worst dinner ever
i went to the dennys in elk city ok with some friends we placed our order an when we got it only one thing was right by the time they brought out the other after being fixed lol the first plate was cold the hamburger was raw an the veg were frozen on one plate when i asked to talk to mgr the owner was sent out and before i could even finish my sentence he started screaming at me this is the last time i will go to dennys next time i will go to huddle house and i will make sure all my friends an family no how rude the owner is an how bad the food is it sucked and costs me 30.00 on top of that huddle house here i come
Dirty plates
we where feed off of crusted dirty plates that had old stuck on food on it and the chef who plated the plate should of noticed the plate was dirty. i will be calling the health department
both good and bad
I have been to two Denny's recently, one was great. Sadly the other was horrible. Friday night i went to Denny's by mall 205 in Oregon, this was a great time. The service was amazing and the food excellent. I enjoyed the whole experience. Tonight i went to Dennys in Woodburn Oregon, this was a terrible experience. The dinning room was less than half full, yet the servers acted like they where extremly busy. Our food was cold, it took 45 minutes to get food. Our waiter was rude and poorly trained. The manager was downright obnoxious. When we explained the problem, we got a free soda in exchange. The restaurant itself was not properly cleaned, and our food wasnt cooked well. Overall i was extremly frustrated. We all left hungry and unhappy. I have gone to Dennys atleast once a month for the last 15 years. I have never been unhappy before this at any other location. I am not sure I will go to dennys again anytime soon, if at all. Again every other location in the Northwest I have gone to has been amazing. Woodburn is a horrible place and should not have the right to the company name.
roaches and manager
This morning, my daughter and I stopped in at Denny's @1700 Fowler Ave. here in Tampa. This was the worst mistake I made in a long time. While we were eating, there were roaches coming from everywhere. I asked for the manager aqnd he told the server that he didn't care and was not coming out to address the issue. I'm seriously thinking of calling our local tv station that does dirty dining segments and make Tampa aware of the service and conditions there. Since he said "oh well", I feel the health department should also be aware. Shame on the district for allowing rodent infestation and terrible management. You lost a lot of customers today due to him being loud and rude. I don't believe you allow people of this caliber to run your establishment. I'll never eat at any of your places again.
Pay checks
I was in Dennys at the grapevine in California, eating and overheard the help talking about their pay checks bouncing... and they said this is ongoing its a shame you can't get your pay on time without worrying if its any good.

Seriously y'all post stuff about bad service on this page but when someone talks about poor management mice mold and roaches you won't this is ridiculous I won't even eat where my wife slaves at it sucks all the way around
Bad food, even worse service
#7211 Long Beach Boulevard Long Beach California. What a pathetic excuse for a restaurant. All the food was cold. When I told the waitress, she said she would talk to the cook. Yet, never took my food back to the kitchen. Then she had the stones to charge me full price. I'm not looking for a free meal, but for the price I expec. t it at least warm. The place was filthy inside and out. There was a homeless man urinating by the front door entrance. I only noticed this on my way out. I wish I would have seen it on my way in, I could have saved a few dollars.
Bad service
Location 11195 long beach ca. Lynwood... Me and my husband were just seated and never helped! This has been the longest wait ever.. Nobody ever came to offer us our drinks nothing my husband even finished a scratcher he was doing that's how long we waited... Well we ended up leaving because nobody ever came to help us.. I was honestly very mad, I was looking forward to some French toast... Would not be going to this place ever again...
terrible will never go again
Additional Comment: Hi my name is Terence I was in your Herkimer location last week with my sister and nieces and we had the worst experience ever. We walked in and the lady at the counter seated us at a dirty table. We said we would sit at a table next to it that was clean. Your employee looked at the table and wiped some of the crumbs off with her hand onto the floor. Then she proceeded to sit another family there and said to them they said it was dirty with an attitude looked at us and rolled her eyes. As if all of this wasn't bad enough these people that were sat after us had there drink order taken first and brought back to them while we waited for our server to come to our table. Well we waited for over 25 mins and not one server approached us and when we tried to get someone's attention they ignored us. So we got up and left. So needless to say me and my family will never step foot in any of your restaurants again. We will also be letting friends and family know of our experience there. My one regret is not getting the names of the employees that day. Thanks for your time for reading this email. I will be contacting your corporate office as well.
HORRIBLE
Me and father went to diner on 02/05/2013 in Moses Lake, it was the worse place to eat, food was cold, the service was horrible it took us over 30 min to get served and on top on of that when we did get our food it was cold it was wrong stuff we order . There was no manager on duty only a cook who was horrible and a waitress who was the only one working with at least 15 tables who did not know what she was doing. there was Other people complaining in the restaurant as well. When I call to complain the manager NEVER called me back so he does not even care as well. Spent 30.00 on a horrible dinner, it was not worth it. I will never go there and never recommend it to anyone
Service
New Denny's in Lufkin Texas - not many choices for breakfast in Lufkin but don't waste your time at this one. Very very disorganized. 4th time here thinking service will improve and you actually get your food within 60 minutes after the order was taken...wrong again turns out our simple breakfast order was lost and during the first 40 minutes not once did our waitress in check on with us or our order. Corporate office take notice NOW and run this restaurant right and hire good people that are experienced and social.
horrible service
waitress kathy at sacramento dennya on interstate dr. My waitress rushed my order then brought me the wrong thing.. When I questioned her, she got defensive and showed me what what she wrote down. I told her that wasn't what I had ordered so she copped an attitude and offered to remake it. I declined because my spouses food had already been brought out. When we finished i went up to pay and she mocked me behind my back. my spouse saw her and complained to the manager but he didn't do anything. Horrible service..
free granda slams
I think Dennys has now stooped pretty damn low as they can get. I won a free grand slam lol eat there 7 days week husb I 3 tiems days tells me no good one a month. I bought 1000 gift cards and muy kids got 400 for us xmas well they lost a good cust ill go else wehre. any one stoops that low dont need my money its no good? you need change your ways if want business why give them out as much as I eat there get more one 2 month? cant use them well you lost amny customers wehn I get thre elask club and all my freinds wont help your business better change this want customers
Gun policy
just wanted to be the 1st to let you know i carry a ga license carry permit for my gun to protect myself and citizens of the state of ga as long as your policy is to not serve me because of this i am boycotting your buisness and not only will i be posting this on facebook ill also be forwarding it to the ga gun owners association and the nra so im sure i wont be the last to tell you this.As a law abiding citizen if your buisness was being robbed or an employee being hurt having licensed gun owners in your buisness would only protect them.So good bye Dennys and hello Ihop and Waffle house

I always been under the impression that your workers were under a drug free contract. May server was reeked of marijuana to the point where I was so disgusted I left. I highly hope this girl at this Lake Station IN restaurant gets caught and released it's unprofessional to be stoned at work!

We have been in the Dennys in el reno okla many times and each time we have been disapointed. Very bad service, always out of food items. Slow service.

Dennys Guns
I have been a Denny's Manager in Ca. for a long time and I have never heard of a policy or rule to not let officers in the restaurant with guns. We welcome officers in our establishment and I am always happy to know that they are present , because all my guests and I feel that much safer. Lets face it we handle money and having an officer present is a pretty good deterrent for a robbery. Officers get their meals for the same price as employees, 50% off as a thank you for their service.
Getting better and better
My husband and I eat at Denny's at least 3 to 4 times a month. The service is great and the cost is wonderful. The girls that work at the Fowler location in Tampa, Fl are awesome. So the next time anyone is in Tampa check them out.
I ate at the one in lasalle and I will never return. The servers had so much time on there hands that they forgot about there custum.ers. It took my server 15 mins just to take my oder. They all decided to stand up front and talk and play the Tennessee switch. If I was the owner or the GM I would be embarrassed with my employees. And the food is not the best you would think the would give better service to make up for it. If I was in head quarters I would come hear and see what's wrong with this store and fix it. I'm shure your numbers have been dropping.
