Hello, My family & I were at your bellingham location on telegraph road saturday morning. We had the worst experience ever.Our simple meals took 45 minutes to arrive with my omelet not even close to the order I placed. Bottem line,this will be the last time I visit this location!

Upon eating dinner with a friend at the Dennys in Tehachapi California, I had ordered the Telapia dinner. it was not cooked all the way & told the waitress, upon hearing this she brought me a whole new dinner back free of charge & added a free dessert. i was totally impressed with the service and the way I was treated. The Denny's in Jackson tn was horrible! Bad service!but worst yet was the food that came out! It was not made correctly missing things that the menu stated was on the sandwich but not on mine! Never even ate the damn sandwich.no way was I paying 6.99 for that so I told the waitress just give me a check for the soda and salad and I am outta here, everything here was awful and I will never be going to any Denny's ever again.

So everything started fine, my sister and myself were seated. Maria was our server, drink orders taken then informed that someone else will take our food order because miss Maria is being sent home. Much to our surprise she didn't go home she didn't want to serve us i guess our money was not the right color.

Horrible service from Dennys on Cheyenne && Losee, that manager was so rude && direspectful.! Eye rolling, teeth smacking, what a great image you obtain yourselves.! Then to hear how her coworkers talked about this perticular manager made me even more mad to find out she is an illegal immigrant. I got treated like that from someone in a higher position who shouldnt even be in this country.!

Okay so i walked in to the Denny's by IH35 and Oltorf at 9:00am and we get sat. We wait for about 5 minutes and no one has stopped by to our table. I asked to speak with a manager and she tells me that "oh the reason why you were waiting for a while was because my servers werent all here" my question is why do you seat someone in a section that has no servers!!! At our restaurant we do not sit a tabpe with no server talked in yet! What kind of management or restaurant business are yall running! As a server i have expectations so should yall.

The Denney's located on 1st and North Ave in Melrose Park. The services was slow and orders were wrong and under cook, Server didn't take dirty plates away when serving the entree. We came back a second time thinking it was just a bad night months later and the same thing happen. I would rather pay a few buck more at Ihop down the street. For the service, food.

I live in a suburb of IL and the Denny's around us are great..traveled in WA near the Canadian border & found the Denny's to be good also..my last experience was in Alorton IL..very disapointed in the taste of the food and even the water..

I live in Columbus Georgia and I went to one of your Denny's establishments and let me tell you something my family and I my self had to wait about 50 mins to get our food this is an outrage one of the worst service I got half burnt moons over my hammy the waitress didn't hand is silver ware this is just sad some needs to handle this and fast before I call a food critic. - very outraged 18 year old

Went to Denny's on corner of Germann and Gilbert road in Gilbert Arizona March 1, 2013 at 7:10pm. Restaurant was not busy at all for a Friday night. We ordered and after about 45 minutes and no dinner we asked our waitress to check on food. She said it has not been started yet that they have a new cook and meals are taking a while. Waited another 15 minutes (1 hour now) and still no food. In the meantime customers are walking out. Customers are furious. Our waitress was crying. A waiter in the back was seen kicking the wall. The manager would not come out and talk to customers!! Our 6 year old was upset and started crying. I went to the kitchen and asked for my child's pancakes. Well my child was able to eat and our food still had not been started!! Unreal! Our poor waitress was crying. I asked to talk to manager and he never came out. People were furious and swore to never go back to Denny's again. This manager should have been out on the floor talking to the customers. He's rude to the employees.

The location in san Antonio on 410 and ingram the employees always smell like weed. I am a regular I get there and they are always outside smoking weed stating they are closed when Dennys is open 24hour. They always seem to be talking about the managers out loud in front of customers which is very unprofessional

Just left the dennys on international Blvd in north Charleston SC. We had a party of four the host sat us at a table where the floor was nasty it had food, paper and trash on the floor. The waitress brought us our drinks we asked for straws never got them we had to ask someone else for straws. When our food came my turkey was burnt and my friend ordered regular pancakes and got wheat pancakes i asked for a refill of water and never got it i went to speak to the manager and she seemed not to care because she was fast talking me and she wouldnt even look at me overall it was an horrible experience and they will never get my business again

In Ft. Lauderdale hotel, Denny's is the closest thing, went in at 7pm order didn't still has yet to come out...its now 8:31!! I had to ask for a manager 4 times, my daughter was cranky. I never thought it to be true but they are horrible!

Decided to eat at Denny's on Raeford Road in Fayetteville NC after worship. The service was poor beginning with the "not wanting to be at" attitude younglady at the reception desk to the waitress sniffling and wiping her nose every minute right hrough to the manager's cold apology for my salad being served to me in a really dirty bowl. I had a horrible experience at this restaurant. I enjoyed going to this restaurant weekly before this happened but today was my family and I's last visit there. Please be sure to thoroughly check your plates and utensils for cleanliness or asked to be served in paper products before u eat there. If your encounter an attitude at the reception desk upon entering, please seriously consider patronizing another meal source. Thank You for your time.

The store is horribly understaffed, the waitresses and the manager Dianne is very rude to coworkers. The food is terrible. This restaurant needs a visit from corporate to straighten things up. Location is Franklin, Ky

I attempted to take my wife and daughter out to breakfast this morning (March 3rd). We were greeted and seated in a timely fashion. Our server was a little slow but we were out of her section and I understood this. We ordered and the waiting game began. It took 25 minutes to get my daughters food alone. After she ate we still hadn't received our food. We spoke to a manager he was nice but was absolutely no help. 20 minutes after speaking to him we decided that our food was not coming and we left. I was thoroughly upset and will never return to this location again. It has also made me reconsider visiting another Denny's in the Houston Texas area. I was at the location just off of the SW Freeway in Houston. I strongly suggest a secret shop by someone from your corporate office.

Came in the restaurant had to try to seat ourselves and tables were all dirty there was two sections that had clean tables and we had to wait on the other tables to be cleaned. One of the waitresses was very unpleasant making a comment didn't you see the sighns about seating the way I took the sighn since there was knowone around is that we need to seat ourselves very slow on getting our drinks and overall very unpleasant employees. Called Dennys in Hanover Park, IL and asked if I could get my birthday grand slam to go if I came in...as I had the flu and was unable to prepare any food at home for myself. I was planning on coming over to them with my id and robe and coat as I did not want to eat there and possibly get others ill...manager said no and when I emailed dennys for an answer..all I got was not the policy. I will never go to eat at Dennys anywhere ever again. This is not very nice courteous customer service for a good customer.

Went to Denny's in Russellville, AR. at the Flying J had the spaghetti & meatballs it was bland and tasteless. I asked for a small container of garlic to add some spice and taste was told they don't have any just garlic butter (with very little garlic in it). Guess I'll stay with the Petro, T/A, and Olive Garden for Italian food.

Thought denny's was a family friendly Restaurant, but making your customer wait 30 mins before being greeted by server, then another 20 to order, appetizer never came nor did salad, and our meal took an additional hour then was cold & not edible. My kids were dissapointed, hungry and fussy. We will never return to any denny's. For the 40$ we spent there for disgusting food we could have spent 50$ at Olive Garden n
