What is wrong with the Royse City Tx store always out of items. I use to regulary visit but last 3 times out of bannanas then strawberrys even sasuageee

Waiting, waiting, and more waiting and then they didn't even bring me the right meal unbelievable never again

Your resturaunt on south ocean blvd and 8th ave south is a very nice resturant. Except on Sat jan 11th. My wife and I visited your restaurant to eat breakfast around 10 am or so. My problem was the mens restroom. I went into the handicapp stall and it was filithy, looked like someone threw up and was never cleaned up that morning. and the regular stall was clooged. So I had to really go so I cleaned the handicapp stall so I could use the facilities. I went out and told the Manager what i had done and he told me that I didnt have to do that, that I shoud have told an employee. Well I didnt have time to go out and find someone. When we left the resturant the manager said thanks for telling him about the incident. And he did nothing else to help us out on our bill. That was redicules that a patron cleans up some of the restroom and dont even offer a discount off our ticket!!!!

Went to the Denny's on Fairfield road in the Columbia SC area. The one at the Flying J. Nobody to seat me, nobody greeted me, nobody waited on me. I was in plain sight of both the waitress and the evening manager and they both looked at me and ignored me. The manager that was on duty was visiting with a couple of women customers and even when I walked up behind him and addressed him he was too busy talking to the ladies. I walked in and out of the entry setting off the dinger that announces a customer and nobody even glanced at the entry. The poorest service I've ever had at a Denny's. I finally left, hungry and frustrated at the poor service.

Went to Denny's at Orlando, Florida. Although its past 1am in the morning, we are hoping to be served with quality food. I have ordered under the Latin menu and ordered pork chop. The beans looks like a bean soup with Sauce than the beans. The rice is uncooked so you would bite into the grainy rice still and the pork chop has no taste at all, which is not cooked well. As much as I wanted to return my food to have it replaced, I was scarred of doing so coz the manager at that time was showing a very unprofessional behavior when she was helping our server serve our food. I was not happy with the food served at Denny's Orlando. Not my money's worth

Nasty discolored cieling tiles from so many leaks in the roof. busted cabinet doors behind the counter hanging there. greasy looking waiter drops serving tray on floor and returns it to the counter directly from the cruddy floor. witnessed a waitress once go out to break with a construction worker on lunch and return with her hair and make up a wreck. she went back to work with a look of accomplishment on her face.. yuk.. keyser wv is a nasty place with a nast denny's restaurant where the management obviously caress nothing of the place. so common, demand more for myself and will not return to that dennys ever.

As usual I visited my local Denny's in Torrance, Ca. on Western Avenue just off the 405 freeway in Southern California. I waited 10 minutes for a hostess to seat me only to discover there were only two wait persons on duty at 6:00 p.m. (peak dinner hour). I waited another 15 minutes with apologies from my waiter for taking so long to get to my table. The waiter assisted three larger parties before me even though they came in at least 10 minutes after me. My order was simple even though the waiter only hurriedly and half heartedly listened to my order but still got it wrong. I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. My order finally arrived with a hamburger with juicy pickles that changed the taste of the food not to mention the hamburger was clearly overcooked and burned in fact and then sloppily assembled and plated. I spent 11.94 on my food and for the first time in my entire life I left without even so much as a tip. I was raised to appreciate others but it is obvious that I needed to make a point as I frequent this location a lot especially at night and early am. I will never come to this ill managed restaurant again. The restaurant deserves a negative rating.

On January 5, 2013, I went to Restaurant #8751. The waiter we had offered poor customer service. First she asked my husband and I to sit at a table where the floor was wet and we requested to move. Then she asked him to give her my order while I was in the restroom. He refused and requested that she waited. While we were looking through the menu she was standing there waiting for our order and we had to ask her to put in the appetizer first and come back when we were ready. We gave her our order and asked not to put avocado in the Cali Jack Turkey Burger. She came back with the sandwich and tells my husband "I told them not to put avocado and they did it anyway. So, you just need to take it off". We asked that she take it back and bring a new one. She came back with the same sandwich and avocado was removed but we made her take it back because we requested a new sandwich. My husband is allergic to avocado had he ate the sandwich it would have not been a good look for Denny's restaurant. Everyone from the waiter to the lady by the counter handing out the food took it lightly. We requested a manager and got some lady who said she was a trainer and to please not take our frustration out on her. We asked her to remove the sandwich from our order and we paid for the rest. I think she need to train the employees better or hire new waiters. My husband and I left Denny's very disappointed. Denny's #8751 did not Make A Great Impression on this Customer.

Waited 20 min .for my children to get there food served after our food was serve. Manager didnt even console us.

Just want to say that Denny's Management as well as division Manager who was on location when the decision was made to ask the local police detective to either remove her service revolver from visibility at a customers request did absolutely the right thing. If the police or other customers do not agree with this decision they should find somewhere else to dine. A proffesional law enforcer should keep their weapon from being observed by the public unless in uniform. I could see several reasons why a customer could be made to feel uncomfortable by a visible handgun in a dining situation.

I am appalled and disgusted that your manager had the odasity to tell our officers to disarm or leave your establishment. These first responders should be treated with dignity and respect for the outstanding job they do unselfishly every day for everyone in our communities. To ask them to disarm and put themselves at greater risk or to be forced to lose precious minutes responding if an emergency was to happen is unacceptable. Your establishment ought to be ashamed of itself. Perhaps your patrons who are insulted and uncomfortable being around a cop with a gun should be told to shut up or get out. How soon you forget that its our law enforcement who has to respond to robberies, murders, massacres , hostage takings, they deal with things most people will never see or experience in their lives and need to respond within seconds. Your manager is a disgrace and ought to be on the unemployment line for his inappropriate behaviour not to mention the embarrassment he caused. I will not be eating at dennys again. DISGRACEFUL.

This is in reference to the the Belleville store banning LE carrying their on-duty weapons. I have been in law enforcement for over 19 years and before that spent several years in food service management for steak houses. I would have never dreamed while on that function of approaching a LE and requesting them to take off their life saving tool! Speaking of "tool" that's exactly what that manager is! I used to visit Denny's while on duty where currently work and traveling. Key word "used to". I WILL NO LONGER be a Denny's customer, and will be also informing this to all family and friends. Last time I checked there were hundred of thousands of LE. If I were you I would start by firing that imbecile of a manager.

Is this a bad rummer........ Or had Denny's Corporation lost it's collective mind. If there are no armed officers well that means a safe place for armed thugs, armed dopers and there pushers, armed prostitutes and their armed pimps, Maybe all the gang members from different gang will meet for coffee without those bad ol' POLICE officers around. Been a customer for 17 years at the 290 location but after the Illinois Denny's asked a cop to LEAVE becuse he had a weapon . I am never going again to Denny's. This is a slap to all law enforcement. So if and god forbid when someone comes in and robs a Denny's DON'T CALL POLICE! So long to my Denny's friends on 290 lets meet across the street at waffle house or Cracker barrel next door.

Business at Denny's must be more than they can handle....I think they just lost 10's of thousands of customers across the country in Law Enforcement Officers, family members, and friends of LE patronizing Denny's....I know I will be one...to many choices out there to have to put up with this.....

I'm not the police and I'm not in Illinois. I live in Texas but due to your corporate policy concerning police carrying guns, I'm done eating at any Denny's! IHOP and Cracker Barrel will be just fine and they appreciate police and are not a crazed lady wing moron!

To Whom it Concerns, I cannot believe the behavior of the manager of the Denny's in Belleville, Il. Just what is his problem? I would rather eat with a police officer in plain clothes or even in uniform. I feel that the managers behavior was a slap in the face of law enforcement. How does the manager know that felons, pedophles, or registered sex offenders coming into the place is not concealing a weapon! The Denny's in Belleville, Il. should be boycotted or the manager should be removed. I cannot understand how the head office can condon such behavior from that manager. The corporation should be ashamed and everyone I have spoken to agrees and will not be eating at Denny's anymore. In this day and age I would think that Denny's would welcome law enforcement into their place of business. Shame on you!

Denny’s Corporate, I must be honest, I have never filed a formal complaint before; But this is the worst Denny's I have every encountered. The condition was deplorable, and I have been to many of your restaurants to eat with my family in the past. It smelled unclean, it looked unclean, the showcase where the Deserts were displayed was filthy, and all the lights in the showcase were blown. The deserts looked like they have been sitting there for days. The front windows where I sat had mold. The place was extremely uninviting. With all Respect I encourage you to have a Director or the VP stop by this site and do a walk through from the front windows, to the showcase, to the floors, the smell and the total condition of a store that represent your entire customer view/perception of the company. Please note that an I-HOP is right across the street, a Burger King is right beside this Denny’s and a Taco Bell is being built across the street. How in the world do the employees working that Denny's location expect to compete with the neighboring competitors? Do they even care? Do they? It must be one of your lowest performing locations. I encourage you to walk into your competitor IHOP across the street, survey from there window presentation, lighting, employee's appearance, table and floor condition, the whole nine years, have a meal, and look at the presentation of the meal, then ask yourself would you would ever go back to that Denny's across the street again? I did sit and ate but felt sick after, don’t ask me why I did; but once I ordered my meal and was waiting, I started to take a closer look at the condition of the place and I could not get up and walk out knowing I have ordered. Its a shame that the Belleville Ill. store manager didn't have enough common sense to explain to the complaining customer that the people wearing guns were on duty police officers. If that didn't satisfy the person complaining then they should have been asked to take their business elsewhere. I will certainly think twice before eating in a Denny's Restaurant again. George B.
