuse us to be sent to a manager to discuss issue, rather, send email or letter to their corporate office. SPoke with an Ida in Texas. clearly incompatent to handle a dispute and use her empowerment to resolve a simple matter of $18.11

Idiots

They kept giving my dad the run around and have never solved his problems. When they talked to him they just kept referring him to a new number. No one would give him corportates number. I found it and now he will be calling tomorrow. Terrible service!!! I dont even want to give them one star but I have to.

Billing

just ended promotion period 27th of February, 5 days into March and they try to say I owe them for a missed payment...They are crazy, all I want is out because, thier Billing and service reps and Supervisor on duty tonight March 4th 2013, are out of order.

Horrible Customer Service

I got Dish installed on Jan 13, 2013...it is not March 3rd, 2013 and I can not get them to come out and permanently set up my Dish and bury the Cable line. Every time in rains I loose service. And every time I call they say they are going to fix it, and the send out a tech that always tells me that the last Tech messed up, and that he cant do anything and that he will fix it. It always the same story.

A Cheating Business

Dish Network told us that if we stayed with it for two years, in the end of the two-year period we would be refunded for $240. We completed the two years and asked for our $240 back, Dish said "there is no such thing." We have a written contract in hand with this $240 on it. So we are bringing this company to US government.

I've been with them for little over four years and they have been great, now they are being complete irrational.

this company is trying to get as much money as they can. I had a 2 year contract stayed with them for 3 years now they say I owe money for not completing the contract. I hope I can get this solved but not with their cust.service they don't help at all !!!!! don't get their service its not worth the head ace!!!!

Bilking Seniors

Senior Citizens beware. You are the target of the unscrupulous money hungry Dish Corporation. They use underhanded plots to bilk you out of your meager funds that you depend on for your living. Once they get their money grubbing hooks into you they won't let go no matter how small or large the amount is. My wish is that the Government gets involved in closing down these scammers. I for one will not rest until they are brought up on charges.

All they do is lie to you

How can a company tell you they haven't raised their prices for two years when my bill went from 49.99 a month to 80.00 a month in just two years. When you call customer service for a billing question all they do is bug you about the stupid survey about themselves. They refuse to answer or solve your problem, all they want is for you to say good things about them in the survey. When you get tough with them on the phone they hang up on you. They are very free willing about calling you a liar when you tell them what your bill is supposed to be a month oppossed to what they charge you. This is a terrible company!!!!!!!

i have had the worst expierence with dish maybe if you trained your customer service dept. and taught them english maybe it would be easier but altogether dish is just horrible with customer relations
