I recently visited the Denny's in Portland Maine. The service was awful...it took over an hour to get our food and then the food wasn't correct. The worse part is I kept telling my husband that something was biting me and on my drive home I discovered flea bites all over my right leg and a few on my left. Very disappointed!

I asked for the skillet breakfast. When i started eating it was so grease. The person taking care of me asked me if everything was ok. I told him the food was way to grease. Got no responce. So i paid and vowed never to eat there again! So i called the corporate office, they put me with customer service. after 15 to 20 rings and nobody answers i gave up! This is what Dennies thinks of people that eat there. Cant even use a answer service because they dont want to here what you have to say.

Restaurant # 8146 First thing we saw was food on the floor. After I drank some of my cover the cup had several thick coffee rings. I used my finger to see if the rings would come off and they did. Plates were unclean when food was brought out and service was extremely slow. Bathrooms were also dirty

I always love to eat at Dennys ,and was very happy that they finally opened one in Fayetteville nc. But I was on vacation in Miami Florida and was so disapointed. I was there with my family and the waitress was extremely polite and sweet. When we all placed our order, we were specific on our order, and the waitress made sure she wrote things down per our request. When we finally recieved our order it was cold and not to our specs. The waitress apologized and asked what could she do. But then the maneger came to our table, and without even an apology, just asked what was wrong with the food. We told him we ordered food to our specs. He litterally argued with us that it could not be done. We specified we would pay extra. But he still argued with us. It was just not right. Needless to say we just walked out.

Took my son to Denny's...took forever for someone to come take our order. When she finally came over to us she was very unpleasant. We ordered our drinks and food, and as I was drinking my beverage and waiting for my food I looked over into the kitchen, and my server was licking her fingers. Then she went back to what she was doing and didn't even wash her hands!!! Will never repeat that experience

I don't know where to start. My husband and I have been eating at Denny's for years. But the last 3 years have been HORRIBLE!!! Managers are not making sure their restaurants are cleaned at all. Most of them smell of a odor I can not describe. Everything from flies, to sticky chairs, to sending out black avocado slices. We are very dissatisfied! Would actually like to hear back from someone in the company. There is no excuse. I am shocked that the health department allows these things to happen. Not just in one location either. We made a road trip this weekend, and stopped at 3 different Denny's along the way. It got worse and we traveled from Austin to San Antonio to Corpus Cristi. Please, please get your restaurants clean again.

our family dines at your Novi location several times a month. The last visit on 6/17 was a surprise. Yelling from the kitchen, loud music in the background, unprofessional behavior from kitchen employees. We waited a few minutes to get a table with a very sparce restaurant no one wanted to seat us. Its a shame that this location appears to ran this way. (waite staff was very nice )

I'm a regular customer ever since she took over the store it has gone down hill. Employees are mistreated daily and taken advantage of. I feel bad for them. Hours are being cut & they are expected to do twice the work.

To say I'm disappointed is putting it mildly. Looking forward to a late dinner before going home tonight and what I got was an upset stomach and almost losing what I had in my stomach in the front of the few customers in there. How do people eat at this location is beyond me. The seasoned fries all stuck together, the ranchero tilapia I got tasted spoiled, the broccoli that I ask for was cold. The food was just plain awful. They have a cook back there who just plain doesn't give a damn and doesn't know how to cook at all. What happened to you all? This restaurant was once great and you all just plain don't care anymore. I took several pictures and have posted it to my Facebook and Instagram accounts. Let's face it, if you don't care then why should we. P.s. I will be calling the corporate office in the morning to file a complaint.

you know something,,,,,,,what is it with black people.... they act like we owe them something but we dont, everytime we go to eat. like dennys there is always someone black being mean to someone nice. and white, go back to monkey land where you guys belong,

I ordered a Chicken Fried Steak and 2 side orders. The Chicken Fried Steak was actually hamburger pressed very thin and then coated with some tasteless substance and fried. NEVER AGAIN! My rating for the visit is ZERO MINUS!

I ate at Denny's restaurant in Chino Hills this morning and found the menus to have dried sauce on all the pages and edges. I told the waitress about them and they cleaned the one with the sauce but not the rest. Mine had dirty finger prints on them. Our coffee we ordered came out luke warm and when I received my second cup it was luke warm. maybe because it was in a plastic container instead of hot coffee pot. I opened my silverware to find my spoon had food on it. This caused me to do a closer inspection of my plate when the food came out and I found dried food on the plate also. I would think some one would have wiped the plate before serving. They would have found the dried food.

Denny's in carleplace is the best . I had a great experience the service was good the people and food was wonderful .. Even ericka stood out to me she was so nice and genuine the first person I see an the last person .. Even though I saw a customer earlier very rude to her she still kept her composure and that's good qualities of a good worker nice I love this Denys 371 old country road I will be back again ,..

Went to the Denny's at 70 and Lynhurst and they have nothing so we had to change our order not happy

Ardmore ok. Was set down to eat a table of 4 comes in 15 min later food served to them before our table of 4 was table of 6 set down about 30 min later their food came before ours. That was last draw finally got up and left. We left 5.00 to pay for the one pop we had. Please keep in mind a hour later and still NO FOOD. Went to burger king to eat had supper done in 10 mins. Would I ever go back to this place or another denny's hell no service sucks.

Every time we go to denny. And order something. It can be anything. It is always out. How in the world does a food place run out. You should have available weekday is in your menu. This has happened several times. And this is my final stop to this restaurant. Get it together or your going to lose more customers. Taylor restaurant on eureka. Sucks. Spend more money on new look than purchasing food.

Okay, so, I'm here at Denny's with the family and the waitress seats us in a booth that feels like it was designed for a torture chamber at Guantanamo Bay! How is anyone suppose to enjoy a nice relaxing dinner when you are cramped into seats that don't even come past your lower butt cheeks and you spend the rest of the time trying to get the cramps out of your legs and back from the sardine can you are forced to sit in!!

My husband and I went to the Denny's on 9 Mile Rd in Pensacola Florida, Erin was our waitress. She was fantastic! I have never received better service anywhere! Kudos to this young lady! She always had a smile on her face! The food was outstanding as well! Erin told us the cook was Alex. Great food and great service! We will be returning and will be letting our friends and family know what a fantastic restaurant this is!!

me and my wife visit dennys all the time here in saginaw,mi on sunday april 28th 2013 a fight broke the 2 guest started throwing food and dishes some of the debre went insde my plate i let the manager know and ask to have my food re made he said no he will give me 10% discount i'll never go there again.
