Cheating Dealer

I am speaking on behalf of me and a lot of customers in Puerto Rico. There is a large dealer here called TV4ALL who removes the hdmi cables that come inside the carton box with the receiver and then sells it to the customers for seven dollars. No receipt no nothing

Billing Sucks

I called Dish customer service about my bill being charged for two months instead of the month I did owe them. I asked why and was told I had to pay for a month in advance plus the previous bill even though the bill for the second month wasn't due for at least another week. This is extortion at its best!

A Rip Off by Dish

I was on the phone with a Dish Supervisor and he hung up on me. I don't appreciate it I'm in Ohio and they are so rude that they installed my service at someone else's address. Now they want me to pay for a reciever that I did not have in time for my installation. I'm really confused and angry.

Not going to waste any more of my time explaining all the recent problems i have had with dish network. The customer service reps were nice on the phone but very few would actually follow through with what they promised. It took a phone call to the corporate office to FINALLY get my issues resolved. With that being said, I would still have to give them 5 stars based on their equipment and video. The picture quality of the hoppers are fantastic and the menus have drastically improved. I never use to have the kinds of problems i recently had with their customer service, so I will give them the benefit of doubt. Price may not be exactly where I would like it but they are no higher than any other cable/satellite provider in my area.

Your company should be ashame. Your internet is total garbage. Your thuggish strong arm statics are shameful. I don't think any one in the dish network company has the truth in them. Shame on you.

the worst customer service

we have are bill ging up ever couple months you can call til your blue and and ther are always right.contacted coperate and same old same we are so done .dont get dish it,s a nitemear

Complete rip off!!!

I ordered internet service to work from home. I spoke with two reps. Both told me after explaining that I need DSL to run my at-home job that there internet service was more than capable. I ordered the service relocated from Wiscomsin to Florida, only to find out after hooking it up, that it was not compatible with my company. I lost my job today, and they would not let me out of the 2 year contract I could not afford because there reps were for sales and not for helping the customer. I have no money and the next two years to pay for them helping me lose my job.-Way To Look Out DISH!!!

Lies about Hopper/Bill

I have been with Dish a few years now and things were OK. Every now and then I would have to call in due to a random, unknown increase in my bill. One time I paid my bill and they went and took a second charge, that was unnerving to say the least. Currently I had to call bc they sent me a bill for 409 dollars! Just for this month! I called and asked why. They said I never called to upgrade to my Free Hopper upgrade deal, then said I was not a candidate for the service. Lucky me, found my mail that was addressed to me explaining the Free Hopper Deal, a $200 free upgrade. I spent an hour on the phone and only got $50 taken off the bill. We have another $150 to go people! I also noticed that they never said when I signed on to the protection plan that it is 9.99 for that (this I already knew, as I chatted for 20 minutes before agreeing to recontract) plus 4 more 9.99 charges. Those go to each box! The main box, then the 3 joey's in 3 other rooms. Why exactly is that? My agreed upon bill was to 95.99 a month. That brings it to $139 or something like that. Then I am supposed to pay the $200 upgrade? So what was free? I also checked the fine print....nothing written on it. I will be searching for new contact numbers to correct this false free upgrade deal. Not so free and a lot more money was not what I was interested in!

These numbnuts botched a payment my wife made by phone then charged us for it! My wife is so incensed that Dish will never be our provider again. They could have been gracious and dropped the $20 charge for THEIR mistake, but refused. How they stay in business while alienating all of their customers is beyond me.

Bunch of liars

I have been customer for 12 years. Just moved and having issues with complete signal loss for past 4 months. No weather issue at all. They been to my place many times but cannot figure out the problem and when I get mad they make me bad guy. Installer lied to dish and they believe them more then a customer. Where is the damn customer loyalty services. 12 years and this treatment. In the history of bad company Dish is #1.

Robbing the Elderly

Bought a condo and am forced to use Dish through a company called Ygnition which resells Dish at a 300% markup. Theives! And the HOA Board has signed a contract with them until 2016. Can't go anywhere else.Being held Hostage so these Jerk Offs can get their Kick Backs. Disgusting!!!! Most owners are elderly and getting Raped by these Scumbags!!!!

waste of money

I just recieved the most insulting letter ever from a Corporate low life Executive. The idiot pats me on the back and tells what a great person I am while stealing from my wallet with new higher rates..This is a low life Marketing Maggot run company. 250 channels of advertising, re-runs, $5 Bin Wal-mart Movies and Poltical Propaganda is not worth the money.. If you want a decent channel you have to pay "extra" for it..So like their competition who they insult, DiSH Network isn't one iota better because if you want the good stuff it will push your bill to over $100 just like they claim their Competition does...

The customer service sucks. The signal goes out every day no matter the weather or season. my signal was out for a week and when asked for a credit they offered me ten dollars over the next three months. Go figure. I will never use Dish or recomend them to anyone

I orderd dish on 01/17 my money left the bank canceled on 01/19 was told I would get my refund in 2-4 days no arrived as of this writing was told because of a mistake from the dish rep I would have to waid another 3-5 days for my money? This is not acceptable I will call the BB

Not good

We loved the service while we had it. When we moved we wanted it installed at the new place. There was no "line of sight" available and could not get the service there. We could could pause it for 6 months but it wasn't any use if it was not available so we cancelled. They chareged us over $202 for canceling the service early -even if the service signal was not available....Not good. We don't recommend the service because they aren't fair.

Service

They have some of the worse service out there. I would never return to this company again. The CSR don't tell the truth. If it rains, snows or if you sneeze you may lose your signal. If I have bad Customer Service experience more than twice, I no longer need the service.

We just called Dish to change or rather downgrade our package and we got disconnected by Dish. Service needs vast improvement.

Horrible Experience

I agree with most of the reviewers, dish network's customer service is awful. I signed up for their internet service last month, went on vacation and when I cam back my children said they could not do their on-line gaming. I was adamant with the sales person that my two boys had to be able to play their on-line games. He said that wouldn't be a problem, well of course they couldn't. I called tech services and was told that satellite internet is not compatible with on-line gaming. I setup new internet service and then called dish to cancel the internet only. They expected me to pay $360. to get out of the contract. I was so angry even the supervisor wouldn't help me. I was a loyal dish network customer for 10 years, well guess what, I'm sure not now. I called and canceled everything with them. They won't be getting my money and I'm writing a letter to corporate!

poor customer service skills

Dish network has the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. They absolutely refuse to acknowledge their own errors and treat the customer with a condecending attitude that is insulting. When you finally get them to admit to their mistake they just laugh and expect you to pay for it. They care so little for their loyal customers they have had for years that they are willing to lose their business rather than reward them for the years of business. I will never use them for anything again and I will actively promote their competitors!!!

They can't even Sell there own parduct

I attempted to purchase TV, Phone and Internet from dish. The salerep from dish bundeled dish for TV and AT&T for the phone and internet. I don't know how he did it but Dish dosen't have an agreement with AT&T to sell phone and internet. When I spoke with a loyalty rep he apologized but said they no longer had a aggrement with AT&T. I asked for how long and he said months. So I asked how can an employee selling dish services sell products they don't offer. His responce was He can't. I found the entire process a joke. Whoever is in charge of operations is not doing there job.
